AMU'S POV
"Ikutooooooooo are we there yet?,I'm tired of walking" I whined
"does it look like we're there yet?" he snapped back
"well how the hell am I suppose to know when you never told me where we're going!"
"ok ok pipe down , we're almost there"
"by the way ikuto why did u want to skip school? I thought this stuff wouldn't bother you?"
"yeah well it got annoying…and it looked like it was bothering you more" he said the last part so softly I didn't catch it
"huhh what? I didn't hear the last part well"
"I said we're here"
"no you didn't ,I didn't hear it well but I'm not completely deaf " I was going to continue but then i saw the place he had meant by 'here'
"here…..?!" I looked at the place with distaste, it was a type of club where you'd expect delinquents or trouble makers to party and sell drugs or something, but before I had a chance to argue ikuto dragged me towards it
I wasn't worried cause there was a tough looking guy standing at the entrance ,so I was sure there'd be no way he'd let us in but when ikuto approached him the dude gave him a nod and opened the door, just like that….I mean really JUST LIKE THAT! That man is not doing a very good job keeping 16,17 year old kids out of this type of place. I am sooo going to write a strongly worded letter to that guys manager and… but before I could complete my little rant I was knocked out of my thoughts when we entered the place.
yes it was packed , loud music, dirty dancing . But one thing was for sure ,it was impressive ,it looked like the VIP section from one of those exclusive clubs you'd see in the magazine but having a second look at the place made me feel like I didn't belong and I was positive of one thing ; I wanted to get out of here, fast.
"why are we here?" I asked trying to sound as calm as possible
"chill ,we're not gonna take too much time, I know a guy and I have some business to take care of here . This would also give us some time to get these buttons untangled without breaking them off"
"fine but first get the buttons untangled ,I don't want to accompany you on whatever 'business' you're up to, so what do you have in mind?"
"I know a guy" he simply answered
" you already said that dufoos "
"Then why did you ask me again?" he replied smugly
"ehhhh I wanted more detail"
"hahaha whatever just follow me" he guided me around and boy was this place MASSIVE while getting more impressive by the minute ;and I'm not even exaggerating
But anyway after our long journey through the club he stopped at a table that was occupied by a bunch of guys and girls around our age chatting and drinking whatever they were drinking.
"yo Sho!" ikuto greeted
"ohh ikuto my man ,been so long" he said as they both chest bumped
"so we have a little problem" he said as he pointed at me but before he could continue the Sho dude beat him to it and said "ohhh you brought a girl, how interesting ,different from your usuals but I like her" he said closely examining me , which I didn't like one bit
Ikuto must have automatically sensed my discomfort because he quickly stood in front of me and pulled up our hands "THIS is the problem" he said sternly
Sho's attention went from me to the problem at hand he looked emotionless and long at the tangled buttons and sleeves and then at our faces and then at the buttons and then our faces for a while until he stopped and burst laughing
Ok I have to admit he was good looking but now he was just freaking me out
"You guys are really something" he said between fits of laughter "I mean really…." He continued "How could you end up with this….what were you guys even doing?" he said with a devious smile
"I told you people would come to that conclusion " ikuto said with a know-it-all expression plastered on his face
"we were arguing OK?!" I said as I answered sho's question
"hmmm sure you were " he said obviously not buying what I told him
"can you fix it or not!" both me and ikuto said in unison
"yes ok ok ok I get it" he said with his hands up showing defeat but his smile contradicted and told me he still didn't believe us not that I really cared all I wanted was to know if this guy could fix it so we could leave
Sho asked his friend, who kinda seemed like his minion but let's call him his 'friend', to get something .
The minion …..no I mean 'friend' came back with a thin type of metal thingy ma-jiggy ,yeah that's what I'm gonna call it . so sho took it and gently twisted and turned it between our buttons which seemed like no help whatsoever and I was gonna say that but just before I was about to speak the creepy minion dude glared at me giving me the message 'don't you dare' and needless to say I kept my mouth shut
And that was a good decision cause in matter of seconds I heard a 'ding' and we were free , I wanted to yell 'FREEEDOMMMM' but I kept my cool and politely thanked Sho
Ikuto looked relieved, he thanked Sho and they talked for a bit but I was too consumed in freedom and being able to walk without having an idiot pull me to notice what they were saying and after a while he said bye and dragged me AGAIN to a quiet and safe corner
"stop doing that!" I said
"Doing what?"
"dragging me "
"would you have come with me without any questions if I asked you?"
"probably not " I admitted
"thought so, anyway now I gotta go take care of something"
"ohh the 'business" I interrupted while holding back a laugh
"not funny but can you promise me you'll stay here and wait for me ,I'll only take a second" he said
" I'll try" I teased
"no I'm serious, it's dangerous if you wander away ,ok?" he asked worriedly
"yeah yeah now go I want to leave this place as soon as possible "
He gave me a quick smile that gave me butterflies and walked away . who gives you butterflies and walks away! No fair.
"I'm so boreddddddd" I chanted to myself
I looked at my watch ,only 2 minutes past ehhhhhh , time's going sooooo slow then a thought appeared, hmm I wonder what ikuto's up to ,what business was he really talking about ? but I promised I wouldn't move ….wait I said "I'll try" so tried and failed now to find him
So being the idiot I am I decided to take a stroll and maybe 'accidentally' bump into ikuto and see what he's up to
And by the way I just wanted you to know like usual
BIG MISTAKE
While I pushed through the crowd slapping over confident hands left and right and telling guys to get lost when they try to use their corny pick up lines

"do you have a map? Cause honey I just keep getting lost in your eyes"

"I lost my puppy? . Can you help me find him? I think he went in one of the bedroom….."
Walk away quickly Amu . Don't run he'll chase you. Just walk away as quickly as possible

But when I finally escaped the weirdos I noticed I WAS LOST
like literally no idea where I was ,so now I was hoping Ikuto would 'accidentally' bump into me somehow but boy is he going to be pissed when he sees I'm missing

So basically I was roaming around for a while trying to avoid eye contact with people and I was scared , I shouldn't have gone alone , I should've listened to ikuto and most importantly I should've charged my freakin phone ! seriously laziness is going to get me killed.
When someone grabbed me from behind and before I could karate chop that guy I noticed it's ikuto and I was so glad to see him I almost hugged him but then I remembered he's probably mad and as I begin to apologize …he hugs me tightly and then I notice he's so tired and exhausted probably from searching for me.
I feel so guilty and for some reason more than I should be. Since when did I start feeling bad for him?
We make our way out of the club with silence since I don't know what to say and he probably doesn't either. When we make it out back into the sunlight he looks at me and says "now WHAT DID I TELL YOU TO DO?"
"whoaaaa where's all the love from 5 minutes ago"
He looks away and says "what love"
"the hug" I reply enjoying his embarrassed expression
"I just thought you probably died and didn't want to be responsible for your murder"
"ahaaaaaaaaaaaa" I say laughing as he looked slightly flushed
"BACK TO THE MAIN TOPIC" he replies clearing his throat "what are we gonna do now?"
"well we can't go back to school now or we'll be busted and I can't go home my mom will kill me if she finds out I skipped " I reply
"so then I guess you're stuck with me " he says with a wink and a smile
And once again
Starts running and DRAGS ME with him but this time I didn't mind…. that much.
