"Are you sure to start your college life in Kalos, Green?" asked an old man with lab coat and grayish hair, which revealed as Professor Oak, to his grandson.

"Yeah," replied a young man with coffee colored wild hair with the name 'Green', "I want a new atmosphere beside from Kanto or Johto." He continued.

The Professor sighed, "It seems that you're starting to act more like your father." He muttered before looking at his grandson. "Alright Green, you got what you want." He finally said and the young man making a 'yes!' gesture.

"Now that you mention it, I think I have an empty dormitory there." professor Oak suddenly said as he remembered that old dormitory.

"Dormitory?" Green asked, "You have dormitory in Kalos?"

"Yeah," Professor Oak replied, "I hope it's still in great condition there, as it's been years since the last time I visit there." he continued before turning to his grandson, "Why don't you live there Green? You can rent the rooms there for some other people there, as it's a big dormitory." He suggested.

"Really?" the green eyed young man thinking deep about it before nodding, "Sure, I think it would be a great idea, grandpa." He agreed.

"And don't forget! It's a male dormitory!" his grandpa warned and Green sweat-dropped at that.

"I know, I'm not a pervert." He replied and laughed a bit at that.

"Yeah, I know." Professor Oak replied with a grin, "That's why I warned you."

"Yeah yeah." Green just waved it off as he walked out from the lab toward his house, which making the professor just shook his head at that.

Green is walking around his hometown until he stopped right in front of his best friend and rival's house, RED. The red eyed young man with jet black hair that slightly posed upward half of it is always outside the house, so the one that usually in the house is only his mother. Green is about to turn around back to his house, only collided together by someone that none other than RED as they landed on their butt.

"Green!" RED exclaimed as he saw his best friend and rival right in front of him, not minding the throbbing pain from his butt. "There you are! I heard from Professor Oak that you're going to start your collage in Kalos! Is that true?" he asked.

"Yeah…" Green answered as he rubbed his pained butt.

"So you'll leave soon?" RED asked again.

"Yeah," Green answered again as he stood up and dusted off the dust from his clothes and butt, which followed by RED. "How about you? Are you gonna start your collage here or somewhere else?" he asked back.

"Nah, I'll stay here." RED answered with a big grin as he put back on his cap, "My mom will get lonely if I leave." He continued.

RED's mom is a single parent. RED's father is never around ever since RED born 18 years ago. No one knows who his father is or where he is now. But even without a father, RED grew up become a fine young man that full of adventurous auras around him. Green first met him when both of them four when RED's mom visits his grandpa's lab. They grew up together ever since that and become rivals and best friends when they started their school life.

"I see." Green replied, "That's too bad then. As I can't see your stupid faces when you fails in your tests." He continued with a playful grin and laughed when the red eyed young man yelled at him at that.

"Hey! I may be not as smart as you in writing tests, but I'm the best in game competitions!" RED replied.

"Yes yes, whatever." Green replied. "Welp, I gotta go, tell your mom my regards!" he said as he ran back toward his home.

"Sure thing!" RED replied and walked into his house.

Green walked into his house, which greeted by his sister, Daisy. She told him to eat dinner with her, since their grandpa is still busy. He just nodded and walked upstairs to his room.

"I'll join in a minute!" He shouted to his sister as he ran upstairs to do things.

"Be quick or it will get cold!" she replied back.

"Yeah!" he replied back as he went into his room and started rummaging through his bookshelf to search a brochure about the collage he's going to go soon before he finally get it and smiled in satisfaction at it.

'Finally, I'm able to start my college life in Lumiose International School .'

Two weeks later…

"Alright Green, this is where you'll be off to Kalos." Professor Oak said to his grandson when they arrived at the airport with Daisy, RED and RED's mom.

"Yeah," Green replied and smiled softly at all of them, "Well then, I'll be off soon, anymore messages?" he asked.

"Make sure you eat properly, Green-kun." RED's mom told him with motherly smile.

"I will, ma'am." He replied.

"And don't forget to send us postcards!" RED added with big grin.

"No prob." Green replied.

"And Green," he turned to see his grandpa, who offered him a folded letter, "When you arrive there, you'll meet with one of my colleagues and friend, Professor Sycamore. Make sure when you give him this to escort you to the dorm." He continued and Green nodded.

"I will." He answered.

"You know which one is him, right?" his grandpa asked.

"The one with unusual wavy hair right?" he asked back and Professor Oak sweat-dropped a bit at that before nodded.

"Okay then grandpa, leave it to me." he replied as he take the letter and put it into his pocket before they heard about the airplane to Lumiose is going to take off in fifteen minutes.

"Well then, I better go now." He said to the others, "Take care of yourselves, everyone. See you soon in a few years!" he exclaimed and left the place toward where the airplane is as he waved at them, who waved back.

'Kalos, here I come.'

XXX

A few hours later…

As the airplane Green was on is finally landed safely in the airport of Lumiose, he walked out from the airport with his stuffs behind him as he waits for Professor Sycamore to escort him. As he finally out of the building and looked around, he felt a hand on his shoulder and he turned, only greeted by a man with wavy dark blue hair and stubbles around his chin.

"Green Oak, I suppose? Professor Oak's grandson?" the man asked.

"That's me," Green replied, "Are you Professor Sycamore?" he asked back.

"The one and only." The man, who is also known as Professor Sycamore, replied with a smile.

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot." Green rummages through his pocket and took out a folded letter before offered it to Professor Sycamore, "Grandpa told me to give you this." He said and the man took it before read it.

The man smiled before turning to Green, "Alright then, Green-kun, let me escort you to the dorm." He said. "Or do you want to have lunch first? It's almost one o'clock." He asked. "My treat." He added as he winked at him.

"Sure, I don't mind." Green replied and the man nodded before they left the place to the professor's car with Green's stuffs behind them that parked in front of the airport. After they put in Green's luggage into the vehicle, the drove away from the place to the city as the professor showed Green around the places as they drove toward where they're going to have their lunch.

"And as you can see right there," Professor Sycamore showed him a tall tower right in the heart of the city, "Is Prism Tower, the main tourism spot in Kalos." He continued while Green stared at it in awe.

"Cool." Green commented.

"And that's Lumiose Museum," the man showed again to a enormous building at the right side, "Boutique Couture," this time to the left side of the road, "And Stone Emporium." The next one is right next to the boutique.

"Welp, there are still many places here I want to show you, but we don't have time for that." The man implied, "You must be tired from your journey to here, right?" he asked.

"Pretty much." Green replied plainly.

"Welp, here we are," the car finally stops at the parking lot next to a café and got out from the car, which followed by Green, "To Lysandre Café." He showed him the café with a smile before telling Green to follow him.

They went in and seated on one of the tables there before approached by a waiter with chin-length dark hair and a pair of gray eyes.

"Hey Calem," Professor Sycamore greeted the waiter who greeted back with a nod and smile, "It's nice to see you again." He continued.

"Hey Professor," the waiter replied, "Another colleagues?" he asked.

The man shook his head, "No, I just escort him to his grandfather's dorm." He replied.

"Oh, I see." Calem replied before turning to Green, "Hey there, welcome to Kalos!" he exclaimed before offered him a hand, "I'm Calem, seventeen this year, nice to meet you!"

Green took his hand and shook it, "Green, nineteen this year, great to see you." He replied.

"Alright then, what are your order sirs?" Calem asked as he's back to 'Professional Mode'.

"The usual." Professor Sycamore replied and Calem writes it down with a nod before turning to Green.

"Umm…" Green read through the menu and finally found a meal that quite familiar to him, "Omelet Rice and a glass of iced cappuccino." He told him who only nodded and scribbles down his order.

"Alrighty! Your order will be back in a few!" Calem said before he took off to the counter to give the orders to the counter-lady before went off again toward the other and new visitors.

"So, what's your planning by living here?" the professor asked.

"I'm going to start my collage at Lumiose International School." Green replied.

The man smiled, "Well, lucky you, I work there too!" he replied.

"You work there? As what?" Green asked. "I mean in what subject?" he quickly corrects himself.

"Biology." The man replied shortly as Calem came back with trays full of their orders.

"Alright! Here's your usual Professor," Calem offered the professor his meal who nodded at him and he nodded back before turning to Green, "And here's your order, newcomer!" he said as he put Green's orders in front of him. "Enjoy!" he finished before left the two with their meals. The two ate in silence before the professor cuts it down.

"So I heard you're going to rents the remaining rooms of the dorm," the man started, "Is it true?"

Green shrugged as he sipped his iced cappuccino, "Who knows. Probably yeah." He replied.

"If it is, then I want to rent two rooms for my nephews." The man said as he sipped his black coffee.

"Nephews?"

"Yeah. They said they want to live here again," the professor said, "Both of their parents were gone already, so I'm their guardian a few years back here before they moved to Kanto and they said they'll go to college here in Lumiose International School."

Green just stared blankly at him, but felt slightly sympathy to them. "Sure, I don't see why not." He finally replied as he put in the last bite of his omelet before finished up his drink, same goes with the man.

"Calem!" the professor called the young boy, who approached him after he called.

"Sup, Prof?" he asked, "Bill, I suppose?" The man nodded and Calem nodded back. "Alrighty! Be right back." Then the young boy left to the counter before walked back with the bill.

"35,462 pokedollar, Prof." Calem told the man and he nodded before taking out his wallet and put the money on the tray. "Alright then Professor Sycamore! See you soon at school! You too newcomer!" the young boy bid before walked away from them as they stood up and bid him too.

They walked out from the café toward the parking lot and went into the car as their stomachs are finally full. They drove away from the place toward out from the city.

"Now, the dorm is at Camphrier Town, which about a half-an hour walks from Lumiose City. So, I suggest you to buy a bicycle if you want to go to the city, which only a five minutes ride, but ten minutes ride if you go slowly." Professor Sycamore told Green and he nodded at that.

"But I think I have an old bicycle back in my lab, in good condition too." The man muttered, "Oh yeah, sometimes one of my colleagues came to the dorm to clean the place up, so let's hope the dorm is already in its' clean and sparkling condition." He continued and Green only could nod at that.

After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the town, which full of manors and villas. Some of the townspeople are outside to chats or gossiping to each other as they drove away toward the end of the town, where an enormous house resides with big cherry-blossom trees on either side of the building before they stops.

"Well, here we are." The professor said as Green looked out from the window to have a better look on the building, "At Oak's Residence, or should we say, Dormitory." He said with a smile.

"It's pretty huge." Green commented, "I never knew grandpa has this kind of house in different region." He continued.

"Well, your grandpa sure has a great secret behind it." Professor Sycamore told him as he turns off his car before went out, same goes with Green. The man helped the young man to bring his luggage toward the front of the dorm before the man took out a key of the door and unlock the door. They walked into the house, which surprisingly still lit well by the sun.

"It's huge!" Green exclaimed as he saw the place from the inside, his voice echoes through the room of the building.

The first floor of the house has wooden floors and soft-orange paint for the walls. It's big and has two stairs to the second floor at the either side of the corner of the room while there's a big door (two sides' door) in the middle of the stairs. The left side of the room, there's a small stairs to a balcony-like place, only this one is smaller and still indoor. It has several half-body glass windows and bright colored curtains tied on either side of the windows' ends.

"This is just the living room," Professor Sycamore said as he saw Green's awed expression, "There are still more than this." He continued as he put down Green's bag on the floor before offered Green the keys of the manor.

"Here are the keys. You can check them all while I'll turn on the electricity." He said and Green nodded as he took them before the man left the place to where the electricity resides.

Green looked around again before decided to check out the second floor. He walked up to the second floor using the stairs and he met with another same door as the one downstairs. He unlocked the door by the right key and opened the door before walked in. The room is actually a long hall with four doors each sides while there's another same door as the first and the second he saw earlier at the end on the hall. He walked toward the door and unlocked it before walked in with awed expression.

"Well, I think this is the right time to say 'Woah'." He commented shortly.

The room, is totally huge. It's about 15x10 meters with half-body glass windows on the right side of the room while the other there's wide balcony that separated by a pair of glass doors with wooden frames to the outside side of the balcony. There's a King sized bed in the middle of the room with nightstands on either side of the bed with small lamps on it.

"Well," Green started as he grinned, "This is totally cool."

XXX

"Hey Green-kun!" Professor Sycamore called as Green walked down the stairs to him, "Finished looking around?" he asked.

"Nah, not the first floor yet." Green replied.

"Are the places are clean enough?" the man asked and the young man nodded.

"Pretty clean, I guess." Green replied.

"Right," the man added before looking at his watch, "Well, I gotta go. I already turned on the electricity and I already tested it, it works. There's a swimming pool too at the right side of the dorm, if you want to swim freely with your friends, I suppose." He told the green eyed young man who nodded at him. "There's a market near here, to buy yourself supplies, and there's also a clinic here too." He continued.

"And you don't mind if I told my nephews about the dorm, right?" he asked and Green shook his head.

"The more, the merrier." Is the only replied Green told the man, who smiled at the answer.

"Alright then, I'll meet you again tomorrow and I'll bring you my old bicycle for you to use to go to Lumiose City, then after that we could look around the city as we go to the school to sign you up. I'll be your guardian while you're here." the professor told the wild haired young man.

Green nodded, "Thanks and sorry for troubling you." He told the man, who only chuckled at that and shook his head.

"No, it's fine, really." The professor replied, "It's my favor to repay your grandpa." He continued before bid the young man a goodbye and left the place, leaving Green by himself at his new house.

"I think I better check the first floor and the pool." Green muttered before walked toward the door and unlocked it before walked in.

The room is huge, far bigger than the huge room upstairs. There's a bar-like counter in half-square shape at the right corner of the room with a kitchen cabinet set there also, meaning it's the kitchen 'room'. Then there's a long table with many chairs in front of the kitchen, meaning it's the dining 'room'. There's also a big LCD TV with half-square sofas in front of it, meaning it's the living 'room'. At the left corner of the room, there are two bookshelves there with a lamp and a single sofa next to the lamp, meaning it's the library 'room'. Then at the end of the room right in the middle, there's a fireplace with white and reddish-orange bricks. Then on half of the either side of the room (Started from the kitchen is usual walls), there are glass slide doors with wooden frames placed there instead of normal walls. Thank god all the glass doors like these are all have locks.

Then Green unlocked one of the glass doors and walked out from the house to the right side of the building, which showing the huge pool with jumping board.

"This place sure does huge." Green commented as he looked around the place, slightly surprised about the huge house he's in now.

'Well, this is where I live for the next few years…'

A/N: After almost a year, I finally add a new chapter for this story. *sulk in the corner* I'm such a bad Author. I'll update it again later; thank god my inspiration in this story is back! (Actually it's always in my head by I always forget to type it down…) I really need to re-life back all my semi-abandoned stories; I need to finish them all until they're complete, as I'm waiting for One Piece to add more chapters in the manga for my story, The Chronicle, so when One Piece is over, The Chronicle will also be over, as I use the One Piece plots for the story.

By the way, RED is the 'Red' in the Pokemon Special one, sorry if it confused you. Also, this is an AU, if you haven't realized it, so no Pokemons there, just normal animals like dogs and cats. Pokemons there are just games and merchandises in this story, so yeah.

Review:

For PokeSpeBanette: Thanks, sorry for the super long wait! This is still chapter one, hope you enjoyed it!

DON'T FORGET TO REVIEW/FOLLOW/FAVORITE!

DISCLAIMER: I NEVER OWNS POKEMON, JUST THIS STORY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
