Aurora watched as the record played out slowly, though it was merely a second. Like we were in the ether, just watching. Sebastian let out a inhuman scream and grabbed Ciel's hand, pulling him into his chest and falling onto the floor, Undertaker following close behind. "I knew you of all people would protect the earl...Just what one would expect of his butler, hmm?"
Ciel sat up, looking at his blood stained gloves. He stared in shock at Sebastian's limp body. "Sebastian?...HEY!" When no reply came he screamed louder. "SEBASTIAN!" Sebastian flinched. "Do keep it down...I can hear you just fine..." He huffed, blood pouring from his mouth. Ciel was shocked as he sat up, spitting blood from his mouth. He glared at us both.
"Your cinematic record was quiiiite entertaining!...But..." Undertaker's eyes averted to Ciel. "All the same, it appears you will only bring misfortune upon the young earl here..." Ciel looked startled to hear that. Undertaker then raised his scythe. "So why don't we have you disappear?..." Ciel gasped, feeling completely helpless. Suddenly the floor shook and swayed. Aurora squeaked, grabbing onto a railing. Sebastian held onto Ciel as the Ship began to tilt. It was sinking.
"Don't tell me it's already..."
"BLIMEY!"
Ryan Stoker screamed as he hung on desperately to the railing.
Undertaker just giggled. "My my. Will it be anytime now hmm?"
"Oh no..." Sebastian gasped.
Then, all the contents poured to the other side of the ship as the vessel violently tilted. Aurora gasped as she saw Ryan Stoker slide past her to his death with a sickening thud and a burst of blood. Aurora winced. At least it was instant...
Grell then appeared right above Sebastian, who was clinging onto a cement wire. "Ryan stoker, born august 24th 1854! Died April 20th, 1889 due to a fall. Additional remarks, none." Aurora sighed, letting go of the railing, before floating upwards. Why did she always forget she could do this?
"Sebas-chan, as you can see, I haven't a moment to spare. I hope you'll forgive me, but I'll be taking that Undertaker fellow for myself..." Aurora could see Undertaker hanging onto the railing and looking down at the carnage below, seeming amused. "You just stay right there and watch me in action." Sebastian growled. "I cannot allow y-" Ronald suddenly came in, narrowly missing Ciel and Sebastian by inches, which irritated Aurora. Ciel was just a child. But of course, wasn't the time to be thinking about it.
Ronald grabbed hold of a pillar. "You're much stronger then me, senpai! So that Undertaker's all yours!" Aurora glared toward Grell's direction. Not if she had something to say about it.
"I'll put this weak, worn out, old dog over here out of his misery!" Grinned Ronald. Sebastian grabbed onto another pillar, hanging on for dear life. He huffed and breathed heavily. He continued to bleed, seeping through his clothes and through Ciels clothing. Ciel smirked. "Hmph...I won't have you making light of mu butler. Do you really think that this is enough to wear him out. That hes going to lose to you? Your jokes aren't amusing in the least...Aren't I right, Sebastian?" Sebastian slowly grinned. "Yes, most definitely."
He soon coughed, spurting up blood. Ciel looked concerned. Then, a sign of remorse passed over Ronald's face. "Aww, brother. Now I can't feeling like I've turned into a bully picking on the weak..."
WHAM
Sebastian had sucker punched him in the face. The blood lust was clear in his eyes. He was out for a beating. Someone was going to get his ass kicked and it wasn't Sebastian. Aurora couldn't focus on it. She went after Grell, body semi glowing with energy. She had pent up energy and she wanted to take it out on him.
Grell and Undertaker clashed their scythes together with a loud CLANG. "You! Why, if it isn't the little reaper who was playing at being Madam Red's butler! I knew I'd seen you before! So you've been seduced by the lives of humans too, haven't yooooou?!" Grell slashed at him, though Undertaker was too quick. "Nosy men never get anywhere with the ladies, I'll have you know!"
Undertaker laughed hysterically, running backwards down a wall. "Aren't you reaperlings about to run out of time?!" Grell grinned, thinking he got him. "I'm no cinderella. You won't catch me running home when theres a fine prince among men right before my eyes!" Aurora was inches away, until she saw Ronald being flung right into Grell. She squeaked and swiftly moved out of the way just in time. How did she forget that? She needed to get her act together. Her emotions were getting in the way...
"Ronald!" Squeaked Grell. Ronald's face had been beaten to a bloody pulp. His face had swelled up. His glasses wouldn't even fit his face anymore. "I say! How soft the youth of today are!" Said Sebastian, who now had Ronalds death scythe. "Is it not a little behind the times of you to depend solely on your death sythes?"
Undertaker looked around, seeing Aurora on the same level but across from him. "So whats left is..." Sebastian trailed off, the Ship gave a deep groan. Aurora's eyes widened. The hull had been breached. Water then exploded into the room, soaking Sebastian and Ciel with cold, freezing water. Undertaker grinned. "Well, the time has come to say our farewells at last...I must say, it's been cracking good fuuun!" Sebastian glared, So did Grell, and rushed toward Undertaker. Aurora's eyes widened. He was going to lose his lockets...
"NO!"
A loud clang was heard, And Sebastian, Ciel and Grell went flying back. Sebastian of course, protected Ciel and he was just fine. Her body was glowing with blue energy. She breathed heavily, her body couldn't take much more of this. She turned her head to look at Undertaker, but he wasn't there.
"Aurora!~" Called Undertaker from above. She looked up, seeing he was another flight above her. He was staring at her, eyes looking dim and...different. She was about to say something, when the words died away at what he did next. He showed his lockets to her, his hands fondly touching Claudia P's locket. And with a yank, the chain came loose of his coat. Aurora's eyes widened. What was he doing?
Undertaker stared at the mourning chain for the longest time, before he simply let go. Aurora gasped, and reached out and grabbed it, staring up at him with confused eyes, threatening to cry.
Undertaker then slowly stood up, his mouth slowly turning to a fond smile. "Take good care of them, Aurora..." His eyes then softened, his aura giving off the light pink. "For it is my treasure..."
Aurora's eyes widened, her pupils enlarging. He was leaving her?! Undertaker then pulled his hair back from his eyes, ridding himself of the burning salty water.
No no...This isn't what was supposed to happen! Aurora thought, her eyes filling with dread.
Ciel yelled out. "WAIT! UNDERTAKER!"
"So long milord..." Undertaker then raised his scythe for the final blow. Aurora couldn't move her legs. She was frozen in shock. The love of her life was leaving her. Someone who understood her, loved her, touched her...
He gave one final look to Aurora, which broke her heart into two. "Goodbye, Aurora...Let us meet again..."
Aurora then screamed, her voice breaking. "NO! YOU BASTAAAAARD!"
The ship was then sliced in two, and Aurora shielded herself from the blast. She had to get out of there. She grunted, jumping from the railing with as much energy as she could muster, getting out from between the crack of the ship, just in time before the other half hit the water and began to sink. He was gone...Undertaker was gone...
She was met with freezing cold water as she hit it. Her hands almost letting go of the mourning chain. She gasped as she reached the surface. She watched the ship began to sink before her eyes. Just like her heart was sinking into her stomach...
How could Undertaker do this to her? After all they had been through? Was she really just a pawn? Now she was alone... Very alone. Tears poured from her eyes. Though nobody could tell. Her heart ached for him. She felt betrayed, and used. Would she ever see him again?
She drifted for a while, the sky was bright with stars. It was beautiful...She could almost forget...
Suddenly, her ears perked. She could hear someone shivering. It sounded like Ciel. She swam over, seeing his tiny body clinging onto a life vessel. So she wasn't alone...
She suddenly saw him let go and go under.
"Oh shit..." She took and breath and dived down, seeing his tiny form sinking to the depths. She reached and grabbed him, before bringing him above water. He coughed up the water, looking at Aurora with a shocked face. Just then, a life boat pulled up, Sebastian glared intensely at her. Without a word, Aurora helped him into the lifeboat. Ciel continued to cough. No doubt his asthma was flaring. She didn't really expect a thank you, and began to swim away, until she heard Ciel.
"Come with us."
Aurora paused, did Ciel just seriously say that? She turned her head, staring at him in surprise. "What?..."
Sebastian looked incredibly pissed off at the idea of Aurora staying with them. "Come with us...We can give you a place to stay at my mansion."
Aurora wasn't sure about this. "Only if you don't turn me over to the queen..." She said, glaring at him. She wouldn't fall for any of these tricks.
"I will not, I give you my word. I could use someone like you." Ciel said. Aurora narrowed her eyes. Undertaker said that when they first met...
"Alright, but no funny business..." She said, climbing into the boat, only to scream in pain as something bit into her leg. She gasped, it was a zombie.
Ciel and Sebastian's eyes widened. She growled and kicked it's head with a free foot, making it's head split and sink into the water. Aurora climbed into the boat, shivering and shaking that a zombie just bit her. "Holy shit..." It was like another shot to her heart that something of Undertaker's harmed her.
"These things can move in water?!" Ciel asked Aurora, who nodded. "They don't breathe...So they can't drown..."
"Be quiet!" Sebastian said, holding up a hand. Right in front of them, the sea was stirring with undead, they raised their heads above the water. "D-don't tell me..."
Suddenly they came at them, trying to pile onto the boat. Sebastian took the Paddle and slashed at them. He glared at Aurora to assist him. She pulled out her Satoba, slashing away some zombies. One tried grabbing Ciel, which Sebastian kicked away. "J-just how many of them are here?!" Ciel asked.
"Too many, they won't stop until their bodies are no more." Aurora explained. "And we are the only humans in this area..." Ciel looked behind them. "Then...We can't run...If we do, Lizzie and the other survivors will be targeted... We can't expose them to danger...We will stop them here. You can do it, can't you Sebastian? Miss Aurora?" Aurora nodded, standing up.
Sebastian grinned. "You do not need to asked your servant. Simply command what you will of me." Ciel pulled of his eyepatch and yelled. "I COMMAND YOU, SEBASTIAN! EXTERMINATE THEM!"
"Yes, my lord!" He began slashing and hacking with the paddle while Aurora shot out energy shots and whacked a few, decapitating many and limbs went flying everywhere. "How amusing..." Sebastian's eyes glowed fuchsia red. "Even in death, humans continue to attempt to kick others down to obtain that which they desire. What truly avaricious beings!"
They continued to hack and slash, blood and brains and guts went flying. Blood poured into the sea water. Soon the water around them was completely red. Dead bodies floating around them. Sebastian breathed heavily. Ciel poked his head out from under the seat. "Is it...over?"
Suddenly Sebastian fell to his knees, clutching his sides in pain. Ciel gasped. "Sebastian!" It was quite touching how Ciel cared for such a creature. "The blow of the death scythe was hard...even for me..." Blood seeped through his vest. Ciel then looked at Aurora. "What was the Undertaker after?" Aurora blinked. "...Even I don't know the answer to that...I was just helping him..." She explained, though Ciel wasn't too sure. "You never once asked him?"
"He said he wanted to see a hidden scene after the credits on the bizarre dolls...Thats all he would tell me...I know he never was intending to harm you. I honestly do not know what hes up too..." She said. Ciel looked at Sebastian. Who nodded painfully. "She is telling the truth...I personally can do without that reunion..." He then coughed up more blood. "This is the first time I've seen you in such a state..." Ciel looked saddened.
"Pardon me for being so ungraceful...I am unfit to be the butler of the Phantomhive family." He said, rubbing his side. Ciel was quiet for a while. Soon the sun was coming up. Aurora felt tired, and emotionally hurt. Why did Undertaker do something so horrible? Did she do something wrong? Was Undertaker really using her? She looked at the chain of lockets, listening to them dangle. How could he...
Then, a fog horn was heard and they all turned their heads, seeing a ship. "It's a rescue boat..." They were all relieved. Ciel then spoke. "Sebastian...I can't afford to have the butler of the Phantomhive family stay in that state forever...Make sure you rest up when we return to the manor...You did well today..."
Sebastian looked surprised to hear such a compliment. "Young master..." He chuckled and looked down. "Please stop. I cannot believe I am hearing you say these words..." He then sat up, looking at him. "I would prefer not to encounter a storm after this..." Ciel nodded in agreement.
Aurora was shaking. She couldn't understand how Undertaker could leave her in just a short time. She narrowed her eyes at the lockets. She would see him again, very, very soon. She had another chance. Undertaker would pretend to be a principle...And Aurora promised to be there... She stared off into the horizon, blinking as more tears fell from her puffy eyes.
I'm coming for you, Undertaker.
(((AN: *Peeks from hiding place* Yes, I'm assuming you shed a few tears. It's okay. It's normal to feel this way for an anime character. I'm here if you need a virtual tissue. And a Virtual shoulder to cry on. Yes. I deceived you. But I couldn't give away this scene so early of course. Maybe some of you already thought he would do this. Maybe not. In any case, tell me in the comments below how you feel! *Takes a step back* Ooooor you can pelt me with objects...*Hides*))
