A/N: Hey so here is chapter 8, it's not very long, but like I said these short chapters allow me to get them out much quicker. I don't have much to say about this one except that I hope you enjoy it and thank you for all the reviews, favs, follows and all that. I love to hear from everyone!

Sachiko laid in her bed staring at the ceiling that now had the early signs of morning appearing on it. She sighed thinking about starting her day before lifting the picture of Yumi she had laying on her stomach. It was the only thing that could ease her mind right now as she thought about breakfast with her parents. The first opportunity they would have to tell her what they really think if they so choose.

She hoped it would be good news, but in her stomach she just felt as though it would be bad. The whole ordeal with Suguru was still something that lurked in the distance too. She really didn't even want to think about him. Just imagining his face twisted her stomach and made her heart ache. If he was ever in the picture than Yumi was most likely not. If she still was though, then Sachiko would feel disgusted.

Loving Yumi fully and completely but letting that man have his way with her body so the business does well. It took a moment for Sachiko to think of something else that wouldn't make her feel this way. Every time she did think of that future though she began to hate Suguru even more than she already had. Yumi was the only one she wanted to be with, she was the only one that Sachiko wanted to share everything with.

How she was going to get out of the marriage was beyond her though because even if her father did allow her and Yumi he would probably still expect it. Her mother would be easier to try and get on her side which she wasn't opposed to doing.

She sighed as she set aside the idea of turning her mother against her father and looked at the picture of Yumi. She smiled as she ran a finger over Yumi's face and glanced back to the ceiling thinking of her. Yumi was always the only one that would make her happy.

I will do whatever it takes to stay with you, Yumi. . . I love you and nothing, not even my parents, will keep me from seeing only you.

Youko sat in her chair at the Rose Mansion with her eyes closed as thoughts went through her head making her sigh frequently. She couldn't get that text message out of her head. All it did was stab at her heart for some reason, which annoyed her.

She couldn't tell if it was the message itself that annoyed her more or what she had done to her former younger sister. She told herself walking to school this morning that everything was fine and what she did, she did to help Sachiko and Yumi. Even she was starting to think that maybe it would have been better to just leave them alone.

She had hurt Sachiko enough taking back her rosary, but then attacking their relationship when she didn't have anything more to do with her. Youko leaned back in her chair with a loud sigh, she honestly felt like screaming. Why did she feel so oddly about Sachiko's relationship with Yumi, especially if she had pushed Sachiko out of her life.

Thankfully the sound of the door opening would snap her out of her thoughts as she looked back down to the table glad to be thinking of the meeting.

"Don't you dare touch me again!" Sachiko shouted at Shimako who pulled her hand away from her. "I will talk to Youko if I want. You do not control her life, just as you do not control mine. Your intolerance for lesbians does not put you above me I will remind you."

"How dare you?!" Shimako replied as Sachiko stopped and turned to her in the doorway with a glare cold enough to freeze anyone.

"How dare I?!" Sachiko asked as she stared Shimako straight in the eyes. "I've heard plenty of rumors of the poison you spew behind our backs. I have half a mind to smack you, but I don't want any of your intolerant filth on my hand."

Shimako's mouth hung open as Sachiko smirked at her before taking a step back and slamming the door in her face. Just as soon as it shut Shimako felt a surge of anger course through her as she went for the doorknob. She stomped her foot when it wouldn't turn due to being locked.

Sachiko just chuckled to herself a little as she heard Shimako's footsteps leading towards the stairs followed by their creaking as she left.

"What do you want?" Youko asked coldly even though she felt as though she was in no position to do so.

Sachiko's eyes narrowed as she quit focusing on Shimako and looked at her former Onee-sama. To say she was mad wouldn't do justice. She was more than mad, she was furious.

"Don't play stupid with me. Even if you are siding with that lesbian hating girl you're not an idiot." Sachiko replied with a cold voice as Youko remained silent for a moment.

"So what? Do you want me to say sorry then? I know you won't accept an apology." Youko said as Sachiko shook her head.

"No, I don't want an apology from you. It wouldn't be sincere anyways so let's not waste our time." Sachiko said coldly as Youko looked away from her feeling that guilt bite at her even more though it was now turning to anger out of defense. "I want to know what possessed you to tell my parents what I do with my life? Perhaps I should call your parents and inform them that you are trying to destroy others peoples lives because you are all of the sudden completely against lesbians."

"Do it and you will regret it." Youko said grimly as Sachiko chuckled.

"Your threats fall on unfrightened ears I'm afraid. . . I came here to make myself perfectly clear. I will do whatever it takes to stay with Yumi. If you interfere with my relationship like this again you will be the one to regret it." Sachiko threatened without losing her icy gaze. Youko knew this tone of voice too, Sachiko was completely serious. "Now with that being said, I still have a shred of respect left for the girl I used to know so I will leave you alone." Sachiko said as she turned to open the door.

"You two can't be together!" Youko said stopping Sachiko from leaving the room.

Sachiko simply sighed and and turned her head towards Youko who was leaning on the table with both hands. "Leave us alone. . ." She said before turning to leave the room again. "You've been warned."

Yumi waited patiently at the green house as she looked around at all the flowers and smiled. This place always reminded her of Sachiko, probably because they've had so many lunches there before. Whatever it was, Yumi felt comfortable here, especially when the door opened like it just did and Sachiko walked in smiling.

"I'm sorry to make you wait." Sachiko apologized as she made her way to Yumi and gave her a hug with a small kiss.

"It's no problem, what were you doing anyways?" Yumi asked as Sachiko sighed a little as the hug lingered.

"I had a talk with Youko-sama. . ." Sachiko answered somewhat softly as she rested her head on Yumi's shoulder never letting go of her. Yumi understood this reaction, she knew Sachiko was still having a hard time with Youko, she had been a good friend for too long.

Sachiko tightened the hug a little as she placed a kiss on the side of Yumi's neck. ". . .Yumi, what are you doing this weekend?" She asked curiously as Yumi thought for a second before shrugging which Sachiko felt as she was still hugging her.

"I don't have any plans. . . I was hoping to maybe spend it with you, if you weren't busy." Yumi said trying not to sound pushy which was just habit at this point.

"I won't be busy, Yumi. I was hoping to spend it with you." Sachiko responded as her nerves caught hold of her. "Yumi. . . I... I want to take that step that was mentioned last night." Sachiko said as Yumi raised an eyebrow trying to think over the many things brought up during that conversation. "I want to become intimate with you." She continued after a minutes pause.

Yumi's face just turned bright red at the thought as Sachiko pulled away from the hug and glanced away from Yumi afraid she went to far. "I-I'm sorry, Yumi. I don't want you to. . ."

"I do too." Yumi interrupted as Sachiko glanced back to her as Yumi smiled at her through her embarrassment. "I want to take that next step too." Yumi continued before standing to her toes and kissing Sachiko briefly. "I don't think my parents will be home on Saturday." She added after the kiss as Sachiko's face flared red this time.

The silence that followed could only be described as awkward especially since they both had an idea of what the other was thinking right now. The bell ringing off in the distance was the only thing to bring them both back to reality as they glanced to one another.

"This weekend at your house then." Sachiko repeated for confirmation as Yumi nodded. ". . .We should probably get to class."

Youko tapped her finger on her desk as she looked towards the floor. Sachiko's threat was well received, though she wasn't sure how to react. She couldn't imagine her little sister, the one that had been able to share everything with her possibly hurting her. Youko shook the idea out of her head as the thought of what she had done entered hers.

Sachiko probably hadn't expected her to do anything to her either. Sachiko's threat probably did hold weight to it, though she wasn't sure how much. She had never seen Sachiko pushed to her limits, she had no idea what the girl could do. Did Yumi really mean that much to her that she could threaten someone else? Youko shook her head thinking about what Shimako said to her after Sachiko left.

"Don't believe anything she said, she is only upset because she got what she deserved and she knows it." Shimako said as she entered the council room after Sachiko had left. "You tried to help her, you did the right thing. She is the one doing wrong here, don't forget where you stand in this."

"Please be quiet." Youko responded as Shimako paused looking at her surprised. "I've heard quite enough of this today. Let's just get this meeting over with."

She still didn't know where that had come from, but she could sense that Shimako was upset with her after that. No doubt she would hear much more lesbian hating advice from her later. Then again, why did she consider it lesbian hating advice? Youko lifted her hand from her desk to rest her head on it as she pondered it.

"Lesbian hating advice. . ." Youko thought as she pictured Sachiko and Yumi together holding hands. She couldn't picture them as evil or gross though, they just looked like Sachiko and Yumi. "Even if you are siding with that lesbian hating girl you are not stupid!" She heard play in her head. Sachiko could see through her though she tried hard not to show it.

This isn't right. . . They did nothing to harm you and your trying to drive a spike between them. You know they don't deserve this. This isn't even your problem, so why are you striving to make it your own?

Ring, ring, ring. . .

Youko snapped out of her thoughts as she looked to the clock in the room as everyone stood from their desks. As she was gathering her things she heard a knock on her desk and looked up to see Sei standing near looking at her firmly.

"We need to talk." Sei said as Youko sighed and put the last book in her bag.

"I have a meeting to go to." Youko said trying to brush her off only to be stopped by a hand on her shoulder.

"Shimako can handle things on her own today. We need to talk now." Sei said as Youko glanced around the room before shrugging. "Follow me."

-X-X-

"What did you want to talk about?" Youko asked even though she knew the answer to this question. After all Sei was the one that had texted her the night before.

"You know what I want to talk about, unless you have been avoiding your phone." Sei said as Youko looked off to the side trying to avoid the question as Sei shook her head. "Why are you doing this?"

"Why not?" Youko asked still looking off to the side. She found it very hard to talk to Sei right now. Just being in her presence was making her feel even more guilty by the second.

"You have no reason to interfere with their relationship. They are not harming you at all, yet you attack them. You even called their parents and told them about their relationship. I know Shimako has extreme views on this, but you? This is incredibly low for someone like you."

"How would you know?!" Youko asked as the guilt in her finally built up in her enough. "How would you even know what is low for me? You don't even know who I am. You have never once payed attention to me." Youko yelled at her before putting a hand to her eyes and feeling tears form.

"Youko. . .?" Sei asked as she took a step towards her.

"Stay away from me!" Youko yelled again as she put a hand out stopping Sei.

"All you care about is Sachiko and Yumi's relationship, but you haven't even considered how I feel." Youko continued as tears ran down her cheeks. ". . .I hate you, Sei. . . I hate you." She muttered as Sei reached a hand out to her only for it be slapped away. Sei could only stand and watch as Youko walked out of the small church crying.

"What just happened?" Sei asked as she looked to her hand that had just been slapped.
