Hello citizens of Fanville (that's corny I know). LORDY! How long has it been since I updated? A year? 2? Jokes aside, I did have some major trouble here in reality, but that isn't the point. Just saying, I most definitely didn't ditch you all. Anywho, I'm updating now (even though a good portion of you probably just said I'M DONE and went to Yootis and Sorrelwing :D) Either way, that one person that still had a shred of light on this story being updated, ENJOY!

No….no, he didn't regret it. They were all horrible to him, left him in the dust. They treated him like crap…didn't they? Blu couldn't think as he flew as fast as he could to nowhere in particular. His vision was blurry, his heart was racing, and he was beginning to get light-headed.

His thoughts were cut off as he crashed into a branch. From there, he fell through all the other branches and eventually, the jungle floor. His cuts started to open and blood started to leak again. After gaining some sort of consciousness, he waddled over to a pond. Blu looked down, and what he saw was something out of a horror movie.

His beak and face were brutally cut. He had several bruises and cuts spread around his body, and his pupils were heavily dilated. It was disgusting. However, Blu slowly creaked a smile. "Ha…haha….HAHAHA!" Blu started to laugh maniacally. During the laughter, tears started to fall at a fast rate, and the laughter began to mix with heavy sobbing. He simply laid on the floor, trapped in his own insane mind.

He liked it. No, he LOVED it. Throughout his life, Blu was always considered a weakling; someone who needed to be constantly watched. He was like a new puppy in a family, and he hated it. When he killed Roberto and Eduardo, his heart did a somersault. He had never felt so alive. Ironically, he never felt so "birdly" in his entire life.

But…when he saw those faces. The horrified faces of his own flesh and blood, he just couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe that he liked it. But he did.

However, in that dark cave of sadness, he found…something. Something in those shocked, innocent faces, made him amazingly sad, if that even makes sense. It was horrible sadness, but…it felt good. A good sadness. "What am I thinking?!" Blu asked himself. But then…he knew exactly what he was thinking.

His kids never loved him. Of course, they acknowledged him, but he was simply there. And besides, why should he blame them? He's a coward, weak, awkward, and a complete embarrassment. He would never forget when they were singing "Beautiful Creatures." Everyone looked so happy. They were all dancing, singing, all the while he just stood in the sidelines. Funny thing is they didn't even acknowledge him. They officially forgot about it. And to think, she didn't even ask where he went. Neither did the kids.

Kids. His own children. Blu began to ponder about them. His kids will never want to see him again. If anything, Jewel will most likely find someone else to call hers. And the kids will have a new dad. Most likely, a better dad. One who is strong, interesting; everything he wasn't, and never will be.

Now why should he allow that? He loved his kids to death. Losing them will kill him, unknowingly literally or mentally. So…instead of his kids killing him…why doesn't he…kill…his kids?

It was perfect! His children hate him right now, and they never seemed to care for him before. But he loves them so much. Why should they love someone else. Why not him?

It's not like he is doing it because he hates them. He LOVES them. It was all connecting in Blu's psyche.

"The only way to love someone forever…is to take away the life they'll love without you…" Blu muttered. His tears stopped, however if it was because he wasn't sad or that his eyes dried up, he will never know. All he did know was that he has a thirst to kill.

Back at the tribe, everything was going out of control. The fact that a murderer was on the loose was already enough to put the whole tribe on the edge, but the fact that it was the leader and his best-man was chaotic. Birds were on constant control. No bird was allowed to leave their hollow with less than 3 people.

Mimi and Jewel were temporarily taking control, or trying to, of the situation. They were the only ones that had the leader's blood at the moment. Tiago, Bia, and Carla were all in their hollow, 2 patrol guards defending the entrance.

The three barely even spoke. They all just sat there, emotionless.

Their father just killed two birds. Their father. The person that was with them ever since they could remember.

One of the patrolmen came and sat down with the three chicks, and extended his wings to comfort them. "Look kids, I know how hard this is. Especially for you three being so young. I'm sorry" the bird kindly said while patting them on their backs. They muttered a 'thank you' and went back into their own thoughts.

"H-hey, what the heck?! There's a fire!" The patrolmen who was at the entrance shouted. Everyone looked to see smoke emitting from the trees ahead. It was far away, but it was a fire nonetheless. One of the two patrolmen flew off to warn everyone and, soon enough, almost all the patrols went to it.

.

.

"So, my name is Jake. What about you three?" Jake, the patrolmen who was currently guarding them asked. They blatantly replied 'Tiago, Bia, Carla'. Jake sighed, and looked out the hollow. The smoke was still coming; however it didn't seem to be spreading. Then, he saw something in the trees.

It was far away, but he was still able to somewhat make out what it was. "A…bird?" Jake said to himself. It actually was. It seemed to be standing on the tallest tree branch around the smoke. It looked like it was smiling. Soon, the realization hit him. Don't tell me…

The figure, as if something from a horror movie, started flying toward him maniacally. He was screaming loudly as he withdrew his talons. Jake didn't even have time to react as the figure flew at him.

Jake's face was grabbed on by a talon, and then smashed repeatedly to the wall. The sound got the kids attention, and they all had horror inside their eyes. "DAD?!" they all shouted.

Blu continued to smash Jake's head against the hollow, blood starting to fly all over the place. Jake's head started to bleed tremendously, and his beak felt broken. Soon, Blu smashed Jake's head against the floor, where he blacked out. He might have died; however Blu at this point couldn't give a shred of care.

Blu just looked at the three kids, huddled together and shaking. They were too terrified to scream. Too terrified to move. They simply stood there.

Blu went to Tiago and started to rub his head feathers with his blood-stained talons. Tears came out of his eyes, and he began to urinate out of fear. "P-p-please, Daddy *sniff* don't h-hurt us" Tiago muttered. Blu didn't even respond.

He then forcefully grabbed Tiago by the neck and pinned him against the wall. Bia and Carla panicked and desperately tried to release their brother, however it didn't work. They did everything; bite, claw, and it all didn't work. "D-daddy, I-I c-c-can't b-breathe" Tiago choked. Blu leaned in to Tiago's ear and smiled. "Daddy loves you" he whispered as he did a swift jolt with his talon on Tiago's neck. A crack was heard, and Tiago dropped to the floor, completely motionless. Carla and Bia rushed to their brother, tears in their eyes. "Bro? Bro?! C'mon, Tiago, say something! Tiago! TIAGO!" Carla shouted at her dead brother. Soon, her head was grabbed by Blu's and was also banged against the floor. The blow knocked her out immediately, and Blu shouted "WILL YOU SHUT UP ALREADY?!"

Bia went to the corner of the hollow and peed herself. She was sobbing greatly, and her heart was racing so much it hurt her chest. Blu just looked at her and smiled. His eyes were wide open, and he said in a moan "Birds of a feather." He slowly walked to Bia, chuckling to himself. "PLEASE DADDY! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! I DON'T WANT TO DIE DADDY, PLEASE!"

But the end came anyway.

Yes, Blu has now committed a truly unforgivable crime. This story is horribly sad, so don't read the next chapter's if you have a weak heart. Also, please disregard any of the hate comments I might have posted in the beginning chapters. It was rather immature of me to include my opinions so disrespectfully. Of course, I wish you all a lovely day.
