A/N: Hey guys so this is probably going to be the longest chapter in the story, it's about double the length of a normal one. I didn't want to break it into 2 parts so I just did it all in one! Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter and I hope you all have a happy thanksgiving this next week. Hopefully I will be able to get a bunch of work done on the next chapter here as I am itching to start my next story, but I want to finish this one first! On a side note I finished an anime called Ghost Hunt today, it was pretty great. If you like ghosts and supernatural stuff it might be worth a watch. Unfortuantely that show did not have Sachiko and Yumi in it.

Shimako looked around the table inside the council room. To her left Noriko and across from them two more girls who had been interested in joining the Yamayurikai. Shimako had taken control with all the of the other roses leaving, but it had taken her awhile to find girls interested with all the drama surrounding them.
"So you two are interested in joining the Yamayurikai?" Shimako asked as the girls looked between each other before nodding. "That is good, we've been short on members lately due to recent events. I hope this won't discourage you from joining us."
"You mean Sachiko and Yumi?" One of the girls asked curiously as Shimako looked to Noriko who had a troubled expression.
"Well...Yes," Shimako said as if she was unsure of it. "I don't want to put all the blame on Sachiko and Yumi, but if it wasn't for their relationship this council would still be together."
"Stupid lesbians, they ruin everything," one of the girls said as Shimako smirked briefly.
"I don't know if they ruin everything, but what they are doing is definitely against the rules," Shimako said shaking her head looking down to the table. "I just wish the school would do something about it already, but they have that stupid rule in place."
"Rule?" one of the girls asked as Shimako sighed.
"Yea, there is a rule that they can't turn any student away because of their sexual preference," Shimako explained as Noriko glanced to her before looking down at the table. Unlike the two girls sitting across from them she was starting to understand what Shimako was up to.
"That doesn't make sense, you think they would be highly against that here," one of the girls replied as Shimako shrugged.
"I thought that too, but it seems it is out of their control. It isn't really any of our concern though," Shimako concluded as she grabbed the papers on her desk.
"They tore the Yamayurikai apart that seems like a pretty big issue."
"It is a very big deal, you're right," Shimako agreed as she looked towards the window making it very obvious through facial expressions that she was thinking. "I suppose there is one way to deal with it, but it could get one of us in trouble."
"Would it get rid of those two?"
"Yes, it should get rid of them, but I don't want to involve innocent students," Shimako answered as Noriko shrugged and looked towards her.
"You were thinking about an initiation, weren't you?" Noriko asked as Shimako looked to her for a moment as she considered her options.
"We'll do it, just tell us what to do," a girl said as Shimako smiled.
"I can see you are dedicated to making a better Yamayurikai and better school. If you really want to know what to do I will tell you. . ."

Sei stood by the door staring at the door knob in front of her, everything was quiet, all she could hear was her own thoughts and right now they were very conflicted. She reached for the doorknob but stopped halfway, some unknown force blocking her from doing it.
She remembered when she first met Shimako, she remembered how nice she was. Sei sighed dropping her hand back to her side and looking over her shoulder to make sure no one was watching her.
"I can't do this," Sei said loud enough only for herself to hear. She sighed as she took a step back and paused a moment before turning and leaving. She needed to think about this, the time wasn't right, what if they were in a meeting. Sei's mind raced to make up excuses as she walked away, but she knew in the back of her head that no one remained except for Shimako and Noriko.

Sachiko sighed as she sat on the bench next to Yumi who was putting her clothes in her locker, this was the one good part of their day. Their classes had used the gymnasium at the same time. They weren't able to do things together as their classes stayed separate, but between the classes they could be together. The annoying part was the comments which they had become pretty good at zoning out.
"So how has your day been so far?" Sachiko asked as Yumi shrugged as she sat down on the bench next to her while they waited for the classes to get called out.
"About as good as it can get being reminded that I'm a lesbian every five minutes. I know they are using offensively, but it doesn't really bother me anymore. I mean I really am a lesbian," Yumi explained as Sachiko nodded in agreement.
"Well let's not remind them that we are actually lesbians. If they catch on they might start calling us other names," Sachiko replied as Yumi chuckled.
"It will be our little secret," Yumi smiled as they heard the bell ring to signify they were to go out to the gym. "At least we get to see each other even if we are not together."
"Yes, but it can be distracting having you near when I am trying to focus," Sachiko responded playfully.
"Ugh. . ."
"That is so gross," two passing girls said as Sachiko sighed watching them walk past. Yumi looked at them a little annoyed for a moment.
"We could kiss and really gross them out," Sachiko suggested hopefully loud enough for the girls to hear, which they seemed to by their disgusted reaction as they walked away.
"That seemed effective," Yumi said as she turned her head back only to be stopped halfway with lips against hers for a brief moment.
"I wasn't teasing," Sachiko chuckled as she held a hand out to Yumi who was still shocked by the sudden unexpected kiss.

"Alright, enjoy your gym class," Yumi said as she let go of Sachiko's hand and started walking over towards Yoshino.
"It's a shame you can't do gym class with Sachiko," Yoshino said looking past Yumi as Sachiko walked towards her class. "I think you two would make good partners."
Yumi squinted for a moment before sighing and glancing back at Sachiko, "I would enjoy having her as my partner."
"Well it's a good thing you do have her as your partner then. Now cheer up we have an intense game of volleyball to play," Yoshino said with excitement as Yumi sighed, Yoshino always got so competitive over every game they played in gym class.
"I don't want an intense game of volleyball, why can't we just have fun?" Yumi pouted as Yoshino smiled wide for a second as something caught her eye and she saw Rei looking over at her. Her smile instantly lessened once their eyes connected, but it wasn't from anger this time.
Yumi glanced back and saw Rei who looked like she wanted to say something but frowned when Yoshino started walking towards the volleyball net. Yumi just simply sighed as she turned her head and followed Yoshino. Yumi wasn't sure what else she should do, she didn't have any hard feelings against Rei, but she also didn't want to interfere with Yoshino's business.
Thankfully Sachiko had noticed what her girlfriend was looking at and decided to approach Rei who didn't even notice her. Sachiko glanced over towards Yoshino who wasn't facing them. "She is being stubborn again isn't she?" Sachiko asked as Rei snapped out of her thoughts and looked over at Sachiko with a pause.
". . .I... Yea, she is being stubborn again," Rei answered as she avoided eye contact with Sachiko. There was an awkward tension that hung between them as they stood silent for a moment.
"Sachiko, I. . . I'm sorry.."
"You don't need to apologize," Sachiko interrupted as Rei gave an apologetic nod to which Sachiko frowned at. "I just wanted to help you out, you looked like you need it," Sachiko said with another awkward pause before taking the silence as a queue to walk away.
"Wait," Rei said as Sachiko stopped just past her, "I don't deserve it."
"Deserve what?" Sachiko asked as Rei felt a tear sting her eye.
"Your apology," Rei said as she turned to face Sachiko, "I turned my back on you when you needed it most and I don't even know why now. I am not in any position to judge your relationship with Yumi, I'm just as guilty."
"Just as guilty?" Sachiko asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I have feelings for Yoshino. I am in love with her, but I screwed it all up by being passive to the whole situation. I turned my back on her when I shouldn't have because I was scared," Rei said before being suddenly stopped by two arms wrapping around her.
"You don't have to explain more, this isn't the place for this conversation," Sachiko said as Rei returned the hug.
"I'm sorry, I don't know why I couldn't do anything right. I haven't even had the chance to talk with Yoshino about my feelings," Rei explained as Sachiko smiled and took a step back.
"You know I was scared to tell Yumi how I really felt about her, it was even awkward to tell her that I loved her for awhile," Sachiko said as she glanced towards Yumi who was pouting by Yoshino, "now it's awkward if I go a day without telling her."
Rei glanced towards Yoshino and sighed as a frown came to her face which Sachiko noticed as she looked to the ground for a moment before smiling.
"Don't worry, I think I can help you," Sachiko said as Rei looked at her a little confused. "Don't worry, I'll give you a chance after gym class," Sachiko reassured her before turning and walking towards her class with Rei following.

Yumi had a blank stare on her face as she watched the ball bounce between the opponents team like they were going for an olympic medal. Just trying to keep up to the ball for her was hard enough, so naturally when it bounced right towards her she panicked and went to step out of the way suddenly realizing it was coming right at her. Somewhere between the thought to move she thought to try and hit the ball back, and ended up doing both. Unfortunately all she accomplished was making a weird face and bouncing the ball to the floor in front of her. The blank stare on Yoshino's face didn't help either as she glanced down to her feet noticing it at her feet.
"Pathetic," a girl said as Yumi glanced over to her, "you can't do anything right. Lesbian, cheater, and completely useless in everything else."
"Shut up!" Yoshino barked as the attention of the other classes including Sachiko's was caught. Sachiko huffed when she Yumi with her head down looking away, she knew that look from a mile away. It was Yumi's way of yelling for help, almost as if scared.
"She is a useless waste of space, she can't even hit a volleyball," another girl said as the game quickly turned into something else.
"I wish you would just leave, you screw everything up!"
Yumi was speechless, she was horrified, she was hurt, and most of all she was finally at her limit as she lifted a hand to her face to cover her crying eyes as she dropped to her knees. She was not alone though as two arms wrapped around her and pulled her close as an argument escalated. She could hear Yoshino's voice followed by the girls saying things to her followed by Yoshino again.
"I'm here, Yumi, everything will be fine," Sachiko whispered to her as Yumi wrapped her arms around Sachiko and cried into her chest.
"She can't even defend herself!"
"You couldn't either if five people ganged up on you!" Sachiko shouted silencing all of them as they saw that intimidating look that only Sachiko could pull off. "You all say so many mean things to her while she does nothing to offend you. You accuse her of things that did not happen, if you must know she slept at my house that weekend. You gang up on her like a bunch of blood thirsty savages and then go home feeling accomplished because you are destroying someones life."
"Break it up!" A gym teacher called out as Sachiko helped Yumi to her feet, Yumi never leaving her tight embrace.
"You are doing no good for anyone by saying such thing and spreading such rumors. You say your lives would be better off without us, but you are too blind or dare I say to pigheaded to realize that nothing would change."
"Ogasawara to the office now!" The gym teacher said as she started walking towards Sachiko who obviously wasn't stopping.
"You will not tell me what to do," Sachiko said turning her attention to the gym teacher, "you can't even realize that I'm trying to help."
"Let me rephrase that, I will walk you to the office," the gym teacher said as she started walking towards Sachiko.
"Take another step and you will be looking for a new job tomorrow morning," Sachiko said as she glanced to the girls again briefly before looking to the teacher. "They were the ones who started this, bring them to the office. I am bringing Yumi home and it would be wise if you did not try and stop me," Sachiko explained as she turned back and started walking slowly with her arm around Yumi who was still glued to her side.
"Why do they do this?" Yumi asked without lifting her head as Sachiko tightened her grip a little and kissed the top of Yumi's head as they walked towards the gate to the school.
"I wish I could tell you, but we made it through and that is all that matters," Sachiko said as she glanced back towards the girls who seemed to be left alone. She could only figure the gym teacher didn't agree with their choice. "We will go back to my house and relax for a little bit, then I think it may be time to talk about what our next step will be."
"Maybe we really should leave," Yumi suggested as Sachiko frowned a little at the tone in Yumi's voice.
"Let's get changed first," Sachiko said as they opened the locker room door and entered to change back into their regular clothes. "I will call for a driver, wait for me by the door when you're changed."

"Do you really think we should do this?" A girl asked as she glanced to her friend who had a displeased but serious look about her.
"This is our only chance and what better time than now?" Her friend answered as they watched Yumi leaning against the wall with her head hung low. "She won't want anything to do with this place after this. Besides, this will get us into the Yamayurikai for sure. We always talked about how cool it would be to be apart of it."
A long pause followed by a sigh and a nod as the girl agreed, "you're right, this may be our only chance."
With that said an attack was set in motion as both girls slowly and quietly made their way closer and closer to Yumi who suspected nothing looking down at the carpet. She had been lost in thought about what they should do. Unfortunately, her decision was about to become a little bit easier as she finally saw two pairs of feet in front of her.
Yumi quickly raised her head as she saw the two girls looking at her will ill intent. Her eyes widened and her heart raced, especially when she saw one of the girls grin.
"You shouldn't have left your girlfriends side," one of the girls said grimly as they both took a step towards Yumi pinning her against the wall.
"Sachiko! Sach-," Yumi cried before her mouth was covered with a hand as she struggled to break free from the two girls.
"Shh, we don't want anyone to hear this," one of the girls said as she grabbed a marker from her bag and pulled the cap off. She wasted no time in getting to work on Yumi's face which was being held still by her friend and herself.
"You want to be a lesbian, then you will be labeled as a lesbian," the girl said as she started writing on Yumi's forehead. "You probably are enjoying this with other girls besides Sachiko aren't you? You really are a sick type of freak. You don't deserve to live with the rest of us, you're an outcast and you need to learn your place in society," the girl went on to say as tears ran down Yumi's cheeks and she looked around in fright.
"Here why don't you write all over her stuff too."
The girl smiled as she opened Yumi's bag and saw a small little book, "is this a diary by chance?" The girl asked as Yumi glanced to the book and tried to shake her head hoping the girl would leave it alone. Instead though she pulled out a picture that Yumi had in it and inspected it for a moment.
"Ick, what are they on a date or something?" The girl asked as she looked at the picture of Sachiko laying with Yumi who was asleep in the picture. Sachiko had taken the picture, it was when they were just starting to date, but that day had been perfect.
Rip. . .
Yumi's eye's widened as the girl tore the picture in half again and again before dropping it's pieces on her. Yumi cried hard as moans escaped and she struggled to break free again especially when she saw the girl scribbling all over the pages of her diary.
"What is going on here?" A teacher asked as they started down the hallway towards the sight just as a door was opening.
"Yumi, I'm sorry that took so. . ." Sachiko said before immediately swinging her bag at the girl on the ground and hitting her in the back of the head as she dropped the diary and the marker. Her friend immediately stood to her feet just to be forcefully pushed to the ground by Sachiko who was now standing directly over Yumi.
"Break it up!" The teacher yelled as both girls sat on the ground looking up at Sachiko who looked ready to kill.
Sachiko didn't care for the teachers warning though as she glanced down to Yumi briefly before swinging her bag again at the girl on the ground again and again. The words written on Yumi sending her into a rage that she didn't want to control.
"Don't you ever touch her again! You stupid vile intolerant bitch," Sachiko screamed as she hit her again and again with her bag that contained her school books along with other various school equipment. Yumi used this time to get up and get behind the teacher.
"Stop it! Stop it!" The teacher shouted as he quickly went to Sachiko and restrained her from attacking the girl further and when she couldn't hit her she kicked at her as much as possible.
"Why can't you just leave us alone! Why can't we just love who we want without being bullied as badly as we have. What is your problem!" Sachiko yelled as Yumi hid behind the teacher that was controlling Sachiko.
"Hey what is going on?" A girl asked as the gym class approached the locker rooms. They could hear the shouting and soon enough a crowd was forming near where Sachiko was being restrained as she yelled at the two girls in front of her.
"Call another teacher! Go get help!" The teacher yelled back towards the students as some of them ran to get help while the others stayed and watched.
Yumi swallowed as she turned and looked at the students only to see a few camera flashes.
"Did you see what was written on her head!"
"I wonder what happened!"
"Move, move, move," A teacher said as she and a few more teachers pushed their way through the crowd.
"Those two and Fukuzawa," the teacher restraining Sachiko said as the teachers went towards each of the students. "I'm going to let you go Sachiko, gather your things. You will not lay another finger on either of those girls."
Sachiko just huffed as she forcefully yanked her arm away from the loosened grip and bent over to pick up her bag along with Yumi's things. Her jaw dropped when she saw what they had done to Yumi's diary.
"You intolerable monsters," Sachiko mumbled as she looked up at the girl, "you destroyed her diary. She has been keeping this for so long and you destroyed it because you don't like our life decisions. . . WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHAT WE DO?!" Sachiko yelled as she quickly but powerfully smacked the girl as hard as she could.
"That is it! Get them out of here now!" The teacher said as he quickly grabbed Sachiko again. "You are just asking for a world of trouble aren't you?"
"It can't be worse than anything we have experienced up until this point," Yumi replied angrily as she picked up her diary and looked at it's contents. "They tore up my favorite picture and ruined many of my diary. These are things I will never get back. Those girls deserve far worse than what Sachiko had done to them, but I'm assuming since we are the lesbians here that we will get in trouble and they will walk free."
"That is enough Fukuzawa," the teacher said as Yumi shook her head.
"No, this is exactly it, no one here wants to hear our side of the story because you people don't think we should be allowed to live. I am sick of being pushed around and bullied constantly by everyone. School is supposed to be a place where we are safe, but even the teachers hate us."
"Enough," the teacher said firmly as Yumi shook her head.
"No, I have been accused of cheating on her, I have been called names, I have been constantly told that I shouldn't be here. How can the teachers be so blind here? You don't even care about what happens to us do you?"
"She is right, if any of you would do anything ever to help us we wouldn't have this problem. I was protecting Yumi who was obviously having her life destroyed, but all you care about is that I hit that intolerant savage somehow known as a girl!" Sachiko explained as the teacher growled.
"You are in big enough trouble Ogasawara, don't dig a deeper hole," the teacher said as Sachiko finally broke free of his grasp that was loosened yet again now that the girls were gone. Once standing by Yumi's side she looked up at the teacher.
"I don't think that will be possible you took my punching bag away," Sachiko simply replied as the teacher sighed.
"Fine, we can play that way, let's go take a trip to the principals office."
Sachiko smiled, "That sounds pleasant, I'm sure the principal will be delighted to see Yumi and I walk through his door."

Sei frowned as she stood from her desk and saw Youko standing outside her classroom door. Usually this would make her happy, but the look on her face said that something was terribly wrong. Sei glanced around as she approached Youko.
"It's about Sachiko and Yumi."
