December 26th,

Well, it looks like I'll be writing in this new diary I got for Christmas, since my old one disappeared. I really hope that nobody stole it. The last time that happened I was completely humiliated in front of my crush, Winston—not to mention the entire school!

These past few weeks have been pretty crazy. I was the only teenager that didn't have to go to trial (imagine that!) and Lauren and her friends are going back to jail. The other teenagers just have to do community service, since they convinced the jury that the BRATS had bullied them into helping Lauren.

My memory of the incident is a little fuzzy. I remember being locked up with the twerp, breaking out, walking to some cave, freeing everyone and somehow locking Lauren up, but I can't help but feel that there was more to it than that. I'm guessing that me running away with no food or water messed with my mind a little. Oh well, I'm just glad that I put that witch in her place!

Speaking of putting people in their place, I got even with Jack! It was rush hour the other day, and Mr. Reynolds was in the bathroom (as usual), so it was just me, Jack and Butch (who are just doing community service). Jack was talking on his cell phone while Butch was making food and while I was running the front register AND the drive-thru! After about ten minutes I had enough and yanked the cell phone from his grubby hands and threw it into the deep fryer! The look on his face was priceless!

"YOU WITCH!" he screamed. "That was brand new! It was hottest phone on the market!"

"Well now it's the hottest phone in the fryer!" I retorted.

Butch started to laugh, but clammed up after Jack glared at him. A grin crept up on his face when he saw his dad leave the bathroom and come back into the kitchen.

"Kiss your job goodbye, red!" spat Jack.

The brat immediately started bawling, telling his daddy that I overpowered him and threw his phone into the deep fryer. Needless to say I lost my job, but that's okay, because I 'redecorated' Jack's car on the way out of the parking lot!

Speaking of losing things, Tootie finally got her braces off! She was so relieved, just like I was when I realized that I no longer needed glasses. I'm still not sure how my eyes got fixed though; maybe that eye doctor really was a quack all along. After the holidays are over I'm going to sue the pants off him! Well, not literally, but…you know what I mean!

Things have been better with my family ever since I ran off. I guess me leaving made my folks realize that they actually do care about me. Tootie still acts nervous around me, but that's fine—a little fear is flattering! We had a pretty good Christmas too: I got a new cell phone, some new Chip Skylark CD's and some earrings! Tootie got some dolls and a new dollhouse—nothing to get excited about, but she of course was excited over them. Doidle got a new collar and new chew-toy—and no, it's not one of the twerp; it's one of Lauren!

Grandma and Grampa left after dinner. I was sad to see them go, but hopefully I'll see them again soon. My folks suggested that maybe we could go to New York next year to see them. It would be cool to go on a real vacation instead of walking through the woods in the snow, but I doubt it'll happen.

On another note, I found my dad's old watch! I was at the pawn shop, trying to get rid of my glasses (since I don't need them anymore) when out of the corner of my eye I saw the gold watch that Ricky had stolen from my dad! I couldn't believe it!

"Hey mister, how long has that been here?" I asked the cashier.

"Some red haired drifters brought it in last week."

I guess he was referring to Ricky's family. Darn it! They were right here in town and I didn't even get to pound them! Gr!

So, I got a few bucks for my worthless glasses and decided to buy back dad's watch. He was so happy to have it back that he gave me one of my gifts early (one of the CD's). Aside from that whole thing with the BRATS this was probably the best Christmas ever.

Welp, Mrs. Turner just called. She needs me to babysit. Time to earn some money!

Ah, now that's what I call an easy paycheck! I missed being able to just sit on my ass and watch TV. The twerp was a little confused as to why I wasn't tormenting him like usual, so I told him that if he didn't let me watch TV in peace that I would do something horrible to him! Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he helped me out with the whole Lauren thing, and I'm even grateful for the gift he got me (a bracelet), but he's still just a kid. I mean, I can't be friends with a ten year old! I may have saved the city, but I've still got a reputation to keep!

So, after that little outburst he clammed up and went to his room. While I was in the middle of watching TV I heard a knock at the door. I was irritated about being interrupted, but also curious as to who it could be. When I opened the door I saw my old allies Sammy and Megan.

"What do you want!?" I spat.

"Vicky, we like, wanted to apologize for joining Lauren's group," said Sammy.

"Yeah, it wasn't personal, we were just going with the flow," added Megan.

"Well, you can go down the street, because I'm done with you two!"

I tried to slam the door in their faces, but Sammy grabbed it and pulled it back.

"Vicky, please give us, like, another chance. We'll be completely loyal, we swear!"

Call me crazy, or desperate, or whatever, but I caved in—on the condition that they buy me pizza. Sammy cheered and gave me a hug while Megan did a soft 'yippee'. I invited them in and we all watched some TV and ordered pizza. The twerp must've smelled it because he came down and asked for some. At first I told him no, but he was begging worse than Doidle, so I let him have a slice. He better not start expecting me to do this all the time, cuz if he thinks that he's got another thing coming!

Well, I'm going to go get something to eat! Good bye!

A/N: There you have it, the last chapter. I decided to let Vicky change a little, but not a whole lot. I hope you all enjoyed the story.
