Hello! Time for chapter two!
I DON'T OWN ANYTHING EXCEPT MY OC'S AND IDEAS.
Have fun!
In the remaining hours before they arrived Carmen, staring out the windows at that blur of a landscape, thought about how she would miss her friends, family, and... their dogs *single tear*.
And about how a man visited one day, said her and her brother were wizards, and apologised about how they "completely forgot about America".
Exchanging their money for wizard money, buying their wands, cloaks, and books, and then trying to read all of them as soon as possible.
Reading about wizarding discoveries, historical figures, etiquette, stories, the ministry, and anything else she could find in the Daily Prophet, which she now received, well, daily.
About the moments right before they left.
About yelling "Love you Mami!" and "Love you Papi!" as many times as she could before a prefect told her to stop...
About the slight babble coming from the other compartments...
About the calming, steady, sound... coming from the train...
About… how cushy her… seat was, and... how soft her blanket was...
Get up! Get up! Get uuuuup!
"Uuuuhhhhggg…." Carmen grunted as she struggled to get up, "Is it time to get up already?"
"Yeah, were almost there." replied Thomas, who had "Put your shoes on already!"
"Mmmkay..." she mumbled drowsily, clumsily stuffing her feet into her uncomfortable dress shoes.
"Don't forget to put your uniform on." he added.
"Well, go into the hallway then!" she snapped.
"I was GOING"
"Okay then. GO."
"OKAY. Sheesh…"
"Awright, everyone get off!" yelled an awkwardly tall red-headed teen.
"What makes you think you can tell ME what to do?" a kid who decided it was 'cool' to cause a big annoyance for everyone by 'fighting the system'.
"Excuse ME, but I am a prefect."
"SO."
"Why you… little… ERGH!"
All of this resulted in an argument that blocked the door and kept half of the students on-board, slowly chipping away at Carmen's patience.
"HHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN… Okay, that's it."
"Wait!" said Thomas, not stopping her, "Don't!" now whispering, even as she kept on moving, "We'll get in trouble!"
And when she finally got to them, she turned to the kid and said: "Oh, SHUT UP already. Nobody gives a shit about your 'uprising' or how 'cool' or 'rebellious' you are. So… SHUT THE F UP." and then she looked at the redhead and continued with: "NOBODY IS GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A SHINY PIECE OF METAL STUCK TO YOUR SHIRT. If you just IGNORE the hecklers, than MAYBE WE WOULD BE THERE ALREADY."
And with that she hopped onto the platform and walked off.
Hope you liked it!
A bit longer than last time, and hopefully it will stay this way.
Again, I'm sorry if you don't like heavy usage of bold, italics, underline, and all caps.
See-ya!
