Chapter 5

A/N: Sorry, the last chapter really sucked, but I might post this chapter with it to make it up. I haven't written for those characters before, so I had to wing it. This chapter will be better, I promise. I really hope you like it, if not, no flames. Again sorry I talk so much, ENJOY.

Nico's POV:

Nico was really confused, but happy. It was Friday, the day of the plan. Instead of letting Nico help set up Piper and Jason had insisted that he spend the day with Will. So, here they were, Nico hanging around as Will tended the patients in the infirmary.

"Can you hand me the gaze?" Will asked, not taking his eyes of the wounded arm of an Ares girl. She was new, but they weren't going to take it easy on her. Poor kid. Nico handed him a large roll of gaze. Will took it, being sure his fingers brushed Nico's.

"Thanks" Will said wrapping the girls arm, "That should be okay in a few hours, you can go now, or hide here if you want."

"Thanks" the girl said, making no move to leave. Will and Nico left the room.

"I wish those airheads would consider the people who have to clean up there messes when they ruff up a new kid." Will sighed. Nico looked around and saw they were alone.

"So, about tonight, I was thinking we could watch 'Lady and the Tramp'." Nico suggested a little nervous. Will looked stunned before his face broke into a smile.

"That sounds great, and I was thinking we could take a walk before hand." His smile grew as he say Nico's eyes light up.

"That sounds amazing" Nico replied. He smiled. Will thought he might melt at the sight.

"My shift is almost over so I'll go change then we can take that walk." He kissed Nico lightly on the forehead, and then turned to go change. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Kayla hiding behind a door grinning like an idiot.

After Will changed, he took Nico into the woods. They followed a path for about half a mile, and then turned left. Will was suppose to lead Nico in a wide arch for about an hour, and then lead him to dinner. As they walked Will put his arm around Nico's shoulders. Nico, in response, leaned against him. Will loved the way he blushed, but how he obviously liked the contact.

"Why did you want to take a walk any way?" Nico asked as he nuzzled Will's shoulder affectionately.

"Umm, well, we don't really get to be alone together much, so I thought this would be nice." Will said. He hoped Nico would by the lie. Turns out it didn't matter. Nico was falling asleep on Will and wasn't focused. Will didn't mind though. He hated to lie to Nico. Besides Nico had lost a lot sleep the past few years. Will felt bad having to wake him up, but they needed to keep walking. So, after Nico was up they continued to walk. Finally, the dinner bell rang.

"I guess we need to run." Nico said, but Will stopped him with a hug.

"Actually, I have a surprise for you." Will gently lead Nico to the cove. When they arrived Nico gasped. There in the shade was table with a white table cloth and red candle. There were two chairs on either side. Will lead the stunned, silent Nico to one chair and took the other.

"So, you like it" Will asked, he was a little scared by Nico's silence.

"You did all this for me" Nico asked looking at the plate of paste and garlic bread set in front of him.

"I had some help" Will replied, really scared Nico was mad. Suddenly Nico smiled bigger than Will had ever seen. Will smiled in response.

"This is amazing." Nico said. They ate for about an hour. Casual talk going from here to there. Finally, they heard laughing and singing. The campfire had begun.

"Now it's my turn for a surprise." Nico said, he grinned and sent and electric charged down Will's spine. Will was lead back to the Hades cabin. When they went inside, Will was hit with the most beautiful scene ever. There were earth toned pillows every were. His favorite movie was on the counter beside a laptop and a bowl of fruit. Watermelon hearts, strawberries, grapes, apple slices, and more.

"Wow" was Will could say as Nico lead him to the pillows. He sat down as Nico stared the movie. Then Nico sat beside him with the bowl of fruit.

"Ummm, you want some fruit?" he asked clearly nervous. Will smiled and took a Watermelon heart. Nico sat the bowl on the floor and took a heart himself. They watched the movie and snuggled for a while. Then at the spaqetti scene Will and Nico both looked at each other. Will had never felt so happy. The sight of Nico grinning at him. The light of the movie theater lighting his features faintly. Will couldn't stop himself he bent down and kissed Nico full on the lips. At first Nico did nothing, then he kissed Will back passionately. It was their first real kiss. Sure they had kissed each other on the check or forehead, but never on the lips like this. It. Was. Amazing. When they pulled away, they put their foreheads together looking each other on the eyes and smiling.

"I love you so much" Nico sighed, Will was shocked at first, and then grinned widely.

"I love you too" He breathed.

A/N: The end. Maybe. I have an idea for a bonus chapter I might include. But, I hope you guys liked this. I know it was long and maybe a little boring, but I'm new, okay? I'll be sure to write the bonus chapter soon. Bye for now.
