Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long since I updated this story. I've been going through The EMS program and have been very busy. I'll try to update more soon. I'm sorry this chapter is so short and I'll try to make the next one longer! Thank you to the ones who have followed my story and have bared with me throughout this process. Tale of the Dual Hokage's Ch. 4
Akita glared at the shadow. "What the hell are you doing here? If they catch you you're dead. Now go away."
Orochimaru walked out of the shadows grinning. "Oh my dear Akita… The only one that will be killed is you. You are the apprentice of one of the most wanted ninja. I'll throw you under the bus if I have to. I just wanted to make sure that our plan is going the way it's supposed to. Do not mess this up for me Uchiha. I will murder you." He grinned once more before disappearing back into the shadows.
She grit her teeth as he left. "/Dammit… he's right…/" her thoughts ran wild as the made her way to the woods.
A tall white haired man stepped in front of her. "Akita…?"
Shit. She turned to look at him. "Kakashi, it's been a while."
Kakashi frowned. "We thought you were dead. They found your body." He was confused.
She sighed. "I'm not dead Kakashi, obviously. I staged my own death so no one would follow me."
"That…" He shook his head. "You do know that your little brother… has murdered your clan, and that you have another little brother…"
Akita looked at him. "Another little brother…? What are you talking about? My mother couldn't have any more kids."
Kakashi sighed. "That's what everyone thought until Sasuke was conceived. He's at his apartment right now. Before you ask, he doesn't know about you. They thought you died before he was born, so they didn't tell him. Where the hell have you been…?"
She looked down. "I've been training… I've… I've done a lot of bad things Kakashi. I'm only here because Minato asked. But I don't know how long I can stay… I don't want anyone to get hurt…" She thought back to Kushina.
He watched her. "We can take care of ourselves Akita. You need to take care of your brother. Come on, you can stay with me tonight." He held his hand out.
Akita looked at his hand and slowly took it. "Thank you Kakashi."
~6 years later~
Akita sat in the window of Minato's office. She looked at him softly and smiled. "Who knew I would end up with the blonde annoyance that tortured me though out the Academy…?"
Minato turned and looked at her. "Who knew I would end up with the Uchiha Princess?" He chuckled. "I'm just glad I have you." He stood up and kissed her forehead. "Alright love, the Second exam should be starting now. I'll see you after okay?"
She stood up and nodded. "Yeah, yeah. I love you, eat something please. Naruto will be safe with me. Promise." She kissed him and walked out.
Everything that could have gone wrong, did. Orochimaru attacked Team 7. Akita jumped in after Sasuke was cursed. She led Orochimaru away.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" She growled as her pole appeared in her hand. She activated her Sharingan and slammed the pole into the ground. "Amaterasu!" The black flames spiraled out at Orochimaru.
Orochimaru disappeared. She called back the Amaterasu and slowly looked around. Orochimaru slammed her into a tree and got real close to her face. "You will die for leaving me Uchiha. You failed me, and your little brother will be next. Maybe he won't disappoint me." A sword came out of his mouth and stabbed her shoulder. Akita screamed and fell to her knees as Orochiamru disappeared. Her hand flew to her shoulder, as the blood flowed through her fingers. She slowly stood up and made her way towards the tower. Everything went black.
Minato paced. He frowned looking at the time. "Kakashi, Asuma… Go find Akita. She should have been back by now." The two ninja nodded and disappeared.
Akita opened her eyes slowly, too two men standing over her. "Kakashi… Asuma…" She went to push herself up and screamed. She quickly grabbed her shoulder.
Asuma picked her up slowly and carefully. "It'll be okay Akita. We'll get you patched up. "What happened to you?"
She looked around. "I… I don't know…" She winced at her shoulder again. "Is Team 7 at the tower…?"
Kakashi nodded. "They are and they're fine. Let's go."
As she grit her teeth several thoughts ran through her head. She had to come clean about everything.
