A/N: The reason I took long is mainly laziness...but I have been working on something for this story besides the story itself...and then there is my other story. To all future Fanfict writers, unless you are not lazy like me, it would not be a good idea to have multiple stories. XD Oh, and I also have been rereading it to correct anything.

(BOSS BATTLE)

Pen feels some of his hair swing backwards from the winds created by the harsh swing from the Guardian. After ducking under a horizontal swing, Pen lunges forward, striking the guardian's chest, jumping off of it right after the attack connects. It may had done little damage, but it did distract him long enough for Pen to unleash a quick charge shot. The ball of light rises into the air from the tome, shoots at it's target, and knocks the robotic centurion on his back and into the spring water. Strangely enough, he seemed unaffected.

"Impossible..." Pen says.

"What's wrong? Got a back itch as well? I've been trying to scratch mines for the past while now, but these stubby arms-"

"No, it is not that. This spring is created from one of the first types of magic that existed long ago. It became extinct and without it, it is nearly impossible to find a magic that resist it. The goddess of light...she really is something isn't she...?"

"I'll need to be more careful of her..." Pen thinks to himself.

Pen was snapped out of his thoughts as he hears a Whirrrr* sound. He look at the robot to see it floating back up. When it became re-balanced, the three halos resurface under him.

Pen says nothing as a white ball of light appears in his hand. He glares at his enemy with a serious focus. The robot stares back emotionless. After a few more seconds, Pen decides to take the first move.

"If you wont attack first, than I will!"

He shoots one charge shot towards him. Before the shot even fire at him after raising up, Pen activates his power of flight and soars around the robot, being careful to avoid the water and unleashing several more continuous fire shots that shoots straight towards their foe.

The guardian decides that the charged shot was more of the threat and blocks it with it's club, taking the continuous fire ones like a champ.

Pen flies higher and out of range of the Guardian's second attack. Then the mysterious being did something not expected, two barrels resembling guns shoots out of his shoulders. They each shoot laser after laser at Pen. With grunts of annoyance and shock, he twirls and twist his body to avoid being hit.

"Aargh!" He yells as he gets hit by one in his wings. He plummets back down like a plane that got hit by a bullet. Luckily he lands on the platform of the spring and not in the spring water. Using his hands to push himself up just before he hits the surface head first, he got himself airborne again and falls back down on his feet.

All of the sudden, the Boss was directly next to him, holding his club up as if it is a hammer.

"Crap..."

(Cue the golden hammer's theme song from wrecking crew here XD)

"Crap!" Pen runs away from the Guardian giving chase and slamming his hammer down repeatedly rather his angel enemy was in range or not. They both do three more laps around the spring before Pen gets tired of it.

He stops, and jumps over it, doing a side flip in the process. In response, the robot swings over him to knock the little pest out of the air, but Pen anticipated this. He use the flap of his wings to push himself a bit sideways in mid-air and spin his body so the club past harmlessly by him. He activates a power that greatly increases melee dash attack power as soon as he lands.

The book smashes into the armor of the Guardian, cracking it a bit. Pen smirks upon seeing this. He hops out of the way of another attack.

"Now I have a weak spot!" He smirks.

He shoots more shots continuously, slides under the distracted guardian and his halos, and shoots a charge shot towards the cracked spot. The creature makes all sort of robotic noises and sounds of pain as the wires that is revealed from the last blow starts to short out. Hoping that only the armor is effected by what ever super resistant magic that keeps it from getting rewinded by the water, Pen kicks the bot into the steaming, glowing spring water on the cracked spot. It's insides goes through all sorts of disturbing changes before just...becoming nothing that no longer exist.

(BOSS BATTLE END!)

"And that settles that." Pen says as his troops comes back now that the battle is over. Pen takes out the shard of the mirror of truth, and dips it the spring. The mirror of truth returns to it's former self. Unsatisfied, Pen dips the mirror into the water again.

"What are you doing? I thought you got the shard to restore it, not erase it!" Thanatos warns.

"This is a mirror that was kept in the underworld. My mother, an extreme scholar for underworld devices, took notes on this thing. In her notes, it is said the mirror of truth was once a box. The walls on the inside were mirrors made from the same magic of this one. The box copied the soul and body of a being five times more than the one we saw."

"Huh? An underworld scholar. Who were that and what happened to her?"

"She was the last underworld angel and a great warrior. She fell in love with a human and that's how I was born. When she was studying on how to revive her master, my father was against it. Because of a argument, they split ways. My father fell in love with a different human..."

"...You know that because...?"

"Because their kid exist..."

"In then he said, 'you can tune a piano, but you cannot TUNAFISH!"

Hemera and her friend laughs, along with the heavenly people who is in the room. Pit was annoyed that his jokes could barely make her goddess laugh, but Leo's is the center of the laughing stock.

"Okay, my time to shine!" Pit hops out of the shadows, surprising everyone in there. "What's the difference between a lady and a point!?"

"Err... many things actually, Pit, but what do you have in mind?" Palutena asks.

"You can diss a lady, but you cannot diss a point! Eh? Get it?"

"Your Goddess don't want you." Leo says with a smug smile.

"H-huh?"

"You heard me. You're pathetic to the point you cannot even fly? What God/Goddess would ever make you their champion?"

"Th-that's not true! Right Palutena?"

She only looks away.

"N-no...but I thought..."

"You're wrong Pit. You where the only angel I could get, but with Leo here, I no longer need you."

The last words echos through Pit's mind as he refused to believe what is happening.

"GAAH!" Pit screams, waking up from a quick nap. He looks around and sighs. He can not believe he fell asleep like that. Dinner really took a toll on him in terms of being too full. He glares at nothing particular as he imagine the image of the other angel, Leonidas.

Palutena is busy studying the known angels of both sky and underworld as the Goddess of the Day greets her self to the citizens of skyworld. "How..." She repeats. She looks over the pages until she stops on a unknown angel. "Huh...?" She studies the features of a beautiful female underworld angel who has blonde hair and blue eyes. "It says she was a scholar and a inventor. She learned advance engineering from a human...who is said to be the student of Dantos himself when he was alive..."

With one last thought, the Light Goddess finishes her theory. "I wonder..."

She grabs her book to return it to it's original spot of the shelf spot in the library, and looks for another one to study on.

She opens a new one and reads it. "Medusa stripped her angels of their wings and they became nothing more than the wingless fighters to be used in the God's entertainment..." "Well, nothing new there..." She thinks.

Then, something caught her eye. Before she can read it, she remembers to check on the underworld to see how the troops there are doing. With a sigh, she heads outside the library to communicate with them without disturbing other readers.

Leo walks through the halls of the Palace with a cheerful smile on his face. He sees a dark angel walking towards the battle arena. He have heard of this guy. He was created from something called the mirror of truth. His name is...Dark Pit Leo believes.

"Hey, Pal." He greets.

Dark Pit simply ignores him, pushing past him with his shoulders.

He then see his light counter part walking by.

"Hey buddy, is he always that grumpy? What's with him?"

Instead of a normal friendly answer, Leo received the words 'Don't call me buddy.' and a hand signal telling him that the light angel is watching him. (What I mean is when a person points two fingers at their eyes, and one at whoever they are talking to when making thee threat.

Leo turns to a guards. "What's with him!?" The guard simply shrugs, not used to seeing his captain acting the way he is.

A/N: More and more Demonic weapons are starting to get revealed. However, I ran out of ideas for two types of weapons. Help me out and submit them to me in PM if you wish. :D If you are a guest try and tell me anyway you can.
