Ben paced around the room checking his phone constantly as he awaited for his grandpa to call back. He had sent him three messages and called him 5 times but he still hadn't picked up. It had been two days and Max was suppose to come tonight to pick up Gwen. "BEN, DINNER" Saundra called as he looked up to his door.

"COMING, MUM" Ben shoved his phone into his pocket and raced out the door into the dinning room to see his mum, dad and Gwen setting the table for seven people. "Common Ben, your aunt, uncle and grandpa will be here soon" Saundra informed him as Gwen placed the plates down setting the table quietly. Kevin had fixed the I.D mask around a day ago which was good for Gwen having to live in a closet all day which Gwen hated to death. At least she got a lot of sleep. Right now she looked pretty bored as she Saundra kept readressing the setting out of the knives and forks and lecturing the redhead on how to set out a proper table. "It's not that I'm being critical of you, Gwendolyn, but my sister-in-law is a very critical person and I hate it when she comments" Saundra forced a smile. "I'm sorry, Mrs. Tennyson" Gwen tried to show an interest in Saundra's dilemma. "You're such a polite girl, Gwen" Saundra pinched her cheek. Gwen tried to force a smile but it came out nervously. "Now sit down" Saundra pushed her into a seat nearby. "You just sit down and take a break. You've been helping me out all day" She patted her on the shoulder. "Thank you, Miss Tennyson" Gwen stared at her plate. "Aw, it'll be sad when you leave our company Gwen, you've been such a great help" Saundra told her walking off as Ben sat down next to her.

"Told ya, good manners come along way" Ben told her smiling and taking her hand under the table. Gwen blushed going a beat red in the cheeks. Over the last two days the two had grown more comfortable being a long side each other which sucked for Ben because she knew when she went back to her homeworld he'd never get to see her. His smile turned into a frown. Gwen's eyes followed the lines before looking at him sympathetically. "What's wrong?" She asked gently.

"Nothing," Ben mumbled before he heard the door swing open and a loud greeting from his dad and mum. Gwen looked over to a man with brunette hair and brown eyes and a woman with orange hair and blue eyes. Gwen forced a nervous smile over to them as Ben waved to them. "Gwen this is my aunt and uncle" Ben stood up taking Gwen's hand and walking over to them. "This is Frank and Lilly" Frank extended a hand smiling. "Hello" He shook her hand. "Hey," Gwen smiled back before shaking Lilly's hand. "Aunt Lilly, Uncle Frank. This is Gwen she's...ummm...staying with us for a while" Ben told them as Frank nodded. "Are you from out of town?" Frank asked as the four of them all sat down opposite each other. "Yes," Gwen nodded as she took her seat opposite Frank. "How are you finding BellWood?" He asked her. "It's great. Ben's been showing me all around; he's been great help" Gwen smiled to him. "That's good"

"Dad," Frank looked over to the man with the hawaiian t-shirt. "Hey, son" Max waved his hand up before looking over to Gwen seeing that she looked fine. "Hey, Gwen. Ben told me you were feeling a little unwell lately. How are you feeling?" He came and sat down next to her. Gwen smiled happy to see the old man. "I'm a little light-headed but other then that I feel fine" Gwen smiled towards him. "Well that's good. I've got the R.V outside if you want to crash in there tonight" looked over to the warm roast on the table. "Gee, Saundra the food smells great" Max commented as Saundra took a seat next to Frank and her husband. "Oh, thankyou Max" Saundra smiled as Lilly looked over to Gwen with an arched eyebrow. "Wait, Gwen you're staying in that cold R.V?" Lilly asked curiously. "Well, yeah, tonight I am" Gwen replied taking a bite from her plate. "We've been trying to contact Gwen's grandmother but she still hasn't replied yet" Max informed them. "Where do you live?" Lilly asked. "Ummm, Australia" Max answered eating.

"Are you a foreign exchange student?" Frank asked.

"What? no" Gwen laughed as the whole room fell silent. "I mean yes" She quickly added. "And your parents were okay about just sending you over here?" Saundra asked worrying. "I don't have any parents. My grandma raised me and took care of me" Gwen replied as the whole room fell silent. "Do you go to school over there?"

"No, my grandma home-schools me"

Every parent in the room just stared at Gwen in shock. Max could tell instantly that Gwen was getting nervous. "How long are you in America for?" Lilly asked. "Ah, well hopefully not too longer" Gwen informed her finishing off her plate. "At least a week or two" Max added as Gwen stared over to him in shock. "I'm sorry, kiddo, they said your grandma was 'out of town'" Max finished off his plate. "Oh," Gwen frowned letting her fork slide out of her hand. "Well Gwen if you need somewhere to stay you can always stay longer with us" Saundra suggested as Carl shook his head. "No," Carl butted in continuing to eat. "Carl!" Saundra complained. "I'm sorry Saundra, she just can't stay here. She needs to go home" Carl looked over to Max annoyed. "What do you think we're trying to do" Ben muttered. "Well I'm sure she wouldn't mind staying over at our place for the time being" Lilly butted in closing her eyes. "There's a lot more room for her in any case" She added as Saundra cringed the knuckles surrounding her fork going white. "Well that'll be great for her" Max looked over to Gwen for input but she didn't say anything instead just gave him a worried look. "Then it's settled" Lilly smirked at Gwen and Max.

Max stood back as Gwen paced around the large room of his son's household. It was fancy and homey at the same time which made Max all the more worry about Gwen if she broke something. Lilly would probably kick her to the street in an instant. "Well what do you think Gwen?" Lilly asked passing her a glass of water as Frank sat down on the leather couch. "It's beautiful" Gwen responded looking over to Max in hopes he won't leave. "It's alright, Gwen" Max whispered into Gwen's ear. "It won't be for very long, okay?" He tried to reassure her but it didn't really help her case. "I'll check up on you in the morning. In the mean-time try not to break anything" Max gave her a little tap on the shoulder before winking his eye and walking off out the door. "I'll see you later, dad" Frank called out as he got up walking over to the girl. "I'll show you the guest room where you'll be staying" Frank smiled as Gwen held the glass in her hand following him up the stairs. She turned through the hallway and into a medium size room with a few pictures a desk with a computer, a bed and a wardrobe. "So the bathrooms down the hall" Frank informed her as Gwen took a look around the room. She noticed two photo's framed. A younger version of Frank and Lilly with a small boy in it and a younger version of Ben with a orange haired boy in it. "Whose that?" Gwen asked taking a hold of Ben and the boy photo. "Well that's my son, Ken. He's five years older then Ben" Frank told him. "Is he an only child?" Gwen asked. Frank nodded. "I used to have a baby girl too. She looked just like her mother" Frank pulled out a photo in his wallet sitting down on the bed. "She was so cute" Frank showed her the picture of the whole family; a mum, dad, a small boy and a baby in the orange haired women's lap. For some reason Gwen was jealous. They looked so happy. Gwen never had a family picture together. A moon near Antodyne was the only source of communication with the outside world. She never got to go to the moon, her cousin Sunny did. That's how she met her boyfriend but Gwen was always stuck back home on Antodyne not allowed to go out anywhere. "What happened to her?" Gwen asked. Frank sighed looking over to the girl. She looked so familiar he just couldn't place his finger on it. "I sent her away" Frank sighed placing the picture back into his wallet. "Some place she would feel more happier in" Frank smiled wondering how his daughter was going. "Do you miss your folks?" Frank asked her. Gwen sat down next to him and placed a hand on her chest feeling the pendent. "Yeah, Grandma raised me. Told me that they died and she vowed to keep me save" Her eyelids slid closed. "She's really overprotective of me now. Used to never let me out off her sight" Gwen told him. "I, um, remember a few years ago she, um, I was really sick and had a high fever. She stayed with me for three days straight not leaving my side even for a second" Gwen pulled out her necklace and stared down at it. "But yeah, I miss them" She sighed carassing it in her hand. "What's that?" Frank asked staring down at it. "It was my mothers. Grandma said my dad gave it to me before they died" She took it off and showed it to them. He took it carefully in his hand and tried to open it but it became stuck.

"It's stuck"

He tensed a little more trying to open it.

"Did it corode?"

"There no water on Antodyne" Gwen held her mouth. Frank looked up to her with wide eyes. "W-What d-did you just say?" Frank bent down next to her. "I said, Australia"

"There's no water in Australia?"

"Yes"

"In Australia?"

"Yes"

"Okay, then" Frank looked down at the side of it.

"Huh, it's been welded shut" He saw the scares on the side of it.

"I know, I've tried opening it but I'm too afraid it'll break" Gwen told him. "I've never seen inside of it before"

"I've got some tools in my shed if you want me to try?"

"I don't see why not" Gwen stood up.

"I'll see if I can open it for you tomorrow in the mean time try get some rest. The showers and toilets down the hall" Frank informed her giving her back her beloved pendent before she stood up. "Thanks, I'll go have one of those" She walked down the hall and into the bathroom closing the door and locking it before taking her I.D mask off and rubbing her neck. "Man that things annoying" She whispered placing it down next to the sink before looking at herself in mirror. She noticed the bracelet on her wrist and the necklace hanging loosely around her neck. There were small cuts on her arms and around her sides. She looked over to the shower and turned the taps on to a hot setting before stepping into the shower enjoying the intense heat of the steam.

Verdona sat down in anger crossing her arms and legs as Sunny sat down next to her scared. "I can't believe what you did" Verdona kicked her leg out swinging it back and forth as an investigator came into the room. "Good evening, Mrs Tennyson" Majester Labbrith smiled nervously at the two. "What seems to be the problem?" The plumber asked as Verdona gave him a death stare. "My granddaughter has been taken by an Osmosian" Verdona growled so loud Sunny could hear it. Sunny gulped afraid of her grandmother. "Oh boy" The majestor sat down. "What was her name?" He asked. "Gwendolyn"

"Alright then" The majestor turned to a computer on the desk. "So, what happened?" He asked staring over to the two intimidating beings. "Well, Sunny" Verdona turned to her annoyed. She gulped before looking over to Gwen.

"Gwen and I were hanging out and I may of teased her a little because she had never been out of Antodyne so I bet she couldn't make it past the moon and back and well" Sunny itched the back of her neck before continuing. "She blasted off the fall of Anytodyne sped off to the moon and even further in less than a second. When I caught up to her she had her tongue sticking out and a smug look on her face"

"We started arguing not noticing a nearby ship. This guy came out dressed in black thick armour and threw grenades at us. We dodged the first one but and the second. We tried to race off by the third grenade but I got hit. Gwen raced up to me grabbed me taking off back to Antodyne but he began to shoot. Gwen got hit and let me go. I tried to grab her but he threw another grenade" Sunny scratched her forehead. "When I woke up I was on Antodyne and Gwen was gone. I must've fallen to fast. Sorry grandma" Sunny whispered.

"Okay, I'll send out a missing person's report, send out a team to Osmosis to try and find her and alert local plumbers in the meantime have you tried contacting her?"

Verdona nodded touching her temple. "Communication's off. Something's disrupting the signal" She sighed. "Don't worry" He stood up. "We'll find her" He smiled reassuring them.

'Knock, Knock' Gwen looked over to the door not noticing how long she had been in the shower for. She instantly turned the taps off and walked wiped herself down before placing the I.D mask on and opening the door. "Oh, hey Lilly" Gwen smiled towards the women holding a pair of pejamas in her hands. "Hello Gwen, these are just some pjamas. Give you something to sleep in for the night" Gwen smiled taking it in her arms. "Thank you, Mrs. Tennyson. This is really generous"

"Sleep well, Gwen" Lilly smiled before walking off. Gwen turned to the mirror staring at the grey shirt and black shorts.

Gwen rushed down stairs hoping Max would be there. To Gwen's dismay, he wasn't. Lilly wasn't there; Frank was. He sat there with a newspaper clasped in his strong hands as his glasses rested on his nose. "Morning Gwen, you're up late" Frank told her getting up. Gwen looked around still in her pjamas. "Lilly's gone to work if you're looking for her" He walked over to her. "I've got the day off today. Do you have school today?" He asked her gently. "School? No," She muttered looking around the room for Max. "Um, because Ben's got school today" He answered watching her curiously as she walked around the room. "If you don't have school that's fine, we can get that necklace looked at if you want?" Frank told her walking back over to the couch and folding the newspaper up. Gwen stopped in place. "Wait, Max isn't here?"

"No, he came in, checked on you while you were asleep and left. He didn't want to wake you, said you weren't well at the moment and told me that you needed your sleep" Frank informed her. "Oh," She sat down on the stairs holding her knees.

"So do you want to go into town?"

The two walked into a nearby jewery store where a man stood there alone behind the counter. "Hello,"

"Hi"

"What can I do for you two?" The man with an Italian accent asked.

"Er, yeah, Gwen" Frank looked down at the girl. She gulped reaching down to her necklace and taking it off before placing it into Frank's hands. He winked at her before turning back to him and asking him to open it but to be very careful. The dark haired man nodded. "Come back in a few hours and it should be done" The man told him. Frank smiled taking Gwen's shoulder and leading her out the door. "So, dad told me that you haven't had much experience with a shopping centre" He stopped her before they went in. "No, I've never been to one before" She admitted looking in through the glass to see a bunch of people holding bags and chatting happily. "Try and stay with me, okay?"

"Okay"

Gwen rolled her eyes as Frank took her inside keeping her close as a wave of people came through racing up to them offering them trials. Gwen freaked out causing Frank to grab her hand leading her away. "Okay, I promised Lilly I'd get you some new clothes. Is there anywhere you'd like to go?"

"No," Gwen shivered something was really off. She looked around feeling trapped. The white walls felt like they were closing in. The people's voices were getting louder and louder. She placed her hands up to her ears covering them. "Gwen?" Frank worriedly tried to grab her. She sprinted for it back out the door racing into the streets. Frank chased after her as she raced down the road. He called out after her time and time again. Gwen raced through a forest nearby. It had been about 10minutes before Frank stopped nearby a river. He bend down sweating like crazy until he noticed a girl sitting there legs up to her chest sitting down on a nearby boulder facing the river. Frank walked up to her breathless. "Gwen!" He took her shoulder a little annoyed at her for running off. Frank looked down at her noticing not even a small amount of sweat or perspiration from her. He sat down next to her trying to get his breath back. "Why did you run off?" He asked her gently. Gwen gulped not knowing what to tell him. "Please," She whispered. "I don't want to go back in there" She whispered to him desperatly. Frank breathed out and closed his eyes. "Okay," He looked down at the river. "What would you rather do?" He asked sympathetically. "Just stay here" She unfolded herself. Frank looked around. "Outside?"

"Yeah,"

"Okay,"

He looked down at her. "I got some fishing rods at home, we can catch some fish if you want?" He asked her. Gwen turned to him smiling. "I'd like that"
