Chapter 21: The Light Chip VS The Dark Chip!
*The Next Day At The Hospital. Iris was in the hospital bed with the monitor hooked up and her heart rate was normal, but she wasn't breathing well enough on her own. Her mouth covered by the breathing mask as her eyes were closed and she was didn't wake up. The doctors bandaged her shoulder wounds and cleaned them up and nurses cleaned her body up and she still didn't wake up. Chaud was visiting today as the others were at School.*
It was a Monday morning and Chaud was vising his Girlfriend who was hurt badly by an unknown person. Chaud walked to her and grabs her hand. Chaud grips it tightly and kisses her forehead. "I'm sorry." Chaud said to her as a Nurse comes in.
"Hello sir." The nurse said. Chaud turned to face her.
"Is she doing alright mam?" He asked the Nurse.
"Well we cleaned her up and cleaned her shoulder wounds." She answered him. Chaud nods and looks at Iris.
"Do you wish to be alone?"
"Yes." Chaud said, keeping his eyes locked on his girl and the Nurse closes the door as she waked out. Chaud pulls out his PET and sees Zera is in it with Protoman. "Zera? What are you doing inside my PET?"
"I have answers and I know you seek them." Zera said.
"What is it?" Chaud asked the female NetNavi.
"I know who attacked Iris at your house at the party. It was Eros, apparently she wanted to give her sister a gift...and this is what it was." Zera told Protoman's operator.
"And now Zera senses that her brother Zero is in the life system in here. He is going to destroy Iris's breathing machine."
"I'm plugging both of you into it now." Chaud said and gives Zera and Protoman the cyber sword battle chips. "I'm giving you the cyber blade battle chips." Chaud plugs Zera and Protoman into the life system and they enter in and see nothing but a capsule of energy. "Do you see Zero?"
"No I do not...but I know he is here." Zera said.
"I am here...and I am going to destroy this capsule," Zero said walking up from the shadows. He had two cyber swords in his hands. "It's what Eros wants."
"Brother! Stop this now!" Zera demanded her brother.
"No. I will not stop for anything...oh hello Protoman." Zero looks over at the red NetNavi. "I see you brought your boyfriend along sister. How nice. Too bad I'm going to delete him for good!" Zero yelled and fires his swords at Protoman and Zera who jump out of the way. Chaud watches the battle and takes out a special kind of battle chip.
"Protoman, let me handle my brother." Zera told Protoman.
"No, he will delete you, do you know that?"
"I know he will, but Chaud has something planned...and I will be ok. I promise." Zera said and kisses Protoman on his lips for 3 seconds.
"Oh how sweet. Kissing your lover goodbye?" Zero chuckles and puts his helmet on but Zera fires her arm at him and be blocks it making an X of his swords as a shield to block his sister's attack. Protoman follows up and Zero knocks it to the left at a wall. Zera's hand comes back to her and she had her blade back in her grasp. Protoman gets his blade back and it cuts some of Zero's long blonde hair off. "How nice. You hit me." Zero smirked. Zero started to glow with a dark aura.
"He's under the effect of the Dark Chip." Chaud told Zera and Protoman.
"This is not good." Protoman said, looking at Zera.
"He's under two of them." Chaud said.
"Two!?" Protoman and Zera asked in udder shock at what Chaud told them.
"He's right. And you two will not stop me." Zero said.
"Think again Zero." Chaud said and plugs a chip into Iris's PET which effects Zera in a bizarre way, leaving Protoman and Zero speechless. Zera started to float in the Net and glowed with a white bright aura.
"What's happening to her!?" Zero growled in disbelief. Zera comes down and her helmet was off and her gauntlets were too. She had white pink cyber armor and she got a little bit buffer and her eyes glowed and her sword was white and turned into a double handed weapon. Her white hair becoming longer.
"This is the counter to the Dark Chip called: The Light Chip." Zera said in an echo angelic voice. Zero couldn't believe his eyes. There was a counter to the Dark Chip's evil power? Zera turns her head to a blushing Protoman and she nods at him and he steps back and Zera looks at her brother. "Where is your Operator Zero?" She asked.
"She is in the Hospital building, and you will never find her." Zero responded and charges Zera while she charges back at him with Protoman watching.
"I will destroy you!" Zero yelled out and clashes with his sister and their blades. An explosion occurs and both NetNavis go flying to the ground hard. Protoman runs and helps Zera back to her feet.
"You alright?" He asked her.
"I'm ok." She said and pants. Zero gets back up and he was not panting at all from the explosion and he didn't even have a scratch on him.
"Well, look at me, I'm not even hurt." Zero chuckled. Eros then comes walking in and walks to Chaud, who didn't hear her come in. Eros pulls a needle out and was going to strike Chaud in the neck, but before she could, Iris's eyes shot open and she was awake. Eros quickly disappears from her sight. Zero escapes and transports back to Eros's PET.
"I think it's time I receive my gift." Eros whispered and went to the Beyondard and talks with Sincere and Nastenka about her gift.
"Say what now?" Sincere gasped.
"I want to have both of the Cybeasts." Eros said as she sat in a red chair at a table. "That way, I will be the strongest and Iris will not be able to stop me."
"Has that ever been done before?" Nastenka asks.
"No...but it will be done now. My father once used Falzar a long time ago. His friend had Gregar. But he was deleted because of too much power." Eros chuckles.
"And what makes you think you'll be able to withstand their powers together?" Sincere asked. Eros stares at her and ignores her question.
"So are you gonna do it now?" Nastenka asked.
"Yes...I think I've proven myself to father that I am capable of holding the powers of both Cybeasts within me." Eros walks off to a secret room with Sincere and Nastenka thinking that this might not be a good idea.
"What if Eros dies?" Sincere asked Nastenka and she looks at her.
"Hmph, I'm sure Eros can handle them." Nastenka said to Sincere as Bass walks in and Eros lies on a table.
"Are you ready my dear?" Bass asked.
"Yes father, I am ready to kill Iris and destroy her NetNavi along with everyone else."
"Good. Now let's get started." Bass signals Sincere and Nastenka to step away from the table that Eros was laying on. Eros falls into a deep sleep as Bass put sleeping gas on her face. Eros's head gets cut open and Bass feels her brain. Sincere gags and Nastenka was just weirded out. Bass grabs a needle containing the liquid of Falzar's data and Gregar's data combined. He injects it into his daughter's brain.
"Sir? How long will it take for this power to take affect?" Sincere asked.
"A couple of hours, and once it's finished, Eros will make an impact at Lord Wily's Lab." Bass answered. "Eros will be able to hack into the NET at Lord Wily's lab. By giving her the transfer Chip."
"I guess we stay here?" Sincere asked.
"You will stay here. Do not interfere Eros's work."
"Yes sir." Nastenka and Sincere bow down to Bass as he signals them to leave. Nastenka and Sincere stay in the main office room and see Slur and Serenade.
"I heard that Eros was getting her birthday gift today, is that correct?" Slur asked. Sincere and Nastenka nodded.
"We were told not to interfere either with the plan." Serenade said. She was sitting in Slur's lab. Bass watches his daughter and scans her body to check Gregar and Falzar's souls in her body. It was spreading throughout her body. Into her heart, her stomach, her muscles, her nerves, her hearing, her sight, her smell, her taste, her intelligence. Eros had the choice to either use Gregar or Falzar for her fight against her sister Iris. Little did she know as well as her father, Iris had a counter plan to all of this. Eros's chest now had the symbol crest of Gregar and Falzar, Half and half. Eros eyes were still the same color and her hair changed from being dark brown to a cold night black.
Sincere and Nastenka walk back in and Bass turns his head towards them and whispers, "If you do interfere, I'll have Eros destroy you. And if Eros fails? You are not to go in and help. I will take her place and deal with Iris and her friends. Do you understand that Sincere and Nastenka?"
"Yes sir." Sincere replied.
"We promise not to get in the way." Nastenka added. Bass smiled and walks to them.
"Good girls." Bass sends them off again and Eros's breathing becomes harder and she was starting to sweat. She begins moaning as the power has been spreaded fully. Bass turns around and looks at her daughter and whispers calming words to her. "You can control it Eros. I had control over it and so can you."
"Yes...father." Eros replied as her eyes open and an azure and orange light surround her entire body. She had armor on based off of the Cybeasts. But it was black in color. A black helmet covered her head, but her black hair flowed down to her waist. She was fully covered by the black Cyber armor. Her voice changed to a slight robotic voice and she had a crazy look in her red eyes. She gets off the table and hugs her father as he gives her the transfer trip.
"Now go." He said and Eros smirked and walks out, ready to invade SciLab's computer and hack into the NET system.
