Sorry sorry sorry, I'm so late sorry

I knew I missed the last update time so I decide to update two chapters instead of one so I've been on the second not putting this chapter on the site yet

"I'm such a bad parent."

"Naruto you are not, please don't cry"

I shake my head and continued to sob in my hand as we wait in the waiting room. We arrived an hour ago and they immediately took Hiroshi and arrested Orochimaru back at the apartment. I rode in the ambulance never letting go of Hiroshi hand. Sasuke and Kaze drove behind us and when we arrived at the hospital they took Hiroshi straight to the emergency room and we were led to the waiting room.

"How could I let my baby get hurt like that, I couldn't protect him. Gosh I'm pathetic" I rocked back and forth in the chair. Sasuke rubbed his hand up and down my back trying to comfort me. Kaze clinged to my side letting tears come down his face silently.

"You are not a bad parent" Sasuke continued.

"Yes-"

"No you're not, you love him. You take care of him like no other parent would do in the situation you are in now. How could you be a bad one" he stressed out. I shake my head again, but say nothing. Kaze clenches my coat and turns toward me.

"What will happen to Hiroshi" he whispers. I turn to him. I lift him up and set him on my lap. He leans his head on my shoulder burying his face.

"Hiroshi is going to be alright... right" he whispers again. I almost cry again hearing how broken he was. His best friend was hurt and he was scared.

I wrap my arms around him hugging him tightly. "Yeah, he's going be just fine" I said laying my head on his hair. I comfort him and Sasuke comforts me and him at the same time. We sit in silence, as we basically comfort each other. Then the doors open.

"Is there an Uzumaki, Naruto here?"

I look up immediately. Carrying Kaze, me and Sasuke walk over to the doctor. I look at him feeling scared, about the results.

"How is he, is he alright" I said. He looks at the chart and looks back at me with a small smile and that gives me hope.

"He's fine now, we patched him up steadily. We stopped the bleeding just in time, he may have a mild concussion. We're keeping him here for some test. After that we should be able to see if anything else is wrong just in case and we will tell you if he could be release or not." He looked at me and smiled again.

"He'll heal fine" he said softly. I broke down in sobs happily. He was going to be fine. I looked at him with a smile. "Thank you doctor, can we see him" I said softly. He nods.

"Yes, though he's sleeping now we gave him medicine for the pain. When he wakes up just notify us with the nurse call button. He's in room 304" he said walking away. I nod and feel myself warming up. I turn to Sasuke.

"Thank you Sasuke for everything" I said softly. He says nothing as he steps up and bring me into an embrace. Kaze clenches my coat, I can tell he understood everything. We separate and Sasuke takes Kaze and we all walk to the elevator. We reach Hiroshi's room in a matter of seconds. I turn the knob and step inside and I'm too shocked to say anything.

In the room are two figures dressed in black and gray. They stand a few feet away from the bed and as they hear the door open the turn around and smirk seeing who it is.

"Hello Naruto, I have to say it's a pleasure seeing you again."

I freeze and don't move from my spot. Sasuke looks at me confusingly watching the scene.

"Kaede... Katsu. W-what are y-you doing here" I stutter feeling dread and nervousness flow through me. Katsu the short one out of the two who has black hair and green eyes looked at me.

"To see your son of course" he said.

"Naruto" I hear a whisper by my ear. I tilt me head and look at him from the corner of my eye.

"Who are those two" Sasuke. I take a deep breath then let it out. "They are social workers" I whispered. His eyes widen a bit, but quickly composes himself, he nods catching the problem. I turn back to the two workers in front me. I never liked them ever since I first met them. They had a tendency to focus on me and Hiroshi.

"We've heard your son got hurt ... this is the second time right." I flinch at the remembrance. I look at them with hatred.

"You know that was an accident" I said. They shrug and look at me. "What happened here" Katsu said gesturing towards Hiroshi.

"I-I was attacked... Hiroshi got hurt" I said quietly.

"Who attacked you" Kaede said. I open my mouth hesitantly. "It w-was my rent collector." I look down waiting for more questions. "Naruto... where do you work."

I gasp slightly and the total changed of subject. This had nothing to do with the current situation.

"W-Why do you a-ask all of a sudden" I stutter slightly. The turn to me. "The last time we visited there was another complaint against you, anonymous as usual" Kaede said.

"We said that the living requirement was not suitable for a child. You said you were working on finding a job and a better place to live, so we let that slide,... not anymore we need answers" Katsu said.

"Again Naruto, were do you work."

I feel tears come up. This wasn't how it was supposed to happen, not like this. They'll take my baby away from me. They look at me expecting an answer I open my mouth slowly.

Then, I felt a hand wrap onto mine. I look at Sasuke and he gives me a small smirk.

"He doesn't work, I made him stop after a while since it was too stressful, he watches after the kids."

I gasped at the lie and turn to look and him confusingly. He looks at me in the corner of his eye and gives me a small nod of reassurance. Kaede and Katsu turn sharply towards him as if they just recognized he was there.

"Who are you" Katsu said sharply. Sasuke gives him a smug smirk.

"I'm Naruto's boyfriend, Uchiha Sasuke." They both look shock and their eyes turn back toward Sasuke.

"The Owner of Sharingan Law Firm" Kastu said.

"Yes I am" Sasuke says. They say nothing when he confirmed it, but in my mind it's like a whirlpool of emotions. I stand frozen not really giving out what I'm feeling.

Sharingan law firm was definitely the best out there, with top notch lawyers. They were known to win every case, but I never knew….

I felt a pressure on my hand and I turn my head towards Sasuke. He gives me a looking saying he will handle it for me. I feel warmness surround me and I give he a nod back.

"You say, you are his boyfriend when did this occur" Katsu said look at me. I move my gaze toward the floor.

"Why do we have to tell you about our personal lives" Sasuke said.

"We need proof why should we believe a stranger like you" Kaede snapped. Katsu gave him a harsh glare and Kaede fell silent. Sasuke smirked.

"What proof other than how we met" Sasuke said. Katsu looks at him waiting for an answer. Sasuke sighs silently only quiet enough for me to hear and then smiles slowly.

"We've been dating for five months now. Me and Naruto met at the daycare. Kaze and his son were close friends from the start and we just met each other at that time. I approached him and we became friends. After a month I asked him out, he said yes and for me…" Sasuke turned to me "It was love at first sight" he said softly. I blush and say nothing letting him continue.

"We got to know each other, my son already accepts him as a mother. We were planning on moving in together until he was attacked today, and here we are" he said looking at them. I can tell Kaede and Katsu were mad, but said nothing. I looked up when I heard a whimper.

"Hiroshi" I whispered. I let go of Sasuke hand and rush over to him. I walk over and push his hair out of the way.

"Baby are you ok" I said worriedly. Tears come done his eyes one by one as he gives out a sob.

"It hurts mama" he said crying. I nod and press the nurse call button. I see Sasuke put Kaze down and he Kaze rushes up to me. I lift him up and put him gently on the bed and watch as he tries to comfort Hiroshi.

"It's time for you guys to go, I gave the proof that you need" Sasuke said walking over to me and putting a hand on my shoulder. Kaede looks reluctant, but Katsu nod.

"We will be back, in two months' time to ask more questions. To see if what you said was true" Katsu said dragging Kaede out. Kaede gives a glare towards Sasuke, but Sasuke just gives out a smirk instead and watches as they leave. It falls quiet except for Hiroshi sobs and Kaze's comforting sound. The door opens and the doctor from before comes in with a nurse. He looks at Hiroshi.

"Looks like the patient is awake."

"He's fine now, we changed his bandages and gave him more medicine for the pain, he will be drowsy again in a few minutes, so don't worry if he goes to sleep."

I nod and say thank you as he and the nurse collect there things. Hiroshi has calmed down enough and is talking quietly with Kaze. When the doctor leaves I give out a sigh of relief and turn to face Hiroshi.

"Hiroshi,.. you had me so worried" I said to him.

He looked at me sadly. "I'm sorry mama, I didn't mean to worry you… you were being hurt" he whispered. I shook my head.

"Thank you sweetheart, but don't do that again ok, I can't stand it if something worse happened to you." I gave him a kiss on the forehead and he nodded and gave out a yawn. I smiled.

"Go to sleep baby, I'll be right here until you wake up." He closed his eyes, I saw Kaze do the same and I also give him a kiss. I lifted the blanket on both of them and they went to sleep together.

Sasuke took my hand and followed I followed him out closing the door behind me. He leads me down a hallway and we came across a mostly empty corridor with little people wandering around. We sit on the bench by the window and he turns to me.

"I think it's time for us to talk now Naruto, especially what's been happening… can you tell me about your past" Sasuke said. I look at him and give a small nod.

"Ok."
