"Well then," Sam muttered, "something that might not kill us."

Zyanne glared at Rumplestiltskin. "Rumple," she warned, "you're not telling them everything."

"I told them what they need to know," he said defiantly, crossing his arms and looking away.

"Rumple," she growled, "Tell them."

They glared at each other for a while longer until Rumple gave up, turning his glare on me. "The likelihood of you returning unscathed is slim."

My shoulders sagged. "Of course."

"That and you need the one that didn't switch genders to switch."

Walt's eyes widened. "What?! Why?"

"When you get the item that switches genders, you'll become a girl for the rest of your life," Rumple explained, "Do you think you want that?"

I looked at him, eyes wide. "NO. YOU. DON'T."

"And besides," Sam said, crossing his arms, "I don't want to be a lesbian."

Walt nodded. "I guess…"

"We're going to have to go to the camp to tell Chiron." Alex put in, standing and stretching his muscular arms.

"Wow," Penny marveled, "you're hot whether you're a guy or a girl."

"Well, that's because you're also the opposite sex," Zyanne said. "It would be awkward if you were still a guy." She motioned her head towards Sam and Walt.

"I. HATE. YOU."

Rumplestiltskin laughed. "Anywho, I fulfilled my purpose here, didn't I Zyanne?"

Zyanne rolled her eyes. "I guess that's the best I'm going to get, yes."

She kissed him on the cheek, and everyone turned away, disgusted.

"Oh shut up," she muttered, "anyway, let's gear up-we have a quest to start."

EpicFire: SO give me a week and I'll have the third book up and running-complete with an actual plot and better grammar (seriously, it's a wonder I didn't just DELETE everything...)
