SO SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT! Part of the time, I've been to busy with school, the other part I've just been lazy. But I'm just going to get to the point. The winner of the poll is...
MY SECRET LIFE!
A lot of you guys PMed or reviewed me a little upset that their favorite story didn't win from the first poll, but DON'T WORRY. I'm going to eventually do all the stories. And for those of you who thought I was going to end this story to write the other ones... NO WAY! I'll definitely keep the story going! Well enough of me. Onto the story!
Disclaimer: I do not own Kickin' It, so stop hassling me! :P
Kim let go of Jack and stared at him wide-eyed.
"You what?" She asked.
"Uhh..." Jack stuttered.
"You... Love me?"
"I uhh... Love you as a friend." Jack lied. "I'll see you downstairs."
Jack left and hurried downstairs.
Kim's heart sank. She wanted him to love her, but it was just a stupid school girl fantasy.
You didn't actually think for a second that he meant that, did you?! Kim thought as a tear rolled down her cheek.
She quickly wiped it away and followed Jack downstairs, pretending like nothing ever happened. When she got downstairs she saw Mindy reading a book and Becka dancing to her ballet music. Kim grabbed her jacket, which was on the couch, and went outside. She walked all the way to the mall. By the time she got there her stomach started to growl. She checked her jean pockets and found $5 in single dollar bills and loose change.
That should be enough for a corndog.
Kim walked into Captain Corndog and bought a corndog and a bottle of water, then she sat down at one of the tables. Milton walked in about 2 minutes later and saw Kim sitting alone. He walked over to her. As soon as Kim saw him, her face darkened.
"What do you want, nerd?" She asked, annoyed.
"I just wanted to say hi." Milton said. "Hi!"
Kim just gave another dark glare.
"Umm... Ok. So how are you since... the incident at your house that night?" Milton asked.
"What's it to- Wait. How do you know about that?"
Milton gulped. He knew Kim was about to go insane.
"I... I was there." Milton got out.
Kim's eyes widened and she jumped out of her seat.
"YOU WHAT?!" She yelled.
Milton grabbed her by the arm and pulled her outside before she made a scene.
"Ok, calm down, Kim..."
"I will not calm down! Why were you there?! How'd you get into my house?!"
"I was with Jack." He explained. "We were walking by your house and heard a scream. The door was open so we went inside and we saw you unconscious on the floor. We called the ambulance."
Kim studied his face.
"What aren't you telling me?" She asked.
"Well... When Jack and I got there, we saw a man leaving your house. I just wanted to know who it was."
Kim almost said 'What man?', but then she realized. Her dad. He was talking about her dad.
"Why do you want to know?" She asked. "So you can run off to Grace and everyone giving them all the details of what happened?"
"Actually... I'm not friends with them anymore."
Kim gave a confused look.
"Ever since Elementary school, I've been picked on because I was the nerd in school." Milton explained. "When I moved here, it was my chance to be popular. I stated hanging out with them and dressing differently to be cool, and it worked. I didn't like bullying you all this time, but if I didn't, they wouldn't be my friends. But I don't care anymore. I just hope you know how sorry I am, Kim."
Kim didn't know what to say. Milton Krupnick was actually apologizing to her. Could she trust him now?
Oh please! Kim thought. He's probably just fooling you so he can get information from the inside! Don't believe him.
"And how do I know this isn't a scam?" Kim asked.
"You'll be able to tell I'm telling the truth tomorrow, when Grace, Jerry, and Eddie all torture me."
Kim thought to herself, and then studied Milton.
"Ok... I believe you. For now. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a corndog to finish eating."
Kim turned around to see one of the waiters cleaning her table and throwing away her corndog.
"Aww, man!" She cried. Then she glared at Milton. "You owe me $4.35 for that corndog!"
Milton pulled out a $20 bill from his pocket.
"Do you have change?" He asked.
"Nope." Kim said, taking the whole $20.
Milton gave her a look.
"What?! You owe me for pain and suffering from all that bullying! I should've taken $1,000 from you! You're lucky I'm nice."
Kim started walking and Milton followed, but they stopped when they saw the rest of The Group walking their way.
"Milton!" Grace scolded. "What are you doing talking to the freak?! We have karate practice. Or should I not call you a freak. Maybe I should just call you 'Chloe'."
Kim looked confused. "Chloe?"
"Oh you haven't heard?" Jerry said, surprised. "Well let me get you caught up to speed. See Jack-"
"Nevermind who Chloe is! I'm not going to karate practice with you guys anymore!" Milton interrupted.
"What? Why?" Eddie asked.
"All these years, you guys made me bully Kim just so I could be popular with the rest of you, well I've had enough! Kim is very nice. And kind. And she doesn't deserve any of this. C'mon Kim."
Milton took Kim's arm and walked with her out of the mall. Kim was in awe. Milton stood up for her, and then she realized...
She can trust him...
Meanwhile...
Jack was sitting on the couch watching a movie when Jake shut the TV off.
"Hey!" Jack yelled. "I was in the middle of a movie!"
"Well I need to talk to you." Jake said, sitting next to Jack.
"What about?"
"Kim."
Jack glared at his brother.
"What about Kim?" He asked.
"What you said to her earlier."
Jack started to move around nervously.
"I love you... as a friend!?" Jake asked, giving him the 'Are you kidding me?' look.
"What?! I had to think fast!"
Jake shook his head.
"Well I think you should give her a chance. You never know if she feels the same way."
As Jake walked off, Jack thought about what he said.
Well she did kiss me before... Could she like me?
Jack snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the front door open. Kim was back.
"Kim. Can I talk to you for a minute?" He asked her.
Kim rolled her eyes. She was starting to get annoyed of his mixed signals. She walked over to him and sat down.
"Yes?" She asked, slightly annoyed.
"It's about this morning. See-"
"Oh, you mean how you like totally blew me off saying "I love you..." and all just so you could add 10 seconds later "...as a friend"!? You know, I'm starting to get real tired of these mixed signals that you're giving me so I think it's about time that you make up your mind already and decide whether or not you-"
Jack cut Kim off with a kiss.
About time huh? Well I'm really sad... I just found out that Kim is not going to be in season 4! *Crying* They better at least give her and Jack their first kiss before she goes. I mean seriously! She kissed Milton TWICE! I mean sure they weren't meaningful kisses but still! Anyways, before I have a total breakdown, I want to make this clear...
I SWEAR BY THE LIGHT OF THE DRAGON'S EYE THAT I WILL NEVER GO WITHOUT UPDATING FOR THAT LONG AGAIN!
I missed writing this story and reading the reviews I would get whenever I would update. So... I'm making a goal for myself to try and update at least once every 1 or 2 weeks. If I break this promise, I allow all of you to come to my house, tie me up, and punch me in the face until I complete the next chapter. I'm sure all of you guys wanted to do that to me all this time. Also, this is the last chapter I'm sending to 88Madison88. Until next time!
