Author's Note - This is hot off the presses as people would like to say. I expect some mistakes here and there but they will be tended to. This episode however is a bit special to me. This is the longest and with good reason. This episode covers what happened during the time skip in the previous episode leading up to Frost's appearance. I know that it's been a long time since I've uploaded anything. The short of it all is that I've been quite busy and my laptop hates me. With any luck I can get back to some sort of schedule again. I hope you all enjoy.

Day One – I Wish

Silver returned to the field he arrived in. He took a look at the surroundings around him before he took off his bracelet. A door had formed and shown what he'd expected. He walked through it and smelt food. He smiled. This is rare. For once I'm not late for dinner. He left the room and went into the Dining Room where he'd found Violet and Frost in the kitchen. Silver paused in open fascination at the sight. Violet turned and noticed him. She grinned.

"Yes, she cooks now. She read through several books, watched several cooking shows and hasn't burned down our home. She's been cooking for a long while actually." Silver finally managed to change his expression as Frost pulled out a batch of chocolate chip brownies. Placing them on the counter she looked up at him with a smug expression on her face.

"It won't be long before I cook better than any Earthling. I've often heard that a way to man's heart was through his stomach. Originally I was sure it was through the ribcage but your Earthling sayings take a while to get used to in terms of context. Gohan will taste my cooking someday and he'll fall madly in love with me. Then he'll let me kill that wench. What do you think Saiai?" Not far from the brownies Saiai stopped reaching for it and started babbling.

Frost's expression went neutral for a moment as she studied her son. "I wish you could talk, though the guessing game is still fun for now. What do you love more? The love of your mother…or the brownies I made?" Silver walked into the kitchen and noticed that the baby not only stopped babbling but looked thoughtful for a moment before raising both his arms in the air. Frost shook her head and sighed.

"You love both of us just the same?" The baby laughed while she shrugged. "So be it. Maybe I can take it as a compliment. From what I've heard a Saiyan's appetite is quite monstrous." She cut out a big portion of the brownie and put it within Saiai's reach. The baby babbled delightedly as he reached out for the treat and began eating it.

It's only a matter of time before this baby could possibly take care of itself. How long will it be before I have to start worrying about a flying baby that could throw destructive temper tantrums? Silver felt a hand on his shoulder as he turned to find Raditz there behind him. He grinned widely.

"'I know what you're thinking. I can already tell that Saiai will be a troublesome child. Let's hope that Frost looks after him properly." Silver nodded and thought of Saiai's development as he climbed into bed that night. Just what is this child capable of?

Day Two – In Five Days

Silver found himself on a train. He peered outside and took in the scenery. It's beautiful. Even though it was dark outside the sky was alight with a multitude of fireworks the like he'd never seen before. Silver looked around to see if anyone else noticed the show outside the windows to find himself alone on the train. Why am I the only one here?

The train started to bump at an irregular pace. He tried to stand but fell clumsily to the floor. Silver rolled onto his back and noticed that the pace of bumps intensified. He heard hushed breathing and phantom hands on his chest. He reached up and his hands found…something. What is- His eyes shot open as he found his wife atop him.

Violet arched her back and came as she fell onto him panting quietly in his left ear. Silver raised his right hand and slowly guided it down her sweat covered back. She could only hold back for so long. It has been awhile since we last made love. While I don't think I'll ever get used to this it is the price we pay for the bodies we have now. He kissed her then rolled his wife onto her back.

"Good morning." Violet looked away from eyes guiltily. He placed his right hand on her cheek. "You did nothing wrong. I understand." She met his eyes then nodded. Good. He got up and went into the drawer pulling out underclothes as his wife did the same. They showered together, got dressed and helped their daughter get ready for school. The bus came and they waved goodbye. One day you will be able to make new friends and keep them instead of making the same friends in tiring repetition.

As they went inside Silver noticed Raditz and Frost sitting across each other at the dining room table. Saiai was in the middle of them. Raditz lifted his right hand and waited patiently for the baby to do something. Silver and Violet entered the room and watched from a distance. Saiai looked up towards his mother. Frost patted him on the head and smiled.

"Go on my dear. Strike his hand as hard as you can." The baby turned back to Raditz who looked bored. Saiai seemed to try making a fist, pulled it back and struck his Raditz's palm. The force of the strike caused Raditz's chair to move an inch or two. Silver stood in awe of the child. That's quite impressive. I can only imagine what he'll be capable of in a decade. Raditz sighed then shook his head.

"You can do so much more." A smiled appeared on his face at the moment as he peered down at the baby. "There's a good chance that you're exactly like your father. If that's the case I know how to get what I want out of you." He raised his index finger as a bluish white light started to emanate out of it. "I know you can understand me boy so listen well. I have half a mind to kill your mother and take you back to my reality.

You're a bastard and your father doesn't even know that you exist." The baby looked back at his mother to find her looking away from him. "Ha! She can't even meet the gaze of her lil bastard!" Raditz stood then walked over Frost and roughly grabbed her out of the chair. He held the beam of light to her head. "After all the things I've heard about how you came to be I think any reality would be better without your mom in it."

Saiai's eyes glowed bluish purple as beams of light shot out at him. Raditz powered up and absorbed all of the attack making sure that each beam hit him and nothing else. The end result left his clothes in tatters and set off the smoke detector which Violet waved at to get silent. Raditz sat down completely unfazed by the attack and nodded. "Better." Frost sat down and held her baby close kissing him on the forehead.

"I wonder if you'll be able to control the whims of others." Frost looked thoughtful. "Whether or not you inherit the ability I lost it shouldn't be too difficult for you when you grow up. After all, you're going to be as handsome as your father and you'll have my charisma. There's no way you can lose." Silver stood back and watched them as he leaned up against the wall. It really would be nice if I could peek into another reality to see what there is to expect of this boy.

Silver checked the time on the microwave. It's time. He shared a kiss with his wife then left and went into the Guest Room where he put in the coordinates to the reality he visited yesterday. Bracelet dropping and door opening walked through it and started flying towards the Headquarters. When he arrived he noticed that it looked as though a short skirmish had taken place. He landed outside the Headquarters as he noticed soldiers picking up corpses.

One of the soldiers lifting the deceased happened to be one of the green tinted altered humans he'd see the day before. The soldier noticed him and in his shock he dropped the corpse. Silver walked toward him trying to look as civil and harmless as possible.

"I'm not here to hurt you. I had an appointment with Gero today." Silver placed his hands behind his back as a placating gesture as he looked around. What could've happened while I was gone? "I don't know why I have this feeling to ask this but is Gero okay?" The soldier nodded.

"Right now Gero is locked up in a nearby detention facility. Commander Ni…Boxer has been expecting you. The Commander and his siblings are actually waiting for you." With that he returned to his duty. Silver felt toes tingle as he wanted nothing more than to punt the altered human into the stratosphere but he decided to ignore it as he entered the Headquarters.

Greeted by soldiers once more they all ushered him throughout the facility and into one of the conference rooms. The soldiers left him alone as he opened the door. As he entered he struggled to keep his expression hidden as he'd all of the people who were said to be dead yesterday in the room. Boxer stood then walked over to him as pulled out a chair for him to sit on. After he took the seat Boxer sat next to him.

"I'm sure you're wondering what happened yesterday, correct?" Silver nodded. Boxer exhaled then crossed his arms. "I thought so. You see, shortly after you left I had to know whether or not the things you had said were true. Long story short I wished for our parents to be back with their families. When that happened our parents started going on a killing spree. While the guards are stronger than them they were caught off guard before they were subdued.

Nana saved them from being killed because she noticed their tails. I got back in time to save the women from being killed outright as trespassers. I gathered my siblings together and told them everything that I knew. We then decided to throw Gero into a detention facility. I don't want to kill him. That is where I stand. Even after our parents told us the full story I don't have it in me to do that to him. " Nana placed her hand upon extended belly then turned to Boxer.

"I feel the same way, however I do understand how our mother's must have felt. My brother, look deep into their eyes. What is it that you see when you do?" Boxer surveyed the women around them and found what they wanted. He bowed his head.

"Death. I guess it goes without saying but I'm sure that's what our father's want as well." Boxer raised his head and looked at his family. "In five days Gero will die." He shifted his attention over to Silver. "I understand that you're not of this reality. I would like to know what you came here for as well a few other things. I remember you saying something along the lines of how different were here as opposed to the others. I was wondering if you could fill us in." Silver leaned back in his chair. I might as well tell them everything.

For close to forty-five minutes Silver told them about the original timeline and how the alternate realities are nearly the same with minor differences. He made it clear that the ones that don't follow the timeline are in most danger. He told them that there is a Super Saiyan 3 form and that there indeed a form more powerful than that. However, he decided to hold on to one fact. This reality at best only has half a year left in it. How it managed to go on this long is quite amazing. Perhaps it isn't worth the trouble trying to make a God here. This place is stable.

"I've told you everything that is worth knowing. My main reason for being here revolved around Saiyans and the possibility of creating a God among you. After thinking it over it seems to be bad idea. None of you in this room could even fathom a power that could surpass a Super Saiyan 2. In this reality of yours it seems as though no threat is necessary enough for it due to one event changing coupled with Gero's machinations.

So, here are my final thoughts regarding my visit. None of you need to become a God. That power isn't necessary here. To give one of you that power would be the equivalent of giving a child a loaded weapon to play with. There is a force out there that is destroying realities. I need warriors that understand hardship and what it means to be truly pushed to the breaking point." I can't mold one of you into that image within a scant six months. If Bills haven't shown up on this planet to ask his question then what is the point of even trying?

The room had gone silent. Silver surveyed the parents in the room. "Perhaps I'm wrong. There are the full bloods among you. Your parents know what it means to endure hardship and more. The problem however is that the mission in question already has a Goku, Vegeta and Raditz in it." Well, I already have a Raditz and a Goku…eventually I'm going to have to give him Frost so he'll help. I'll pick up a Vegeta, but not this one. I'm done here. Silver stood then walked towards the door.

"So I bid you all a farewell. I'm sorry that you all had to learn about Gero the way you did. I wish you all the best of luck with your future endeavors." Well, with the months you have left anyway. "I'm happy to see you all reunited." As he placed his hand on the knob he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned and saw Boxer.

"You have all this knowledge regarding alternate realities and the levels we could attain one day. Until Gero is executed could you teach us everything that you know? How to build the machine you use to visit us, how we could possibly get even stronger and anything else we should know about?" Silver shrugged. What's five days?

"Fine, for the next five days I will teach you everything you need to know. I find this world intriguing enough to waste sometime here. It answers a question that had been in the back of my mind for decades." Nana raised an eyebrow at the statement.

"What question would that be?" Silver smiled.

"Is there a reality that exists where the Red Ribbon Army won?" Nana seemed unsettled by the comment while everyone else looked to be confused. Silver left the Headquarters, took off his bracelet and dropped it onto the ground. The door formed and he walked through it leading him back to the Guest Room. He checked the time and noticed how late it was.

Leaving the room he went into the kitchen and rifled through the fridge. He found some leftover meatloaf and spaghetti. He took the dishes out then looked at the microwave for a moment before shrugging. While I'd like to eat these hot it isn't worth having to hear Saiai crying over the food he can smell. Oh well, it's not as if I can get sick anymore. He opened the drawer silently and retrieved a fork. Over the next few minutes he finished both dishes and put them in the sink. Afterward he brushed his teeth and went to bed.

Day Three – Making Sense

Silver woke up to find his wife at the computer. He grabbed a chair and sat next to her. "So, it seems like this idea was a bad one. That reality in question was more warped than I expected. Several events that should've happened either never did or changed heavily. I plan on spending five more days before I move on to the next though." Violet turned to him.

"That's surprising. Why bother? You know how much time that reality has." Silver nodded.

"Yeah but the want to know about the machine we use and some other things as well. I figure that I could at least leave them with that much info. For all we know they might be able to save themselves. When this is over I want to focus on the next person we could possibly get to help us." Violet smiled.

"I'm working on that right now. After going through Gero's book for the umpteenth time I've realized that we could have mixtures of people as well as their base within the same reality with no problems for some strange reason. For example we could have Gogeta, Vegitto, Goku and Vegeta in the same reality and nothing will happen. Which is odd but it should provide you with some interesting choices when this is over and the time to strike appears." Silver nodded.

"That is odd, but I'll take it. Though in Gogeta's case once the time elapsed I'm sure problems would occur within seconds after the fusion broke. For the next four days do you think you could tell me about some potential Gods to recruit?" Violet kissed him.

"Of course. Now, go on let me work. I learned today that at least a hundred realities get erased on a daily basis. While that is scary the amount of alternate realities is scarier. Sifting through this mess is a chore, but a fascinating one nonetheless." Silver stood and left as he went into the Living Room. Once more he noticed that Raditz and Saiai were sitting across each other. Raditz held his hand out in front of Saiai.

"Your mom doesn't deserve to live." Saiai looked up at him and laughed as Raditz sighed. Frost smiled down at her son.

"I think he knows that you won't hurt me. So there's a good chance that you're going to have to be more creative with your taunts to get him to try hurting you. I appreciate what you're trying to do but my son likes you I think. Am I right?" Saiai turned to face her and babbled in agreement before facing Raditz again. The baby babbled once more as if he were making sense and smiled. Raditz patted the baby on the head.

"Okay you little runt. I'll think of something. This child is already strong enough to become a Super Saiyan 2. It's possible that he could be even more than that. I can feel it. With his mother's genes I guess anything is possible." Silver left them and went into the Guest Room. After putting in the coordinates he spent the day over in the alternate reality.

He went over the finer points of the two books they needed to understand alternate realities and travel between them. He returned home later that night and went into the bedroom. Silver found his wife sitting up on the bed reading. She looked up at him.

"Welcome home. The first reality in question regards Dageta." Silver raised an eyebrow at that.

"Please continue." Violet grinned.

"It's kind of obvious what happened. Dabura was never absorbed into Buu and was saved by the Supreme Kai. Originally Goku was supposed to fuse with either Gohan or Vegeta. When they went back to help Gohan it was all too late. By that point Buu had absorbed Gohan and Goku was being pummeled by that creature soon after. After some arguing between Vegeta and Dabura they put their differences aside and became Dageta.

From that point the events almost play out the exact same way. The biggest difference is that they were absorbed by Buu so they were never separated after the fusion. As it stands right now Dageta is a God in that reality. Something else I've learned is that there are several branching off points during that. I found one reality were Goku was stupid enough to become Gokule. I don't need to tell you how that ended for I'm sure you've already guessed it right." Silver undressed and then climbed into bed. He kissed her.

"While I'm interested I'll make my final decision four days from now." Violet nodded then placed her book to the side then turned off the light.

Day Four - Godhood

Silver's eyes shot open as he felt the floor shake beneath him. He noticed it was one in the afternoon. My daughter is okay. He almost went back to sleep until he forced himself up to investigate the thing that woke him. Silver hopped out of bed and ran into the Living Room to see Saiai floating in the air and crying as a bluish white aura appeared around him. Saiai was screaming as tears ran down his face.

The baby's musculature started to change as a mask formed over his mouth and armor like platelets started to form over his body. Horns started to appear out of the child's head as some of Saiai's hair went from white to blond as if it were highlighted. With one last bellow the baby wailed as everyone in the room but Raditz was blown back by the force caused by Saiai's transformation. The baby started babbling wildly as a large orb of energy started to form around his index finger. Raditz started laughing.

"I figured that it would work." He knelt down and grabbed a full plate of cookies and extended it towards the child. The energy ball disappeared and baby went back to his base form. As the baby reached out flew towards the plate of cookies and started to eat them. Raditz shook his head. "The pain of loss. Of all the stories I've heard regarding its use to achieve great things…this one's pain of loss is a plate of cookies. Frost, are you happy with how your son came to gain this new power of his?" Frost nodded.

"Yes, it shows me that my son has many of my characteristics. Though…I don't think I'd act that way over a plate of cookies. Still, I don't mind. I think it's cute of him to react like that. He's so strong. I have a feeling that he'll accomplish great things. I look forward to seeing what they are." Silver shook his head and left. He walked into the Guest Room, and then walked into the alternate reality. Sure that he was out Frost's range he closed his eyes then sighed.

You won't be there to see whatever your son does. I do what must be done. When the time comes I can promise that your son will be alright. I can do that much. Silver cleared his mind, opened his eyes and set out towards Red Ribbon Headquarters. Spending the day with them again Nana had mentioned an interest in space exploration. He told them to be weary of Dr. Myuu and said no more on the matter. Work on the machine had begun.

He'd came back home then crawled into bed as he listened to his wife tell him of another candidate. "Her name is Silk Briefs. The daughter of Bra and a normal man named Tsuji. She attained Godhood when an enemy by the name of Yoen killed Gin who happened to be her fiancé and Goten's son. With the children of Pan and Bra they had just enough to create a God. From there the fight was obviously a cakewalk." Silver nodded in interest.

"Now that sounds fascinating. It's rare to come across a reality where the bloodline goes past Pan and Bra. I'm not sure how you'll top this one but so far this one is winning." Violet smiled.

"Well there's a near infinite amount to go through. I don't think it'll be too difficult." She kissed him then turned off the lamp. "Good night."

Day Five – Three Wishes

With a stretch, yawn and bleary eyes Silver eventually got out of bed. His wife was once more in front of the computer working as she wore headphones. He focused his hearing on the song his wife was listening to and grinned. Bruce Falconer, that guy is underrated. He left then walked into the Living Room. He noticed that Frost was asleep while Raditz and Saiai seemed to be playing a card game. Silver walked over to the table and took a seat.

"What's the game?" Raditz looked at his cards then grabbed one from the deck. He smirked then laid out five cards then placed his remaining card next to the deck.

"The game is Gin Rummy." Raditz placed his elbows on the table then looked down at the baby. "I win. I'd ask you to shuffle but-" Saiai interrupted as he crawled on the table and tried to collect all the cards. Raditz sat quietly as he watched the boy seemingly grow frustrated with his own lack of grip. Raditz then quickly placed a calming hand on Saiai's head. "No. There will be none of that."

Saiai looked confused so Raditz continued. "I felt a spike in your Ki. I can read energy. After a while you should be able to do the same thing. The main point is that your mom is tired. Do you really want to wake her up with a temper tantrum?" Saiai turned and looked at his mom then turned back to him. He responded with his usual babbling but appeared to understand. Raditz nodded in approval as he gathered the cards and shuffled them. "Want to play Goldfish?" Saiai waved his arms around and babbled enthusiastically.

Silver left them then visited the alternate reality. As he walked into the Red Ribbon's laboratory he was quite surprised. He looked over the machine that was not quite done but nearly so. Perhaps when the time comes there might be some hope for them. Leaving the lab he found Boxer a couple minutes later. He sat in the conference room with all his siblings as he was reading the remaining words of a letter.

"-beg you to please see reason. For years he raised all of you like he was your own. You've seen him as your father. I've seen the love and care all of you have for him. Yes, I've known the whole time what he had done. In the end my question to you all is this. Do any of you truly believe that this decision is the right?

He may not have been your actual father but at least he was there. He made you all into the people you are today. Your strength, intelligence, character and even existence is own to him. He truly is your father in every sense of the word if you take the time to think about it. The choice is in your hands. I know my place and also know that to attack you is not only pointless but also asinine. We may not be related by blood but I still feel as though I'm your elder brother regardless. Please, don't kill him." Boxer placed the letter down on the table.

"In two days Gero dies. With the time we have left we should all say our goodbyes and talk to him when we can. I've already talked to him and he wants to die by a firing squad." There was a gasp of shock that came from his brothers and sisters as Nana stood.

"Are you serious?" Boxer nodded grimly.

"There's more to it. He wants the firing squad to consist of us and our parents. He said that it was what he deserved." Nana left the room saying nothing more. Boxer turned and watched her go. He faced his remaining siblings. "Let me be clear. Gero wants this to be done. He bears us no ill will and actually seemed to be not only placid but amused by this all. I suggest you all spend time with Gero before this deed is done." The parents left the room first.

With them gone the air that seemed to form projected a presence of unease, weariness and resolve as they all stood and left one by one.

Throughout the day he helped out with the machine. As he got ready to leave he saw Nana. Her eyes were red but everything else about her displayed an air of calm. She is without a doubt his daughter. I can see why it would hit her a bit harder since she seems to have taken so many of lessons to heart. It may be a good idea to visit Gero before his day of execution. Silver returned home. He spent time with his daughter as he walked her through the Geometry homework she was given. Afterward he went into the bedroom. Violet looked up and smiled.

"Welcome back. Are you ready for another candidate?" Silver nodded as he undressed then climbed into bed.

"I wonder if you were able to find another Goddess. I feel that we need more." Violet shrugged.

"There are many actually. It just seems that a good majority of them are unstable. The ones that would do more harm than good." She hesitated for a moment then carried on. "I'll mention a different one then tonight. This first one is a bit rough but if it's more Goddess's you want then here is one. Her name is Reia. She is the daughter of Videl and Truen.

As always there was an enemy there to complicate things. That villain's name was Bhendrac. That villain's forces had successfully defeated the Saiyans and forced them to retreat. Goku was the first to fall followed up by Vegeta. The Supreme Kai gave Gohan the pair of earrings with the intention for him to fuse with Trunks.

That never happened. Maybe it was due to their bumbling nature or failure to understand what they were meddling with but Goten and Trunks put on the earrings and became Truen. Just as that had happened they were immediately discovered by Bhendrac's men. With the remaining power Gohan and Truen they attacked with everything they had taking the fight to Bhendrac himself. Gohan died and Truen beat their foe into a stalemate causing him to flee Earth.

Years passed and eventually Videl and Truen became an item. A year later after that and Reia was born. A good majority of life was quiet up until the age of fifteen. Baby had appeared and through her body she killed Marron, 18, Krillen, Bulma, Bra, Chi-Chi, Roshi, Tien, Videl and Truen. For two years she remained under baby's command. Dende left Earth and found his people. Gathering the Dragon Balls on Planet Namek he made three wishes.

The first was to revive Gohan. The second was to give Reia control over her body and mind again. His last wish was to be returned to Earth. Without the control of her body Baby scattered and inhabited the body of almost every living being on Earth. The process was simple. All Baby needed to do was take the people he had under his control and scratch or cut others.

Gohan who was newly revived quickly found Dende who had quickly informed him about everything he missed. From there Gohan had found Reia as they protected each other while they searched for the Dragon Balls. It took half a day to accomplish but they had done it. For twelve hours they fought off several human and tried not to kill them.

The effort was exhausting but the casualties in the end were low. When they brought the Dragon Balls to the lookout they summoned Shenron and wished that every Saiyan that had a family on Earth to be brought back. Before making that wish Gohan had theorized that there was some kind of flaw in wishes regarding resurrection. So he suggested the wording of the wish and it worked. Vegeta, Bra, Truen, Goku and Raditz oddly enough were the ones that came back. Here's the interesting part.

Noticing that Reia was exhausted Dende suggested that they give her some of their energy. All the Saiyans besides Raditz helped and like that she accidentally became a God. The rest of the story goes how you think it does. Granted, Raditz died again but what was to be expected of him by that point? When it was over Reia decided to seclude herself from others.

Oh, and this is just a guess but I have this feeling that she's attracted to Gohan. With her parentage that makes things a bit weird. Gohan is the only one that can get through her defenses and make her talk. He's been slowly but surely assimilating her back into the outside world for a while now. So, how's that?" Silver looked thoughtful.

"It seems like something I'd be interested in checking out. Though I have this feeling that if she really wants her half uncle like you think she might then I doubt we could get her. Still it may be worth a shot. Thank you." They shared a kiss and slept well that night.

Day Six - Parentage

The following morning he woke up early enough to see his daughter off at the bus stop. After doing so he retired to bed once more and slept for another five hours before going into the alternate reality. When he reached the headquarters he'd asked to be shown to Gero's holding cell. He was escorted to his location and was given a chair. He sat down and looked through the bars to find Gero sitting on his cot in from of him. Silver yawned.

"Sorry about that. I guess I got too much sleep." Gero laughed.

"No need to apologize. I feel tired as well." Gero lain down on the cot. "You know…I never thought my end would be like this." Silver leaned forward in his chair.

"Knowing you it doesn't have to end here if you don't want it to. I'm willing to bet that any of your supposed children would've broken you out of here if you even seemed to want out. That or do it yourself. What's stopping you?" Gero yawned.

"I'm tired. I just don't have it in me to bother prolonging my life. Just about everything that I wanted to accomplish has been done. My children have told me stories of the alternate versions of myself. Apparently in many of them I become a cyborg. An interesting idea I must admit. Nana was the only one that even bothered to ask me how I would have been able to place my brain in a robotic body by myself.

They've told me that through the machine you've had them built that they can peak into alternate realities and universes so far. Be honest with me would you? Here I am, completely human. In this reality am I more of a monster here or do I match the label more accurately outside of this one?" Silver shrugged.

"You're more of monster here in my opinion then out of it which is odd to me. I pity you and I don't know why. Perhaps it is because you're human here but that can't be it. While you're a threat in those other realities I'm sure that none of them has come to close to the amount of death you caused here." Gero yawned again as he stretched.

"That's rather sad. Am I supposed to be this way in every reality I exist in?" Silver shook his head.

"This reality breaks the mold a bit. Several of the events that led up to what your supposed standard is each reality wasn't met. This is a reality where I guess you get everything that you want. Even the way you die. This is rare. Every decision you've made has never felt forced and felt natural, correct?" Gero nodded up towards the wall.

"Strange. I've had a lot of time to think about myself and place in this world. I have a theory that I'd like to test. It's a very simple one and it requires the truth. In many of the realities I'm in when do I die?" Silver studied the floor as if it the answer was there until it came to him.

"Roughly twelve or thirteen years ago I think. I could be wrong." Gero sat up slowly.

"That sounds about right. I started feeling apathetic and lethargic just around that time. I have everything I could possibly want but I'm tired. The progression from how I used to be to how I feel now felt natural too. Which is strange, I've mentioned before that there were things I've been interested in studying but I just don't care much anymore. Now I think I know why.

It's been said several times before that time has a way of fixing itself. I guess that in my case it just took a long while to remedy perhaps. In several theories of time fixing itself the events still happen on schedule regardless. There could be more to it I guess. Like a foreign element but I'm just postulating at the moment. What's done is done and I'm looking forward to the end." Silver stood then walked over to the bars.

"Gero. You've given me a lot to think about. However there is something I can leave you with to think about. It's not comforting but it's the best I can do. While there are several versions of us that do the same thing without fail and little variation…there are some times where the mold is broken. I know that in a few realities I've been seen as a hero." Gero turned and looked at him.

"How is that not comforting?" Silver sighed.

"Heroes can die as badly as villains do. Besides, you and I know that both of those words can be quite subjective." Gero nodded.

"When I die the first thing I'm going to do is find the Silver here and talk to him." Silver scoffed.

"I hate to put myself down but I doubt he'll be that interesting to talk to." Gero shrugged.

"Perhaps it's my odd sense of humor but someone has to tell him about the successful version of himself. I'll see you tomorrow?" Silver nodded then extended his hand through the bars. Gero shook it then returned to his cot. After leaving he returned to the lab and helped with the machine. As he was getting ready to go home Nana called out to him. He turned to her.

"Yes?" While she looked calm her body language suggested otherwise. Nana exhaled.

"Before you go back home, wherever that is. I have a question for you." Silver crossed his arms.

"What is it?" Nana slowly eased herself down into a chair then looked up at him.

"Do my brothers and sisters outside of this reality exist?" Silver raised his right hand to rub his chin. Now that is an interesting question to ask. She could be more perceptive than I imagined or lucky enough to ask. Not that it matters I guess.

"Boxer is the only one to exist though his parentage is a toss-up at best. He's either the son of Goku and Bulma or the son of Bulma and Vegeta. I've seen enough variations between the two to tell that he was the son of Goku this time. The rest of you don't exist outside of this reality which is also interesting considering that some of the parentage is exact but the progeny doesn't match what I've seen before." In other words, your uniqueness is a problem. Nana looked weary.

"Thank you Silver. See you tomorrow." He waved goodbye and returned home as he climbed into bed once more to hear of his wife's discovery. As Violet climbed into bed he noticed that she looked a bit more jubilant.

"This is a choice I'd recommend over Reia. Granted, she's strong but broken and disturbed. Especially now considering that she's more than interested in her partial uncle. Out of curiosity I peeked into that reality and noticed that when Gohan visited her again she had forced herself on him. Ripping off his shirt and more before Gohan had said no. After that she cried and apologized. He hugged and comforted her. That's all I saw before I returned." Violet shivered as if she were cold then continued.

"This Goddess's name is Satin Son. She is the daughter of Nylon and Gohan. You see, Dabura broke free from the Demon Realm. His first order of business was to conquer Earth. He'd done that not long before Goku made it to Earth, not that it would've mattered. After about fifteen years of rule he grew lonely. He sought out love." Violet laughed until tears appeared on her face. After a few seconds of this the fit stopped and she continued.

"Dabura held a reality show to find out who would be suitable enough to be his wife. Several thousands of women appeared and in the end Bulma won out because he liked her fire. They got married and Bulma gave birth to Nylon Briefs. Gohan was born in the same year and they grew up to be childhood friends and more obviously.

Believe it or not, several of the key events remained the same. Take Trunks for example here as he appeared in the past to warn Goku about the androids. Just like in many of the other realities. He was surprised to find out that he didn't exist in that particular reality but helped them out nonetheless. In that reality Vegeta had hooked up with Launch instead.

During that time Nylon and Gohan got to know and care for each other. She was taking no for an answer after her father denied her the chance to go to Namek with Gohan. Dabura scoffed at the idea of having his daughter train when no one was really a threat to him. He never participated in any fight unless any of the enemies somehow either damaged the city he resided in or challenged him personally. Nylon did care and trained along Gohan.

There's so much more to the story between Nylon and Gohan. It's so romantic. Unfortunately I've said too much regarding her parentage because they aren't the topic. To make a long story short several years passed as Sheig appeared much like Yoen and Bhendrac and yada yada yada. Satin thought all hope was lost; she gained the energy needed from the others then got her God Form activated on accident.

Though of the three I've mentioned so far Bhendrac had to be fought into a standstill so I'd look for that guy as primary enemy in the future depending on the reality. She's stable and everything that Reia wasn't. How's that one?" Silver threw an arm over her and smiled.

"I think these choices are enough for now. If I didn't know any better you purposely threw in the romantic bit to nudge me. I'm interested in them all but these last two have got my attention the most. I attend to check them all out, but the question is the order in which to do so. I'll make up my mind tomorrow. Until then I guess I'm sleeping on it. Goodnight."

Day Seven – Ignorance Is Bliss

Silver woke to the sound of a knock on his door. His eyes shot open as he looked and noticed that his wife wasn't by his side. She must be out shopping. He got up and answered the door. Frost was there along with her Saiai. Odd, I wonder what she wants. "Yes?" Frost smiled.

"I think Saiai is about to say his first words. I know that it is soon but would it be okay to see Gohan for a short while?" Silver felt his head slowly start to gesture no but then he stopped. S-He stopped his thoughts and focused his attention on her face.

"Considering the bundle of joy that you'll be bringing with you I'm sure that you'll return safely." Frost cocked her head to the side.

"If you're worried about Gohan harming me I don't think that he would. It's that Earthling wench that I need to wary of. Though after studying you humans I've learned that even though what she had to done to me was barbaric she more than likely doesn't have it in her to try harming me in front of my child." Silver nodded in agreement as he took her to the Guest Room and made her a bracelet. Through the door he saw Red Ribbon's Headquarters.

She waved goodbye as the door closed behind her. I hope she has fun. Now it's time to watch an old get executed by his loved ones. Silver sighed then put in the coordinates for his trip. He walked through the door and checked the time on his watch. It'll happen in about an hour. I guess I should get going. He arrived to find that there was no staff on duty today.

Instead he was greeted by the Boxer who along with his siblings wore formal army fatigues while the parents dressed as nicely as they could. They all wore black. There were no words between them as they walked to Gero's place of execution. After a minute they arrived. Gero was chained to a concrete wall.

Twenty feet away from him were assault rifles and sub-machine guns. There was enough for everybody. The full blooded Saiyans eyed the weapons then decided to extend their palms out instead. Boxer turned to them and shook his head. The women picked up the weapons. Boxer stood in front of them all with his hands clasped behind his back as he looked at Gero.

"Father, do you have any last words?" Gero smiled.

"Thank you. Now make me proud." Boxer turned and at that moment Silver noticed that under the beret the covered his eyes were tears. He stood next to his family with his palm extended forward.

"Aim…fire!" Silver stood and watched what felt like the longest five seconds he'd ever endured. And with that, my time here is finished. As he heard the weapons hit the ground he heard the sounds of grief and relief surface soon after. Silver watched as Boxer walked over to his Gero's remains and kneel over them as he silently wept. Nana walked over to him with tears still in her eyes.

"My brother thanks you for your knowledge and assistance over these past few days. A small part of him hates you but an even bigger part of him hates himself. You know, when I was a little girl Gero had once told me that ignorance is bliss. I scoffed at the notion. How could ignorance be blissful? Knowledge is power. So therefore is better by comparison.

As I got older I seemed to struggle with that belief I had as a child. It bugged me and I sought ways to keep my belief. So I experimented on gorillas and gave them intelligence. I gave them knowledge and what do you think they did with it?" Silver shrugged.

"What?" Nana continued to watch Boxer silently grieve in the distance.

"Several of them killed themselves while the rest wallowed in depression. Not one of them truly saw knowledge the way I did. They were happy with their ignorance. He knows that blaming you isn't right. So he bears you no ill will, neither do I along with the others." They stood in silence and continue to watch Boxer as he cradled Gero's remains. Nana took a few steps forward then turned back to Silver.

"We may part today, but know this. I don't think this is the last time we'll see each other. Goodbye Silver." She saluted and he returned it. Nana turned and placed a comforting hand on Boxer's shoulder. Silver took to the air and hovered Boxer and Nana before leaving. I wish you all the best of luck. Use your time wisely. Silver went home and sat in darkness as he waited for Frost to return.
