First off everyone I deeply apologise for the truly longest delay in fanfiction history. My account was hacked and I had to move around due to a really annoying family problem. With help from fanfiction I managed to get my account back.

Fishcake's affair will be updated its one of top favourite stories along with Superninja therefore I am currently really thinking hard on the entire fishcake saga. I want to make it really sweet guys.

It was very early in the morning when an alarm clock rang. A hand reached out and turned it off.

"Urgh" Naruto groaned as he sat up wiping his face.

"You have Anbu meeting Naruto" Kyuubi spoke

"You awake" Naruto groaned starting his morning

"That's right been away since your training 4 hours ago" Kyuubi responded in its cage.

"Thanks for waking me up, I don't think I would have got up" Naruto grunted in pain as he got up his body was aching.

"Training fiercely at a high level could do that to a person" Kyuubi advised "you're Genin now remember"

"I forgot "Naruto" Naruto should be waking up 4 hours from now to start resume is D rank missions" Naruto was now in his bathroom washing his face.

"You will tire Naruto-kun" Kyuubi spoke "Yours and Arashi's timetable clash. It will be tiring and near impossible for you to be two people at once."

"I must do this Kyuubi and besides" he smiled "I'm your vessel" he said that out loud and Kyuubi smirked as red chakra covered Naruto's body. Bones cracking can be heard as Naruto was healed.

"Your body is healed but your mind is still tired you'll need an hours rest as some time" Kyuubi offered.

"Thank you Kyuubi" Naruto was dressed in his Anbu clothes and put his mask over his head.

"After what you've been through, this is the least I could do" Kyuubi said

Naruto smiled and left. He had an urgent meeting.

"It is nice for you all to be here at this early in the morning" the Sandaime smiled as he stood in front a room full of elites.

The front sat his two adivsors and Danzo also known as the warhawk. Behind was the four elite Jounins, Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma and Gai. Behind them was Anbu vice-captain Cat and the lead interrogator Morino Ibiki.

"We should start" spoke Danzo looking robotic as usual

"One individual is not among us" Koharu said simply sitting next to Homura

"We will begin, lateness is not tolerated correct Arashi" the third smiled as a few were surprised to Arashi entering.

"Yes…my apologies" the third smiled "you are on time"

"I know the rules Hokage-Sama" Arashi nodded taking off his mask and clasping it on his belt.

"I believe you have a report to brief us" the Sandaime nodded with a serious expression.

"Of course" Arashi nodded the third went to his seat next to Koharu on the far right.

"Hokage-Sama you briefed them about the report" Hiruzen nodded "yes they have been told. Your proposition is due"

"Okay" Arashi said as he brought out his scroll contain the report and opened it.

"Stay calm and do what you always do. I memorised everything so I back you up when things get slippery" kyuubi reassured

"Lights please" Arashi said as Ibiki got up and dimmed the lights. Soon a projector came and brought out the elemental maps.

"I will begin" Arashi said now beginning his report "as commander of the Anbu black ops reports have been flowing constantly about the injuries and deaths of some of my Anbu and Hunter ninjas"

"Why I have the projector showing the world map is simply for one reason. Hunter ninjas travel across countries to gather bounties to try and increase Konoha's economy and prestige"

"We already know such a thing Arashi-kun" Danzo spoke urging him to get on with it.

"Right" Arashi looked at the screen "other villages do the same so it's a competition between the 5 villages for prestige, recognition and most of all money" Arashi had a dark look now "so I investigated the issue on why there was so many casualties on our village and found out something very disturbing"

"Disturbing" Koharu spoke "please elaborate commander"

"This is just a theory I have conducted so it's merely speculation" a few nodded "I took it upon myself to investigate the casualties and found the source on where it was highest" he then touched the east part of the map on a particular country.

"Water country" he said simply

"Water country" Kakashi spoke now "our casualties are highest there"

"Not only that" he then pointed at another "Wave, Tea and also in certain areas of fire country"

"Have you found out the reasons" Kurenai spoke and Arashi nodded "each of these lands all have something in common and it refers back to what I said at the start?"

"And what is that" Homura spoke now

Arashi now looked at everyone and then at his leader "ports"

Hiruzen, Koharu and Danzo's eyes went wide

"Ports?" Ibiki said "why ports commander"

"I will answer your question in a second Ibiki" Ibiki nodded when Arashi carried on "as I already mentioned. We Anbu are paid from the personal accounts of the Hokage" the third nodded

"We are the highest foot soldiers and death is highly expected. The same can be said for other villages, we hunt down missing ninjas for bounties but why is it only us that have been suffering casualties"

"The answer lies on these ports which leads to Water country" Arashi frowned "it has come to my attention that Iwa, Kumo and even our allies Suna have stopped sending their Anbu to those areas"

"What" the third said his eyes narrowing as everyone was shocked

"You better have an explanation Arashi" Homura said his eyes narrowing dangerously

"Be silent Homura and let him explain" Koharu interrupted her friend and looked the commander nodding.

Arashi nodded "the answer is water country to be more specific the hidden mist village" Danzo held his cane a bit tightly as Arashi was looking at everyone but his gaze on him was a second longer.

"Kiri, were the strongest of the 5 before their civil war whether you admit it or not." He said a bit sternly "now they are in the verge of collapse as the endless battle is on-going"

"Yes the civil war seems to be slowing down for some reason" Homura said when the third spoke seeing Arashi's eyes narrow.

"Please do not interrupt Homura this is a dire situation" the elder Sarutobi and Hokage said in a superior tone

"My apologies Hokage-Sama" Homura nodded in respect.

"The Bloodline war is violent and inhumane" Arashi's expression softened "thus bloodline users ran as far as they could"

"Which leads to the ports question you asked Ibiki" Arashi said as he then changed the screens.

A small suited man with afro like hair and black sunglasses appeared on the screen.

"You all know this man I presume" Arashi spoke "he is the shipping magnate and founder of Gatō Company"

"One of the richest men in the world" his said with a dark gaze "however….as ninjas we must look underneath the underneath" he looked at Kakashi when he said that.

"So it has come to my attention that Gatō shipping company was actually a front for much shadier activities, such as smuggling illegal goods and dealing drugs. You know of this Hokage-Sama"

"Yes" the third said now with a dark gaze "I know where you are going with this Arashi-kun"

Arashi nodded "our casualties were caused by this man's influence" he said surprising everyone "this man has his hands in everything. He is also the founder of an interesting activities that's has been whispered around wave. This rumour makes sense to the reasons why the other nations backed away from these lands" Arashi went and drank his water putting it back down he carried on "Gato is conducting slavery and prostitution of refugee bloodline users"

Silence ensued.

Everyone was shocked to the core.

"Interesting theory Arashi-kun" Danzo spoke now leaning forward "it is all speculations"

"let's see if it is just a theory Hokage-sama. I ask of you to order our Anbu to stay away from these lands, one week duration let all see the changes it will cause" Danzo frowned

"This is absurd" Homura spoke now "how can we not know of this. Do you know what this will cause Arashi"

"Nothing" he answered "our village has been in decline for many years now. Our future Shinobies have been too lax and behind with the other nations. It is shown through our casualties, we have been played ladies and gentlemen and I suggest we do what the other nations have done and back away."

"This will show the other nations that we know what's happening even when we do not" Koharu said "a smart idea"

"I faced Kiri shinobies countless of times. Seen death cause of it" he said "their tough and have amazing skills. While we rely on our bloodlines" he smiled to himself "many Hyuugas easily were killed by Kiri ninjas because they couldn't fight in the hidden mist. Many Inuzukas trusted their dogs and senses that they didn't even realise it led to their deaths. Need I go on?"

"This isn't funny commander they are our great clans" Homura hissed

"And I am their commander. They called my name when they were attacked" he hissed back "you think I treat this as a game" Homura shut up

"Calm down Arashi!" the Third raised his voice making Arashi calm down.

"I understand" Hiruzen sighed "if I take what you say into account then I believe Kumo, Iwa and Sand will try to usurp Mist through Gato"

"Yes" Naruto nodded "I considered assassination but refrained that idea"

"Why is that" Gai spoke he hated those kills after all.

"If we did so then the other villages will know it was us who done the deed. That's why we should do what they are doing and stay away for the time being" Koharu nodded "so we try to find out this illegal activity"

"No" Arashi shook his head "such activity will be mostly likely hidden that it's only used as transportation purposes" Kurenai scowled a bit they treated human beings like food delivery.

"So what do you suggest" Danzo said when Arashi smirked "Hokage-Sama invest our money on the Kiri rebel army"

Everyone's eyes went wide as the Third smirked

Koharu did as well she now realised where this was going. This man was unbelievable.

"How much" the third asked when Danzo was greatly surprised he did his best on hiding it though.

"You cant be serious Hokage-Sama we are in a decline" Homura said in shock but he was ignored.

"10 million" everyone was shocked again but the Third and Arashi were looking at each other in the eyes.

"I will personally give you my own pay" Arashi said with a deep serious expression

"Your...your pay" Homura sputtered

"That's right I have bounties under my belt add that the collection." he responded.

"Look at their faces. This is way too funny" Kyuubi was smirking.

"But what about you" Kurenai asked

"I'm only one individual it's not like I have a mouth to feed" Arashi smiled at Kurenai she was surprised at what he meant. He pointed out that money was never an issue for him.

"The civilian council won't stand for this Hokage-Sama" Danzo looked at his leader.

"The civilians are who we protect" the Third responded "I expect your pay to be ready. Let's consider this plan shall we"

"No need" Arashi walked to his leader's side of the table and brought out three scrolls "here is approximately 3.5 million"

"This is a gamble Hokage-Sama, the rebels are not organised if they lose and the Yondaime finds out" Homura said trying to persuade his leader not to waste Konoha's economy

"1 million of Arashi-kun's pay is through sitting in the office all day. So I believe this is a good investment" Arashi chuckled at what Koharu said

Hiruzen smiled "Hokage-Sama I would like to invest as well" Koharu spoke and looked at Arashi "will they win"

"I never gambled but I believe beginners are always lucky" he smiled making the old lady smile "so true"

"Alright I shall initiate the plan" the Sandaime said "Commander in my office in 10 minutes. We all need a break after a long morning" everyone nodded when Danzo spoke.

"To have such theory it must have taken you a lot of time. Especially with your rigorous schedule" he asked Arashi

"There is always time" Arashi responded swiftly with a smile

"Indeed when you weren't in your office for a week. Been on call with that beeper of yours" Danzo smiled

"I take these things seriously Danzo-san, casualties on my behalf leaves a bad impression on my person" Arashi i.e. Naruto's eyes narrowed as Kyuubi spoke "watch yourself he's trying to rise your anger"

"Indeed you're not popular with the Hyuugas and Inuzukas after all" Arashi was stoic as he held up his emotions well.

"Well done" Kyuubi commended as the war hawk frowned a bit.

"Enough Danzo, this isn't time to play games" the Third said making the warhawk bow a bit "my apologies Hokage-sama"

"Bastard" Naruto hissed in his mind "I wasn't even there!"

"I know and he knows as well Naruto-kun. People expect a lot from you and even impossible things like this is what they expect from you" Kyuubi responded trying to calm its host.

"This meetings dismissed" The elder Sarutobi ended the meeting as everyone got up.

Everyone was leaving when Koharu went to the commander of the Anbu "do ignore Danzo, you could not be there and even if you did so, you are just one man"

"Thank you Koharu-sama" Arashi smiled "but the two clans do not think so"

"They are blind Arashi-kun" Koharu now had a soft expression touching his shoulder "it will go in time"

"I hope it will" he smiled glad he got the reassurance. Koharu smiled and left.

"She is avid Arashi supporter but I wonder about you" Kyuubi spoke

Naruto smiled at how the fox acknowledge him but pushed it aside "she is a woman that cares for her village. Arashi is in common with her. Koharu is indifferent with the real me"

"I will say it again, reality will collapse when the truth about you is exposed" Kyuubi smirked

"You are smirking aren't you" Naruto smirked

"I am not" Kyuubi retorted making Naruto chuckle to himself as he was gathering his things.

"Arashi-kun" spoke a soft voice getting his attention.

"Another very avid Arashi supporter" Kyuubi chuckled as Naruto saw Kurenai.

"Kurenai" he smiled "I hope the morning wasn't too stressful."

"You're the one who looks tired" she responded with a smile

"I am in fact" he said finishing gathering his stuff "you can guess from the meeting we just had that a lot of preparations needed to be done"

"And a lot of my chakra" Kyuubi added

"And that" Naruto refrained to roll his eyes. So he had a very, very busy schedule and lots of training. Kyuubi was a massive help.

"Yes, things look bad" she frowned

"The future yes but now no" he smiled "how is your team"

Kurenai smiled glad he asked "we're going fine. Shino's the leader of three. Hinata and Kiba" she looked at Arashi "I know about their clan"

"It's fine, they lost people they cared about. They need someone to blame" he reassured "it's your first time leading. How does it feel?"

"Stimulating" she smiled closing her eyes "there is so much expectation"

"If it makes you feel better I started becoming commander when you became Jounin." He smiled "Its stimulating for me too"

Kurenai laughed "let just admit that we're scared alright"

"I won't tell if you won't" he smiled

"Our secret" she smiled

"Indeed" Arashi agreed "you should prepare I seem to be holding you"

"Nonsense" Kurenai smiled "you're not really"

"You will do well Kurenai" he smiled touching her shoulder "you led teams before"

"I hope so" she touched his hand "your advice is and will always be valuable"

Naruto smiled at what she said.

"Arashi I know you're always busy"

"Here it comes" Kyuubi spoke "I know a woman Naruto and she likes you"

"Shut up Kurenai's the ice queen known to reject countless better guys than Arashi" he frowned but blinked "wait how do you know you aren't a woman"

"A fox and foxes are alphas known to have lots of mates" Kyuubi said with a smug voice

"You have mates" Naruto asked

"I'm the Kyuubi and in no need of such anyway listen" Kyuubi ended the conversation as Naruto went back to Kurenai.

"I was wondering if you have breaks to have drinks with us" she smiled

"I don't see why not" Arashi smiled

"Idiot!" Kyuubi wanted to facepalm but couldn't. Naruto just accepted without analysing her intentions.

"Great" she smiled very glad.

"I notify Yugao when I'm free" he smiled when Kurenai frowned.

"You shouldn't have said that you idiot" Kyuubi yelled as Naruto ignored the fox.

"That's the problem Arashi-kun we've been friends for a while and I don't have your house number" Kurenai crossed her arms looking stern.

Arashi's eyes went wide "oh right, Its rare for me to be home"

"Regardless having your friend's number can be helpful" Kurenai pointed out.

"I agree. Shall we exchange numbers then" Kurenai smirked Arashi was so innocent sometimes "give me your number I might call you"

Arashi nodded and wrote his number on a piece of paper thus gave it to her.

"Here" Kurenai smiled and pocketed the paper.

"I need to prepare. I see you late Arashi-kun" Kurenai walked off.

"Wha…wait what about your number" he had to ask surprised she left like this.

"You don't ask a woman's number Arashi-kun what would people think" she smirked a bit devious he could see it for some reason.

"Besides I might give you a call sometime so be at home at all times okay" she then left leaving a surprised commander of the Anbu.

"I cant believe this, she tricked you" Kyuubi growled "you were out foxed and to make it worse you are my vessel and nobody outfoxes the Kyuubi"

"What just happened" Naruto froze in shock.

"Damn idiot did you give her…" Kyuubi groaned

"Yes Ibiki's number. Arashi lives with him after all" Naruto sad and Kyuubi smirked "good you're not much of an idiot after all"

"Hey" Naruto was insulted

Kyuubi chuckled when Naruto left.

"Make sure to have an early night" the strongest Biju advised

"Will do" Naruto nodded as he went to the Hokage's office.

"The man's a genius sensei" Jiraiya spoke sitting on the window. He was told what has happened in the meeting by his teacher and leader.

"Indeed very much so" Sarutobi puffed his smoke

"Do you want me…" Jiraiya was interrupted by the Third "no…I trust Arashi he is a man that covers all corners. We need not to worry"

"Such trust should I be worried that Sensei has someone to play favourites with" Jiraiya smirked making the old man laugh "hardly I never taught him only watched from a far Arashi will be a great asset"

"What about Naruto he passed finally it seems" Jiraiya had a sad expression

"He did, leave him up to me Jiraiya. I don't want you to bring your regrets to my office" the Third said he wasn't playing any games "you knew what he will be facing and yet you left anyway. You ignored your Hokage"

"I'm human sensei I can grieve" Jiraiya tried to explain with a soft expression

"You and Tsunade done that too much but seem to forget that other people suffer the same" he countered swiftly in a harsh tone.

Jiraiya could not respond to that.

Suddenly the door was knocked and the secretary came "Hokage-sama, Arashi-Sama is here"

"Send him in, that will be all Jiraiya you make sure the word that Konoha intends to help are in the rebels ear"

"Will do" Jiraiya said making his sensei nod "good you are dismissed" Jiraiya nodded and shunshined

"Hokage-Sama" Arashi came

"There's nobody here my boy" the third got up

"I know" Naruto smiled as the two hugged.

"Great presentation Naruto-kun I must say you have a knack of leadership in you" Hiruzen smirked

"I don't, not compared to you" he smiled

"I keep telling you to trust yourself Naruto-kun" the third said smoking his pipe.

"I do old man" Naruto smiled "thank you for considering my idea"

"It was valid" the third sat on his chair "very valid in fact I have a special mission for you. It relates with Naruto and Arashi"

"I'm listening" Naruto had a serious expression.

It was D ranked today the whole day was nothing but just chores after chores. But this time Kakashi made the team work through multiple mission, he kept saying that the team needed to polish up their teamwork. Team seven painted fences, washed dogs and even helped old people. Naruto wasn't in the mood he was tired and needed sleep. He had training in the morning

"Well done team we did a total of 8 D rank missions" said Kakashi looking proud

"Any more left" Naruto wanted to yawn as they all finished painting fences.

"Nope that's all for today. It was such a tiring day" Kakashi gave an eye smile as he held his precious book.

"Tiring…for you I wish" Naruto mumbled under his breath

"Hmmm you say something Naruto" Kakashi looked up from his book making Naruto's eyes wide

"Nothing what a nice mission ehehehe" chuckled Naruto dryly

"Shut up Naruto-Baka your annoying" Sakura grumbled tired as well it could be seen from her expression and attire.

"Hrn" grunted Sasuke increasing his swagger in Sakurra's eyes.

Naruto sighed as he looked at Sakura and Sasuke. They were from the new generation ninja system that the old man initiated. Instead of finishing at the age of 11 the finished at the age of 14. Prodigies from the old system of ninjas finished the academy at the age of 9 whereas now the old man didn't allow early graduations. Frankly it helped him because he was 17 only 3 years older.

"Nevertheless you are still the dobe in their eyes Naruto" Kyuubi spoke in his mind

"I know that" Naruto had a soft expression looking at Kakashi what he done was unreasonable.

"Give him a piece of your mind Naruto." Kyuubi said clearly displeased

"I can't" he responded "it will cause disruption"

"We've been doing D ranked mission all day every day. You can clearly see he favourites the Uchiha" Kyuubi pointed out "state your mark, tell him you don't tolerate such actions"

Naruto just sighed when he pulled out some water and drank

"You had water" Sakura said surprised as was Sasuke.

"Yeah I always bring some" Naruto raised his eyebrow didn't they know that Genins at the beginning do labour work. Bringing water was essential.

"And you didn't tell us" Sakura growled

"Calm down and get some when you go home" Naruto dismissed her getting her more angry

"Hn" Sasuke just grunted but if you looked closer he was displeased.

"Ma, Naruto while it was smart of you to bring such beverage you should tell your teammate" Kakashi said his eyes never leaving his book.

Sakura smirked liking him being scolded.

"See" Kyuubi spoke when Naruto frowned. He stopped as the kids walked ahead. Naruto waited until Sakura was fawning over Sasuke to make his move.

"Hey" Naruto looked at his instructor

"Hmm" Kakashi spoke reading his book.

"Are you a teacher" he said going straight to the point. You needed to since this man was always engrossed in his book.

"Excuse me" Kakashi looked at the blond haired teen.

"Answer the question" Naruto said stoically Kyuubi smirked

"You don't need my answer to know that Naruto" Kakashi said now giving him his attention.

"Then don't disrespect me in front of my peers. If you're a teacher as you say then you know that by trying to reprimand me over such mundane things like water doesn't disrupt the team. Your actions do" he finished

Kakashi's eyes narrowed now as Naruto spoke quietly so the kids won't hear.

"While I commend coming to me with a problem Naruto, the way you're handling it is an issue. I will ignore what you just said as a novice mistake next time such a debate will be considered as a defiance" he said a bit serious

"See instead of solving the problem you bring status quo. Since I'm a novice I will be silent but as a superior please act as such" Naruto ended the conversation and before Kakashi spoke he interjected

"I asked Hokage-Sama about the bell test and he told me the real reasons why people are chosen to be in the stumps. Hatake Kakashi I do not fit in all those criteria in fact it should be someone else on there" he said his eyes looking at Sasuke surprising Kakashi.

"Disappointing for a Jounin to make such a mistake, was it a mistake? Or are your emotions truly clouding your judgements" Kyuubi chuckled.

Kakashi was surprised when Naruto smiled at him then at his team "that's my stop I see you all tomorrow morning" both kids ignored him when Naruto walked off.

He left leaving an oblivious rookies and a surprised Jounin teacher.

Kakashi closed his book "Uzumaki Naruto. You are indeed a surprising fellow" he said analysing the boy that was walking off.

Konoha - Ichiraku ramen

Naruto ducked slightly under the flaps as he entered the establishment that provided the services to satisfy his one, and presumably only, vice.

"Hey guys." he sighed with slight depression as he hopped up on the stool, and set his Hitai-ate down on the bar.

"Hello Naruto-kun!" Ayame smiled brightly, but her smile disappeared when she noticed that Naruto was not smiling himself. "Whats wrong"

"Same days as usual" he looked up with a half-hearted grin, not wanting to upset her, but not really being able to put his normal effort into it.

Ayame still frowned though "you passed still so don't let them get to you."

"That's right my boy" Teuchi came out from the back "you are my best customer and my customers aren't weak. Now what will it be" He asked even as he turned to attend his boiling pots.

Naruto smiled. He was glad this place always accepted him whereas anywhere else he wasn't even allowed or would make sure they made him feel unwelcomed.

"Just one of the largest special you can manage, and make sure it's doubly hot!" Naruto requested, indicating he wanted the temperature hot, as well as wanting it to be super spicy.

"Oh dear. I'd better get your drinks then." Ayame sighed as she went to get his usual fruit juice from the refrigerator. Ramen was Naruto's personal vice, but spicy ramen was Naruto's comfort food. And it always required a lot of cool liquid to wash it down.

"Thanks Ayame-Chan you're a star" the girl blushed as she went to get him his drink.

"Hot spicy ramen" Kyuubi sounded to purr in Naruto's ears surprising him a little "You like it hot Kyuubi"

"Bring it here" Naruto chuckled Kyuubi had been exposed to every possible flavour and style of ramen the fox had its preferences of course, but no matter what the dish, extra spices were always a good thing.

The ramen came and Naruto had picked up a pair of chopsticks, thus was fiddling with them slightly.

Ayame brought the drinks and set them in front of Naruto, then pulled out two empty glasses to accompany for her and him.

"So, Naruto. You don't look too worse for wear." Teuchi commented without even turning around.

"Not yet I will train soon though" he smiled

"You train so much Naruto-kun" Ayame asked her friend always trained.

"Of course need to be strong" he brought out his right arm and tensed it showing his strong muscle. Teuchi chuckled and Ayame blushed slightly.

"I haven't seen someone train as much as you" Teuchi commended

"You should see those I train with, they are very hyperactive" Naruto smirked

"Really" Ayame was interested to know someone trains more than her friend.

"That's right" the Uzumaki nodded Ayame went to pour him another drink.

"How about you go meet them, the wriggly eyebrow man" Kyuubi asked as he enjoyed the taste of the ramen.

"I don't know him as Naruto remember" Naruto pointed out making the fox sigh. Gai was one of the people who knew the truth but hid the fact he knew the real Naruto.

"I plan to do some light training before I take a nap. The day's still young" the fox nodded "Arashi has a lot of techniques he learned and 3 techniques he made himself"

"Ah those techniques" Naruto smiled to himself "Imagine if Naruto came out using those techniques"Kyuubi smirked

"You're devious" Naruto smiled amused "anyway we need to work out our plan"

Kyuubi nodded "we will make it don't worry"

"I'm not it's just that it's a first me and you worked on something together. I kind of look forward to it"

Kyuubi was a bit surprised "You are?" Naruto nodded "yeah of course. Your advice and guidance has been a huge help. I would love to work more with you"

Kyuubi smiled unknowingly to the blond "let's focus on finishing our plan"

"On it" Naruto nodded but he was curious "but I'm curious on what a Biju can do…" Kyuubi interjected "after our plan Naruto-kun" he chuckled now getting Teuchi and Ayame to look at him they were busy with other customers who were traditionally ignoring Naruto, noted the boy's contemplative expression. The two chefs exchanged proud looks, knowing that Naruto was already thinking how to better himself.

"You are tricky" Kyuubi smiled "It's a fox's nature"

"Indeed" Naruto perked up with a smile even as he paid for his meal and waved to Ayame and Teuchi before excusing himself. "If anyone comes looking for me, tell them I've gone home" " He said to the chefs, who nodded with slightly confused looks. Naruto exited the shop as he refocused his thoughts. "its been a while I can train as Naruto" He asked with excitement

"Get some rest first. You might be called as Arashi" Kyuubi said making Naruto sigh.

"Alright I'll take a nap in the forest then I train" he said "you know how to nag"

"Yes well you need someone to Naruto" Kyuubi frowned

"Yeah yeah alright sheesh" Naruto now went to take a nap. He felt a bit woozy "I do…feel a bit tired"

"You have great stamina and endurance even with me inside you. But you still need rest" Kyuubi said "a little nap could fill you up for the day I make sure of it"

Naruto just agreed with his friend and went for a nap.

Team 8 were in the middle of a scouting training.

"I think the target is that way" Kiba said as his team jumped through the trees "Kurenai-sensei made traps but I don't seem to smell any"

"Nor find any" Hinata had eye Byakugan on as she didn't find anything.

"We will still be alert" Shino advised as Kiba and Hinata nodded.

Kurenai watched them from afar "they seem to be working well. Let's see how they react in the next trap" she looked at her team but then noticed someone sleeping in the clearing in front of them. She couldn't get a clear view but nevertheless using her stealth Kurenai went to check it out.

"There's someone there" Hinata said using her eyes surprised at who it was "its Naruto-kun"

"Naruto" Shino looked to see Naruto sleeping on the floor leaning on a tree.

"It is Naruto" Kiba smirked "what's he doing here"

"Sleeping I presume" Shino said standing next to Hinata who was looking at him.

"Typical" Kiba smirked he made his way over to the blonde. Kiba had planned to just yell in the loser's ear, or pound him on the head, but when she got within a few feet, close enough to really get a good look at his face, he stopped.

"Kiba I don't think it's wise to wake him." Shino said

"I…I agree Kiba-kun let's not wake Naruto-kun. He must be really tired." Hinata added

"You're always so alert Shino. Don't worry Hinata, Naruto's the loser what can he do… '

Kiba smirked and knelt down next to him, beginning to reach out with one hand, intending to shake him awake but Kiba underestimating Naruto shook him roughly. "Hey lose-"

CHING!

Kiba froze as his face went deathly white. It was what most people would do when they suddenly had a pair of kunai crossed against their throat.

Hinata was shocked to the core and held back a gasp and Shino flinched

Kiba froze as Naruto's eyes were as cold as ice. He shook in fear.

"N…Naruto" he stammered but Naruto held tighter.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata yelled as Shino was prepared for the worst. Kurenai now landed to see the scene.

"What's this!" she yelled

"Naruto!" Kyuubi yelled waking Naruto properly

Naruto blinked a few times in his process of regaining consciousness as he realized there was a person in front of him.

Noticing the situation he moved away from Kiba who jumped away from him.

"What the hell man!" Kiba hissed as he touched his neck "it's bleeding!"

Naruto wiped his face and put his kunai away "Something wrong Kiba?"

"Yes there's something wrong! You nearly slashed my throat!" Kiba screamed, but didn't get any closer to him.

Hinata was silent like Shino when Kurenai spoke "Uzumaki Naruto you almost seriously hurt a comrade.

"Why were you so close to me?" He answered "I was taking a nap"

"I was just trying wake you!" Kiba hissed in pain "damn it, need this checked out. You're messed up man"

"Hey don't blame me for your mistakes." Naruto spoke back

"You have no reason to respond like that Naruto." Kurenai's eyes narrowed as Kiba left with his team "do you know what this will cause"

Naruto knew what it will cause.

"The baby puppy will cry to his mommy" Kyuubi insulted.

Kurenai took his silence as his answer "prepared to be punished for this"

"I didn't do anything wrong" Naruto said in his defence

"Your words wont be taken to account" Kurenai frowned surprising Naruto.

"Seems she's not a supporter of Naruto after all" Kyuubi said

She was looking out for her team Naruto understood that.

Kurenai took this time to leave via shunshin.

Hokage's office

"Where is that brat!" Tsume growled as she stood before the Sandaime.

"Tsume please refrain the yelling" he said in a calm manner "Naruto is under my supervision I assure you I will handle it"

"The brat almost killed my son!" Tsume slammed his table

Kurenai watched the scene as she was the Jounin sensei after all.

"I will get the Anbu that is free to pick him up" Sandaime said as the Inuzuka nodded

"Secretary please bring Lion" this surprised the two females.

"Lion" Tsume held back a growl she didn't like that man adding with what happened to her son her anger has risen.

"While I could call any Anbu, Lion is the only one who is free at the moment" Hiruzen explained

Tsume just nodded.

Kurenai had a look of interest when Arashi walked in he wasn't wearing his mask but still had his uniform.

"Arashi" the third smiled

"Hokage-Sama" he bowed.

"I would like you to bring me Uzumaki Naruto" the old leader asked.

"Naruto" Arashi now got up "may I ask why"

"He almost killed my son" Tsume interrupted her leader who was about to speak.

"I see…can you be specific Hokage-Sama" Arashi asked when Tsume didn't have time to waste "just get him to us!"

"Tsume enough" the third said raising his voice "calm down" he looked at Arashi and explained the situation.

"I see" Arashi said "then I must share the blame as well Hokage-Sama"

This surprised Kurenai and Tsume.

The third stroked his beard "please explain why you share the blame Arashi"

"Well you see, I know Naruto quite well. We live in the same area after all" the third nodded everyone knew that already.

"How do you know him" Kurenai asked

Arashi smiled he looked embarrassed "we don't have a solid friendship he and I. I tend to annoy him"

"Annoy him" Kurenai raised her eyebrow but Tsume had enough "get to the point Arashi"

"Basically I put him through training simulations almost every morning" he laughed lightly "increasing his awareness you see"

"I see that's why the boy could not be caught when he was younger" the Sandaime nodded

"So you see he most likely has a reaction only a veteran shinobi should have been capable of." Arashi explained and then bowed "please accept my apologies in Naruto-kun's behalf"

"Regardless he attacked my son" Tsume dismissed the apology "Hokage-Sama please act"

"What punishment do you want me to give Tsume. The boy had no control on his actions. Arashi here shares the blame" Hiruzen said and Tsume scowled "then Arashi should be punished in his stead" Kurenai was surprised when the Hokage looked at his commander.

"I would be willing to take the punishment Hokage-Sama" Arashi spoke and apologised to Tsume "I am most sorry"

"Another apology from you" Tsume growled "save it I don't need it. Doesn't save what you did to my daughter" Arashi flinched as Tsume left "just forget it Hokage-Sama. I make sure Kiba stays away from that brat." She then left it was clearly shown that Tsume didn't want to be near Arashi,

"Arashi" Kurenai looked worried for her friend who had a sad expression. He quickly bowed "my apologies for such foolish actions Hokage-Sama"

"You have been saved Arashi thank Kami for being kind to you" he said in a serious tone "speak with Naruto and tell him to not do foolish acts"

"Hai!" Arashi bowed

"You may leave" Arashi nodded and then left.

"You are dismissed Kurenai" he said to the Jounin who bowed and left as well.

"Dodged a kunai there" Kyuubi said

"Yes, some quick thinking was needed" Naruto said "seeing Tsume…"

"Ignore her Naruto you weren't at fault. It's her daughter's fault for being an Anbu. She knew what to expect"

"I'm glad she's recovering but her Anbu career" Naruto softened

"Enough of the self-pity Naruto!" Kyuubi yelled now

"Sorry" he apologised

"Arashi-kun" Kurenai went to Arashi "are you okay"

"Fine" he smiled "I dodged a kunai there. Anyway Kurenai I need to get back to the office" he quickly left Kurenai knew he was affected and was frowning.

Naruto's apartment

Kyuubi knew Naruto was thinking about what happened that caused the rift of contempt between him and the Hyuuga and Inuzuka.

"Naruto"

"I know Kyuubi but I have enough trouble as it is with Naruto. Two clan heads now hating Arashi" he sighed putting his head on the couch.

He remembered when he found out the casualties.

Flashback

"Hokage-Sama" Arashi came inside to see Inuzuka Tsume and Hyuuga Hiashi .

"Arashi" the Sandiame had a serious expression but there was a hint of sadness.

"You bastard!" Tsume came and slapped him shocking the blond "she wanted to work with you and look what happened now. My daughter is now a cripple thanks to you!"

Arashi was silent as he didn't move from his spot. The red mark on his cheek still stung.

"The Hyuuga shall refrain with working with you. I cannot afford to lose any more of my people" Hiashi was stoic as he walked off "you've caught our attention Commander" Arashi was didn't respond.

"You stay away from my daughter you hear!" Tsume threatened as she left abruptly.

End of flashback

Naruto sighed things kept getting worse. He hoped things calmed down soon.

DING DONG"

The doorbell rang and by the looks of it rang for a while.

Sighing Naruto got up and went to open the door. Opening it Naruto saw Kurenai.

"Team 8 Sensei" he just said

"May I speak with you Naruto" Naruto just nodded and went outside. Closing the door he looked at her. Kyuubi watched with a critical eye.

"Anything I can do for you" he asked her.

"No I will make this quick. You should thank Arashi when you see him" she said with an expressionless face

"I heard" he nodded smiling a bit now "he's a good guy that guy"

"Yes he is but I warn you not to misuse his kindness" she said now serious

"What do you mean. I haven't done anything wrong" Naruto blinked Kyuubi's eyes narrowed.

"You attacked a future clan head whether you done nothing wrong has nothing to do with it" Kurenai explained "you still be in trouble" Naruto looked done and clenched his fists.

Kurenai touched his shoulder "You're a good man Naruto. I can see that but you must be careful next time okay"

Naruto nodded "alright"

Kurenai smiled "I will speak with Kiba and make sure this incident doesn't hold"

"Thank you" Naruto smiled

"Well that's a surprise" Kyuubi smiled

Kurenai nodded and was about to leave when Naruto spoke.

"You know him…Arashi I mean" Kurenai stopped and looked him. She nodded.

"Well he's not that bad, annoying but not bad" he smiled

"He told me what he does with you" Naruto frowned "yeah but tell him I don't like it. He doesn't listen to me" Kurenai chuckled and walked off "good night Naruto"

"Good night Kurenai-Sensei" he said waving as the woman shunshined.

"Today was an interesting day. One step was taken" Kyuubi said

"Yes…one step to massive storm of trouble" Naruto said with a soft expression going back inside.

"You're on call tomorrow." Kyuubi said

"I know" he said going to his bed soon dressed and ready. "goodnight Kyuubi" he said now letting his eyes drop.

"Goodnight…" Kyuubi replied soon seeing Naruto fall deep asleep.

The fox knew what the future entailed. It knew what will happen and it wasn't going to be good that was for sure.

But it will stay with this man no matter what. The fox knew this man will be great.

A smile can be seen within the cage. Lips donned in shades of red lipstick.

A soft sigh escaped it sounded like one of delight or amusement.

"It will be an interesting ride my Super ninja"

And there you have it, Arashi has made a very deadly proposition and Naruto just started and is already making waves.
