Thank you for reading my storyand for your suggestion, at first I think about sharingan and rinnegan like what you said, someone asked "can a rinnegan user perform a sharingan technique?" at Naruto wiki and the conclusion I have from reading the article was if the rinnegan user want to used sharingan technique the user have to evolved the rinnegan from sharingan. I think I will make it limited, but I still haven't an idea yet.

I'm sorry but I won't give Baron ability to make a dungeon, because I think it will make Baron to leveled up too fast since he can gather exp at the dungeon and the result is Baron's status will be too high and make him op. I mean for normal person the only way for them to increase their status is by training, while Baron can increase his status by training like normal person or leveling by earning experience and gain status point. So if he can make a dungeon he will become strong too fast.
Thank you for your idea about Naruto got rinnegan but I'm sorry I have decide to give Naruto a chakra chain, sensor like Karin, strong life force, chakra, stamina and great talent at fuinjutsu. So he won't get rinnegan
About the pairing just wait and you will see, hahahha. But no Naruto and Baron will be paired with 7 girl, and some of the girl will not from konoha. Since my story not focused at romance, the rest of the guy in konoha will be forever alone lol

Now, lets start the story.
Hokage office
"Yo, Jiji. I heard you were looking for us…" Naruto said as he and Baron walked into the office. When they saw there are other people in the room Baron lowered their head while Baron's hand forced Naruto to lower his head "we're sorry for interrupting. We will come back later," Baron said
'Damn! Why is forth Raikage, Darui and Yugito talking with Hokage? Were they come to deal with the Hyuuga incident? But if I remember correctly Kumo should have sent another delegacy to demand Konoha to give Hyuuga Hisashi to Kumo not the Raikage himself, then why is this happening?' Baron thought
"No, no Baron, we were waiting for both of you." Hokage said with smile.
"Huh? Why do you need us while you were talking to foreign ninja, Jiji?" Naruto asked.
"Are you going to allow this brat to disrespect you Hokage? Maybe it's time for you to step down." A tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build with white hair said with small smirk.
"I'm sorry but" Naruto said gaining glare from the muscular man, blond woman and white hair man. "The reason why I called Jiji as I call him is a sign of my respect to him. However you wouldn't know since according to Baron," Naruto said while pointing to Baron who stands beside him. "Interrupting someone conversation is showing disrespect to both parties who doing conversation." Naruto said.
'Shit! Looks like what I feared come true. Due to Naruto and my involvement, the future is changing. Looks like I need to make more preparation for the future event.' Baron thought
"Show Raikage-sama proper respect brat!" blonde hair woman screamed at Naruto.
"I see you are the Raikage huh? Why should I respect someone I have no respect? Besides respect is earned not given." Naruto said
'Looks like my hope for a peace talking just vanished' Hokage thought
'Let's hope my 36 charm can help to prevent Kumo kill Hizashi' Baron thought
"Watch it brat, or.."
"Or what?" Baron interrupted "you will kill us? If you do you will cause a war and then what? Maybe you can escape since after the death of Forth Hokage you become the fastest person in the world, However what about those two? Darui the black lightning and Yugito Nii the jinchuuriki of Nibi that you brought with you?" Baron said, he saw them widen their eyes.
"Raikage, should I worry about your bodyguard?" Hokage said as he prepared for everything.
"Of course not Hokage, I didn't come here to fight." Raikage said while glaring at Baron and Naruto.
"How did you know about me?" Yugito asked.
"Let's just say I have the ability to detect it." Baron said
"A sensor huh?" Darui said in low tone
"Something likes that." Baron said
"For your information brat, the Hyuga incident was caused by the council that bribes the ambassador. I found out a day before I came here."
"So? Have you apologized yet?" Baron asked.
"Huh, a leader don't need to apologize for his soldier mistakes" Raikage said while glaring at Baron.
"You are more pathetic than I thought" Naruto said. "You are fooled by your council, and then your ambassador that REPRESENTS you kidnapped a little girl. I'm sure you know that by choosing a representative means that everything what the representative said and do is what you said and do." Naruto said while glaring at Raikage.
"WHAT! Take back what you said about Raikage" Yugito shouted.
"Why should I? What I said is a fact besides a true leader is able to accept and repair his wrong doing, but your leader is an arrogant fool and I won't respect that kind of people." Naruto said then he looked at Hokage "why do you need us here Jiji?"
"Raikage want to meet the brave boys who help Hisashi rescue Hinata." Hokage chuckled remembering what happened a few moments ago. "Why don't you introduce yourself to Raikage."
"Hai Hokage-sama. My name is Baron Hart." Baron said while bowing his head.
"My name is Uzumaki Naruto, future Hokage!"
"Ha! As if someone like you can become a leader of a village." Raikage said.
"If you can become one than everyone can." Naruto said with a smirk on his face.
"Why you little…"
"Fight me" Yugito interrupted Raikage
"What?" Baron said, he was surprised by what Yugito said.
"I said fight me, if I win I want you take back everything you said about Raikage-sama."
"Come on Yugito don't be so dull," Darui said
"Shut up, you should be helping me defending Raikage-sama." Yugito said
"I'm sorry to say this but I agree with what Naruto said, but don't mistake me by joining his side. Since no matter what happened I will always support Raikage decision." Darui said
"Wait a second. You challenged Naruto into a fight?" Baron asked.
"Yes I do. Now do you accept it or not?"
'Lucky me I can take advantage of this situation.' Baron thought
"Huh of course I will acc-"
"Stop!" Baron said while closing Naruto's mouth with his hand "Before Naruto accept the challenge isn't it very very unfair for a jounin jinchuuruki fight against seven years old boy?"
"Of course that's why I will give you a handicap, I will on-" Yugito said.
"Great! How if both me and Naruto fight you, but you only allowed using taijutsu and we won't use any ninjutsu or genjutsu also if we manage do a direct hit to you we win." Baron said interrupting Yugito.
"Sure why not? It's not like some brats can hit me." Yugito said
"Good then, what will happen if you lose?" Baron asked
"As if that will happen, but I will give you anything you want."
"I want Raikage to make formal apologize to Hyuga Hinata." Naruto said
'good, let's hope that by make Raikage do that we can solve this problem'
"Then I wants that katana." Baron said while pointing at katana that Darui wield.
"What?" both Darui and Raikage yelled.
"Why should I?" Raikage said.
"Come on, is the great Raikage afraid his jounin beaten by two kids?" Baron said teasingly
"Fine I and Darui accept it." Raikage said.
"But boss…"
"Didn't you just said that you accept my decision?"Raikage said
"Fine..." Darui said in defeat
Event quest!
Defeat Yugito's challange
Description: Yugito challenge you and Naruto to hit him in a duel
Reward: exp 100%, Darui's katana
"When do you want to fight?" Hokage asked
"Immediately" Naruto and Yugito said.
Hokage sighed, "very well, let's go to arena."
Arena
"Ok, are both sides ready?" An Anbu with weasel mask said
'This will be over in a second," Yugito thought "yes"
"Remember our enemy is a jounin and a jinchuriki, it means she is far beyond our league. Even so, we still can beat her if we can make a direct hit. We will just have to patient and wait for our chance," Baron whispered to Naruto while holding his wooden sword
"Yes" both Naruto and Baron said.
"Then, Start!"
Yugito didn't waste any time and rushed to Naruto to defeat him as soon as possible. Baron and Naruto were surprised when they look at how fast Yugito moves. The only thing Naruto can do is using both of his hand to protect his stomach from Yugito fist. When the attacks connect Naruto is thrown a few meter behind him.
"NARUTO!" Baron shouted while looking at Naruto.
"You shouldn't look away from your enemy." Yugito said as she suddenly appeared besides Baron and tried to punch him on his face. Fortunately Baron was able to dodge her attack by attacking Yugito's arm so her punch was missed its target. Then Baron jump back to gain some distance.
"Not bad, looks like you are better than the blond brat" Yugito said.
"Are you sure?" Baron said with smirk in his face.
Yugito suddenly ducked and evading from Naruto punch that aimed to her back head. Then she kick Naruto stomach but it was blocked by Naruto hand and he was moved a few meter aside.
When Yugito turned her body to attacked Naruto, Baron use this chance to rushed and swing his wooden sword vertical. Before the sword can hit, Yugito kick Baron's stomach and he fly to the end of arena. Naruto only can shouted calling Baron's name then continue to attacked Yugito.
"Damn looks like I got some broken ribs," Baron said as he look at broken bone icon that shown in his vision. 'Looks like I was overestimating my ability. now let's see… she is too fast for both me, her strength also far greater than Naruto, every times we hit we were thrown away a few meters and she always make sure that we were thrown away in opposite direction, so we can regroup and attack her together. Looks like the only way to hit her is by make her lower her guard and do a surprised attack." Baron thought
"AAAAA" Naruto shouted. He was hit by Yugito punch and fly a few meter away.
"NARUTO!" Baron shouted and run to Naruto.
"Didn't I said don't look away from your enemy" Yugito said as she appeared near Baron and kick him. Fortunately Baron was able to moves his wooden sword so the kick is not hit him directly.
"Are you alright?" Naruto asked as he run to Baron who thrown not far from him.
"Just some broke ribs" Baron answered.
"Looks like we are overestimating our own ability." Naruto said
"You are right. Even so, we still have some chance to win." Baron said
"Really?" Naruto asked
"Yeah let's do the turtle and bee" Baron said.
"So are you giving up or I need to beat you more?" Yugito asked
"You ready Naruto?" Baron said as he was standing beside Naruto
"Yeah"
"Turtle!" Baron shouted then both of them start to run circling Yugito and start to attack from both of her side.
"Sigh.. Fine then" Yugito said and start to attack again.
Naruto attacked using his fist while Baron swing his wooden sword hoping one of their attacks will hit. However, after ten minutes all of their attacks were blocked or missed. While both of them was either kicked in the stomach or punched in the face and thrown a few meters.
"Hokage aren't you going to stop this battle?" Raikage asked
"Hmm? Why should I?"
"I admit they have guts to fight Yugito and survived until now, but didn't you see that brats condition? I bet some of their bones also broken. Besides they are just seven years old kids." Raikage said
"You are right about that. However, you don't know that Naruto is known as number one unpredictable ninja while Baron is known for his great instinct that as if he can look in the future. Besides Baron never lose a bet. Also I believe that they will win." Hokage said with a smirk in his face.
"Are you telling me that my jounin will be defeated by two brats?" Raikage said angry
Hokage chuckled "of course not, I believed that they will be able to hit Yugito."
"Just give up already. Can't you see that no matter what you do it's useless." Yugito said while looking at Naruto and Baron who tried their best to holding their stand.
"Let us see…" Baron said, then they run to attack again. Just like before none of their attack hit Yugito. Finally the chances come. Naruto was kicked and instead thrown away like before he just fall.
"BEE!" Baron shouted while trying his hardest to dodge Yugito's attack
Then Naruto release his seal and run as fast as he can, however instead attacking he was grabbing Yugito's leg. Yugito who surprised by Naruto action tried to removed his leg and forgotten about Baron who use the chance to strike his wooden sword to Yugito. Finally Baron's strike able to hit Yugito. Now Yugito's turn to thrown away a few mater.
"YEAH!" Baron and Naruto shouted
"Winner Baron and Naruto!" anbu shouted
"WHAT?!" raikege shouted he can't believed that Yugito one of his best shinobi was defeated.
"Looks like you need to prepare an apology to little hinata" Hokage chuckled "I hope you made your farewell to your katan young man." Hokage said to darui.
Raikage's blood was boiling he was angry but he know wanted or not he must apologize sin the kids won the bet. While darui can only cry since he lost his new katana that he brought few days ago.
'I… I lost… not only I can't clean his name but I disgrace him further..' Yugito thought as she tried to stand. Then he saw Baron and Naruto who happily enjoying their vitory. "This is your fault!" Yugito screamed and rushed at them with his nibi chakra at her hands and strat shaping a claw.
"YUGITO!" Raikage shouted.
In slow motion Baron saw Yugito ready to use her chakra made claw make a wide area attack to hit Naruto and him. Baron know that he and Naruto cannot dodge it, he saw Raikage, Hokage and some ANBU already rushed to stop Yugito but with both Yugito speed and the distance between them and Raikage Baron know Raikage won't be able to stop the attack, however his instict told him there is a way to save them but it will depend if Raikage can reach the place before Yugito attacked finished. Believing his instinct he pull Naruto who stand in front of him to his back while turning his body so his back was facing Yugito hoping that he can give can slow Yugito down by making her attacked him first.
*SLASH
Baron can feels Pain coming from his back in and his legs lose its power to hold his body to stand, when he started to fall Baron saw a terrified expression Naruto made when her realize what happened in front of him. 'Let's hope that Raikage can stop Yugito from finishing a second attack' Baron thought as he lost his consciousness.
"BARON!" Naruto shouted when he realized that Baron was standing infront of him took an attack by strange claw that Yugito used. He saw blood squirt from Baron's back showering some of Yugito body dan Baron started to fall. Naruto rushed so to help Baron, ignoring Yugito who preparing a scond attack to kill Baron.
"STOP!" Raikage said as he hold Yugito's arm before she can attack
"ra-Raikage-sama" Yugito surprised when her hands were stopped by his hand. Chakra claw disappear and the chakra returned inside her body "w-what have I done?" Yugito said she was scared, she realized that she used nibi's chakra and attack a kid.
"WEASEL! Take Baron to Hospital immedietly." Hokage said when he saw Baron condition.
"Hai Hokage sama." weasel said as he took Baron from Naruto and disappear.
"I-I'm sorry" Yugito said while bowing her head in front of Naruto
"SORRY! Is that all you can say!" Naruto shouted as red chakra start showing all over his body. "You almost killed my friend, my family and the thing you do is saying sorry!"
Everyone there taken aback when they saw kyuubi chakra start to leak out of Naruto. Raikage, darui and Yugito were were surprised when they realized that Naruto is jinchuuriki of kyubi while Hokage surprised that kyuubi chakra able to leak, he was thinking if the seal was getting weaker.
'STOP IT NARUTO!' shouted a demonic voice inside Naruto's head
Mindscape
"WHY? He attacked Baron," Naruto said
"Because she is like you!"
"What do you mean?"
"Didn't you feel her chakra?"
"What do yo-" Naruto realized that Baron was calling Yugito a jinchuuriki of nibi. "she has a biju inside her. even so I can't forgive her for attacking Baron!"
"Try to understand her kid." Naruto didn't understand why Kurama was defending Yugito. Kyuubi know that Naruto didn't understand what he said"I mean what will you do if someone bad mouthing Hokage?"
"I will make them take back everything bad what they said about Hokage!"
"Isn't that what Yugito doing?" Kurama said. Then Naruto remembered what happened in the Hokage office
"Wait, a sec. you mean I was bad mouthing Raikage and she was trying to make me take back what I said?"
'That's right! Instead angry and fighting here, it will be better if we go to hospital and look at your friends condition"
"You are right… Thanks Kurama" Naruto said as he gone from his mindscape
Arena
They saw that chakra leak start to stopped and returned into Naruto.
'looks like this kid can control kyuubi chakra' Raikage thought.
"Naruto! Do you feel something wrong with your body?" Hokage asked
"I'm fine Jiji. Can we just go to hospital?" Naruto asked, he really want to know Baron condition.
"Of course, we will go there right now. Right Raikage?" Hokage said
"Of course Hokage, We will" Raikage said
"But what ab-"
"We will go now understand." Raikage said interrupting Yugito
"Ha-hai Raikage sama."
Hospital
"Hokage-sama, Raikage-sama" the doctor bow his head when he saw them in his room
"How is Baron condition doctor?" Hokage asked
"We have done what we could. Fortunately he is saved for now"
"What do you men he is saved for now?" Raikage asked
"We have stopped the bleeding from his wound and repair some of his broken bones, however he was already losing many blood before he arrived here. You can say he almost lost half of his blood. That's why if we not give him blood transfusion soon I don't know if he will wake up again." Doctor said with sad tone.
"Then why haven't give him the blood transfusion." Raikage said
"I'm sorry, but his blood type is O with Rh negative, and we only have 1 blood bags for that type."
"Then find someone who have the same type and have them give some of their blood! Tell them it was Hokage order." Hokage said
"Again I'm sorry we cannot Hokage-sama." doctor said
"So you don't have anyone with that blood type?" Raikage concluded
"No, according to our data there are only two persons alive who have this type of blood in konoha. However I think we can't make them give their blood." Doctor said
Raikage was getting angry, before he can talk hokage said "who are they?"
"The first one is Tsunade Senju"
"I see… since she was still in her holiday it will needs some times before she can reach konoha." Hokage said
"Then who is the second?" Raikage asked
"The second person is…"
