Now, let's start the story.
Doctor's office
"The first one is Tsunade Senju"
"I see… since she was still in her holiday it will needs some times before she can reach konoha." Hokage said
"Then who is the second?" Raikage asked
"The second person is Uchiha Itachi"
"I see, I'm sorry Raikage but I want you to leave us."
"WHAT!" Raikage shouted
"There is nothing you can do to help Baron, unless you can do, unless you can go to kumo and took some blood and return here in less than a day, maybe then we can talk again." Hokage said.
Rakage's blood was boiling and he clinched his fist. He want to help Baron since it was his way to take responsibility for what his shinobi done. However he know that Hokage was right even he is known as fastest man alive he can't go to kumo and back to konoha in less than a day. "Wait why we not ask the Uchiha to donate his blood? I'm sure someone as famous as the Sunshin no Shisui will gladly donate his blood to help a child, even if he won't I will pay him so he will give us some of his blood." Raikage said he was trying as hard as he can so he won't released his anger.
"It was because he is an Uchiha we can't let you know what will happened since it will involved some clan secret." Hokage said
"I understand" Raikage said as he walked out. His pride telling him to not leave however he know there is nothing he can do, he only hope that Baron will get better.
"Doctor could you find Naruto and take him here, I think I know another way to heal Baron."
"Hai, Hokage-sama" doctor bow his head and walked out to find Naruto.
"Weasel, crow!" Hokage shouted
A man with weasel mask and crow mask suddenly appeared kneeling in front of Hokage.
"Hokage-sama" both of them said together.
"Stand up, I'm sure you know what is happening right?" Hokage asked while looking at them, when he saw both of them nodding he continued. "Now weasel, as Uchiha Shisui if I asked you to donate your blood what will you do?"
"Even if you didn't ask, I will gladly give him some of my blood." Shisui said
"Thank you Shisui, crow, as Uchiha Itachi tell me what is the Uchiha clan law about donating blood?" Hokage asked.
"Hai Hokage-sama. an uchiha is not allowed to donate his or her blood unless the clan leader allowed it for the blood ritual tradition. Then after the transfusion if the person who receives the blood cannot impress the clan then he or she must die so Uchiha won't have a half blood failures." Itachi said.
"Is there something you need to say Shisui?" Hokage asked when he saw Shisui's body stiffened.
"I'm sorry but I didn't know that kind of law is existed, and I think the last blood bag was mine. Since I donate it a in a blood donation event few weeks ago when I heard some nurse said that our village didn't have any stock of blood type O with Rh negative." Shisui said
Itachi's eyes widened he never thought that Shisui was so foolish to donate his blood even the clan law said they can't. he know that an adult will have around 3 liter blood inside their body, it means that if someone lost half of their blood he will need 1,5 liters blood or around 3 bags of blood. If an adult get 1,5 liters of Shisui bloods, he will be literally become a half blood uchiha since half his blood come from Shisui and if this is found out by the elder the person will be killed due to clan law. Then they were interrupted by doctor who come inside with Naruto
"Hokage-sama, I have brought Naruto." Doctor said
"Hey Jiji, how is Baron condition?" Naruto asked, he was worry since he come to hospital an hour ago he didn't get any info about Baron's condition.
"He is fine, but if we not doing anything he won't see tomorrow." Hokage said with sad tone.
"Is there anything we can do?" Naruto asked
"I don't know yet. Could you please leave us for a while doctor? There is something we need to discuss and it involve S rank secret," Hokage said.
"Hai Hokage-sama, if you need me I will be at Baron's room at ICU." doctor said and leave the room again.
"From here on everything that happens will be an S rank secret so if anyone of you leak it you will be dead." Hokage said with serious tone while glaring at weasel and crow.
"Hai Hokage-sama" both of them said.
"Now, Naruto could you ask some question to your friends inside of your body?" Hokage asked
"Wait a second." Naruto said
'Kurama are you there?' Naruto asked inside his mind
'Yes I'm here brat. What do you want?' kurama said from inside Naruto mind.
'Jiji want to ask some question, would you answer them?'
'Just bring it, it will depend on the question whatever I will answer it or not.'
'Great! I hope your answer them so we can save Baron' Naruto thought excitedly
Meanwhile both crow and weasel was surprised when Hokage told Naruto to ask permission so kyuubi will answer his question.
"Naruto?" Hokage asked worry, since it has been more than 30 second since Naruto spoke.
"He said depend on the question whatever he will answer or not." Naruto said
"Fair enough." Hokage said "Then the first question how is he able heal you when you were stabbed in the heart?" Hokage knows when Naruto was stabbed he also lost most of his blood.
'Kurama you hear it?' Naruto asked
'Yes I heard him brat. Tell him I won't tell the process, but the process can be used to another person with some risk'
"Jiji he said he won't answer your question instead he told me to tell you that the process can be used to another person with some risk." Naruto said, as he didn't understand why kurama told him to do that.
"Hahaha. As expected from the great kyubi. He already knows what I want." Hokage said chuckled. "Now then what is the risk?"
'Tell him it will depend on the person. However most likely happened is he will be dead since my chakra is deadly to normal human, or he will live but his chakra point will be broken since it cannot hold my chakra or he will be lived with some extra features since he able to synchronize my chakra with his chakra.'
Naruto told the Hokage what kurama told him. "I see, and then when you were healing Naruto is the same thing could be happened to him?"
'It won't happened to Naruto since he have a special seal that convert my chakra into his chakra, also since I was inside his body for many years that make his body able to adapt with my chakra'
Hokage relieved, since it means in the future he won't need to worry when kyuubi healing Naruto.
"Last question, how big is his chance to survive?" Hokage asked
'There are 40% chance he died, 30% chance he lived with broken chakra point, 30% lived again. fortunately since he have a better healing ability than normal human I think his chance in surviving is high, however we must not forget that he still have a chance to lived with broken chakra point.'
"I see, then Naruto what is your choice? "Hokage said
"What!" both Itachi and Shisui shouted, they cannot believe that Hokage give the fate of one's live to a 7 years old boy. However, they didn't have the courage to argue with Hokage since when they shouted Hokage already releasing killing intent as if he was told them to shut up.
"Why were they shouted Jiji?" Naruto asked he know that both anbu is nervous and scared, while Hokage was angry at something, however he didn't realized how important his decision will impact to Baron's life.
"Listen carefully Naruto and don't interrupt me until I'm done okay." Hokage said as he kneel in front of Naruto so their height is the same then he put his hands in Naruto's shoulder when he saw Naruto nodded his head he continued. "Baron is in dire condition, his wounds is closed and healed. However he lost many blood and if in next 24 hours we cannot replace his blood he will die. There are only two people in konoha who have the same type. the first person is on vacation and won't back soon, the second one is tied by the clan law so we will need the clan heads permission to let the person donate his blood. However since Baron is not a ninja I cannot forced the clan head to give permission. Then come the last option is by let kyuubi to give some of his chakra so it can help him like when it helped you. Do you understand this far?"
Naruto only nodded his head while looking to Hokage face. "Good then the next problem is As kyuubi said Baron have aleast 60% chance to live but either with his chakra or without it. Now I am giving you a choice since it's not possible to bring the person to donate their bloods. Will you give Baron some of kyuubi chakra so he can either survive or die?" Naruto's eye widened, he finally realized that the Hokage giving him the fate of Baron in his hands. He didn't know what he must do. He know Baron will die if he not give him some of kyuubi chakra, however he know Baron will be angry if he knows his dream to become a ninja gone since there is a chance that Baron will lose his chakra.
"Take your time Naruto, we still have some time." Hokage said as he stands again and left Naruto so he can think.
"Hokage-sama, may I ask question?" Shisui asked
"Of course, what is your question?"
"I want to know why you give this heavy decision to a seven years old kid?" Shisui asked while holding his anger.
"Because they are family." Hokage said
"What do you mean Hokage sama?" Itachi said
"In the last 10 month Baron was like a big brother to Naruto, however due to recent event something happened and I can see that the bonds start to broken. At first I hope the challenge Baron made can repair their bonds, unfortunately as the result of the challenge Baron was unconscious. That's why I want Naruto to learn that even family will fight each other however in the end of the day they will back together again." Hokage explained
Naruto's mind
"So, what should I do, kurama?" Naruto asked
"Just let him be." Kurama said
"WHAT! I cannot do that he saved my many times. There is no way I let him die." Naruto shouted
"Remember he to used us for his own safety." Kurama said
"bu-but" Naruto was silenced, he know kurama was right, since Baron himself told him at the hospital. However, inside his heart he wants to save Baron, since he is one of his families. That's right he remembered Baron is still a precious person for him.
Kurama smirk when he saw Naruto's expression started to change, he knows that Naruto finally realized what is important to him. "So, what will you do?"
"Even if he said he used us, I know that in the last 10 month Baron is tried his hardest to become a big brother to me. He helped me find new friends like Shikamarau and Chouji, he teaches me how to protect myself, he even teaches me about fuinjutsu. I think I know my answer." Naruto said with smile in his face.
"Good then get out!" Kurama said throwing away Naruto from his mind.
Doctor's office
When Naruto awake, he saw Hokage and his two anbu was talking. He walked to them and said. "let's do this jiji"
"Good then let's go to Baron's room." Hokage said as he touched Naruto and shunsin to Baron's room.
"Glad you've come Hokage-sama" doctor bowed when he saw Hokage, Naruto and two of his anbu came.
"How is Baron's condition doctor?" Hokage asked
"His condition is a bit better thanks to a bag of blood he received." Doctor said happily, as he shows them an empty bag of blood.
"w-what!" sishui said as his face turned pale, when he heard what doctor said. While Itachi facepalmed and the Hokage only sighed
"Is there something wrong Hokage-sama?" doctor said when he saw Hokage and his anbu reaction.
"Did you know from who the blood is taken?" Hokage asked
"I'm not quite sure. However, from what my nurse said it was taken from a you merchant that come to our village when we have blood donation event a few weeks ago. We are fortunate since he was the only one with O Rh negative blood," Doctor said
Itachi was glaring at Shisui while Shisui just rubbing his back head as he chukled nervously.
"We have found a way to save Baron, however there is 40% chance he died, 30% chance he will be crippled and 30% he will be recovered." Hokage said
"What a good news at least he have 60% to live Hokage-sama, is there anything I can help?"
"I want you to gather your medic team and stand by in front of this room. When we done we will need you to check his condition and help him stabilized."
"Hai, Hokage-sama" he said as he bowed his head and walked out.
After doctor, left Hokage made some hand seals and then he put his hand in the floor. "Now start whenever you are ready Naruto." Hokage said as he stand again
"Alright Jiji" Naruto said as he walked closer to Baron's bed.
'So how we heal Baron, Kurama?' Naruto asked inside his mind
'Place your left hand in his left chest and your right hand in his stomach' Kurama said
'Done, now what?' Naruto asked as he placed his hand in the position
'tell the anbu to hold Barons body so he will stay in the bed, since it will be painfull.'
"Umm Mister Anbu, can you help me hold Baron's body?" Naruto asked
"Sure." Shisui said as he and Itachi walked and holding Baron's leg and hand
'Now just send my chakra to his body with your hands.' Kurama said
"Let's start!" Naruto said as he pours kurama chakra.
