I am very ashamed of not updating this story and leaving it in the middle. So, I have decided to finish it as I originally anticipated. I am very sorry for leaving the readers hanging in the middle. The story is pretty complicated and I had to re-read the whole thing many times to get back into the story mindset.
Chapter 18: Stop Me
The clones were destroying the city and in the process dying. But they were human lives, programmed to kill, with no choice. So, should they just be killed off to end the mayhem? The morality on the issue had no time to be discussed. The professor knew how to stop the clones, all at once. It was now BAU's job to find him.
Reid rushed to the police station with Morgan and Emily. Rossi awaited them.
"There's only one thing left" Reid spoke up the moment Rossi joined them.
"The Hotch's clone still can't connect to the professor" Rossi mentioned.
"Bloody hell!" Morgan spat in anger. The clocks were ticking, the time was running out, people were dying on the streets, children were being hurt.
"We need to dissect the clone now!" Reid claimed with a stern face. The whole team stilled at his demand.
"Creation leads to creator...allow me to proceed" Reid requested.
"We need permission...I'll get Strauss on that" Rossi nodded and immediately left.
Reid knew the game wasn't over yet. Savonski had all this planned out. He wanted them to dissect the clone, to undercover the truth behind him and his creation. His motive was to be accepted. And, BAU was ready to provide him that, to end him and his research.

The professor continued to watch the chaos on the TV news. The world was in shock and in total despair. But, this wasn't anything new. This was happening all the time. The world was the same as always, a place of war, people hating on people, stealing, robbing, betraying, lying, hurting. Professor knew people adhere to the wrong in the world because they feared death. For him, he had conquered death too. His clones would all come back, again. Even, he would return again, with research moving into more powerful domains. There was no stop to him now. The people had to accept him.
But, he waited for the Genius agent Reid to discover him. To find him and reveal to the world what utter powerful Savonski was. He wanted to explain the chaos and end it.

Reid and a special medical team assisted him to dig into the Hotch-look alike. The clone was given a lethal injection on the dissecting table. It hurt Reid a lot to see an innocent clone slowly dying in front of him. The thousands of man hours and the play of different chemicals that got together to create him were all going to waste now. He may be an artificial man but he was still a breathing human being who now was living the last few minutes of his life. The clone hitched with few shortness of breaths and in matter of minutes his eyes stilled and his muscles stopped. The clone died.
The team quickly got on their feet and started to cut open the clone. Reid just watched and instructed them to where proceed next. Few gadgets were retrieved from within the so-human-like body. And, Garcia and Kevin rushed to get the information decoded from the bloody devices.

Emily, Morgan, JJ and Rossi sat in their room creating the profile board. The sketch artist provided them with a picture of the professor since there was no real picture of Savonski anywhere. They were trying to complete the profile here before Reid returned with the rest of the information.
The door of their room suddenly opened as Strauss entered in.
"Another explosion was reported outside the city, and Hotch's body was found near there" She said.
The team rose from their chairs, tears in their eyes, smiles on their faces.
"He's being taken to the hospital as of now" She said. A sense of relief spread across each face. Their boss was alive. Morgan exhaled the stress out, still bandaged up.
"So what do we have so far?" Strauss asked.
"The professor Savonski took Reid and Hotch to his Lab where he successfully cloned many humans including Hotch's clone. Reid read few of his articles. The clones are programmed to bring out certain human attributes more in their nature. The clones are evils and have no remorse for their actions. The only way to end them is through professor and his location which can be deduced from the devices that are just retrieved from the Hotch's clone body" JJ explained the story.

And in few hours the city was hell, drowning in blood and fear. The clones were countless and coming out from every corner holding machine guns, killing anything and everything in their sight. Many police officers' dead bodies were lying on the street, their death in the name of protection for the city. The clones too were dying here and there.
And in midst of all mayhem, Garcia's fingers worked faster than ever before to locate the monster who created all monsters. And, with hours of waiting passed, she screamed loudly and ran down from her office, throwing off her high heels. With bare feet, she reached her team.
"Found him!" She exclaimed.
The team rushed to their feet, leaving behind Morgan and Garcia. Another SWAT team joined them. They drove to the address obtained from the hidden GPS device retrieved from inside the clone's body. He took refuge in an old man's house. Garcia called in that house while connecting with Reid's phone.
"I was waiting for this moment" Savonski spoke on the phone immediately after picking it up.
"The clones need to stop right now, is there something you can do to put an end to this" Reid replied.
"I am sure we can talk face to face soon. Do make sure you bring in media along, I want to address to the nation and calm everyone myself" Professor demanded.
"We can only listen to your demands if you listen to ours as well. The media will come in only if you stop the clones first" Reid said and the line went dead. Professor hanged up on him. Few detectives were told to arrive immediately dressed as media personal, with cameras. BAU will give him whatever he needed to put the fire out from the hell.
The vans stopped outside the house and SWAT rushed to surround every corner of the house. The agents stepped and broke through the entrance to find Professor calmly sitting on the sofa sipping in some juice. He had no weapons nearby. The agents all surrounded him. The professor only looked up to gaze at Reid.
"Welcome back Agent" Professor rose up and shifted his gaze towards Emily.
"You brought her here finally" He said as Emily stared back at his empty eyes. She expected a mighty, strong man sneering at her but this professor seemed weak. His presence lacked life, he was almost artificial. Emily felt miserable.
"Media is waiting outside...control your clones now" Rossi ordered.
"Dr. Reid must have informed you all in the profile that he created that I don't like taking orders from anyone" The professor replied without even looking at Rossi. At that comment, Rossi raised his gun directly at the professor.
"End this now or we will end you" Rossi snared.
"I am sorry to say but I cannot be killed" The professor almost laughed. He seemed amused and almost high in his accomplishments.
"But you all can die" He went on "and with my help return back". Rossi moved forward a little, trying to threaten the professor with the gun.
"Your silence tells me you don't believe me" Professor turned back to look at Reid.
"So what after you claim your accomplishment to the media?" Reid asked instead.
"I want the government to accept my research and allow me continue. I promise I'll return all the officers they lost today in few years" Professor replied to Reid.
"You know they won't listen to that. Eventually all your clones will be killed out there and then you'll be left with nothing" Reid explained.
"Not all my clones..."Professor started to stroll around. Rossi released his trigger, getting ready to shoot. But, the professor showed no fear. It was strange.
"Oh come on, stop playing around Agent Rossi. I am not scared. Shoot me, I dare you. But, I have done nothing wrong. If not me, there would have been another scientist who discovered this all. Is it my fault to study science in this manner. Someone had to do it eventually... "Professor smirked.
" ...Or better if you allow the media and all the journalist inside now" Professor suggested.
"Don't test my patience, we had enough of your games already!" Rossi snapped.
"Here's a deal...we let the media in, you call off all your clones" Emily spoke. The professor smiled back, staring at her with satisfaction.
"Sure, beautiful" He agreed. Rossi nodded to let the media in. The whole situation was tough, all playing their parts to bring the professor down. The group of people entered holding cameras and microphones. The professor pushed his hairs back a little and prepared to present himself to the world.
"You're live Sir" One of the media spoke person signaled his lie.
"I am very sorry to say that this city is under a lot of stress. I can understand the pain and fear you all must be going through. But, in order to heal, one must be wounded first. The city is the first ever to witness the power of science, the power of genetics. These mere criminals might seem dangerous but they are the one reaching the peak of human evolution today. They are made criminals, they are born evil. But, I can end it all. I can eliminate them and with further permission eliminate all criminals by clarifying DNA that predisposes humans to do wrong deeds. We can all walk into another turn of evolution, where we ourselves express our DNA to our own desires, where after dying once we return back again and again thus achieving immortality. Death will be no more. For big discoveries like this, bigger attention is needed. This mayhem is no pleasure to me. I assure you that human cloning is successful and I am the biggest evidence of that. I am cloned to be perfection and be a brilliant scientist. After my creator died, he left endless amount of research still left to be conducted. Hereby, I can claim that I can manipulate human DNA to express any desire attributes while cloning the living, the dead and the extinct. I can create armies bigger than anything that history have even seen. I can give this country more defense, more protection. I have spent all my life for this moment of truth. I want you all to know that this is all possible. Us as superior species in the living kingdom must be ready to embrace such development in science and allow me to undo all the harm done today. Allow me to proceed with my research. I am ready to end this when you ready to start with me. Thank you" Professor spoke to the cameras with as much emotion as he could possibly add.
