When Kairi's eyes flickered open she was blinded by the amount of white in the room. After her eyes adjusted she saw a nurse walk into her room.
"So your awake good get out here's the forms" the nurse threw some paper at Kairi. Kairi shrugged and walked out of the hospital. She decided to go and see the old man. On the way she passed by a mirror and stopped to look at her reflection. She was still wearing the hideously orange clothes however her once waist length blonde hair had turned black with some fox like ears sprouting on her head and shortened to just before her shoulders, her eyes had turned yellow with no pupil and her skin had paled to an almost ivory colour. She also appeared to be several inches taller. Remembering what dark and Yuki had told her she continued walking towards the hokage tower ignoring the stronger than usual glares directed in her direction.

Kairi reached the hokage's office and immediately asked the secretary if anyone was in with the hokage. Upon receiving the answer she opened the door to the office and walked in.
"Hey old man, did I pass the test or not?" Kairi asked in an impatient manner.
"Kairi, it is good to see you up and around again." In response to this statement Kairi just tilted an eyebrow as if asking him to continue. "As for passing the test I'm afraid you will still have to pass the jutsu exam which has been set for an hour from now. Although I must ask if you're new form has had any side effects before I let you take it."
Kairi thought for a second before replying "aside from my obvious physical differences I do not believe there to be any obvious changes. Most of my new abilities have been trained at least to a basic level in my mindscape by dark and Yuki."
Hiruzan nodded and informed Kairi to be at the academy in one hour for her test before the formerly blonde haired girl left.

Kairi walked into the classroom wearing a new outfit to go with her new hair and eye colour. She now wore black boots that reached halfway to her knees with red laces, red soles and a ring of red right at the top, black stockings and a black combat skirt with a red ring all the way around the bottom. On her upper body she wore a black long sleeved shirt with a corset design on the front in red. She also wore a black belt with her equipment pouch and a metal design of the heartless symbol. Around her neck she wore a black cloak with her headband being used to hold it on and the hood up to cover her head and face.
She took a seat up the back of the class while everyone was distracted by Ino and Sakara arguing over who gets the chair next to their mutual crush Sasuke. She quickly got annoyed by the two fan girls and summoned two shadows heartless to scare them into being quiet. The two fangirls were so engrossed in their argument they didn't notice the heartless until they grabbed their legs. Upon seeing the shadows the girls screamed and ran across the room. Smirking Kairi had the shadows melt into the ground and travel over to her giving the illusion that they had merged with the shadow of her cloak. Before anyone could comment Iruka walked through the door causing everyone to quiet down.
Iruka started reading out names, however since most of those names don't matter I'll just skip to the ones that do.
"Team seven will consist of Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno and Kairi Uzumaki and your sensei will be Kakashi Hatake." Sakura jumped up yelling about how 'true love' conquers all while the many Sasuke fangirls (and the one Kairi fangirl) glared at her.
"Team eight" Iruka continued "will consist of Shino Aburame, Kiba Inuzuka and Hinata Hyuga. Team Nine is still in circulation and finally, Team Ten will consist of Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka, and Choji Akimichi."
Over the next half hour the sensei's started arriving and taking their students away. Eventually only team 7 was left. Getting bored Kairi pulled out a deck of cards and started playing poker with some neo-shadows and a few shadow clones (she would have to thank Yuki for teaching her that technique.) a few hours, and lots of gambling, later kakashi finally arrived.
Kakashi surveyed his new students and made a mental list of his conclusions. 'Sakura Haruno: bright pink hair and bright clothes, bad for stealth. Low chakra reserves, bad for combat. Possible high control, good for medical techniques and genjutsu. Fangirl personality unlikely to train willingly. Sasuke Uchiha: dark clothes and hair, good for stealth. Average reserves, decent for combat, likely average control, decent for all techniques, decent amount of muscles, good for taijutsu. Personality, avenger, unlikely to work as team. Kairi Uzumaki: dark clothes and hair good for stealth with hood to conceal identity, high chakra reserves, good for combat and high ranked jutsu, possible low control, bad for medical techniques and genjutsu, no visible muscles, personality… unknown, current observations disagreeing with files, seems to have a connection with those odd black creatures.'
While kakashi was evaluating the team Kairi was playing what could only be described as the strangest game of poker ever.
"neo-shadow 563 I see your bet of 1 slightly dark heart and raise you 2 neutral hearts" the neo-shadows and shadow clones thought for a minute before accepting the bet.
"You aren't talking about human hearts right?" Sakara asked already fearing the answer she'd get.
"Of course, it's not like I have any money or something."
At this point kakashi evaluation was completed and he was ready to greet his team.
"My first impression of you is confusion, meet on the roof in 5 minutes." Kakashi then vanished into a shunshin. Taking this as a cue to leave Kairi grabbed her winnings and opened a corridor of darkness to the roof.

On the roof kakashi was leaning against a rail with his new students
"So tell me a bit about yourself, likes, dislikes, dreams for the future that kind of thing, pinkie you go first"
"Why don't you go first so we know how it's done sensei?"
"Very well, my name is Kakashi Hatake, my likes and dislikes? I don't feel like telling you. And my dreams for the future… never really thought about it. Anyway pinkie your turn"
"Interesting so that's how he wants to do this" Kairi thought smirking under her hood.
"My name is Sakura Haruno. I like…" Sakura giggled and looked at Sasuke blushing.
"And your dislikes?" Kakashi asked in an attempt to get her back on track.
"INO-PIG AND…" Sakura shrieked before trailing off and glancing at Kairi and shivering. "a-and my dream for the future…" Sakura once again giggled glancing at Sasuke.
"You next" Kakashi stated before pointing to Sasuke.
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha, I like nothing and dislike everything. I do not have a dream I have an ambition… I will kill a certain man."
"Well someone's a ray of sunshine" Kairi mentally deadpanned
"Your turn" Kakashi said nodding at Kairi.
"My name is Kairi Uzumaki, I like some things and dislike others, as for my dreams I'm not sure anymore." Kairi frowned under her hood. "I suppose to just survive any missions I'm on."
"Interesting perhaps this team might have a chance after all" Kakashi thought to himself. "Well then now that we all know each other tomorrow you will meet at training ground 7 prepared for survival training, also don't eat breakfast or you'll throw up." After finishing his instructions Kakashi shunshined away in a swirl of leafs. Kairi glanced at her new teammates before sinking into her shadow and teleporting away.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: it's been awhile hasn't it... this chapter was going to go over the bell test as well but i decided you waited long enough.
Basically the reason this took so long was multiple reasons firstly my old computer all but exploded Then i lost my entire story folder so i had to go off my backups which meant losing half the work i had done, THEN my new computers Charger broke 4 God-DAMN TIMES so of course at this point i had lost inspiration to continue, THEN if that wasn't enough my external hard drive where i kept most of my movies and TV shows (Including Naruto And Danny phantom) Got corrupted and i could only recover about half of the files on it. thankfully i still have my copy of the Naruto manga to work on this however Danny's LIAG in on hold until i can get a new copy of the TV show for that.
Another thing i want to address is pairings I'm cancelling the pairings until at least the time skip so yeah
ALSO first person to Correctly identify the origins of Kairi's new outfit and guess her future weapon (I/E: Blank/Blank) gets a shout out in the next chapter which barring any more technical fuck-ups (that's the technical term) will be out by the end of January... I hope.
Also i wrote an Omake for this literally yesterday since the idea got stuck in my head and wouldn't leave. However before that I will explain the Omake. firstly I'm not gay i am 83% a straight man (the the 17% is a female lesbian... i call her rose) that being said I don't understand the Naruto fanbase's need to make every male character in the series gay, Still upon hearing this song I immediately got this idea so yeah, secondly Sasuke never sings in this takes place in cannon not This fanfic.

Sasuke had called an important meeting of his… acquaintances. Amongst said acquaintances were the rest of the rookie 9, Kakashi, Iruka and (for whatever reason) the Hokage.
