"Sleeping on the job? You should be ashamed of yourself." Said the boy with long hair and a red robe.

"Edward…" I gasp, "What, how are you here?"

"I'm here to beat some sense into you! You need to get up and get out there to protect these people. After everything you've they have done to help you already it's the least you can do." He said. His long blond hair pulled back into a ponytail. He spun on his back foot and turned away. The Flamel crest a deep black on the crimson coat.

"I'm trying shortstack; it's just so different in this world. When I was in Amestris I had everyone. You, Al, Mustang. Hell even Armstrong was there for me! I don't know who to trust or who will turn on us."

"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A SHORTSTACK YOU IDIOT! How are you going to know if you can trust them if you don't give them a chance? Remember when we first met? At each other's necks, and then you gave yourself up for my brother." He said in a calm voice.

"Even so, you're not even real. This is all in my head right?"

"Sharp as ever. Now get out there and save your new family. If you manage to come back… we're all going to be waiting." Edward walked away into a wall of light that soon engulfed my entire dream. Through the light I wake up.

My eyes open, and I find myself looking at the ceiling of the guild hall. I shoot up to look at the time on the enchantment. The number read 20 minutes left.

"Darren! You're awake!" Levi said as she ran over to me with a glass of water. "We had Natsu and Gajeel bring you inside after I re-wrote the enchantment. Both of them are out looking for Laxus. Please, you have to help my find him as well. The master…" she choked on her words. "The master doesn't have much time left."

"You got it. Lets g-" The large explosion rocked the entire town. We run to the door and see smoke rolling out of the church just over the hill. "There! Let's go!" I yell as we run out the door.

We ran through the town, seeing all of our fallen comrades who had been forced to fight each other. As we draw close to the door there were more explosions around the corner. "Levi, go on in. I'm going to go stop them from fighting each other. We're going to need as many people as we can if that thunder palace thing you were talking about is really that dangerous."

"Ok, I'll go get Laxus to calm down. Maybe when he hears about the master he will regain his mind." Levi said with a smile. "Good luck!"

I ran off around the corner and down the street. There were more explosions and smoke rising from the church, but I had to keep my mind on topic. I have to stop these fights. We need all of these people to destroy those lacrama!

Suddenly a figure moved from the street moved into an alley on the other side of the street. "Hey! You need to get inside. It's not safe out here!" I yell as I turn to follow them.

The figure was stopped right by the wall at the end of the alley, a black hood pulled over their head. "Aww, you don't remember me? What a shame." Said an almost seductive female voice. She pulled her robe away and turned toward me. Her hair was pitch black, and a red ouroboros tattooed on her chest. "Here I was thinking that we were going to play the catch-up game."

I clap my hands together and draw a spear from the wall. "Lust, what are you doing here!? You should be dead!"

"You should be too. But that's kind of the point now isn't it? Everyone who's dead transcends the gate and goes somewhere else. The two of us are the lucky ones. Oh did I say two? I meant 9. You, I, and all of my kind are here." Lust smiled

My eyes widened as I realized what she ment. "You mean all 8 homunculus came through? How! Those who die should be taken to different worlds if they die at different times!"

"Well now were being called a dark guild. The 7-Sins, now you should go on back to your own guild. This fight is over, and I must return." Lust said as she cut a hole in the wall with her fingers. "Don't worry, I'm sure this isn't the last you will see of me."

"You had better hope not. Because next time I see you your going to die." I say back, letting the bloodlust in my voice stand out.

With that I turned and ran back to the guild hall. Seeing how everyone was already there resting, I ran into the infirmary, going to help the master.
