It had been weeks since I left Fairy Tail, making my way north into the mountains. Stopping to take jobs, trying to help as many people as I could before I reached the Homunculus's lair. I never stayed in a town longer than a single night though, doing whatever I could to avoid leaving a trail that my former comrades could follow. Of course during my travels everyone else had been sucked into another world.

After about 4 weeks I finally had found what I was looking for, a grand ornate tower deep in the mountains, a spitting resemblance to Fort Briggs. I let my rucksack fall off of my shoulder into the snow as I reached for the charm on my necklace again, willing it to change into my scythe as I approach the gate. The entire place feeling of pure hatred and anger. I expected an ambush as I walked through the great doors, but nothing happened. Lamps were lit in the hallway to one side. Knowing that I was coming. I walk toward them and down the hall, before hearing a voice from behind me.

"What the hell were you thinking?!" he said as his fist flew, striking my jaw. "You idiot! Why the hell did you run!" Natsu's eyes were practically glowing with fire.

"NO! What are you doing here?! I told you not to follow me!" I yelled back through the shock of the punch.

"We all came to drag your ass back to the guild." Natsu said surprisingly calmly.

"What do you mean 'all'" I begin before the rest of the team walked around the corner. Natsu hadn't come alone. Grey, Erza, Wendy, Elfman, and Mirajane all stood before me. "No. No. No! You all have to get out of here. This isn't something im going to walk away from."

"That's why to have all of the powerhouse players here. You are coming back with us after we finish up whatever it is your doing." Erza said, already holding her blade.

"Oh my, I could have sworn wrath told you to come alone. Pity, I didn't want to have to kill your friends unless you didn't cooperate." The seductive voice called from the shadows. Then suddenly the whole room lit up. The whole room lit up, revealing that we were surrounded. Lust, Wrath, Pride, Gluttony, Greed, Envy, and Sloth stood on the upper level of the room smiling down in us. "Thank you for making it easier on us to get home."

"What the hell are you talking about? I'm not going to-"I froze when I realized that none of the lights in the room were turned on. The light was coming from the floor. From a giant transmutation circle drawn on the ground. "Everyone run!" I screamed, but it was to late. A pillar of light engulfed the room and everyone in it.

"Put down your weapons and come quietly! You will not be harmed." Blared a voice in the darkness, opening my eyes to see only Wendy, using her healing magic on me.

"How about you drop yours and I won't have to beat you up!" Natsu yelled back.

I quickly jump up and look around. We were all surrounded by a huge force of police and soldiers. Handguns and rifles pointed in our direction. They wore baggy blue pants and jackets, some wore hats of the same color.

"Let me handle this." Said a woman's voice as she pushed her way through the crowd. She wore the same pants, but wore them with a black shirt and suspenders with twin pistols holstered. Her blond hair pulled back Into a messy bun as she stepped forward. "Now tell us who you all are before I have my snipers fire onto-" her eyes locked onto me as she drew her pistol. "There's no way, your dead."

"Riza? Where the hell!" I began.

The courtyard we were in was silent for what felt like an eternity. Until a voice cut through the crowd catching everyone's attention. "All right let me through, state alchemist here, move it people!"

The man came into the yard and froze. His long blond ponytail fell over his red overcoat. Chain from a silver pocket watch hung at his hip. "What the hell is going on…"

"Edward…"
