Ch9: Can steal his heart, But can't swim
"Akilah relayed a visual message to me from her mistress. Lieghl'ah asked me to return Akilah to the past. Akilah is now waiting in the past for her mistress." Shadi said to himself as he continued to roam the maze of the Millennium Puzzle.
~Back in the past~
Lieghl'ah felt hot all over, suddenly she was moving against her will over the village, across the desert, and to an oasis. There was a huge waterfall. A cave was resting behind it. When Lieghl'ah opened her eyes she found herself in said cave. Her legs brought to her chest, her face buried into her knees, her eyes wet. She remembered this day, all too well. She didn't want to remember, the day that Touzoku changed. She got up, walked out from behind the waterfall, and onto the ledge that over looked the pool beneath the fall high above, to high to dive from.
Lieghl'ah gasped, "This is, this where Touzoku taught me how to swim and where we… where we made love."
~FlashBack~
Way before we made love, before we got into a rock solid relationship me and Touzoku were still getting used to living in the same hideout. My band moved in with his band making us the largest band of thieves in all of Egypt and Egyptian history. We were developing feeling towards each other. Touzoku and I were traveling to Karnack to raid villages when we stopped upon to this oasis to rest. We went to a cliff that was a three feet above the pool. Touzoku removed his cloak, his kilt until he was wearing nothing but the garment that covered his manhood and ass. He dived into the cool crisp water.
He resurfaced gasping for air. He shook his head to get the water out of his hair. Touzoku ran a hand over his eyes to clear the water off of them. "Come on in Lieghl'ah." He motioned with his hand for me to join him.
"No." I replied a little nervous not only by the fact that he was pretty much naked and was asking me to join him, but because I had an issue.
"And why not?" Touzoku smirked; he heard the nervousness in my tone.
"I can't swim." I was lying flat on my stomach, I was looking over the edge, my legs bended up.
"You're joshing me." He claimed with a grin, he thought I was kidding.
"I wish I was." I blushed a little from embarrassment. He swam over to the cliff and held out a hand towards.
"Do you trust me?" He questioned gently.
"What?" I asked unsure of what he just said.
"Do you trust me?" He asked again with a soothing smile. I nodded and reached out for his hand. He closed his hand around mine tightly. I jumped in. I gasped for air when I came to the surface, my body shaking, I was coughing up water. I drew near to Touzoku, feeling like a big baby.
Touzoku chuckled a little, "You're alright, I got you."
"You must think I'm a child." I didn't look at him.
"No Lieghl'ah, no. You're doing a lot better than I did on my first time." Touzoku assured me.
"Liar." I called his bluff. He laughed and said he was being honest. We swam around for awhile. He taught me how to treed water, how to stay keep myself above the water.
I felt something against my leg; I looked down to see a large water snake. I screamed, jumped, and flung my arms around Touzoku's neck. We looked at each other surprised. I blushed and looked away embarrassed. He took my cheek into his palm and turned my face to look at him. We stared at each other than we moved in slowly into a deep affectionate, yet soft kiss. "Why did you scream, bug crawling on ya?" He teased.
"No… snake." I answered softly, but I tried desperately to hold back a scream as I felt something around my legs again.
"What?" Touzoku didn't hear me.
"SNAKE!" I exclaimed moving my leg out of the water, which I accidently moved against Touzoku's hip, as I tried to move away from the reptile. Touzoku grabbed his dagger from the sheath that was tied around his left femur and got the snake.
He chuckled, "Then why didn't you say something sooner?" He smiled amused as he kissed me again.
~End FlashBack~
The water roared in Lieghl'ah ears. The cool breeze made her hair fly. "I promise Touzoku I'm going to get you back and once I do I'll never let you go."
