Tank Hunter
Okay, so sorry about the long wait. I should explain myself, I had two school projects to do over the summer, which was really annoying. Now I'm back in school with duel enrollment. Also, I just found this out, our internet is gone. So by the time this is uploaded, I will have waited probably 3 days.
Okay , with that out of the way, I should probably explain that my stories have a large amount of references to others( made by me). Oh and I should provide equations to understand factional tank models.
Superhuman/shadow tanks: Tank letters or name + number/10

On with the story
Tank hunter
Link was quick to issue orders, "Heavy, Soldier, Demo, you're upfront, Sniper, Medic you're in the middle, everyone else, flank them".
But just as the orders were issued, a trembling sound caused the Hyrulean army to retreat. The sound of oiled engines and metal scrapping against metal meant only one thing.
Link Shout as the fortress of SSA troops blew up, "TANKS!".
This doesn't make any sense; I thought they weren't allowed to use future technology while in the past. Link thought to himself as three massive, sage green tank rolled out of the forest.
Link looked for a spot to hide, while the SSA scrambled to get a foothold.
A rock. A rock would do. Link looked and saw two plate shaped rocks leaning against each other. Link shouted with urgency, "GET BEHIND THE ROCKS".
Scout and Soldier seemed to get the message. Heavy was nowhere to be found. The rest were scrambling in shock.
The two arrived, ready to hear the next orders. Link spoke with the best of his ability. "What do You guys know about that thing, and do you have any rockets"?
Soldier spoke up, "They are KV- model, not used until af-"
Link cut him off, "Save me the history lesson".
Soldier continued with a slight displeasure from the interruption. "The specific model is the KV-40, designed to demolish enemy tanks and structures alike".
A fourth tank rolled out, this one was smaller, but had a round, flat turret and a long gun.
"IS-30" Soldier mumbled, "Well, we're in luck men, it has less armor than a KV, and a grenade down the exhaust pipe will take good care of it. So….who has any grenades"?
Link frowned, The Master told us to leave all future weapons at base, in order to preserve history. If anyone had any grenades, no matter what they did, that person would court marshaled. He thought bitterly.
A couple of SSA disciples had gathered their wits and had come up behind the rock that Link and his crew were using.
"Surely Lord Asis had foreseen this". Said one of the SSA disciples. The other spoke his mind, "We must surely be getting a Tank soon".
Then the first one face palmed, "HE must have used Future sight before to save the rest of our platoon".
"Of course" said the other.
Link made a time-out gesture, "Wait, Future sight, as in, clairvoyance".
"Oh no", Said the first disciple, thoroughly offended, "Our master is much more powerful than that word describes, as he can bend the universe to his will if need be, however it is very costly".
"He is truly a god to be worshipped" Said the other disciple.
Link just shook his head and grabbed his sword, ready to spring out. All of the sudden, an engine roared to life as the IS-30 erupted from a bush near the rock. A shadow was sitting outside the turret, on the machine gun.
"Everybody down!" Link shouted as he hit the earth. The LMG unloaded a cruel sound, the sound of life leaving its targets. Soldier and Scout hit the earth quickly, but the disciples weren't so lucky. A bullet pierced the first ones head along with others piercing the arms and stomach. The other disciple was even worse, as blood exploded from his back until his torso fell off his legs. The tank rolled up until the sound of a crushed skull left the tracks. The LMG took aim.
Link spoke up, "Well it's been nice knowing you guys."
I'm not afraid of death, I lived a good life, and what do I have to lose. I mean yea there's my brothers in arms, not to mention how many people died to save me, and…. Lana Link thought to himself.
The gunner closed his hands on the trigger.
No… I'm not ready to die, Jesus, please…., if you exist, I can't die now. Link pleaded with himself. PLEASE!
Suddenly a flash of blue appeared on the back of the IS-30. A familiar katana stuck through the Shadow's throat.
Ze spoke up, "Do I have to save you every part of this campaign". Ze leapt off the turret and turned his back to the tank. Suddenly the turret exploded.
Link gave a lazy salute.
Ze then pulled out from the rocks. He pulled out his Heavy Lagiacrus cannon, and fired at the KV-40's. Each shell that left the barrel hit a specific spot, the turret rotator (The spot where the turret turns).
Suddenly explosions happened all around the shells.
One of the KV-40s exploded with the turret blown off. The other two were smoking, but the turrets still turned.
"****" Ze said as he pressed a button on the side of the bow gun, and the empty shells popped out. Ze then slide behind the rock and checked his pouch.
"I'm out of cluster shots," He then loaded the only red shell he had. Before turning the corner and sprinting toward the nearest Kv-40. Ze jumped on the back and aimed the barrel at the same spot where the cluster shots had hit.
The cannon began to glow a righteous red before turning into a star blue.
The KV=40's barrel had turned to face Ze.
Both shells left at the same time.
Ze was launched off and hit the earth with a bone chilling Crack. He was going to be down a while.
The third KV-40 rolled toward the fallen katana wielder. Blood began to seep out of the cracks of the armor.
The barrel lowered.
A gust of wind blew strait in to the tank, causing the turret to turn.
Bang, as some dirt exploded. Quickly and violently, a flash of light blasted the turret's rotator. The shell fizzled.
The turret suddenly blew off the tank-body and landed five feet away from Ze.
A familiar angel land right next to the unconscious warrior.
Link asked a cliché question, "Is he dead"?
Aegis looked a little worried; she stuck her fingers to Ze's neck, and let out a sigh of relief. "No, he'll live".
From the bushes came the army of Hyruleans, with a battle cry to state their coming.
Link unsheathed his sword, ready to protect Ze.
SSA forces had apparently calmed down and unsheathed their weapons.
The two sides clashed, and a battle cry was heard from the SSA: Fight my brothers, let them feel the wrath of our master.
Link ducked as a Hyrulean captain swung his sword from the left. He then thrust his sword in to the captain's stomach. The Hyrulean staggered.
Link could feel himself shaking. It was the first time he ever took a human life. Two Hyruleans charged in front of him. Link shook himself before thrusting and slicing the two.
A sound rippled through the air as two dirt mounts exploded, kill several Hyruleans. Two tanks emerged from the SSA's side.
"Vk 210's(Vk30.01 P)" Aegis shouted before the tanks fired the internal machine guns.

Link's log
Today, we landed in the first of many battles. As it turns out, the SSA had stored some supplies around incase going got rough. Also…I took 3 lives today. I figured killing would be easy, like killing the forces of darkness, but…..Looking into their eyes and seeing the horror….. it makes me doubt the cause I serve.
Saying something like that will get you shunned around here. Oh well, I love you Lana.

So Im, back, but don't expect common updates.
SO, time for some back story. The SSA was originally a branch of superhuman military dedicated to a General: Asis. When the first superhuman shadow war broke out, however, Jeez proposed the idea of killing humans to increase superhuman territory. Asis led his men against the superhuman army, but he revealed too much power, and as a result, people saw him as a god.
I thought I 'd tell you that so I don't come across as a crazy cultist man.
Another thing, like a director's cut: Striker was originally supposed to make an appearance instead of Ze. The tank would destroy all four enemies and save Link before marching (or rolling) to the nearest castle.
However, due to me feeling Ze had been neglected, I put him there.
Two more things: How long should this story be, because I have no idea. Please put it in reviews.
Also, here's an epilogue.
(Dravas)
"You imbeciles" Dravas shouted at the shadow scouts.
The scouts shuddered as their master drew his glaive.
"If I didn't have another use for you, I'd kill you right here and now".
The scouts looked up, "So we shall live"?
"Oh yes, you shall". Dravas state before opening his hands.
The scouts screamed in pain as their bodies began to dissolve.
Dravas finished his sentence, "You shall live inside me as my sustenance".
The last evidence of the bodies was two loin cloths in the room.
