Chapter 1 -

Thinking of him

(Yugi's P.O.V.)

-Sigh- It's so boring, Math class really sucks, and so is the teachers voice and he's ugly to boot!! I much rather hear 'his' voice, that dark yet gentle voice, and his long snow white sliver-ish hair. Oh and his thin, yet muscular arms, and those pink-ish red eyes!! Every part of him is just flawless and beautiful at the same time…I wish I could-

"Mr. Motou!!" "Huh?" "What is the answer to question 23 page 177?!?" "Oh, uh….." I stuttered.

23. -3x + 4y – 5 -14 is…I know the answer!!!! "It's 4y – 5 14!!" "That is correct. Now Mr. Avalon!" Whew that was a close one! I can't believe I was day dreaming about him again!!! Well at least he's not here at school today, if he was, I don't know what I would have done!!!

Well, at least Math class is the last class of the day. I wish I could see him. Just for a little while. Yes!! The bell rang, time to go home. Good thing it's Friday that means no homework and that means Spring Break!!!

(Normal P.O.V.)

Yugi ran out of the class room as fast as he could to meet up with Yami and the others. "Yami!! Guys wait up!! Some of us have short legs!!!" "Then grow already!!" "Shut up Seto, you're starting to annoy me!!" "What!! I dare you to say that again Anzu!!" "Fine! Shut up!!" "Dey're at it again…Tristan stop ya girlfriend before all hell breaks lose!" "You try stopping her Joey; she'll knock you out with one punch!" "Yeah, you're right about dat…oh hey Yugi!"

"Hi Joey, what's going on here?" "Anzu's the one that started it this time." "Oh hi Yami, what do you mean?" "Anzu told Seto to shut up and Seto got mad and now," Yami turned to Anzu and Seto fighting. "we have this!" Yugi laughed. "Oh well, let's go home Yami." "Okay!!" Yami smiled and put his arm on Yugi's shoulder as they both walk away. 'I guess I got over finally.' Yami thought. Two months before Spring Break Yami had confessed his love to Yugi, but was turned down.

'"Yugi, you mean more to me than anything in the world, because I love you!'" "'I'm sorry Yami, but I love someone else, please understand. I do love you, but as friends I don't want anything to change between us, I'm sorry…'" Yami was heart broken at that moment, but he understood even though it still hurt, he managed to get rid of his feelings for Yugi and put them as friendship thoughts, he was now involved with Ryou. But it still plagued him, who was Yugi in love with anyway?
