My timing may be a little off, but this is supposed to be between seasons 5 and 6, so I believe Nabu's exit from the story (because I have no idea if he died or is in coma) should be around a year prior.

Disclaimer: Winx Club belongs to Nick (but not for much longer :( boo!) and Iginio Straffi.

Aisha wakes up after another terrifying nightmare about her betrothed's death; today is the one year anniversary of the battle. She picks up her pillow and is about to slam it over her head, when she spies a note underneath it. She picks it up and reads it.

Dearest Aisha, I am so sorry about what happened last year. I know how much it has hurt you, but don't be afraid to move on. I understand you used your Sirenix wish to heal your cousin; I respect that. It is better that he be alive than I. Aisha, I still love you, and I know you still have feelings for me. Someday we'll be together again, I know it, but until then live life to the fullest.

Love,

Nabu.

Aisha stares blankly at the note before waking up her roommate, Stella. "Very funny, Stella, but why'd you do it today? Today is not a good day for me!"

"What are you talking about, Aisha? I didn't do anything. Try the other girls," a sleepy Stella mumbles. Aisha gets up out of her bed and walks over to Bloom and Flora's room. She confronts them, only to find they're not in the room. She moves on the Tecna and Musa's room.

"Seriously, guys, it's not funny! Stop playing games with me. You know today is a delicate day for ?" Tecna and Musa look at Aisha funny and shake their heads.

"Try Bloom and Flora; they're downstairs helping cleanup after the freshman party last night," Musa says. Aisha leaves the room and heads downstairs after getting dressed.

Flora looks stunned and slightly hurt when Aisha accuses her of writing the note. Bloom looks intently at it before saying anything.

"Aisha, did Nabu ever have a special energy that sometimes stayed behind on some things?" Aisha nods. "No one else can make that energy, and look at this," Bloom says as she releases some sparkles on the note. Nabu's image appears in the sparkles, and Aisha gasps. "Miss Faragonda taught it to me. It identifies any trace of a magic energy left on something. Nabu's image appeared, so there is a trace of his energy on it." Aisha stares in shock before apologizing to her friends.

Roxy comes running up to Bloom. She rapidly tells Bloom that in order for her to gain Side Enchantix, she has to sacrifice herself for someone in general, rather than someone from also explains that her Enchantix will be incomplete. Bloom looks at Roxy.

"Like mine, but yours won't be willed into existence. What do you know the Side Believix?" Roxy shakes her head.

"Ms. Faragonda said one step at a time. She also said the the Side part is basically another way of saying it's incomplete. She didn't explain it all that well yesterday. Bloom, I've been looking in the Archives, and I found out that this villain has the ability to - BLOOM?!" Roxy looks to her friends with fear in her eyes. Bloom is passed out on the floor, barely breathing.

A cackle fills the room the girls are in. The look around, terrified for their friend and themselves. Tecna scans the area, but she finds nothing. Musa listens intently to see if she can find the source of the sound, but there isn't a trace. Flora decides it's best if they transform. The six prepare for anything.

A flash brings a heavily armored man with a staff in hand. His face his covered by his helmet's shadow.

"Hello, fairies." The six get ready for a fight. The five Sirenix fairies guard Bloom and Roxy while Roxy tries to stabilize Bloom.

A fight endures, and Stella flies behind the man and casts her strongest attack spell. The man moves out of the way. Stella tries to take her spell back, but to no avail; it's heading straight for Bloom, her best friend, with no way to stop it. Both the power of the spell and the power of the impact could kill Bloom in an instant.
