Sup guys? So, where to begin? First off, happy belated Halloween! Ok, now that that's out of the way, I now realize how hard it is making something for the letter Y. Basically I was stumped, but I finally came up with something, so lets-a-go!
I don't own the Mario Bros. or anything else
And this story's coming to an end! Or is it?
Y is for Yoyo
The Bros. were out completing another level in World 7. They were just one world away from rescuing Princess Peach. As they jumped from one fluffy platform to another, Luigi noticed something shiny amidst the clouds. He grinned and made a detour towards the mysterious, shiny object. With a leap, Luigi grabbed the object and landed on a nearby platform. Mario, who had noticed that Luigi was no longer in front of him, took the same route his brother did and landed beside him. "What is that thing, Luigi?" Mario asked, pointing at the object. The green plumber grinned, "I don't know, but whatever it is, it'll make us rich!" Mario stared at it in a distrusting way, "I don't know, Luigi. What if it's cursed?" Luigi rolled his eyes and mocked, "It's not cursed, bro. honestly, you watch too many movies." But the skeptical look on Mario's face showed that he wasn't convinced. Luigi sighed in defeat, "Fine. If it makes you feel better, we'll take it to Peach's Castle. Maybe someone there knows what it is, alright?" Mario grinned in approval and nodded, then jumped to another platform to complete the level. After pocketing the strange object, Luigi followed Mario in hot pursuit.
After rescuing Princess Peach, the three made their way back to the Mushroom Kingdom. During the festivities, Luigi pulled out the object that he found in World 7 and asked, "Does anyone know what this is?" Toadsworth, who was busy munching on cake, took a look at what Luigi was holding. After adjusting his monocle, he stated, "Why, that's the Pipi Yoyo. It's a magical yoyo that can grant any wish, so long as it has pure intentions." Mario and Luigi stared at it in wonder. Peach said wistfully, "Think of what it could do for the kingdom!" Everyone nodded but Toadsworth interjected, "Don't think that's all there is. Just like the Pipi Yoyo grants good wishes, there is another one called the Popo Yoyo, which is the Pipi Yoyo's opposite." Mario and Luigi continued to look at the yoyo in wonder, while everyone else enjoyed the festivities of the Peach's rescue.
In Bowser's Castle…
Bowser slouched on his throne with a bored expression on his face. He sighed loudly, hoping to catch the attention of one of his minions. A Goomba who was passing by asked, "What's wrong with you?" Bowser barely noticed him, but whined, "I'm bored! That's what's wrong with me!" The Goomba rolled his eyes, "Then go somewhere." The Koopa king huffed and crossed his arms, "Don't tell me what to do." The Goomba once again rolled his eyes before walking away. After having an inner tantrum, Bowser yelled, "I'm leaving!" and stormed out of his own castle.
Bowser continued to fume all the way to Dimble Wood, mumbling under his breath every once in a while. During his walk, Bowser stopped to punch a nearby rock wall. He punched it with all his might, leaving a fist-shaped dent in the stone. Laughing triumphantly, Bowser surveyed his work in satisfaction, that is until something hit him on the head. After five minutes of spitting fire did Bowser pick up the object that fell from the sky. "What the heck is this thing?" He wondered while rubbing his head, "Whatever it is, sure isn't soft." As he was about to throw it in a random direction and forget about it, it started shining. Bowser smirked, clutching the object in a vice-like grip, and made his way back to Bowser's Castle.
Bursting the doors open, Bowser yelled, "Listen up, minions! I found something seriously awesome in Dimble Wood, but I don't know what it is. So, do any of you dimwits know what this is?" He held up the shiny object in front of his minions. They all gasped, before one exclaimed, "The Popo Yoyo!" Another asked amazed, "Is it really?" There was a confirmation by another minion as more and more continued to add to the conversation. Finally, one minion called out, "Dude, can I see it?" Bowser held the yoyo close to him yelling, "No, you can't see it! It's mine!" He held it out towards his minions again, "So what does this thing do anyway?" A Paratroopa flew forward, "It grants wishes! But not just any wishes, evil wishes!" Bowser raised an eyebrow, "Is that right? So, I can use this thing to finally beat Mario?" All of the minions nodded, causing Bowser to grin. "Finally." He bellowed, "Victory will be mine!" As Bowser's evil laugh echoed throughout his castle, the Popo Yoyo started to shine brighter…
Lol the suspense. I made up Pipi and Popo only because I couldn't think of any other names. Anyway, I may continue this, but whether as a different story or part of this story remains to be seen. As always, review guys! And sorry I didn't update this last weekend. On another note, for those of you who have Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, where the frack is the third Dreampoint?! I only found two so far, so if any of you know where it is, PM me. Well, bye!
