Stevie's POV

The band and I head to The Palace for some grub. The sandwich was pretty delicious the last time I've been there. Besides, Diego and Martha are pretty legit. I wonder if Arthur will yell at Zander, or something?

Once we enter the karaoke bar, Zander blurts, "Oh. My. Glob."

He runs to a table, and then I notice someone I thought I'd never see again.

"Gravity 5, meet One-Sided Love." Zander says as I look at the four friends. Kevin looks at Ben, and Nelson looks at Griffin skeptically. Kacey takes a look at The Voice, and I look at... the chick that ran into me a few days ago.

Crap.

"You again." I glare at the girl.

"You know Zan-Zan?" she says in her Jersey accent just like I remember it.

"Well, yeah. He's my best friend. How do you know Zander?" I ask her.

"I'm his girlfriend." she says showing me her bracelet. Exactly... Identical... To Zander's.

WHAT!?

"Was his girlfriend." the guy with an afro who I assume is Ben, corrects her.

"Shut up Ben." she spat. Yes. I got it right.

"Not my fault he had to go to Los Angeles." he says.

"Zander, explain." I say.

"Okay, Gravity 5, this is One-Sided Love, my old band. There's Ben, Griffin, The Voice, and Vic." he says pointing to the people. Vic chews her gum and gives us a wave. She smiles at me, but I could see through her smile to see a lie.

"Who's Vic?" I ask Zander hoping she was lying.

"Vic is my ex-girlfriend, musical prodigy, and bass player." he says as he holds up his bracelet.

"Ex-girlfriend? Look baby, you still have the bracelet... I still have the bracelet. We still talk. And since when did we break up?" she asks holding onto Zander's arm. I clench my fists trying to resist slapping her across the face.

"Who's The Voice?" Kacey asks.

"The Voice is the lead singer. Her real name's Willow, but we usually call her TV. Very sparkly, very talented." he says as Kacey inspects TV's outfit.

"TV, scarves are so out of style this year." Kacey says as TV frowns, but then TV just makes a comeback about headbands, and they both smile.

"Who's that Ben guy?" Kevin asks pointing to the afro guy.

"Ben over there is the best friend of Griffin Bing. Ben's a Cyborg Thorn video game enthusiast, and he's also the drummer of OSL. Any more questions?" Zander asks.

"Yeah. Who's that Griffin guy, and why is he dressed like that?" Nelson asks, referring to Griffin's outfit. He's very fancy looking for a teenager. He's sporting a nice crisp suit with neatly combed hair.

"Griffin is the pianist of OSL. He's a gamer, even though he doesn't look like it." Zander explains.

"So who's Nelson?" Griffin asks straightening his tie.

"Pianist of Gravity 5. A Furious Pigeon Enthusiast. Best friends with Kevin Reed." Zander explains.

"Who's Kevin?" Ben asks eyeing Kevin with critism probably running through his mind.

"Drummer of Gravity 5. Also a Furious Pigeon enthusiast. Best friends with Nelson Baxter."

"So who's the Kacey chick?" TV asks.

"Kacey was originally the lead Perf at Brewster-"

"They have Perfs over there too?" Vic asks.

"Yeah. Perfs can be found everywhere, right?" Zander says and they both laugh, ending up with Vic giving me a devious smile.

"Anyways, Kacey was a Perf, but then she got dumped by the Perfs, ending up with us. She's the lead singer of Gravity 5. She's very sparkly, and she cares a lot about social status." Zander explains.

"Hey Zan, who's this girl of yours?" Vic asks chewing her gum with her hand on her hips and the other pointing at me with hatred burning red hot in her eyes. That Jersey accents burning a hole into my skull...

"Stevie Baskara. Musical prodigy and bass player of Gravity 5. She's a bit of a tomboy-"

"Unfortunately... Wait a minute. Stevie Baskara?" she asks.

Does she know me or something?

"Yeah, Stevie Baskara. You deaf?"

"Of course I'm not deaf. But your mother pushed me down the stairs eight years ago!" she yells.

All of a sudden, I remember her now. All of the horrible memories of her bullying me and everything! How could I not remember her?

"Victoria Montesano?"

"I can't believe it's you! You cheated at the pageant you faker! I'm the real prodigy, you liar!" Vic snaps.

"I'm not a cheater-"

"Then why did your mom push me down the stairs?"

"How should I know? I didn't push you! Besides, it's not like you're handicapped." I say, and then I realize everyone's staring.

"Pageant? Cheating? What are you two talking about?" Kacey asks.

"Nothing." we say simultaneously. "At least I didn't bully you into quitting the pageant." I say coldly.

"You stupid girl! You know my first place streak was broken because of you?!"

"Who cares about some stupid pink plastic trophy?" I roll my eyes.

"I do you skunk bag!" she screeches flailing her arms in the air.

"Ladies... What's going on? What's with all the hatred?" Zander asks oblivious to our past.

"Oh nothing. Just having a chat with an old buddy of mine." Vic says as she punches my arm.

"Yeah. Buddy." I say as I punch her arm and she winces in pain.

"We were close back then." she says and punches my arm even harder.

"I know, right?" I say and punch her arm even harder. She lets out a small scream, but she tries to look casual. We both smile like idiots. She attempts to put her arm around me to make us seem close, but I end up slapping it away, and she screams. I smile even bigger.

"Okay... Well, it was nice meeting you guys." I say. Well, most of them were nice to meet. Victoria... She and I don't go along very well.

"Doll, we're not leaving." Vic says. I mentally face palm myself as OSL makes their way back over to their table.

Martha comes over here panting with a notepad in her grasp.

"Sorry it took so long doll. Diego had a mishap. Anyways, let me get you guys a table- OHH! It's Stevie! And she brought... Not Charlie." she frowns.

"Sorry. This guy here is Zander. You can tell?"

Marthsa rolls her eyes and says, "Of course I can tell it's not Charlie! The kid's a son to me and Diego."

"Okay then. Martha, we'd like a table of five." I ask her.

"Sure thing darling!" she smiles and then leads us to a table.

We order our food, and then Gravity 5 have an awkward conversation.

"Do you... Know Vic?" Zander asks as he awkwardly rubs the back of his neck.

"Yeah. We met each other when we were little," I say nonchalantly. "What about you? She's your girlfriend?" I ask him.

"She used to be my girlfriend. We never would've worked out a long distance relationship."

"What about that bracelet of yours?" I ask him. He fidgets with it for a few moments a d then he-

"GRACE!" Nelson screams as he heads over to Grace and... Molly?

Nelson runs over to Grace and gives her a hug. I'm so happy I'm great at listening.

"What are you doing here?" Nelson asks her.

"I did tell you I would be in New York. Say hi Skylar." Grace smiles as Molly gives a shy wave.

Weird...

"Skylar?" he asks.

"I thought her name was Molly?" I blurt. Nelson glares at me, but I just chuckle as I get up from my seat and examine Molly's face.

"Hey. You're not Molly." I say rubbing Molly's forehead expecting concealer to rub off and reveal a scar I accidentally left there in the second grade. In my defense, she should'not have ran while I had scissors in my grasp.

"Charlie and Zander are not the only pair of twins around here." she smiles.

She's very different from Molly, I could see. Instead of the usual sparkly short dress Molly wears, the girl's wearing skinny jeans, converse shoes, and a floral top along with a fedora perched on the top of her head.

"You know about Charlie and Zander?" I ask her skeptically.

"Well, yeah. Molly tells me all about her boyfriend over video chat." Skylar smiles.

"Molly has a boyfriend?" I ask her.

"Yeah. Charlie, right?"

Well, that explains it.

So... A new love triangle may come in the next chapter. Anyone have a guess? I'll give you guys a few snippets of the next chapter, and let's see if you can guess right. You could get something special... Or not.

I know it's wrong to like the queen Perf's sister, especially when she looks EXACTLY like her, but I can't help it.

Is he looking at me? He's so cute! Molly has told me all about him and she said that he is a loser- STOP IT! You're heartbroken! Am I talking to myself?

I thought he liked me? Now he likes her? Oh, what am I thinking? He's a nerd and I'm... me! I can't like him... Can I?
