The 50th was well worth the wait and was the best thing I've ever seen. Ever.
Suddenly the Doctor doubled over and I felt the Cyberplanner coming back. River helped him up and walked him out of the room and down the hall, with me and Idris following.
"Hold on Doctor!" River yelled.
We ended up in a random room with a single chair in it. She helped the doctor into it and clasped the hand and leg restraints on the chair just in time. The Doctor suddenly jerked and gasped. He dropped his head and lay gasping then looked up and smiled.
"So," said the Cyber-Planner, "you've realized what you are?" he didn't wait for an answer. "Well, it took you long enough. Humans are so slow. But I bet you didn't realize something." he leaned as close as he could to me. "You and I are the same." I stepped back with a horrified expression.
"No, we're not!"
"Oh, but we are, you've stolen a body, and so have I!" he leaned back like he had won something.
"She didn't do it out of malice!" Idris had finally spoken up.
The Cyber-Planner looked up at her and surprise flashed across his face. "Idris! Hello there! How have you been?"
"Shut it." she snapped at him. "You are wrong."
"Am I?" mock surprise light up his features.
"You forced yourself into a body that is not yours. You subdued the living being that was once in that body. SHE had no say in the matter! She was forced!"
"And do you know who did it?" he asked
"No."
"Look at me. Do you know who did it?"
She looked straight at him and her eyes scanned his face, like there was a hidden message there. She suddenly gasped and stumbled backwards. "No…" she murmured.
"Oh yes!" he cheered gleefully.
"What? Who did this to me?" I yelled.
In a second, River and Idris locked eyes and the same horrified expression flashed onto River's face. She tried to get to the Cyberman before he said anything, but she had realized too late.
"You know who did it Kate? Who forced Time into your helpless body? You're precious Doctor."
After that, I'm pretty sure I passed out.
