I OWN NOTHING!
Chapter 8: The Wedding Day!
Hikaru's POV
"Oh, my goodness." I say as I brush my hair. I look at the clock, 7 am. Today's the day. Kyoya and I are getting married. I'll get to be with him forever! I squeal with excitement as I call Madoka's cell phone.
"Hikaru!" Madoka sings. "Do you know what day it is?!"
"It's Marrying day!" We both laugh and she says she'll be over soon.
I pick up a picture of my mom and look at it.
"Wish you and Dad were here to see this but…" I sigh and place the picture down next to the one of Kyoya making a funny face with me.
I wait a couple more minutes for Madoka to arrive and we squeal as we enter my apartment. We start to eat breakfast but I'm too excited to eat. I drink part of a water bottle and then we start on make-up.
"This is so exciting!" Madoka sings as she does my eye shadow. She finishes in under thirty minutes and I turn around.
"I did hair too." She clasps her hands together and waits for my comments.
My hair is brushed and down with beautiful curls that frame my face. My foundation and all that stuff is perfect and compliments my skin tone. My eyes are framed lightly by eye liner with a light curve up that gives a fairy look to my eyes. The eye shadow is a silver sparkle that brings out the blue in my eyes. My lips are are a light reddish pink and my blush adds to the redness of the actual on.
"Madoka!" I say as I turn and hug her. I quickly do her make-up and hair before we notice the time.
"Dresses!" Madoka says with another squeal. We both go to my room where our dresses lay on my bed.
Madoka's is a blue, the same color as my hair, with a set of silver bows on the sides. The sleeves are off the shoulders and are silver also.
My dress is breath-taking to me. Madoka says that means Kyoya's going to die when he sees me.
My dress is a strapless, poofy white dress that puts others to shame. The bodice of the dress is formfitting until you hit the waist. It poofs out like a princess dress and the skirt has a ton of ruffles in it. A small white jacket, much like the one Madoka wears every day, goes on with long white arm bands and fingerless gloves. The shoes, for us both, are flats. I put my Bey gear with my dress…it was something Kyoya and I agreed on.
"Let's do this." We slip on the dresses and zip the other one up. We look in the mirror quickly before gathering our things and leaving. As Madoka drives us to the wedding, I can't help but giggle, thinking of all we've been through.
Kyoya's POV
"Kyoya Pal!" Benkei cries. "Today's the day!" I walk out of the bathroom, wearing only a pair of pants.
"I know, Benkei." The words come out garbled, thanks to the toothbrush in my mouth. As Benkei continues his speech, I finish brushing my teeth and walk over to the bed. I've got half an hour to get to the wedding. I start putting the shirt on and buttoning up the light blue button-down. It's short-sleeved with a sleeve-less, black jacket. I've still got my blader gloves on and I slide my gear around my waist.
"Kyoya, you look amazing!" I look in the mirror. Light blue shirt with black jacket and pants. My boots and my gear on…I normally don't care but…Hikaru said she wanted me to look nice. At least, I think she said that. Madoka told me that she said it but I think it really was Madoka.
"Come on, Benkei." I throw the silver tie around my shoulders and we head out.
I drive the car to keep my mind clear and focused.
We arrive at the wedding place and I can't help but notice all the detail Madoka and Gingka put into this. I thought with Gingka helping, it would be really cheesy hamburgers everywhere and beys galore.
"This is amazing!" I mutter. I catch a glimpse of Madoka and start to see Hikaru when Gingka stops me.
"Don't you know it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding starts?!" Masamune comes up also and the two of them lead me away.
I take notice of the details. Hikaru wanted a wedding at a gazebo with decorations all around. Well, she got her wish. The white gazebo looks freshly painted with silver and blue ribbons and décor everywhere. The chairs have fancy covers of blue with silver bows. There are roses petals covering the aisle way.
I meet up with the other boys and they crack some jokes. Soon enough, it's time for the ceremony.
"Are you nervous?" Masamune asks before Gingka nudges him hard. I smile at this but it fades when Hikaru comes into view. Her dress is stunning to say the least. It's beautiful on her and she looks like a princess.
"Hi there…" I whisper. She giggles.
"Hi." The Pastor starts the ceremony and soon we get to the vows. I wait until he's done with me repeating him and I look into Hikaru's gorgeous blue eyes. I slide the ring on her finger and say: I do!
Hikaru does the same but instead throws her head back and yells the words: I DO! Everyone laughs and the Pastor finishes with: You may kiss the bride. I grab Hikaru by the waist and dip her while we lock lips.
We stop after hearing a wolf whistle from Yu and Tithi. They smile with Dynamis shaking his head next to them.
"May I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Kyoya Tategami!" Everyone cheers as I pull Hikaru in for another kiss.
The reception passes in a blur and soon, Hikaru and I are in the car, driving away for our honeymoon.
"I love you, Kyoya Tategami!"
"I love you, Hikaru Tategami!" I quickly kiss her and continue driving. I can say with assurance…this has been the best two weeks of my life!
Thanks for reading! I was so psyched to write this chapter as it is the end of Forgotten. I'm sad that it's the end but I think I ended it well. This was kinda a bonus chapter and wasn't planned until I finished chapter 7. I figured I'd have a riot on my hands if I didn't write this chapter.
I based the wedding off of ones here in the US. So if it wasn't like the ones in Japan, you know why. It was also based off of my idea of wedding. Hikaru's dress and the wedding décor are what I want at my wedding.
So thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed the entire journey. Till the Next story: TTYL!
