Hello guys! Here is your next chapter! Sorry this took so long to get out, but like I've explained in my new crossover story, 'I'm a what?' I've been really sick and better then sick again, plus with all the holidays I've been busy and with schoolwork too. Ick.

But anyhow, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter!

The next few days seemed to pass quickly as 'Allen' 'recovered'. Lavi and Bookman spent most of their time in the library, trying to translate what Vincent figured to be children's stories and a few more scientific books and journals(Found by Lavi, rather than Bookman).

Komui seemed almost like a little kid on Christmas when he found the labs, poking his nose everywhere, that fact made Vincent pleased that he had hidden, or stashed away in his bag the more important items, recipes, and such.

Vincent himself though, spent most of his time out on the mountain, 'scouting' he told them, 'trying to get used to my new body, it's still odd.' He lied.

Kanda and Bookman seemed to be the only ones weary of him. Kanda, though, mostly spent his time in the training rooms deep under ShinraMansion, ignoring Vincent as he used to ignore Allen.

Bookman, on the other hand, was much more observant, picking up the things that Vincent did, that Allen hadn't.

The way he walked, silently, like a predator closing in on its prey, the way he liked to lean against walls instead of sitting down. The way he treated his left arm differently, though, Vincent treated it differently than when he had his old gauntlet. How Vincent tilted or turned his head slightly towards whoever was talking at the time, the look in his crimson eyes when he thought no one was looking. The fact that Vincent preferred to hide his face in the neck of his cloak, rather than smile at everyone like Allen used to.

Finally the day came that they were going to leave and everything that they owned, plus a few books from the mansion that Bookman and Lavi both wanted, was packed up and the five set out early one morning.

Unlike the day that they had arrived, it wasn't snowing, but the clouds above them seemed ready to rain down onto them as Bookman and Kanda walked ahead of everyone, Lavi following not too far behind with Komui, while Vincent hung back, glancing once more at ShinraMansion, he turned his attention back to the road in front of him.

The walk to the train station the next town over didn't take as long as the trek to Ningues had.

Komui had fallen asleep on the train almost immediately while Lavi and Bookman had both stuck their noses into the books that they had taken from ShinraMansion, and Kanda sat alone as always.

Vincent had taken a seat away from everyone else as well, looking out the window his thoughts drifted around, going from moments and memories from his previous life as to moments and memories of his current life.

Sighing silently, deeply, Vincent closed his eyes. Frowning when his attempts to talk to Chaos was denied, as they had been every time before that the Gunner had attempted to talk to the demon after his memories had returned.

The time passed rather slowly in Vincent's opinion, as the train rushed past forests and clearings and rivers, through mountains and tunnels. The ride back to the train station that they would take back to the town nearest the Order was roughly a three day trip.

It was on the second day, when Bookman had gone to sleep and Kanda was napping as well, and Komui was boredly reading a book, that Lavi seated himself across from Vincent, who had hardly moved from his spot, only to use the restroom or to get something to eat.

Vincent glanced at Lavi and raised an eyebrow. "May I help you?" He asked.

"I know who you are, and what you were." Lavi stated in an undertone, a smirk on the red-head's lips as Vincent's crimson eyes widened slightly before he frowned.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Vincent lied smoothly, causing Lavi to roll his eyes before he spoke in the language Vincent recognized instantly as the language that the Turks had created so that no one but another Turk would understand them when they were talking about a high class mission or something else.

"C'mon Vince… Once a Turk, always a Turk. You know that." Lavi smirked at him. Vincent raised an eyebrow slightly at seeing the playfulness in the red-head's eyes.

"And who might have you been..? Tseng? Veld? Legend?" Vincent asked wearily, swapping his own language to the Turks' language, tugging his coat closer to his body, even though he was certain that he already knew who the Ex-Turk in front of him was.

"C'mon yo, I thought that'd be obvious!" Lavi whined slightly, "Just because I don't have my tattoos or Mako eyes anymore, don't mean I've changed a lot, yo!"

"Reno." Vincent said simply, eyeing Lavi amusedly, who grinned widely at him.

"'bout time yo!" The red-head chirped happily. "I was waiting for you to notice, ever since Chaos reentered your body, yo." Lavi winced at the thought, "That must 'ave hurt…"

"It did…" Vincent muttered, his crimson eyes meeting Lavi… No… Reno's green one.

"How long have you remembered? And how long have you known who I am?" Vincent asked quietly, curiously. Wondering how long the red-haired Turk had known it was him, that Allen had been Vincent reincarnated.

"Since like, forever yo, for the first question, anyways. And for the second, only after the dark cloud popped up out of nowhere while ya were changing back." Reno shrugged, crossing a leg over the other almost lazily as he glanced out of the train window for a moment before turning his attention back to Vincent. "I'm guessin' you only remembered after the accident at Boss-Man's mansion?"

Vincent nodded, confirming Reno's suspicion.

"What actually happened?" Reno asked curiously, his eye looking at the crimson eyed man in what could only be a Turk's curiosity. "And don't tell me that bullshit story ya gave Komui, points on the good actin' though." Reno grinned, "I have no doubts anymor' that you were a Turk, probably a damn good one at that. Ya should've heard Veld goin' on and on 'bout ya, yo."

"The thing that the Noah were after, was Chaos' Summon Materia." Vincent started, his lips twitching upwards in amusement at the mention of his Ex-Partner. "I found it just before an Akuma ambushed me, apparently they weren't able to pick it up, but I was, I pushed the Materia into my chest, and now Chaos and the other demons live inside of me once more." Vincent suppressed a grimace.

"Poor Chaos." Reno teased, smirking at seeing the glare Vincent gave him as he pulled two bottles out of his pockets, handing one to Vincent, Reno popped off the top of his and took a swig as he asked, "So how is everythin', yo? I can tell that your body didn't 'xactly change back 'pletely."

"It's… different… It's strange, but I'm getting used to it… Those, 'scouting' trips, well… I was checking out the mountain again, and getting used to this body again." Vincent muttered, eyeing his own drink for a moment before he pulled the top off, but didn't drink as Reno took another sip of his.

"So… A Bookman?" Vincent asked, raising an eyebrow. Reno nodded.

"Yeah, best way to collect information about how the Planet has gotten to how it is today… But even Gramps doesn't know much, not that I've ever actually asked him though, but, seeing his reaction to the ShinraMansion's basement… I can only assume that he doesn't know anything about back then, yo." Reno sighed, one eye glancing down at his drink. "My turn. You date anyone after ya woke up? I 'sed to hear a lot of rumors, yo."

Vincent shook his head, thoughts drifting briefly to a certain blonde before he replied. "The only person I ever dated, even if it was a secret, was Lucretia…" He said quietly, his crimson eyes looking out the window again.

"So you and Chocobo weren't in a relationship?"Reno asked curiously, frowning.

Vincent shook his head, tearing his gaze from the window to look at Reno again. "No… Cloud wanted one, and so did I… But…" Vincent looked down, "I carried too many sins… I didn't want to taint Cloud more than what he had been…"

Reno nodded in understanding, taking a sip of his drink, grimacing this time. Noticing Vincent's confused look he explained. "Root beer, hopin' it was actual beer but it isn't and Gramps won't let me have actual beer 'til I'm of age." Reno rolled his eyes, "If only he knew that his future successor is older than 'im…" Reno snickered.

"Only mentally, Reno. And I even doubt that." Vincent smirked from behind his bottle, glancing at the appalled red-head.

Reno scowled at Vincent, taking a sip of his own drink, looking stubbornly away from the Ex-Turk.

"So… You and Rufus…" Vincent started, staring down at his glass. "I heard rumors… Were any of them true?"

"Depends on the rumor, yo."Reno huffed, looking back at the black-haired Ex-Turk.

Vincent glanced up from his glass and looked amusedly at the red-haired Turk. "That you two were together." He said bluntly.

"Well…" Reno smirked, leaning back in his chair. "I'll have to say that that rumor was true…" Reno sighed, thinking back on all the times that him and 'Boss' were together. "Great times, yo… Wish Boss-Man was still here… Yo…"

"Could you imagine Rufus meeting Kanda?" Vincent smiled amusedly while Reno, who had decided to take a sip of his drink, spat the liquid out and onto the seat across from him, thankfully missing Vincent, and started laughing almost hysterically.

The mentioned samurai woke up and turned around in his seat to glare at Vincent and the laughing red-head. "Shut up, Usagi." He hissed darkly, angry that he had been woken up from a peaceful nap.

"Sorry Yuu-chan!" Reno replied in his cheerful 'Lavi' tone, waving brightly at the pissed off Kanda, whose hand twitched towards Mugen, which was tucked into his belt as the long-haired man stood up.

"What did you just call me?" Kanda snarled, his hand gripping Mugen's hilt as the train gave a sudden lurch, nearly knocking the samurai off his feet, and effectively waking the other two.

Komui's head snapped up and he pushed his glasses up, looking around quickly, eyes widen as Bookman's eyes opened and he glanced around wearily, tucking his hand into his long sleeves, gripping the needles inside as a childish, girly voice giggled loudly, coming from outside the train.

"You've got something we want, Exorcists, so come and play with us!" Road Kamelot called out, swinging the Earl's umbrella, Lero, around happily. "I want to play with you again, Allen!"

And that's the chapter! Yes, I ended it with a cliffhanger, but hopefully I'll have the next chapter out within the month this time!

So, until then.
