Sadly, Kevin was unable to fulfill that promise, the funeral was two weeks later. Eddward refused to go instead curled up on the couch waiting for Kelly to get dropped off from school by Nat, Edd had yet to go back to work. Eddy called every day for check ups, and even Ed had visted, Nat was the most active towards Kelly and Edd, constantly at the house trying to keep the cheer up, but the knot in Edd's chest refused to calm, he knew it wouldn't anytime soon either. He just missed Kevin dearly. He and Kelly planned on visting him today, he knew Kelly was starting to understand the situation. It pained him but she insisted, though maybe the visit would do him some good as well... hopefully.

I found some time between everything I've been busy with to sit down and write several chapters for you guys, I'm really sorry for the delay but college life has been super busy, but I will try my best to finish this up!
