Everything Has A Beginning

What's sexier than a woman with a toned body, clear, soft skin, a pretty face, a seductive voice, and pink hair? Well, nothing, because that is definition of sexy. At least, it is if you ask Naruto. Also, if you ask Naruto, what's the definition of a perfect dream? It would be the one he's currently in the middle of. His favorite dream. The one where Sakura, his girlfriend, was slowly removing her clothes from her body. Where she crept unto Naruto's bed. The one where she sits on top of him, grabs a hold of him, and slides his- ... of course the alarm rings.

Naruto jumped awake and scowled at the alarm through his half open eyelids. "It's always that dumbass alarm!" Being interrupted from his fantasy, Naruto jabbed the alarm clock to quiet the ear piercing ringing in his room. Looking around, he realized how much junk his room was filled with. He'd clean that up later, he thought to himself. He wouldn't. He never did. Naruto got out of his bed and headed towards the bathroom for his usual morning routine. He lived by himself, in a one bedroom apartment with its expenses paid by an unknown source. Good, keep paying, he always thought.

"Hm ... five a.m … the hell," he mumbled to himself. He dressed in his best clothes the 98 cent store could buy. Black, hole riddled jeans, dingy white T-shirt, unbuttoned black dress shirt (mainly because of missing buttons), sneakers that used to be white, and finished off with a black Kyuubi hat. No book bag. He stood in the kitchen, looking hungrily at the empty unopened refrigerator. "Whatever".

Deciding to skip breakfast, he hurried out the door with a dreary expression. Somehow, he could feel that today would be a troubling day. "I need something to eat," he said as he headed toward a closed food ramen stand.

He searched deep in his pocket for a bobby pen to break the lock on the door. Naruto hoped that the owners had some sort of edible food in the stand. Before he could get the pen out of his pocket, he noticed something out of the ordinary.

On a street corner to the right of him stood the silhouette of a person, blacked out by a street lamp. Naruto crouched there on the other side of the stand and watched the individual for a few moments before someone new walked up. The two extended hands with one man looking around, seemingly watching out for any unwanted attention.

When the newer person left, Naruto realized that in order to get to school, he'd need to get pass that corner. "Fuck it." Naruto jogged to the sidewalk and hurried to walk at an ordinary pace. Naruto believed he passed the guy without incident just when the stranger called out to him.

"Hey!"

Naruto stopped and looked back at the man.

The man repeated, "Hey you. Come over here."

Naruto scrapped the tip of his sneaker on the sidewalk, contemplating whether he could outrun the guy or not. Or, it could be nothing and he's simply over thinking. Maybe the man is lost? He walked up to him, making sure he looked over the stranger for any sudden movements. He learned over the years of his petty crimes to look for openings and exits in case of an ambush.

The man looked Naruto up and down and spoke with a hushed tone.

"Hey, what's up?"

Naruto responded with a cautious, "Whats up," before looking the stranger over. He noticed that he himself being of average height, he was slightly shorter then the man. Couple inches taller, he thought. The man leaned slightly to the right with his facial features being indistinguishable because of the dim street light. His glare was positioned directly at Naruto.

"You want something," he asked.

Naruto hadn't a clue what he was talking about. He decided to pretend to understand. "What you got?"

The stranger answered quickly. "You smoke," he asked straight-faced.

Naruto, being surprised by the strange comment hesitated. He had taught himself how to answer a question like that, attending the school he goes too. "Not really. It clouds my thoughts."

"I got dime bags. 20 dollars a bag. It's called New Trouble.

"New Trouble? What's that? It sounds weird," Naruto tried unsuccessfully to not look effected by the uncomfortableness of the situation. Sharing a few words with this person, he could tell that the stranger was around his age.

"It's strong man, I think you'll like it," responded the stranger.

"Nah, I don't think so. I'm kinda broke right now anyway."

The stranger thought for awhile before asking Naruto the reason his financial struggles. The orange haired teen decided to respond sarcastically, "...an anniversary with my lady friend. Last month I bought her an expensive necklace. Emptied my pockets, bro."

The teen in front of him looked up at the sky for just a moment and returned his gaze to Naruto. "Well, how about we have a little uh, meeting tomorrow. I'll find a way you can get some money".

Naruto was taken aback by this suggestion. Was this guy making a pass at him? "Hey, whoa, man I'm not a, uh, I mean I don't, like, that's not my thing," he said, stumbling over his words. The stranger shook his head and said, "No, no, no, dude. Not that way, I just know some ways you can make cash". A smile appeared on Naruto's face, the teen realized he'll be late to school if he stayed any longer. "I really got to go, I'm sorry," he hastily said. Anything to get away from this awkward conversation.

"Alright bro, come back when you got something. I'll be here."

"Yeah," Naruto quickly turned around and headed towards the school. The drug dealer called back and said, "Oh, I almost forgot to ask you your name. Mine is Shino." The blond gave his name fast before returning to his path. He walked a short distance until he heard shouting. Looking over his shoulder he saw the drug dealer being dragged into a nearby alley. He contemplated helping him but changed his mind and preceded to continue walking.

"Help!", the man cried out before his screams became muffled.

This made Naruto run to the alleyway opening and saw two men stomping and kicking Shino. "Hey! Leave that guy alone," he shouted at them.

"Man, who the hell are you," asked one of them.

"That's not important. Stop what your doing and leave." Naruto had their full attention now as they stopped attacking Shino. One of them pulled out a gun from his jacket. Then, one of them ran towards Naruto and struck him, causing him to fall on the ground. They now continued their onslaught on him. Naruto tried numerous, unsuccessful attempts to break free from his attackers.

Feeling the blows, he cradled his body to try and defend himself from the strikes. The attackers stopped, looked up, and ran from the alley. Seconds later, three new men ran into the alley, one assisting Shino, one cursing the fleeing attackers, and the final man helping Naruto to his feet. "Are you alright," the guy asked.

Naruto felt blood trickle from his forehead down to his nose before responding. "Yeah. I'm fine. Who were they?"

"The Dauntaun Akkis," answered one. "Downtown Demons? But, we're in Setsu 8, I thought those Knight guys run this area," Naruto asked.

"We do," replied one. The supposed leader of the group asked Naruto his name. He answered and the "leader" gave him theirs. "I'm Iruka, that ditz behind you is Sai, that one is Shino and this is Shika-" he was interrupted. The one who didn't want his name told, quieted Iruka with a firm "No," and walked past them. Sai ended the silence, I'm not rushing you or anything but, doesn't your school start in a couple of minutes?" Realizing his tardiness. Naruto nodded towards the two and hurried to school.

Naruto was walking down the hallway to see the usual faces of a high school. The jocks, goths, cheerleaders, nerds, cool kids, class clowns, bad boys, burn-outs, average Joe's, like a regular stereotypical high school from those movies he watches. Except, there's no girls throwing themselves at him, or worse, even friends.

He was never sure where he fit in at. While going through his locker, he spotted Sakura, his girlfriend of two months. Although they never had any sexual experiences, he felt they were at most, close to one another. She was the only person who understood him, he felt.

Whilst looking over her figure, someone stepped in front off his view. Moving back, he confronted the person in his way. Rock Lee.

Lee was Naruto's only friend since fifth grade and the two has been through a lot together.

Lee stared at Sakura's breasts and whispered to Naruto, "Have you too broken up yet, my friend?"

"No! Will you stop asking that?"

"Come onnnn. She's so ... intriguing,"

"Keep going Lee. Say one more thing 'bout my girl and I'm going to make a noose. Just for you buddy."

Lee was shocked by this statement. Naruto was kidding but there must be some truth to words, right? "Wow, okay. Lets get to class then," Lee said carefully.

Picking their seats in the back, left corner of the room, Naruto rested his head down on the desk. He quickly fell back into his dream from earlier this morning.

"My Sakura ... go slower baby-," a voice awoke him.

"...Shikamaru! Sit over here!"

Naruto's head snapped up. "Ow," he said.

Rubbing his neck, he looked around the room. As he did so, Shikamaru seemed like he was walking directly towards Naruto. As Shikamaru closed in, Naruto began to become nervous and sweat. "Is it? No. It doesn't seem like him." Shikamaru sat down in the seat in front of him.

"Shika … maru?"
