I don't own the Legend of Korra

"What do you mean Mom is in trouble?" Ardea asked her sister who was paler than normal. Mizuki sighed and looked at her sister with her blue eyes that matched her Mother's.

"What I mean is that Mom is in trouble. That guy that Mom is fighting wants to get four kids that symbolize those four elements from the most powerful families. We just so happen to be at the top of that list. But, he doesn't know where we are which I don't know how since-"

"Mako!" A loud scream was heard. Everyone turned around and saw Asami, her black hair messy and her green eyes full of worry.

"Aunt Asami, what are you doing here?" Ardea asked, looking at her Aunt with worry. Ardea's forehead crinkled as she continued to look at her Aunt.

"Don't tell me, it's about Akatsuki, right?" Mizuki asked. Asami looked at her youngest niece and nodded, her eyes widening.

"Kiki, how…how did you know that?" Her Aunt asked her. Mizuki sighed letting her brown fall in her face. She was scared to tell everyone about her dream. She was scared to tell everyone that her mother could be facing her death. She was scared to tell that her cousin and her aunt like figure were in grave danger…and that her sister and she were in danger as well.

"Kiki, tell your Aunt how you knew that." Her father told her. Mizuki hesitated, but then she took a deep breath and looked at her older sister for support. Her sister smiled at and grabbed ahold of her hand.

"I-I had a dream…I had a dream that Mommy was captured and the guy she was fighting, and also Aunt Jinora and…and Akatsuki. That's what I was trying to tell you!" Mizuki explained. Everyone looked at her, their eyes wide.

"Asami!" They heard Bolin call. Mizuki looked down on the floor and shook her head.

"I'm sorry." Mizuki mumbled.

Bolin now stood in the igloo and looked around. He didn't know what was going on, but he knew that one of his sons was missing.

"Did you find out where Akatsuki is?" Bolin asked. His green eyes were full of worry and his usually well-kept black hair was wild.

"Republic City." Mizuki whispered quietly. Ardea tightened the grip on her sister's hand and looked at her sister.

"What was that, Kiki?" Ardea asked.

"Republic City, Akatsuki is in Republic City!" Mizuki told her. Ardea looked at her sister like she was crazy. How would her little sister know where Republic City was? Or even knew what it looked like. After all, the last time her sister was there was when they were departing to leave to the North Pole, and that was when she was just five months old. Her little sister wouldn't even know what it looked like, she would just know snow, ice, and water, since that is was she grew up with.

"How would you know it was Republic City though, Kiki?" Asami asked her niece.

"I just know! I know, I saw Mommy, I saw her in the old apartment that we had. I saw all of the furniture burning, and Mommy was being held captive…she might even die…and I saw Jinora and Akatsuki there too! And I saw a man…he wanted kids from the most powerful families! And the last two are us!" Mizuki explained. The adults and her sister were looking at her like she was crazy. After all, she was the youngest in the room. Sighing, Mizuki looked around the igloo that she shared with her sister. She never understood why whenever someone that was younger they never really listened to them, but as soon as an adult came along, they would listen to them with full intent, annoying…really annoying.

"You guys don't believe me, do you?" Mizuki asked. They are all shook their heads and Mizuki sighed. "Let me all explain it to you." Now, the tiny six year old was teaching people how to understand her crazy dream.

"Let us go!" Jinora screamed. She hardly ever raised her voice, but this was getting on her last nerve. The chains were digging into her wrists, causing them to get cut up. Jinora's once neat side bun was now loose and falling out, showing just how long her hair was, though it was longer. Even though she had gotten her Air-Nomad tattoos at a young age, and had her hair shaved off, it was still long since she started growing it out immediately, only shaving it to show a little bit of her arrow on her head, just like the Air Avatar did, Avatar Yangchen, and how other female Air Nomads.

"Don't raise your voice, young Air-bender; it isn't like your people to do that." Nazar told her, his unmasked face holding a smile. Unlike Amon, Nazar kept his face uncovered, allowing everyone to see his identity. I was really weird and stupid of him, but he did.

Jinora huffed and fell silent. Her father told her to meditate daily, meditate daily…that was the only thing to do at a time like this wasn't it? To meditate, and just take a deep breath and try not to worry about things like what Nazar was planning to do with her, and the Sato boy. Taking a deep breath, Jinora closed her eyes and began to just drift. Even though it wasn't the most comfortable way to meditate, it was still something; it might not even be meditating. Akatsuki saw the older girl and began to blush. How he thought Jinora was a beautiful girl, even though he was out of her league, and she had a boyfriend who she helped hide away. He had always had a small crush on Jinora, even though she was much older. He didn't know why, but he liked that she was able to read almost anything and she just always had a book in front of her. Though, seeing her like this made her look vulnerable. She was not the girl who he knew. Instead, she was slumped over, her long brown hair over her face. She was doing something, but he didn't know what? Was it something to bust them out of here or something? Was it something to help his Aunt escape and go back to her family, back in the South Pole?

Snow, ice, water…that has been his life the last several years, he looked after his younger siblings and made sure they weren't causing too much trouble. That was the role that he had come to terms with. His little sister was already a wonderful Earth-bender, even though she was still young. Why hasn't Nazar picked her? Oh, right, because he interfered with her kidnapping. He had made them take him instead of her. He took the sacrifice to go in his sister's place. He remembered how scared she looked as she was forced to go back to their parents. She kept telling him that she wasn't leaving him, that she would get their parents and everything will be better, and that they can live easily. But, that wasn't going to happen. He knew what these men were going to do. If they didn't have who they wanted, they simply took them from their homes when they were sleeping. Instead, he shoved his sister to go back to their parents. He told the men that he would go in his sister's place since she was still too young.

It was a hard decision, but it had to be done. He was the oldest; he was the one that was supposed to be looking after his siblings' well-being. Ardea was lucky; she only had Mizuki to take care of. But, the two daughters of the Avatar and his Uncle were restless, and wanted adventure. Even though his dear young cousin had matured once her little sister was born, and had grown more protective over her, the little girl still had a knack for getting into trouble. And, whenever her little sister is involved…then…it was always Ardea's business. Always, the sisters were a duo, they did everything together. It was just something that they were. Always with each other, never separated, that was how it should be with family. His Uncle's family was tight and they tried to do activities, but there was always one picture missing. His dear Aunt Korra, he had finally seen her, but she was not how he remembered her. She was beaten down now, scars all over her face and arms. And, she didn't hold the laughter and the joy that spread throughout everyone. She looked…unhopeful…like she lost all of it.

Was that how war was? Was it really that depressing? Could he really take away everything that you hold dear and beat it out of you? He just hoped this war would end soon.

Um…hi guys, it's been a while hasn't it? –Begins to hide behind a couch- PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! Okay, I know, short update. Everyone was probably expected something with eight pages…nope, I'm sorry I disappointed you, but, I just wanted to update since I was running into seven long months of being absent. I know, everyone probably thought that I abandoned the story, but I didn't! I couldn't do that until this is finished! So, yeah, I haven't been updating…well, school let out a month ago and I've been busy being forever alone, so yeah. Let's just say I was in the corner for the most part just talking to myself.

So, we saw Akatsuki and Jinora in this chapter! And a little bit of our not so planned out villain! DUN DUN DUN! We also saw more Bolin and Asami! I don't really ship BoSami anymore, BUT, for the sake of this fic, I will keep their love going!

Also, I am thinking about merging one of the BoSami kids together. Bishamon and Arashi, yes I know, but I need to have their ages make sense…a little bit, and I am also thinking about cutting down on Akatsuki's age. This will all be fixed by the time I actually feel like revising this story! So, yeah, it's just the ages have been bugging me…and I really hate that I didn't think them out clearly! So, now I am off to bed, I was staying up all night just typing this…I am really tired now!

Now, I can't wait for Book 2! I mean, it is going to be great!
