A.N: I know this chapter is a little short, but I really wanted to post it. This chapter, as the title suggests, takes place from the perspective of Ash/Lisa, our hot (pun intended) female protagonist. This chapter also gives us a bit of a physical description of Oz/Hall. No fighting yet, but trust me when I say that the Reptile fight is next chapter.

Disclaimer: I only own Ash and Oz.

Enjoy!

Johnny Cage, actor "extraordinaire", waved off the old man and began walking to the dining room, with everyone else except the blonde woman and the guy in the trenchcoat and mask following suit. I hate guys like Cage. Assholes who can't take no for an answer. My mind briefly flashed back to the "incident". I cleared my head and walked to the two remaining combatants. "-you okay?" he asked her as I approached. As Cage implied by the terms he used when referring to him, he was British. His accent was clear as day. He had short, somewhat messy dark brown hair and green eyes. He was relatively short, approximately 5'10' or 5'11'. He was also surprisingly skinny. It made me wonder why he was even here. Then again, he did somehow make Johnny Cage slap himself without so much as blinking, let alone laying a hand on him...

The blonde woman nodded. "I'm fine. Thanks for helping me get rid of that annoying actor. I do have one question, though..." She was about the same height, but, humorously, had more muscle than him, most likely because of her Special Forces training. The man smiled and nodded. "Ask away."

I cleared my throat, making my presence known. Both of the other combatants looked at me. "I saw what you did to Cage. Nice job." He grinned. "Thanks. I always like helping people. It's what I do back home." That got my attention. "So you're a vigilante to, huh?" He nodded. "Yeah. With what I've been through and my powers, it was the only logical thing I could do." "Powers?" the woman spoke up. He nodded again. "I'm a psychic." "A psychic?" she scoffed. "Like you can see the future?" The Brit shook his head. "Not like those con artists, no. I'm a real psychic. I can read minds, use telepathy, teleport short distances, create illusions, stuff like that. I also have some telekinetic abilities," he said. That last part answered a lot. It's how he made Cage beat the crap out of himself. It's also most likely the reason he was here. His unimposing figure was a perfect disguise for the unsuspecting asshole, making his opponents underestimate him. Kinda like me.

"So, you mentioned you're a vigilante as well?" the man asked. I snapped out of my thoughts and nodded, extending my hand. "Yeah. The name's Ash." He shook it. "Oz. Pleasure to meet you." To my pleasant surprise, he seemed to mean it. The blonde woman shook my hand next. "Sonya Blade." I smirked. "Nice name." She nodded her thanks. Oz looked at both of us and clasped his hands together. "Well, I'm starving, so I'm going to the mess to get something to eat. I'll see you around Ash, Ms. Blade." He waved and walked away. Sonya nodded at me and followed. I looked at the stage one last time. "Yep... See you around..."
