AN: Sorry for this taking so long. I've been dealing with a lot of issues with my family members being in and out of hospital as well as my muse battling me on every issue. I finally found my rhythm though. I hope you enjoy this chapter and I hope I can have another up soon.

A couple months later, Olivia is back on duty, but is restricted to the desk as she's showing and Cragen refused having her in the field as it was dangerous for the baby. Olivia and Elliot found out a few weeks ago that their baby was a girl. They had argued and made lists about names, but nothing clicked for them.

While at their appointment, they ran into Erica again and she had gotten in touch with her parents after all this time to let them know that they were going to have a grandchild. Olivia thought back to that day.

They met at the diner again and enjoyed a lunch together. Olivia looked at Erica as she was just starting to show and she seemed a little happier and definitely had the pregnancy glow about her.

"So, I finally called my parents or, rather, they called me. They said that it was stupid what they did and decided that they wanted to be there for me. I told them about the baby and they were so happy, but I told them it's going to be a long process for me to trust them again and they understand that."

"I'm so glad," Olivia said as she dipped her fries into the mix of mayonnaise and ketchup. Erica made a face.

"Don't ask," Elliot said, "The cravings get worse. The weirdest is apples and pizza."

Erica crinkled her nose at this.

"I hope that doesn't happen to me. The weirdest thing I've ever craved was Mongolian barbeque pork and I hate that!"

They all laughed at this revelation. Olivia felt the baby kick again and put her hand where the kick had happened. She rubbed her belly to calm the baby.

"Does that feel weird?"

Olivia looked at Erica. She smiled.

"The first time I felt her, it felt like butterflies in my belly. Then it happened again. I've come to love her moving around except when she likes to kick my kidneys and bladder. It's like her own personal soccer field."

"I worry how this one is going to turn out sometimes. I worry he'll resent not having a dad while other little kids do. I worry that I won't be able to give him everything his heart desires."

"Oh," Olivia said as she reached out and took Erica's hand, "I worry for her every day. Every time I walk out the door and every time I'm sitting at the precinct. I worry whether I'd be able to be there for her and being a good mother, but you'll have help. Elliot and I and your parents, we're all here for you. You can call any of us, day or night."

"It's just I wish Nate could be here to meet him. I wish he could tell me I'm going to be a good mother and we'll be fine and nothing is going to go wrong. I want his support and I want his arms around me. There's so much he'll never get to experience. His first breath, his first step, his first word, his first car, his first heartbreak, he'll never experience any of this with his child. I will make sure that he knows his daddy though."

"That's all you can do at this moment," Elliot said, "He will have people who love him and care for him and would do anything for him and he will know that his daddy died a hero. He died doing something he cared a great deal for."

Erica's eyes teared up and she reached around to rub her small bump.

"Thank you. So, have you guys figured out a name yet?"

"We've made a list, but nothing we've agreed on," Olivia said.

"I know that if he is a he I'm naming him after Nathan. If it's a she, Natalie, in honor of Nathan, either way they'll have a part of their father to carry with them."

"I love those names," Olivia said, "They fit perfectly."

Erica smiled and they continued lunch with happy moments and memories.

Olivia smiled at the memory of the lunch. Elliot came up behind her and set a cup of tea down. She looked up as he checked to see if anyone was watching and kissed her.

"Did you find anything?"

"No, but with Tucker crawling around I can't maneuver like I want to."

Elliot was being investigated after dealing with a perp dying, suicide by cop and Elliot was the shooter. Tucker had been snooping around for anything to say that Elliot wasn't justified. Olivia made a face about Tucker and then picked up her tea and took a sip.

"How are you and munchkin feeling?"

"Tired, but we're okay."

"You could take the rest of the day off. You know that Dad will let you."

"Yeah, but I'm okay. I know my limits."

"I'm just worried."

"I know. How are you feeling? Any issues?"

"Nope, I feel fit as a fiddle."

"Good. Let's keep you feeling that way."

He grinned at her. Tucker came into the bullpen and Olivia looked up at him.

"Can I help you Lieutenant?"

"Nope, just wondering how're you doing."

"I'm fine, thanks."

"How much longer before the little one is born?"

"About three months."

"Good."

He looked to Elliot who was wearing a neutral expression, but Olivia could feel his tension radiating. She lightly touched the hand on her shoulder and he relaxed immediately. Tucker looked to Olivia with an eyebrow raised.

"Anything else?"

"No, but I'll be around."

Elliot tensed again and that was when Olivia felt a sharp pain shoot through her back. She gasped. He moved around to her front and bent down next to her.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, it was just a little pain. I think she's stretching."

"Maybe you should go home, Liv. I've got things covered here. Barry is on ice and Lana is safe with her friend. I can handle things here."

"I'll be fine, El."

He sighed and stood up. Tucker had watched the exchange and knew how close the two were. Elliot glared at him and he raised his hands before turning to leave. Olivia gasped again and before both men knew it, she had passed out. Elliot caught her before she hit the floor.

"Call a bus! Call a bus! Officer down! Liv, can you hear me? Olivia!"

Tucker had moved fast as he pulled his cell and called for an ambulance. Cragen ran out of his office while Munch and Fin ran from the crib.

"Elliot, what happened?" Cragen asked.

"I don't know. She said she felt pain and that she thought that munchkin was stretching. Then she gasped and passed out. Olivia!"

"Elliot, the EMTs are here," Fin notified him.

Two paramedics came to her side while Elliot stayed on her other side. They took her vitals and noticed that she was bleeding. Things moved faster than that Elliot could barely keep up. They were refusing to allow him to ride on the ambulance.

Not thinking, Elliot blurted out, "That's my child and my girlfriend! I'm riding with them!"

Everyone stopped and looked at Tucker. He looked at the eyes staring at him and noticed some were filled with contempt and others were with dislike.

"What? Let the man ride with her! He may implode if you don't and I'm sure none of you want to stand and argue while a woman and her unborn child's lives are on the line!" Tucker said.

The EMTs relented and allowed Elliot in the back with Olivia. He looked at Tucker with gratitude in his eyes as they shut the door and headed to Mercy.
