AN: So, this little tidbit just popped up. I hope you like it!

"What are you trying to say? That Elliot and I have to be separated. We've been together for a while and aside from my pregnancy, it hasn't hindered my work."

"I've seen that, but it's still protocol. I'm going to have to report it to the Chief of D's."

"You don't have to do that."

A knock came sounding through the apartment. It was more like a banging. Olivia got up to answer it. She opened it and Cragen was standing there.

"Captain? What's wrong? Is El okay?"

"He's fine, but I need to speak with Tucker."

"How'd you know he was here?"

"Elliot told me he was coming. Apparently, he told Elliot that he was coming to talk to you. I came to intervene."

Cragen moved past her and into her kitchen where Tucker was sitting. Tucker stood up to see Cragen walking in. He was shocked to say the least.

"Captain Cragen," he said in a way of greeting.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Cragen asked, furious.

"I'm here to speak with Detective Benson about her relationship with Detective Stabler and for her to decide whether or not she's going to transfer to another precinct."

"First, you speak with me before coming to my detective. Second, you have no right to come to her home and cause her undue stress as she just gotten out of the hospital. If anything causes her or that baby to be harmed because of the stress you're putting on her I'll make sure you're censured and she and that baby are cared for the rest of their lives on your dime. Now, get out of her house and if word leaks to the Chief of D's, I'll make sure they know that you've had a hard-on for my unit since day one and I'll completely deny the allegations that they are having a relationship."

"You don't have the balls and you know damn well that they'll do their own investigation."

"And every one of my people will deny everything. Leave them alone or you'll never work again."

"This isn't over."

"Yes, it is."

Tucker left slamming the door behind him. Olivia came into the kitchen after hearing everything that the Captain had said to Tucker. She sat down in one of the chairs and Cragen took the seat next to her.

"You didn't need to do that," she said, "I would've been fine."

"No, I had to. You're my family and hell if I'm going to let an asshole with a vendetta separate us. Plus you didn't need all that unnecessary stress with being pregnant. "

"I could've handled it. I wasn't going anywhere without a fight and I would give him one."

Cragen smiled at her. This was the surrogate daughter he knew and loved.

"I know you would, but there is no telling what stress it would've caused and whether or not you and the baby would've been in danger and I couldn't risk that. Not the lives of my daughter and granddaughter."

Olivia gave him a watery smile. She wiped the tears that had begun to fall. She knew how he had felt about her and to hear him say it was so heartwarming to her.

"Thank you. How is Elliot doing at work? Do you think that Tucker will go to the Chief?"

"Elliot is fine. If he values his career, or his life, he wouldn't. He'd drop the investigation into Elliot's clean shooting and into your relationship. I was serious when I said that we'd all look the other way. You will never be separated if we can avoid it."

"None of you need to sacrifice yourselves for us."

"We don't need to, but we will. We're family like I said before."

"Thank you."

"No problem. Now, you get some rest. I've got to get back before they destroy the place without a leader there."

Olivia chuckled as the both stood. Cragen gently laid his hand on her shoulder and Olivia put her hand over his. She smiled and he left. Olivia breathed a deep sigh of relief, but she still couldn't help but worry about what Tucker may do to tear their unit apart.

At the precinct, Elliot was trying to fill out his fives, but he couldn't focus since the captain left to go after Tucker. He worried about Olivia, but he was told to stay put. He decided that he wasn't going to listen and headed home. He walked into the building just as Cragen was walking out.

"I thought I told you to stay put and that I would handle things."

"You did, but I was worried about Liv. Is she okay? Munchkin too?"

"They're fine. Tucker hadn't been there long and I took care of things. Liv is resting."

"Are we going to have to split up?"

"No, thanks to the threats Tucker received. He knows what'll happen if he tries to separate any of you without a valid claim. That means that the romance stays out of the office, but I'll always was to see my granddaughter. She's always welcome."

"Yes, sir. Thank you, Captain."

"You do what you have to for family. Go see her."

Elliot shook Cragen's hand and they parted. He headed up to the apartment.

"Liv, I'm home."

Olivia came out of the bedroom and waddled up to him. She wrapped her arms around him and buried her head into his shoulder.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. That was terrifying, Elliot. Tucker threatened to separate us. If Cragen hadn't shown up, I don't know what I would've done."

"I knew it was trouble when Tucker said he was just going to see how you were doing. I told Cragen when he came in and he told me to stay put, but I couldn't."

"He just left."

"I know. I ran into him when I came in. I'm glad he did come."

"Me too. I had a bad feeling when I opened the door and Tucker was standing there and then Cragen came in and started yelling at him and I thought I was going to be sick."

"Are you feeling okay now?"

"I'm fine, but I'm tired and still incredibly bored."

She kissed him and waggled her eyebrows suggestively. He grinned.

"I think that I can help you there."

He took her hand and led her into the bedroom. He kissed her and let her situate herself on the bed. He pulled her shirt off and followed it by her pants. He took his own shirt and pants off and reclaimed her mouth with his. He ran his hands over her breast and over her stomach where they're baby lived. He kissed down her jawbone and latched onto the pulse point at her neck. He reached around and unclipped her bra. He threw it to the floor with the rest of their clothes. He loved that her breasts had gotten bigger since she had gotten pregnant. He drug his tongue down to her left breast and took her nipple into his mouth. He took his other hand and pinched her right nipple, drawing it into a hard pebble. He moved his mouth to the other breast. She moaned in arousal. He slipped her panties off and she spread her legs as his mouth moved downward. He kissed the inside of her thighs and she wiggled, trying to move him where she wanted him most. He licked her sex in one long stroke before wrapping his tongue around the little bundle of nerves just like she liked. She groaned in pleasure. He slipped a finger into her and she gasped. He slipped another and began thrusting before adding another. He knew that she was getting close and sped up his thrusts. She gasped and called his name as she fell over the edge of ecstasy. He leaned up and kissed her. He moved to lay behind her and she got on top of him and kissed him. She noticed the tent of his boxers as she slipped her hand below the waistband. She gripped him and he groaned. She flicked her thumb over the head just like he liked it. She tugged his boxers off and threw them with the rest of their clothes. She took him into her mouth and swirled her tongue around the tip before taking him the rest of the way. He hissed.

"If you keep doing that, I'm not going to last."

She grinned and continued sucking him. He pulled her up and flipped her onto her side. He entered her from behind and she moaned at the feeling of him. He thrust gently and slowly at first and then began to speed up. Her walls began to contract and he knew he was almost done. They contracted again and he spilled his seed into her as she fell over the edge again.

After they came off their high, Olivia turned to face him and kissed him again.

"I love you, Elliot."

"I love you too. Marry me?"

"What?"

He looked at her and she was shocked.
