Chapter 26

"Idiots! I am surrounded by fucking idiots." Tsunade raged as she was examining the eyes Itachi had given Kakashi while doing some other tests here and there.
Juugo and Kakashi were sitting on a bench on the other side of the room and they were sweating. Kakashi because of the eyes and wondering if they were in bad shape. Plus, Tsunade just scared him sometimes.
Juugo was just uncomfortable with the yelling older lady. Sure, he yelled, but that was when he comdition was acting up…and then he proceeded to yell and kill, but thankfully that wasn't happening at the moment.
"Um, what is the matter Lady Tsunade?" Kakashi asked, finding his voice once more.
"I tell you what's wrong!" Tsunade screamed before pointing to Kakashi specifically. "You and Itachi are idiots!"
"Um….why?" Kakashi asked.
"You yourself have a Sharingan eye that is highly draining on your chakra and you want to give, not one but two to a girl with barely any ninja background?! This is a little girl with not much chakra and if you give her both of these eye, she will die!"
"I was planning on training her in that." Kakashi replied, sweating at Tsunade's angry face.
"No! That won't work." Tsunade raged before calming herself somewhat. "I admit that Rin did a good job on your eye for a beginner for the medical arts, but there are problems. You can't turn it off like other people with Doujutsu. That means she made a mistake and at this point there is nothing I can do. So if that happens, Sakura will be running around blind and I would rather not have that. So, I will use the eye I was going to give little Erza to Sakura and I am sure Erza can handle a Sharingan with the massive amount of chakra that all Uzumaki seem to possess."
"I guess that will work." Kakashi said.
"Good, but when I do this right, I am not sure what will happen." Tsunade replied.
"What do you mean"
"There is a theory out there that if you do this operation, that the eye could react with the energy of the body. You know, positive and negative based chakra and all that." Tsunade stated.
"I see. Do you have any idea what could happen to Sakura?" Kakashi asked.
Tsunade grew a little annoyed that Kakashi was just thinking of Sakura when Erza was getting an eye as well, but she kept her annoyance to herself while she shrugged. "Hell if I know. There is really only one way to find out, but you should ask Sakura what she wants."
"Good point." Kakashi said with a sigh as he got up to leave the room to see his student.
Tsunade nodded to herself before zeroing in on Juugo, who looked to be sweating. "Now, I have heard of your condition before. A clan was said to come from another continent with problems such as yours, also looking for a cure, but their condition made them kill each other off and I am guessing you are the last of your clan."
"Yes, ma'am." Juugo repied politely.
"Alright and I have talked with my personal summon Katsuya of the Slug Clan and they actually had a summoner from your clan a long time ago and that seemed to help her because she was their sage for a time. She told me to have you sign the contract, but for me to do this, I will have to teach you the medical arts of being a shinobi. Do you accept?"
Juugo was shocked to hear that information. Could that be it, he was bringing in Nature Chakra unconsciously and his transformation was him not being able to handle it? I am sure, he had heard about Summon Sages and if they messed up, they would turn into a statue of their summon animal. He guessed it was better than going berserk and killing people.
Plus, if he did this, then he could heal and take care of people. It was a good redemption for all the people he had killed. He needed this. So, looking straight into Tsunade's eyes, he kneeled and said, "I accept your training Lady Tsunade."
Tsunade smiled. "Good, I also plan on taking that Uzumaki girl, Karin, to be an apprentice. With you, her, Shizune, I will make a few powerful students."

Sakura sat in her hospital bed in silence. Also she could do was sit there, listening and smelling things. That made her finally understand why Naruto hated hospitals. They were so freaking boring! She had the urge to get up and escape as well, but that would end in disaster.
Why? That was because she had no eye sight. How was she supposed to get around with no eye sight, let alone be a ninja anymore?
She hated Itachi now as much as her former teammate, Sasuke. Once she woke up, Kakashi had told her of what happened to her, her old teammate, and then to Konoha. She almost lost it and with the pain of loss, including her mother and father, she wanted to cry so much, but it was difficult.
Sure it was possible since she still had tear ducts, but with no eyes to channel the tears to, it was difficult and painful. So all she could do was sit there and wallow in defeat.
Soon, there was a knock on the door.
"Come in." She said.
"Sakura, it's me." Kakashi replied as she sat down next to her.
"Hey Kakashi-sensei." Sakura replied solemnly.
"I have some good news." Kakashi replied. "Tsunade said that she can help with your eye sight, but due to your small chakra reserves, you can only get one or else it could kill you."
Sakura laughed harshly. "That still leaves me blind, Sensei. I know you have to keep yours hidden because you can't turn it off."
"True, but Tsunade did say that mine was incomplete since my old teammate was just a beginner. So with yours, you might actually get the Sharingan or it will fuse with your chakra and turn into something more." Kakashi paused and then said, "As you permanent blindness, that is not going to happen. Tsunade said that she was going to give you the eye she was making for that little Uzumaki girl that Naruto found and then give her the other Sharingan eye since Uzumaki have large chakra reserves and Tsunade thinks the little girl can handle it."
"I see." Sakura replied "I could live with that…I just hope me and that girl can get through whatever happens to us when the Sharingan begins to mutate."
"Don't worry, I am sure you will survive and when the operation is over, I plan to train you personally." Kakashi replied with an eye smile even though she could not see it. He then noticed looked distraught and was basically on the verge of tears after what happened. He could not blame her. However, she was bottling it all up.
"Sakura, you shouldn't bottle it up like that. Sasuke did the same and he became cold and distant to everyone. I don't think you should do that. I have seen you happy and I don't want you to end up cold."
"But it hurts so much." Sakura replied with a cracking voice.
"I know, I went through the same for a small time when I lost my eye."
"No, everything that has happened recently…it all hurts so much that I don't know if I should or could cry." Sakura's voice cracked more and she held her heart. "First we lost Naruto and I didn't know how much pain he was really in until you explained it. Konoha changed after that and I hated seeming family friends act like that. Then the village goes under like that with Sasuke and my parents dying and me losing my eyes. Then we are here in Iwa with Naruto and I don't even know if he has forgiven me for all the crap I put him through. I feel so horrible!"
Kakashi sighed as he listened to the girl pour herself out to him and he could not blame her. However, constantly feeling all this was become too much for her. So he put on a hand on her back and rubbed it up and down. "It'll be ok."
The action just made Sakura feel worse as she latched on to the man in a tight hug. "I am so sad and confused!" she yelled as tear and blood ran out her bandages and down her face. That broke the dam as she sobbed her sorrows out on Kakashi, who just held her tight and whispered soothing words.

Naruto and Erza were in Tsunade's office, where the woman explained her plan to the duo.
"I see. Are you alright with that?" Naruto asked the girl beside him.
"Yes, but I am a little sad that I can't help Naruto with his burden." Erza replied a little sadly.
Jiriaya, who was in the room as well, spoke up. "I actually have a plan for that. I realize that the Kyuubi is a hesitant to do that transfer, so I suggest another route."
"What kind of route?" Tsunade asked, not sure she if she wanted to know.
"There is rumor of a monk back in fire country that has had the Kyuubi's chakra implant in him, but it has had adverse effects and the other monks do not like him because of his berserk episodes. They once tasked me with a way to help him or an extraction. However, I had nowhere to place said energy and they accepted that."
"I heard about that too, but her has four tails worth of the fox's chakra, could Erza handle that? After all, you know how that mutation could affect her."
"Why in implant both at the same time? That why it won't adjust to one at a time." Erza asked.
"That could work, but what if it doesn't work." Jiriaya asked.
"It will. I have willpower to get through it!" Erza declare, making Tsunade smirk, confirming for her that little Erza was indeed an Uzumaki.
"Very well." Tsunade replied. "I will inform Onoki and request a mission for this to be done."
"Great, and I will be going to get this done." Naruto then paused. "Who should I take?"
"I will be one of them since I need to see if this seal will work." Jiriaya replied. "No I won't be fighting anyone, but I need to be there."
"Alright then." Naruto said.
"Me and Renji will go. I need to see this for my own eyes and Renji need to get off his lazy but along with that Nara boy." Erza stated with her arm's crossed.
"That is good."Tsunade replied. "I also suggest taking that foul mouthed Uzumaki. Her sound based Illusions could be of great use there for just in case."
"Alright then." Naruto replied. "I guess we should go to Onoki to get his done sooner than later, I want to be ready for that Tournament. Erza, while we get the mission set up, you go and gather the other members of the team."
"On it! Erza saluted and then dashed out of the room.
"She sure is energetic." Jiriaya laughed.
"Like all Uzumaki." Tsunade replied with a smirk as she looked right at Naruto.
"What?"
"Nothing. "Tsunade replied with a smile. "Let's get to that old geezer already. Oh and while you are away, I will be doing Sakura's operation."
"That's fine with me." Naruto replied with a shrug.

Renji was living it up…well for him anyway. He was in a village to call home and not in Orochimaru's old base that smelled of death and blood. He was sleeping next to his new best friend, Shikamaru, who was just as lazy as he was.
However, that was soon to end as he suddenly felt an immense pain in his lower regions…mostly his groin. "UGH!" He groaned out as he held his precious area. He looking up at his mean younger sister with tears in his eyes, he asked. "What was that for?"
"To wake you up you lazy bum!" Erza declared menacingly as much as 9 year old could. And right now with how much pain he was in, she was a devil to him.
"BUT WHY" Renji cried for his nads and his sleepy time.
"Simple, we have a mission." Erza replied.
"Well good luck with that." Shikamaru said, who still had not moved but then rolled over.
"Oh no you don't!" Erza raged as she kicked him in the nads as well, making the Nara groan in pain. "You are coming on this mission too!"
"T-troublesome." Shikamaru groaned in pain as he and Renji weakly got up.
"What is this mission even for?" Shikamaru asked.
"For my eye." Erza said simply, getting Renji's attention. "We are going to fire country to see a monk who has Kyuubi's stray energy. Tsunade thinks it is a better way that just taking it from Naruto and we get to help a monk!"
"Great." Both Renji and Shikamaru dead panned as they followed the girl back to the Tsuchikage's office.
As they were walking, Erza was in somewhat deep thought. She eyed her brother for a moment before sigh. "Hey brother, I got a question for you."
"Shoot." Renji replied.
Erza gained a blush and said, 'Do you think I have a chance with Naruto?"
Renji laughed at that.
"What is so funny?!" Erza raged.
"First of all, you are nine!" Renji chuckled. "I don't you should worry about that now. Plus, you do realize that he has a small harem of girls."
"So. I'll be old enough for him in a few years and I don't really care about the Harem thing. Has to help rebuild the clan somehow and so do you!"
"Don't remind me." Renji replied with a groan. "Alright then, what makes you think I will let you even date."
"Really?" Erza deadpanned, making Renji sweatdrop.
"What?"
"You couldn't stop him if you tried and you probably won't since you are so lazy." Erza accused.
"I pick the best friends." Shikamaru replied with a lazy smirk.
"Not helping." Renji deadpanned before sighing. "Fine, you are right, but you have to take it up with him eventually, but don't be too disheartened when he says no. One girl is a lot of work for me, he going to have five when Kumo send their political marriage girl along with Suna. I don't know how he will even deal with five let alone six when and if you join in."
"Oh…right." Erza replied, thinking that was a lot of work. Maybe she would keep quiet about it for a time as she observed for a time."

Onoki sighed. "Are you sure this mission is wise. I already have four jinchuriki in Naruto, Fu, Roshi, and Han. Do you think turning Erza into a pseudo-jinchuriki is wise?"
"I am ok with it." Erza replied with eyes full of determination.
"She is determined to share Naruto's and by proxy the other's burden, I say why not." Jiriaya replied. "Besides, with the eye mutating with her, it might be something different. Also, from what I hear, this Monk could use less demon chakra in him and with Konoha, it would be wise gaining allies with the Fire Monks."
"Very well then." Onoki replied. "Are you sure this team you put together will be able to handle this mission?"
"Hell yeah you all ass man." Tayuya replied with a. "We are not a bunch of pussies, we fucking can handle it."
"I am going to have to agree with her on that." Renji replied with a sigh. "What better to deal with Tailed Beasts and their remnants than those of the Uzumaki Clan."
"Well, you heard him." Naruto replied with a big smile.
"Don't I have a say in this?" Shikamaru complained.
"NO!" Erza declared before pointing at him. "We need your brain in case things go wrong."
"Ugh." Shikamaru groaned in defeat, making Onoki and the others chuckle.
"Feisty little girl, isn't she." Jiriaya said with a perverted chuckle.
"Don't get any ideas old man." Renji replied with a glare.
"Alright, alright!" Jiriaya replied with waving his hands in his defense so the boy wouldn't kill him, but the held his arm in pain due to it still healing.
"I give you all permission to go on this mission, now get out, I have a headache!" Onoki ordered, tired of dealing with these loud people. Seriously, he used to strike fear into his soldier so much that it would be totally silent in his office. Now with Naruto as a student and his future successor, that all went downhill!
"Alright then! Let's head out." Naruto declared as they left the building and then the village.
XXX Wave Country
A man in his late twenties or early thirties smirked at the scene in front of him as he smoked a cigar. This man was in a black as night business suit with a blood red tie. He was also a short haired dirty blond, sort of like his father once upon a time.
This man was none other than Amarini Iyashii, son of Gato.
Taking the cigar out of his mouth, he blew out smoke before a vicious smile appeared on his face. "Beautiful, is it not?" He didn't receive an answer and he wasn't really expecting answer.
What he was referring was the condition of Wave Country. It was horrible. There was smog in the air, making the city eternally gray as its inhabitants walked the city, part of it burning. "I said I would destroy the place if your little hero and other villages didn't send people to my tournament. Some would think it was already destroyed, all I see is beauty. The beauty of human sin at work. Soon, I will have the whole world like this. Factories a polluting the air, brothels to lift the human spirit with the sin of lust, and then casino all around to put more depression into the hearts of man as I take all their money."
Still no answer.
"You see, my father had it wrong. While money is everything, so is the sin of man. When those fools lose it all, they become useless and I have them killed. It is rather simple…after all, that is how I got your grandfather when that bridge was done. Him and his men thought they would relax in my new casino. Feh, they are relaxing in the dirt somewhere now! HA!"
Amarini finally turned to look at who he was talking to. It was a familiar boy by the name of Inari, however, he was heavily bandaged with a dead look in his crying eyes. Amarini just smiled cruelly at the boy. "You may not understand now, but you will in time." He paused and then said. "I may not have any power like those ninja, but I have money and want you to have it all, even if it hurts. Just bare through Dr. Amachi's experiments with this thought alone. This is Naruto, the Grim Reaper's fault. If he hadn't killed my father, then I would be here."
"No…" Inari replied weakly.
"Hmph, you will in time."
There was a knock at the door and a woman walked in. This woman wore a revealing red outfit, showing her midriff, arms and legs, with her white hair tied back by a multicoloured rope with bells attached to it. She had ice blue eyes. She had multiple tattoos that resembled flower petals on the left side of her face and midriff as well as her left leg. She wore red high heeled sandals. She also kept her old ANBU blade sheathed on the same leg.
"Kagura? What can I do for you?"
"Got word from our spies about the Grim Reaper. Seems that they are headed to the Fire Temple to get the demon chakra from that boy, Sora."
"Really now? That is interesting and I guess they really are preparing for my little tournament." Amarini replied with a dark smile. "Go ahead and inform Furido or whatever the hell that man is calling himself these days. He will want to know this….oh this will be fun."
"Very well." Kagura replied gruffly as she left the room.
"Lovely woman." Amarini replied with a smile. "Dangerous women provide the best sex, but there are those like your mother that I prefer the most." That got Inari's attention again. "When we were still young and I was dumb to the world, she was my first. However, my father didn't approve for some reason….old fucker probably want her for himself."
"So when left, I kept watch over her, stilling wanting that woman. Imagine my surprise when I find out when she had you. Now my father twisted my mind some, I will admit that, but I wasn't going to have her suffer. So I sent Kaiza to take care of you….however, he became too close you Tsunami that I had to do something. I persuaded my father to do away with him and he gladly agreed, not knowing of my own plan."
"Said plan being my own takeover of Wave Country when I had him killed, but then the Grim Reaper shows up and blows him down to hell. So it is his fault because he quickened my plan without really knowing it. I need to thank him, so I set up this tournament….if he dies, that is fine with me, if he survives, that whatever. And you…you will be out front, watching it all go down. The bloodshed. The mayhem. The Death." Amarini said as he put a hand on Inari's shoulder and then whispered in his ear. "Like I said, you will thank me for this one day….son."

And I am ending that right here. I am still working out how Erza's new eye will work with Demon Chakra. Now some of you did mention the point that Sakura would die if given both sharingans due to her pitiful chakra and I agree with you. So she will get just one that once properly fused with her, will cause a reaction. Whether that reaction is good or bad, that remains to be seen. Same for Erza.
Now, as for Amarini and Inari…well that idea came to me when I looked up who Inari's real father was and that it was not listed. So why not do this and give reason all that shit that went down in Wave. Evil yes, but I don't care. Deal with it. Just know that the man will die.
Now I have a question for you all. I have noticed this pairing before and I thought it was a little odd, but I really don't have a problem with it due to them living in that kind of world. What do you guys think of the Kakashi/Sakura pairing? Yes, no, maybe so….just let me know.
Now excuse me while I finish the next chapter of NPU4
