Chapter 28
Here we go again. The next chapter of this story. Sorry for the late update, but Pokemon X and Y got in the way with work…and then Pokemon Reborn is back with its next chapter of its story. So I had a hair tearing out experience again…joy. Plus...I STILL HAVE NO DAMN INTERNET AT HOME!

Sakura stared out the window in her hospital room. She had been visited by some of her friends, but when she asked where the others were, namely Naruto and Shikamaru, she was told that they were on a mission.
What kind of mission it was, she had no idea at the moment. She just hoped they came back soon. However, her mind was on her future training with Kakashi. He was taking her on as a full apprentice and would not do the usual being late shtik….which she really doubted, but whatever. At least he was teaching her.
However, they both had a problem. Kakashi didn't know how to teach her the new styles of jutsu she gained and she only had a rough guess for what to do. It was really sad and it dampened her spirits because that meant she would not be fighting in the upcoming Tournament that Naruto and his group was participating in.
Oh well, it was not like she was going to be alone. That little girl, Erza, was probably in the same boat when she gets her eye when she gets back.

Sakura's eyes widened when she saw to familiar people that were speaking with Fu.
"I am glad they are alive, but it took them long enough." Sakura said to herself with a smile.

Fu was speaking to a new couple in town. They had a bit of a rough spot with the gate guards, which civilians usually have to deal with in this village, but when she was walking by, she heard them talking about Naruto. Saying they were friends or something like that. So naturally, Fu decided to intervene and vouched for them.
"So…how do you know Naruto and who are you exactly?" Fu asked as she turned towards them.
The brown haired girl smiled at this and said, "Well, we have known him since he was three. In a way, I AM his big sister in all but blood."
Fu blinked at that. "Really?"
"Yep!" the girl chirped. "I am Ayama Ichiraku and that is my dad. We used to run Ichiraku's Ramen."
Fu's eyes lit up at this. "Oh! You guys ran the shop with the food Naruto never shuts up about."
"Yep!" The ramen girl chirped once more before she turned serious. "So where is he?"
"He is out on a mission right now to help this little girl….who is his actual cousin." Fu replied.
Ayame smiled. "That's good, so who are you?"
"I am one of his girlfriends." Fu replied simply.
Ayame just nodded good naturedly before her personality did a 180 and Fu found herself pinned to a nearby building wall. "What do you mean one of his girlfriends?"
"Naruto is restarting his clan." Fu replied a bit nervously. "There is me, Kurotsuchi, Temari, and Misa."
"I see." Ayame replied with her hair hiding her eyes before she slowly raised her head and it seemed that the girl's eyes were glowing red. "If any of you hurt him…I'll destroy you."
"Yes ma'am!" Fu replied nervously, a little freaked out by this woman over protectiveness.
"Good!" Ayame replied, her mood shifting again to the sweet girl that she was before. "We are going to be good friends then." She then let go of Fu and left with her sweating father.
"What…what just happened?" Fu asked aloud as she watched the girl leave before shaking her head and leaving as well.

Furido smiled darkly as he and the others in his party dug up the last body needed for their ultimate attack. "Hello old friends. Today we bring you back and finish what we started….but on a greater scale." He said mostly to himself.
Sora stared at his father and then ask, "What is next, father?"
Furido rolled his eyes seeing that the boy was this obedient to him, but that was a good thing. It could be exploited. Oh so much! "I must use a bit of your power to revive them…but that is not for awhile as we are not yet to Iwa….that is the next step."
"I see." Sora replied, a little saddened that he wouldn't be of use right away.
"But." The man said, catching the boy's attention once more. Furido disappeared and then reappeared in front of Sora. "I'll help you adjust to your power a bit more by unlocking it!" The man then messed with the seal, opening it to let Sora have free reign over it. But he knew that it would have free reign over the boy when he used it.
No, Furido didn't need a son. He needed a weapon that would protect him and the others when the jutsu began. He needed….a monster.

Jiriaya sighed as he exited another bar. "Damn, still no sign on where they are."
"What the fuck did you expect from a bunch of old drunk men that fucking just want to get fucked." Tayuya eloquently said.
"She has a point." Renji replied with a bored expression.
"Not helping." Jiriaya deadpanned.
"I just hope Naruto is doing a better job than us, but I can't understand why you split up the team like this. I think me and Shikamaru would do fine together."
"Gay!" Tayuya joked. "Besides what the fuck would you two do? Sit on your asses and watch the clouds roll by until someone got pissed off so much that ask what you fucktards are doing? Then you get an actual answer?"
There was a long pause before Renji muttered, "Yes…" This made both Tayuya and Jiriaya fall back to back and start laughing. That is until Tayuya knocked out the man for coping a feel on her ass. She then proceeded to stomp on his balls. Hey, if you were a ninja, you were an adult and in the old pervert's eyes, that was enough for him. Renji stared at them in a bored fashion and muttered, "My idea is better than this…"

Naruto stared at the opponent ahead of him. Everyone else had failed and it was now up to him. You could see the sweat rolling off his and his opponent's heads from the stress of it all.
What is it that they were doing? Playing a simple game of cards. That's right, you heard me.
Naruto decided to go into a casino and see what the people there knew about their target. Unorthodox yes, but it came with results…somewhat. You see, a couple of people over heard them and offered to tell them what they knew, but only if they one in their little game of cards.
So naturally, everyone entered, even little Erza since they didn't care about age all that much. Surprisingly, it was Shikamaru that lost first. The boy thought the game was simple but he knew he needed strategy. A fat load that did him, but he conceded and backed off, feeling a just a bit cheated. Then Erza lost simply because she didn't not know how to play and had bad luck.
Then there was Naruto, who had beat two of the other players and only one person was left. A very pretty woman was purple hair tied up in a bun with an elegant dress on. She was the one with the information they need.
Now, this wouldn't be a problem for her to beat a simple ninja in a game of cards since most did not play all that much and those that did, sucked. A rather easy and simple way to scam money off of them. Still, this kid in front of her barely knew how to play and was beating her damnit!
What kind of luck did this brat have?
If she only knew that through his crap life, Lady Luck decided to give him a break when it came to gambling. And so, when the next hand, Naruto won a lot of money. Apparently, she thoughts her chances were good and offered up all the money she had won off of other sorry ninja that month.
Yikes.
"Ugh, I can't believe I lost to a brat like you." The woman replied angrily.
Naruto shrugged with a big smile on his face and said, "And I don't even know how to play!"
At this, the woman just smacked herself on the head. "Fucking terrific. I lost to a newbie." She sighed and then said, "Alright, you want to know where this Furido guy you have been looking for? I had him in last week, poor sucker of a ninja like monk…whatever. He wanted to have a little fun afterwards and after a few drinks, the man began sprouting nonsense about bringing back the dead to perform an ultimate just to take down an entire village. Says he was commissioned to destroy Iwa first with it and that he needed some kid named Sora to bring back these people and protect them. A load of shit if you ask me….but I still had my fun with him."
Naruto, Shikamaru, and Erza all blinked at the woman. "Can you tell us what jutsu he was even talking about?" Shikamaru asked, a little on edge that someone was on their way to destroy Iwa as they spoke and if that was the case, they needed to head back home to stop this man and get this Sora person away from him.
"Meh, some shit about a limelight or whatever. Sounds like a fruity drink to me." The woman replied.
"Well…we should go find Jiriaya now." Naruto replied.
"Good idea." Shikamaru said as they left.
"Thanks lady!" Ezra shouted, making the woman smile a bit.

"Do we need to know what happened here?" Naruto deadpanned as they saw Tayuya sitting on Jiriaya's back with a proud smirk on her face.
"Not really." Renji droned. "So, did ya find anything?"
"Yep!" Erza shouted happily before she turned serious. "Furido is on his way to destroy Iwa with a jutsu called Limelight."
"WHAT!" Jiriaya screamed as he shot up, knocking Tayuya off of him. He had heard about this jutsu on his travels. It was not to be messed with. So he pressed them for more information and paled even more. "We need to head back him, NOW!"

Sora panted heavily as he regained some of his power. Furido had just used the dark chakra in him to revive four people. He wasn't sure who they were, and all he knew thatthey were going to preform something called Limelight.
Furido smiled to himself. This was working out way better than he had planned. Marvelous! "Alright then, Fudo, Fuen, Fuka, escort our new companions to the right spots, this needs to be done quickly." The three nodded and took three of the 4 revived people with them. The last person had to stay with Furido, so that he could be able to channel his power into them to make the attack stronger.
"Father, is this a precise attack to strike the Tsuchikage directly?" Sora asked as he was finally able to stand up again.
"Oh no boy, this is not like that. This jutsu is a wide range destruction technique. Iwa will be nothing but ashes once this is done."
Sora stared at the man in horror for a few moments before coming to terms with it. He hated people and they hated him. His father was the only thing that mattered to him since the man actually came for him. Let them die.
"Unfortunately, it takes a long time for this old jutsu to be ready, so you have time to rest and protect us from anything that tries to stop us."
"Yes father, I will do my best." Sora replied while the revived one just stared at them and shook his head, he would gladly reject this, but he was bound to them and had no choice but to do this jutsu. And so, the long process of handseals began.

"Come on, we have to hurry!" Naruto shouted as Erza road on his back to save time. They had been running nonstop when they set out and it was nearly nightfall. They had to hurry or another home was going to be destroyed.
"We are doing our best, Naruto, but not all of us are chakra hounds like you!" Shikamaru said as he and the others rested, making Naruto impatient. He knew they were right, but they were losing time!
Still, if they were too tired from running across the continent, how were they going to fight Furido and whoever was helping him?

Furido smiled darkly after hours of waiting and night had set in, it was finally ready! "Time for the destruction of Iwa! Another great ninja village will fall tonight!"
As he rested his hand on the revived man's back and channeled his energy, he watched with glee as a greenish stream of lightning flew from the undead man's hands and into the sky where it meet with three other streams to form a giant ball of lightning, hovering threateningly over the village of Iwa.
"Yes….now DIE!" Furido exclaimed as the ball shot down in a beam of light.

…
"Why is the village not destroyed?" Sora asked with absolutely nothing happened. They had seen the beam shoot into the village, but it just disappeared and the village with still there!
"I have no idea." Furido growled out in anger before turned to Sora. "I thought I told you to keep a look for anyone!"
"I am sorry father, but I am not a sensor." Sora pleaded with the man.
"Ugh! Useless!" Furido roared as he smacked his son away. Slowly walking up to him he said, "Fine, have it your way. I don't actually need you, I need the monster." Sora screamed as his father completely unlocked the Kyuubi's chakra within him and then placed a 'leash' seal on him. "NOW GO! FIND THOSE RESPONSIBLE AND KILL THEM!"
Now a four tailed chakra beast, Sora stared at Furido before 'trying' to take a swipe at him. It failed as it felt pain from the leash seal. It growled and left, leaving Furido alone with the undead.

A few moments before, Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Sakura were taking a stroll through the village, helping Sakura to adjust quicker to the village with her new eyes. She had already adjusted them to being open during the day, but now she had to do that for during the night, especially if she was to continue to being a ninja.
However the adjustment process was interrupted by a very bright light in the sky. However, it was Asuma who spoke first. "Oh…fuck."
"What is it?" Kurenai asked in worry.
"Remember that Limelight attack I told you guys about for the coup when I returned?"
"Yeah, how could I forget, you almost died on us." Kakashi replied with his Sharingan eye now out in the open, looking for anyway to stop this jutsu. "How do we stop it?!"
"We don't, the time for that is long gone." Asuma replied sadly. The only way to stop this to take out one of the people doing the jutsu, but it is already at the stage of no return!"
"There has to be a way!" Kurenai shouted in a panic when the ball of lightning shifted.
"I'll use my Kamui." Kakashi stated as his Sharingan shifted into Mangekyo Form for the pinwheel design. Tsunade had shown him a quicker way to activate it. Let's just say that it on par with her Creation Rebirth seal…just stored in the eye itself.
"Are you sure it will capture it all?!" Asuma asked.
"I don't know." Kakashi replied sadly.
"I have an idea!" Sakura shouted suddenly.
"Well spit it out! That thing looks like it is ready to burst!" Kurenai shouted back.
"Sasuke was working on a jutsu to combine with your Kamui when you showed it to him. I think I have it down, but I still need your help Kakashi-sensei!"
"Are you positive this will work?" Kakashi asked.
"TOO LATE!" Asuma shouted as many people in the village screamed out in fear.
"Lightning Style: Lightning Dimension Absorption!" Sakura screamed out quickly, making Kakashi focus his Kamui on her at the last second, which is exactly what she needed.
As the giant beam of light shot down at them, Kakashi and Sakura's body glowed as lightning chakra danced around them before focusing on the Kamui portal itself. As the portal sucked in the power of the Limelight, it glowed green and when the power was fully absorbed, it struck outwards and zapped the two lightning users.
"KAKASHI! SAKURA!" both Kurenai and Asuma shouted as they ran to their aid, themselves being extremely happy that they cheated death once more. When they reached the two, they saw that the veins around Kakashi's Sharingan Eye were pulsing and green with the power of the Limelight while Sakura's whole body seemed to glow from the power as well. Well, that was before some of it was release on the ground, making the image of wings on the girl's back before disappearing.
They surely got lucky on that one, but the question remained. What the hell happened?

"Shit!" Jiriaya cursed as he saw the attack high in the air before it shot downward.
Only for nothing to happen.
"Wasn't there supposed to be some huge explosion?" Tayuya deadpanned.
"That is was I thought big attacks did." Renji droned.
"Enough joking." Shikamaru groaned. "Somehow, someone in the village stopped the attack. However, I doubt that they could stop it again, so we have to get down there and stop whoever it was that did that jutsu!"
"Good point, but we are going to have split up." Naruto replied, more on edge than before.
"Good, Tayuya, take the south, Shikamaru the East, Renji the west, and I'll take out the north." Jiriaya ordered.
"What about us?" Erza asked.
Jiriaya smiled nervously, "You and Naruto are going to take out that large chakra signature heading our way…after all, it is your target." The white haired man then handed them a special seal and left with the others in a hurry. It was not that he didn't have the power to take out a four tailed Sora….it was just he didn't want to as he would be forced to use Sage Mode.
"Coward!" Naruto roared at the retreating man.
"I don't think Jiriaya could face off again it with his arm still healing." Erza replied. Oh yeah, there was that too. Furido would be an easy target to take out with the use of only one arm and the other still healing.
"Well, whatever." Naruto grumbled.
"Oh don't bitch about it, boy!" Kurama roared in the blond's mind. "You do have the power to defeat it."
"I can only use two tails!" Naruto groaned.
"And that is all you need."
ROAR!
The duo turned to see the tailed monstrous form of Sora.

Alright, I am not feeling well, so I am stopping this chapter here. Next chapter will deal with Naruto and Erza's battle with a four tailed Sora and maybe Jiriaya's battle with Furido. I doubt I will be doing any on screen battles for the others as I would rather they have better battles be shown. That is just me.
Now, I have some news. When I am done with the Tournament Arc, I will be implementing a Time Skip like the anime does and this is where I will be going a TWO Part story. Now sure if I should make Naruto the Tsuchikage at the end of this one or at the beginning of the second one. Anyway, the next Part will deal with what is left of the Akatsuki and maybe a few new members as Gato's son might survive. Also, this is entirely up to you guys, but I want to take a different way afterwards to the Naruto world. You see, back in the Chunin Exams, I gave you all a sneak peak at what I wanted to do in the old general being stuck in the maze. You know, the one with the mech armor. Do you guys want that or no?
Plus, in the next part, I will explain a little more of what I did to Kakashi and Sakura because remember, Obito IS DEAD in my story, so the real master mind will be show in the next part and I plan on giving Kakashi Obito's intangibility power mixed with the Limelight.
Another thing is, after I am done with Part 1, I am taking a break on this story to organize what I have for this. So I will be setting up a poll for what I should do next. Either Foxfire Part 2 OR continue Uzumaki's Wrath.
