The Sigarax king threw a sword at the Doctor, who swiftly caught it.

"You ready, Doctor?" He said, gripping the sword tightly.

"Of course." The Doctor focused carefully, scanning for weak points, he had to rescue Scarlett.

The Sigarax charged forward at the Doctor's head and he ducked, dodging the swing, then rolled backwards, jumped up, and held his sword out torwards the Sigarax.

The two were standing on the outside part of the ship, like the Doctor had done what felt like ages ago. The Doctor charged and clashed his sword against the Sigarax's. The Sigarax pushed the Doctor by presssing his sword against the Doctor's and pressing it backwards, causing the Doctor to stumble backwards a bit. The Sigarax took this moment to charge and attempt to attack the Doctor once more. The Doctor quickly regained his balance and blocked the attack. He ran over to the edge and waved his sword around mockingly.

((THE CELLS:))

Doctor, For God's sake, hurry up and save me already. Scarlett paced back and forth within the cell and glanced at the lock. She had been thinking about how to break the lock for quite a long time by now, and suddenly stuck her hand in her pocket, and felt the sonic screwdriver, and smirked. She looked at her dark blue watch the Doctor had programmed to always have the right time and looked closely. 12:00 AM, the guards go on break about now. Yes! She smiled and watched the Sigarax walk into the break room.

"Give up Doctor! You're going to lose! Just jump off the edge!"

That was the Sigarax king, for sure. The Doctor and him must've been fighting on the outside deck. He was fighting for her safety. She smiled and thought about him as she stuck her hands through the bars and swiftly opened the lock. By the time the guards had heard the strange buzzing from the sonic screwdriver, Scarlett was already running up the alien stairs to the top, where the exit to the outside deck was. She heard the Sigarax stumbling for the door and they started running up after her. She noticed a button on the wall and swiftly pressed it, remembering the Doctors "If you see a big red button, always press it." Rule. The stairs suddenly collapsed and turned into a slide behind her, and it was spreading toward the top. Her eyes widened and she sprinted to the top and pressed the purple button that opened the door to the top deck, as the slide hit her foot. She jumped up as it tried to push her down, and grabbed the top of the doorway, swung onto the pavement that was the base of the outside deck, and stared at the Doctor, who lost all focus in the fight and stared at her in relief.

"Scarlett?!" The Doctor was extremely distracted as the Sigarax king pushed him off the edge of the deck.

"DOCTOR!" Scarlett screamed and noticed a sword lying on the ground, she looked up at the Sigarax king and snatched up the sword, teary eyed. "You will pay for his life with your own, and the life of your entire people!" She charged at the king, and showed combat prowress she didn't even know she had. She parried, swumg perfectly, and eventually had the Sigarax leader tetering on the edge, sword to his throat. "You. Will. DIE!"

"Scarlett! Enough!" The Doctor pulled himself up from the ledge and stared at her. "Please, You can't do this."

"He tried to kill you!" She was full out crying by now.

"This isn't you. You weren't meant to kill." He slowly walked over to her.

"Stay away, Doctor!" She gripped the sword. "I have to do this."

"No, You don't." He put his hand on hers and she dropped the sword. "Sigarax," He looked at the group that had emerged on the deck. "I hereby command you release all your prisoners back to London, fly away, and never return! I promise the humans will not get your people again. Also," He fiercly spoke. "If you ever lay a hand on Scarlett again, I will personally destroy your people!"

The group nodded, and landed the ship. All the prisoners ran out and Scarlett and the Doctor walked to the TARDIS together.

"Are you alright?" The Doctor turned around, his hand on the door, glancing at her bloody, tattered clothes.

"Yes, I'm fine now." She smiled as they walked inside together. "By the way, Doctor." She turned around and saw him closing the door.

"Yes, Scarlett?" He looked at her, concerned.

Scarlett grabbed the collar of his shirt, pulled him close, and kissed him, not allowing herself to hesitate.

The Doctor's eyes widened and stared at her, then relaxed, moving his arms around her waist.

She pulled off and turned around, placing her hands on the large control panel of the TARDIS. "I'm... sorry, Doctor."

"Scarlett..." His breath was quickened, and he breathed out each word. "It's quite alright." He laughed, moving his arm around her, then turned her towards him and kissed her.
