Now, the two of them are in Japan as UA teachers, and are trying to find anything they can about the seemingly forgotten historic quirk.

How can society praise heroes then turn a blind eye to the social and legal injustices people face every day? Gaining support for her goals as a hero will hopefully expedite the process since the government is clearly incapable of addressing the issues in any satisfying manner.
