The next morning, I woke before Emma again. I stopped to the kitchen, hoping no one wakes up. I find Calem already sitting on the table, messing around with his holo caster.

I seat down next to him. Debating in my head whether or not I should tell him what I was thinking last night. I decide it'd be best and began to tell him my idea.

"Hey, Calem." I said as quietly as I could, for two reasons to avoid waking the others and because I really didn't want this to turn into a yelling match again.

After several seconds he nodded, finally acknowledging me.

"I was thinking that maybe we should check out Lysandre Cafe and the research lab."

"Why?"

"There shouldn't be anyone there but if anyone is they might be our lead into solving this mess."

"When should we go?" He asked, looking straight into my eyes.

"Tonight. After the others have fallen asleep."

"Any reason why they can't come?"

"If something's going on there, it wouldn't be safe for all of us to go. And I would rather not put their lives at any risk. It'd be best if we went alone. If you're not up for it, I'll go by myself."

"I'm coming with you. We can leave at midnight."

I smiled at his response. "Don't tell them. I don't want them to worry."

He simply nodded.

"Wanna help me make breakfast?" I asked, standing up.

He responded with standing as well and grabbing the frying pan.

Honestly I'm just glad he didn't bring up yesterday. If either of us did, then we wouldn't be able to accomplish anything today.

We quickly made breakfast and one by one Trevor, Tierno, and Emma came and sat at the table, waiting to eat.

"And breakfast is served." I said, placing all the food onto the table.

Calem and I took our seats and we all ate in silence, trapped in our own thoughts. No one spoke up until we all finished.

"What are we going to do today?" Tierno asked.

"We don't know yet." Calem said, giving me a quick look.

"I think we should all go out for a walk." Emma said with a blank expression. "We've practically concluded that whoever took Mimi took Shauna and the suit. I know I'm really worried about Mimi, but we can't do anything right now so maybe it'd be good to get our minds off it for a little while."

"I agree. We should go shopping. The guys desperately need an outfit change." I said.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Tierno asked in shock.

"It means you guys have no sense of style." I said in amusement, doing a little hair flip.

Trevor stared me in confusion while Calem just sent me a small glare.

"Let's go." I said, grabbing my bag and linking arms with Emma. The boys followed us out, somewhat reluctantly. At least we're not acting all depressed because of the last couple days.

We spent the day in the boutiques. And I swear it's been the most fun I've had in a long time. The only way it could've been better is if Shauna was there with us. And now I'm getting myself depressed all over again.

The whole day also reminded me of what I promised Calem in Kiloude city. And I thought we would be done quick. I was totally off. Well, when all of this is over, I get to go on vacation with Calem. That also reminds me, I still haven't apologized. I guess I will tonight, after we get back from the cafe and lab.

Night quickly approached. After dinner, everyone headed off to bed exhausted from the long day; Calem and I started to get ready. I dressed in all black for the fun of sneaking around at night. And it seemed like Calem had the same idea.

At the stroke of midnight, we were off into the night.
