Sorry it took so long to write. I kept changing my mind on how to write this chapter so I hope you like it. I need ideas on how I want to continue with this story so suggestions would be most helpful. I provided a picture of what Eden looks like on my author home page if you want to check it out.

SOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOA

The sound of steam coming out of the Jeep was what woke Kip out of unconsciousness. With a gasp of air, he returned back to reality. Immediately pain began to flood from all parts of his body. Slowly, he began to remember what happened. The arguing with Eden as they were driving, him telling her he loved her, and then next second they were being run off the deserted road. Blood began to rush to head and he realized he was upside down, well the entire Jeep was upside down. He began to pant, grateful that he was awake and not dead. He soon remembered that Eden was in the car with him. He looked over at where his girlfriend should be and his heart crumbled with what he saw.

Eden was also hanging upside down, still buckled into her seatbelt that he fastened when they were still outside the party. He began to panic, she wasn't conscious and he couldn't even tell if she was breathing. The realization dawned on him and he began to freak out.

"Eden!" he barked hoarsely, his throat felt as rough as sandpaper. He reached out for her, excruciating pain soon followed, but she was too far to her side of the Jeep to actually touch her. He began to run a bunch of horrible scenarios in his head on what could be wrong with her and he knew had to do something. He knew he had to get to her so he reached down, despite the pain, and unbuckled his seatbelt. Immediately his body sinked down to the ground and something hit his shoulder that made him gasp from the pain. He didn't know the extent of his injuries yet, thanks to the adrenaline still running through him, but he know his shoulder was for sure messed up. Thankfully, both windows were open and Kip slid out from the Jeep and onto the cold, hard ground. He took a breather as getting out of the wreckage took up most of his energy. He knew he had to get to Eden fast, who knew what kind of condition she was on. His injuries made him have to crawl to the other side of the Jeep and when got there he could finally examine the extent of Eden's injuries.

There were a few cuts on her face and blood was dripping down the side of her face. She still wasn't awake. Kip grabbed both sides of Eden's cheeks with his hands.

"Eden come on baby, please wake up." he begged. He didn't know what to do in this situation. When he was in Iraq he only saw minimal action and the one time he did he was knocked out quickly due to the explosion and then woke up with one nut in Germany.

The extent of medical knowledge was gently touching her neck to see if there was a pulse. He silently prayed to every God that he would feel something. He waited patiently and soon he began to feel a pulse, a faint pulse, but it still made Kip sigh with relief. He knew he had to get help because moving Eden from the spot she was in could paralyze her. He reached into his pocket to get his phone, but it wasn't there. He didn't know where it could possibly be due to the car accident. He cursed at himself, he couldn't leave her but he didn't know how else to get help. Soon he remembered Eden had her phone and reached into the pocket of her torn leather jacket and soon found it. Before he was going to call, he realized he didn't know who to call first, Clay and the Sons or 911. He knew he should call the Sons because the club handled their own matters and they didn't want any more attention on them than they already had. He then reasoned that 911 could provide them with medical help that he knew Eden needed. Sure Chibs was their go to guy when one of them was hurt but he was no doctor. Right now, SAMCRO didn't matter, making sure Eden was going to be okay was.

Thankfully, the phone still worked, despite being shattered. He soon called 911.

"911 what's your emergency." said the dispatcher

"Hi, my girlfriend and I were in a car accident and she's really hurt and you gotta get someone out here real fast. Please." he begged.

"Okay sir calm down. Where are you located?" she asked

Kip began to look around and the were on a back road with no signs in sight, he soon remembered where they turned off the main roads earlier before the accident. "I think I'm near Sawmill Road, the south side. Please get here now." He kept beginning.

"I just sent help to come to you now. They should be there shortly. Is your girlfriend breathing?"

"Yes, yeah she's got a pulse but it's weak." Kip explained. After he informed the dispatcher of Eden's condition, she warned him not to move her as that could cause more damage. A few minutes passed by as help wasn't there yet but the dispatcher was still trying to calm him down as the panic in his voice was evident. Soon, Kip began to see the red lights flashing that meant that help has arrived. He breathed a sigh of relief that Eden would get help and squeezed her hand, hoping she could feel him. He hadn't let go this entire time. As the paramedics inched closer, Kip was grateful they were there, but before he knew it. The pain from his injuries began to invade his body and the last thing he saw before he passed out was white.

After a long day, Clay Morrow did his usual night time routine by smoking one of his cigars at the dinner table. He and Gemma had worked out their issues and made up, many many times. He smirked at himself, after all these years of marriage, they still had that spark. He began to wonder where his wife was. He hadn't seen her in a good fifteen minutes and it only took a little time for his wife to get herself into trouble.

He put out his cigar and walked around the house looking for Gemma. She wasn't in their room or the bathroom nor the living room. At the other end of the house he heard a rustling noise. With all instinct, Clay had his gun pressed to his side, ready for anything. The closer he got to the noise he began to realize that the noise was coming from Eden's room. Is she home? He thought. Before he could answer his own question he saw his wife in their daughter's room basically tearing it apart.

"What are you doing?" Clay asked, arms crossed

Not looking up from her search Gemma replied "Eden is up to something."

"If you're looking for her pot stash it's in her leather jacket." Clay pointed out

Gemma gave Clay a look that showed she wasn't in the mood for jokes, "Is this about what happened today?"

"She's been up to something for the last couple months. She's sneaking in and out of the house more than usual and she won't tell me why; therefore, I'm doing my motherly duty and finding out for myself." Gemma said, matter of factly

"She seems like she's been her normal self in my opinion."

Gemma rolled her eyes and scoffed "Forgive me for thinking a father knows his teenaged daughter better than her own mother." Gemma scowered through Eden's room for the last hour and found nothing. She finally made it through the last drawer of Eden's dresser, which housed her panties and bras, as if that could keep Gemma Teller Morrow out of there. As she dug through the lace and cotton, she found a hard object. When she pulled it out of the dresser and saw what it was, her eyes went wide.

Clay noticed Gemma found something as well, he didn't know what it was and never seen it before. "What'd you find?"

Gemma kept the object close to her chest. She was trying to process the thought of what this object meant and how she could have not have noticed before.

When Gemma wasn't answering Clay he knew something was up. He strode over to the dresser and turned Gemma around who's face was closed off, along with the secret of what was in her hand.

"You're not gonna show me what it is?" Clay asked

"It's nothing." Gemma lied

Clay grabbed the object out of Gemma's hands before she could react. When he looked down at the object, he first noticed that it was circular and had a very long name on the top of it. At first, Clay couldn't register what he was holding then it finally clicked.

"Is this what I think it is?" Clay asked, eerily calm

Gemma nodded "They're birth control pills."

"The fuck she need these for?" Clay said, seething anger. Before Gemma knew it, Clay was chucking the pills as hard as he could against the wall, surely breaking it.

"I knew deep down that she was probably seeing somebody. Didn't know it was going this far." Gemma admitted.

Clay looked down at her in shock "You knew she was seeing someone and you didn't say anything? If she's using these for a reason I'll kill the asshole, then her."

"You think I have a clue who she's with?" Gemma yelled back,"She's been denying it since I've been askin'." Gemma didn't know how to react to this. Part of her was glad her daughter wasn't being a dumb ass and not having safe sex, while the other part of her was furious her daughter would even be doing it. Sure Gemma got pregnant and married JT when she was barely older than Eden, but that didn't mean she wanted Eden to follow in her footsteps. She wanted to know what boy her daughter was seeing; clearly there was something wrong with him if Eden couldn't even admit she was dating. Her Momma bear instincts were kicking in, her daughter was probably seeing someone that she clearly wouldn't approve of if she met him and if she didn't approve of the boy her daughter was dating, she would not be seeing him. Over her dead body.

Before either of them could process this discovery even more. The Morrow house phone rang, the one they never used since all their calls were made on their burner phones. It was apart of the life they lived.

Clay reached for the phone in the hallway. "Hello?" he answered. Gemma could hear the muffled voice on the other phone, but couldn't make out what they were saying. Within seconds, the color in Clay's face drained and blank, as if something shocked the hell outta him.

"Yeah, Yeah. We'll be right there." Clay said before hanging up the phone.

"What's wrong. Is it Jax? Abel? Clay what the fuck is going on?" Gemma asked worriedly.

"That was St. Thomas." Clay said with no emotion in his voice. "Eden...was brought in. They said there was an accident."

Gemma's eyes went wide. Her daughter, her youngest child, was hurt. She immediately felt sick to her stomach and began to think the worst possible scenarios. Her child could be dead right now.

Neither one of said anything. Within seconds, they rushed out of the house and into Gemma's Cadillac. Forgetting coats and purses and barely remembering the car keys. Before they even left the driveway, Clay was already on the phone with Tig, alerting everyone what has happened and Gemma called Jax and Tara. A parent's worst nightmare just became the Morrow's reality.

SOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOA

Kip waited not so patiently in one of the hospital beds in the emergency room. After he passed out, he woke up in the ambulance, alone. Immediately, he began to call out for Eden who wasn't there. The two paramedics in the back seat had to hold him down and threaten to sedate him since he was almost ripping the IVs out of his arm. He remembered that they assured him that Eden was still alive and in the other ambulance. That calmed down Kip a little, but he needed to see with his own eyes that Eden was awake and okay.

Broken from his thoughts, the hospital curtain moved back and a middle-aged man in a white coat walked in, clutching a chart.

"Mr. Epps?" the doctor asked

"Yes sir."

"I see you were in a car accident tonight. I have some good news and bad news. The good news is that the paramedics cleared you on whether or not you sustained a concussion and you only have minor cuts and bruises. The bad news is that your shoulder was severely dislocated from the wreckage so we're going to have to keep you in that sling for six weeks. It should heal on it's own."

Kip nodded along with what the doctor was saying. He remembers the paramedics setting his shoulder back in place and the pain that should have followed, but he remembered not really feeling it. Between the adrenaline and his worrying about Eden, he felt nothing.

"I'm prescribing you pain medication to take if your shoulder bothers you. I expect you to make a full recovery and not require surgery. I read the accident report, you're very lucky." the doctor informed.

He didn't feel so lucky "Sir, what about woman who came in with me? Eden Morrow. Is she alright? Can I see her?" Kip asked

"Are you family?"

"No. She's my girlfriend. I just want to know if she's all right. Please."

"I'm sorry Mr. Epps but I cannot release a minor's information, especially to someone who's not a family member. I'm not even her doctor so I don't know her status. You'll have to be patient."

"That's bullshit." Kip growled, "Just let me see her."

"I'm sorry, but can't allow that. The on-call nurse will give you your discharge papers. You don't need to stay the night. Except I think Charming PD will be making a visit under the circumstances." And with that the doctor left to check on his other patients. Clearly he didn't want to stick around with Kip's begging.

Once the doctor left, he didn't want to stick around and wait for the nurses. He shrugged out of the hospital gown and got his clothes on as quick as he could. It was quite difficult doing so with one arm as the other was in the sling. He didn't have time to think about what wearing a sling for the next six weeks meant. He had to get to Eden and if he had to break some hospital protocols then so be it.

SOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOA

In record time, Clay and Gemma arrived at St. Thomas. Luckily, Jax and Tara followed suit within seconds, parking right next to them. Both of them quickly got out of the car as they seemed just as frantic as the King and Queen of SAMCRO was.

"Did they say anything? What the hell happened?" Jax asked frantically, running his hands through his hair, as they all walked with haste into the hospital.

"I tried calling St. Thomas again and they wouldn't tell me a damn thing. Said we had to come to get the information." Clay replied bitterly.

"Well they're going to tell me something or they better fucking hide." Gemma said in a low voice. The two couples both knew that Gemma's threat was a hundred percent serious.

Once they reached the front desk, Clay and Gemma stood center stage while Jax and Tara were on standby.

"We received a call about our daughter, Eden Morrow, can someone please tell us what the hell happened and if she is alright?" Clay asked

"Hold on one second." the nurse said politely. She began to type things in and within seconds the parents were easily frustrated with the lack of answers. "Looks like Eden was brought in around 1:10 a.m. and her on-call doctor is Dr. Stanley."

"Can we see her? Does it say what her injuries are?" Clay asked

"I'm sorry sir but I can't release any information till the doctor is here. Only he can and it looks like he was pulled into emergency surgery. It will be a short wait I promise." The nurse replied.

That was not the answer they were looking for. Neither Clay nor Gemma were going to wait for a doctor to see if their daughter was alright. They wanted answers and they wanted them now. Gemma shoved Clay aside and that's when he knew his work was done. "Look Candy Striper, I don't give a shit about hospital protocol. My daughter was brought in and she could be hurt. I want to know every scratch on her and to see her with my own eyes. If you don't take me to her within in the next five seconds you are going to be grateful you're in a hospital."

"Gemma.." Tara said, lightly grabbing Gemma's arm. The matriarch crossed the line and it was clear, due to the look of fear on the nurse's face, which this situation was going to get worse if she didn't intervene. "Let me handle It." she said softly before turning to the nurse. "Darlene. We both know that trauma surgeries that Stanley scrubs into could take hours. Now we don't have that long and if could direct to the other on-call doctor that would be great. These people are frantic about their daughter and they just need to know she's okay. Will you do that for me?"

Darlene looked at Tara for a second, clearly weighing her options in her head. "Dr. Clauson is on-call as well. I can let you through to talk to him, but only you Tara. There's only so many rules I can break. The nurse looked at Gemma, clearly hoping the best she could do would save her face.

Tara nodded then turned to the frantic couple "I am going to talk to the doctor and look at Eden's chart. The second I can I will take you guys to see her, okay?"

Clay and Jax nodded, grateful that Tara had pull at the hospital. Gemma, on the other hand, was stone walled. "Fine." Gemma said. "Make sure my daughter is okay, Doc. I'm counting on you."

Tara nodded and followed Darlene behind the desk and into the emergency room. Gemma sighed and looked at Clay who had the same worried look on his face and rubbed his hand up and down his wife's back in hopes to comfort her. Within seconds, the rest of SAMCRO's prominent members arrived and looked just as frantic as the Teller-Morrow's.

"Clay." Tig called out. Bobby, Chibs, Opie, and Juice behind him. "How's Eden? Have you seen her?"

"Nurse won't let us see her yet. Tara is working her magic and getting us some answers." Jax informed.

"Do we know what happened?" Chibs asked.

Clay shook his head "Nothing. All we know is that she got into a car accident. I know my daughter and she's not an idiot driver. Something must've happened. We don't even know where her car is right now."

"Police scanner said there was a bad accident on Sawmill Road. They didn't give much information, all I know is that there were two victims taken here by ambulance." Juice informed.

"She was with someone?" Gemma turned to Clay and asked. "Who the hell would she be with?"

"If it was the Carrow girl, her parents would here with Unser and Hale tryin' to get us arrested." Clay pointed out. He rubbed his hands through his face. In one day is life turned into a bigger mess than it already had been before. He felt a sick feeling in his stomach that his club's enemies got to his daughter and hurt her to send him and the club a message. He needed to know the truth.

"I want answers. Chibs, Bobby, I want you to go to the crash site and find out whatever you can. Juicy I need you to find out where her car ended up and bring it back to TM. Find whatever evidence you can on what happened. Tig, I need you to go to the Carrow's place and find out where and what Eden was doing tonight and why she was driving so late and who she was with."

"Clay you need me here man. I'm not leavin' you." Tig pointed out.

"I'll go." Opie offered. Jax looked at his best friend and patted him on the back, grateful for him to be there. He felt sick all of the sudden. It was true about Eden's best friend, her parents weren't fans of their family and they would definitely be at the hospital by now if she was involved so she had to be with someone else. He began to think and then realized someone was missing from his or her group.

"Where's Sack?" Jax asked. He knew that if Jamie wasn't with Eden, he was the next best option. If he didn't know Eden was hurt, he knew he had to call the Prospect and let him know. He may not like the relationship, but if it was Tara in Eden's place, he would want to know.

Chibs shrugged, "I tried callin' on the way, but he wasn't picking up."

"Once you get hold of Mr. Popularity, get him to help you. I want all hands on deck for this." Clay ordered.

As the SAMCRO members with assignments hurried off to find out what happened. The rest of the group waited for Tara's return. Within five minutes came out to the waiting room. This time her hair was pulled back and she had a lab coat on, holding onto a chart.

"Okay so I talked to the doctor and he said Eden got into a severe car accident. Luckily, she was wearing a seatbelt, but she still hit head as the car rolled down into the bank. She was unconscious on arrival, but woke up in the ambulance. She has a concussion and brain scans show that there is no permanent damage."

"Oh thank god." Gemma said, with a sigh of relief.

Tara continued. "She had lots of cuts and bruises on her body so she is going to be sore for a while but there are no broken bones. There's a big gash on her forehead and she received ten stitches. They want her to stay the night for observation and I agree. They need to monitor her head to make sure there is still no major trauma. The pain medicine they gave her earlier made her groggy and should be wearing off right now, she'll be more coherant. "

"Did you see her?" asked Clay.

Tara shook her head "No, she's on the 4th floor. I was going to wait to go with you guys."

"Take us to her will ya?" Gemma asked.

Tara nodded and headed towards the elevator. Clay, Gemma, and Jax were right behind her as they all sighed a relief that Eden was awake and relatively okay. All they wanted to do right now was see her.

SOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOASOA

It felt like hours as the Teller-Morrows made up their way up to the forth floor was Eden was located. Gemma, per usual, was front in center and charging towards the hospital room. It was quite a struggle for the rest of the group to keep up with the worried mother. When they made it into the room, Eden was asleep.

They all got a good look at girl to access her injuries. Her arms were covered with cuts and bruises and some on her face as well. Gemma noticed first and foremost the huge gash on her forehead; it must have been the cut that required stitches. While the rest of them waited by the door, knowing the matriarch wanted to be close with her child for a moment, Gemma bent down and brushed her child's forehead gently, like she use to do when Eden was a toddler.

Immediately, Eden stirred and slowly she opened her eyes and looked up at her mother. Gemma could see the confusion on her face, followed by fear once she felt the oxygen tubes in her nose.

"Hey baby. It's okay." Gemma said softy

"Mom?" Eden called out, her voice was still laced with sleep.

"I'm right here. I ain't leaving anytime soon." Gemma promised. Slowly, she could see her daughter come out of her sleep, becoming more alert.

"God it hurts." Eden said softly

Gemma frowned. She wished she could take her child's pain for her. She turned to Tara who had a solemn expression on her face. "Can you do something about the pain, Doc?"

Tara nodded "I'll go see what they gave her and up the dosage."

Gemma nodded and turned back to her daughter, still caressing her hair. Before she can say anything, she could feel Clay's warm hand grasped her shoulder.

"Eden." Jax called out softly, who was standing the other side of the bed "You gave us quite the scare."

"I live on the edge I guess." Eden said in her sarcastic voice, except this time it was weaker, and it made Jax's stomach churn that she wasn't her normal self.

Eden looked around the room, slowly becoming aware of her surroundings and the fog in her mind was slowly clearing. She still had a splitting headache.

"Your heads gonna hurt for a bit." Informed Jax. "Tara said you have a concussion, but that's the worst of your injuries. Cuts and bruises should heal within a week or two."

I have a concussion? Thought Eden. She looked around the room. Her mother and brother had such concerned looks on their faces, behind them, as if he was hiding, her father took there. He had a guilty look on his face and he wasn't facing Eden. As if he could feel Eden's stare on him. He turned around and looked at his only child. The last time they spoke, kind words were not exchanged and they had the biggest fight they have ever had with each other.

"Dad." Eden called out.

Clay glanced over at his daughter, and with the physical ushering from his wife, Clay got closer. When he got to a touching distant, Clay softly patted his hand on her shoulder.

"I'm so glad you're okay." was all he could say.

"I'm sorry I was a bitch today." Eden replied, not looking at her father in the eye.

Clay shook his head "Forget about it. You're my kid, you're bound to be hot headed once in a while."

"Eden." Jax interrupted. "I don't wanna upset you, but we need to know what happened." He could see the wheels in his sister's head turning, as if she was trying to remember.

"I got drunk tonight." Eden admitted "Too drunk. We were driving and all of the sudden, someone kept hitting the Jeep. All I saw was headlights and the last thing I remember, it such a loud slam into us. It all happened so fast."

"We?" Gemma questioned. Sure was that wasn't the biggest piece of information in Eden's retelling, but she was with someone and she wanted to know who.

"The accident report said you were with someone." Clay said "Who the hell was it?"

Before Eden could respond, the sound of running came close to the door. Immediately, she door opened and in came running Kip. Eden paled.

"Eden, oh my god. You're awake." Kip gasped, he strode over in big steps to get closer to her. He had never been so happy to see her awake and seemingly okay. Then it hit him. Despite them being right there, she wasn't alone. Her entire family was there.

Eden was about to sick. Not only from the concussion, but the fact that Kip clearly showed that he and Eden knew each other very well and this was not the time and place. Especially since her parents just asked who she was with tonight. She noticed that Tara and the rest of the Sons were standing behind him now. The whole cavalry was here.

Kip looked around the room. He saw the Jax had an extremely annoyed look on his face, while Gemma's mouth was in a firm line that was expressionless. He didn't even want to look at Clay, but he did. Clay was eyeing him, he saw the sling Kip was in and the Prospect knew the club president was putting the pisces together.

Clay looked at Kip then turned back to Eden. Eden knew that he was putting the pisces together. She felt sick to her stomach.

"Him?" Clay demanded, "He was the other person in the Jeep?"

"Dad..." Eden began

"Clay...let me explain." Kip said, but before he could continue. Before he could finish, Clay grabbed Kip's shirt and with such force, slammed him against the wall. Kip winced; this was not good for his shoulder.

"Are you screwing my daughter, huh? Are you the reason she is in the hospital bed right now?" Clay bellowed. Jax and Tig soon ambled over and tried to break them up, Jax grabbing Kip while Tig tried to get his best friend from killing the Prospect.

Eden tried to get outta bed, but she was connected to too many IVs and Gemma was trying to hold her daughter back.

"Clay, man, get off him." Tig pleaded.

As the two men broke them apart, Tara, surprisingly, got in the middle. "You cannot fight here. This is a hospital. You deal with your shit outside and not where I work. I will call security if you go after him again." Tara warned Clay.

Clay heaved, his face was all red now with anger. He turned to Eden "This who you've been sneaking around with?" Before Eden could reply Kip spoke up.

"We aren't sneaking around. We're dating." Kip pointed out

Clay turned Kip and tried to go after him again, but Tig and Jax got in the way again. "I could kill you with my bear hands right now. You sick bastard, sneaking around with a seventeen year old girl. A Son doesn't go behind his brother's back and fuck with one of his family."

Eden couldn't stand it anymore, "Leave him alone! It's not our fault we got into the accident. Someone hit us. I got too drunk at the party and Kip came and got me and saved me. He's my boyfriend!"

"Stay out of it Eden." Clay shouted then pointed at Kip. "I want you to get the fuck out of here. You come within a hundred yards of this family and especially her, I'll fucking kill you without hesitation. You're officially fired from Teller-Morrow and your Prospect patch is gone."

This was Eden's worst nightmare. This was her biggest fear since she started things with Kip. He was losing everything he loved because of her and it was her fault. She began to cry. The one constant in her life was being taken away from her.

Kip nodded. He shrugged off his cut and handed it to Jax. "I understand." He looked around the room; the rest of the Sons and Jax had expressionless faces on while Tara had a look of pity for the former Prospect. Lastly, he looked at Eden. Seeing the bruises and cuts killed him, it was his fault she was hurt as he was the one driving. He knew now that her family knew, they would never let them be together. Clay's threat was legit and he knew the club President would kill him without thought. He looked once again at Eden and his heart ached. He didn't know if he would ever see her again at this point. "I'm sorry Eden. I'm glad you're safe." was all he could say then he left the hospital room.

As Kip walked out, the drama was still unfolding, Tig the rest of the men were trying to talk Clay down and Gemma looked at her daughter intently. Eden couldn't feel the physical pain from her injuries anymore. The fact that Kip just walked out of her life and she couldn't get up and do anything about it killed her. Without question, Eden began to remember something that occurred last night.

"I can't leave. No matter what I do, who I'm with, I always think about you. You are such a pain in the ass. God dammit Eden, I love you. Isn't that obvious?"

A teared rolled down her eye from the memory. She didn't know what to do, but she knew that there was no way she was saying goodbye to Kip. No matter what her family said.
