The Wizard struggled and heaved himself off the floor "Morrible got to me before I could get out of here" Maria snorted and watched the old man carefully as he stared glumly out the window. The same look was on Elphaba's face as she stared out on the brittle black brown landscape of a forest in front of kiamo ko. They'd recently made it all the way there and turned it into a base for when they manage to save Maria. Derek came up behind her and set some dinner that Kristin made with Fiyero, after a lot of debating they decided on spaghetti, as he started to try to comfort his fiancé's mother even though he wasn't feeling all that great himself "Elphaba? you can't stay up all night. You have to eat then Fiyero's ran a bubble bath and then Lindsay's put something extra special for her favorite wicked witch of the west" Derek cooed temptingly. ELphaba just grunted and twisted her fork in the white bowl as she kept watch, Derek sighed "Why are you so glum?"
This time Elphaba actually replied unlike the other thousand times everyone else asked "It's just… I'm worried about Maria. And then being back in Oz… reminds me of Glinda… and I really miss her"
"Come with me!" Derek grabbed Elphaba's hand and tugs her down the hall and into the stable "Where?" she asked, frowning as she got on the horse
"To the emerald city!" Derek informs as they gallop off towards the towering skyscrapers in the distance.
"I am not wearing that" Maria said in disgust as Morrible held up a dress. Said dress was a strapless, made from a white - purple silky material, tight around the torso and waist before spreading out a couple meters behind. "You're wearing this wether you like it or not!"
Maria sighed "What's next a crown?" Morrible grumbled something inaudible in reply before throwing the dress at the girl and storming out. "Morrible needs to learn to lighten up" Maria whispered to herself hearing a chuckle from the cell in front she smiled. Oscar was often the only comfort and company that she actually enjoyed her time with in the dungeon, she viewed him like a father in a way even though she barely new him, he seemed to know a lot more about her than she does herself. "Hey Oscar?" Maria said to the pitch black
"Yes Maria?" Oscar replied, moving a curtain and lighting up the fugly dungeon
Maria picked at some rust on her chains "What'd you do to end up in here?" It was a silly question that she already new the answer but she wanted to hear his answer. The Wizard shuffled around his cell before looking out the window "I guess betraying morrible by agreeing to leave" is all his reply was as he looked out of the gloomy blackened tower and at the rising full moon "you better get your strength up… morrible's getting ready for something. And you're a big part of it" Maris nodded before lying down in her cot and pulling up the flimsy material, closing her eyes and dreaming of home and what could have and what can happen. The Wizard sighed "I only hope that nothing will hurt you"
"Don't let the Dragon drag on!" Fiyero yelled at Bonnie when he saw the girl get pinned down by one of the enormous blue-black tails of the beast "I KNOW! I KNOW!" She shouted back in frustration as she struggled to get a firm hold on the beast. "JUST FOR THE RECORD-" Bunnii ducked under a giant forearm of the Dragon as it swiped at her "THIS IS ALL NIA'S FAULT!" Cecelia squealed and dodged a golden acid the yellow head spewed at her before laughing, in a furious retort the strawberry blonde young adult shot a shoot of scolding hot water that any reptile would recoil at the slightest touch yelling insult not as bad as cussing but insults at the most at it in midst tantrum.
"IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO'S FAULT IT IS! JUST GET THIS THING BACK TO SLEEP!" Lindsay ordered, freezing yet another one of the heads that attempted to burn her to a crisp. Okay Fiyero said Dragon but it was more of a multi Hydra in truth. Kristin groaned under the weight and pressure of holding back the jaws of a head behind a force field "DANGIT!" She shrieked when it broke through, she immediately summonsed another one to hold it back again. "Bunnii! Give me a boost!" Ali yelped at the teenager before running and jumping off her waiting arms and kicking the Hydra-Dragon in the chest and flipping back, landing softly in a crouching position. Nia shot another energy ball at the beast whilst hovering above Raé who was shooting both lava balls and fire balls at the beast. "Kristin! Fire, Water, Ice, SHOOT!" Bonnie called once she was free. Kristin waved her hand in the space in front of Bonnie and a portal whirled into place, Bonnie super sped into it and came back five seconds later. The Hydra-Dragon fell on the ground, dead. "What did you do?" Nia asked as she landed gracefully in front of her cuisine "He didn't even drop dead when we all hit him with an attack!" Bonnie grinned "Ewww"
"What did she do?" Kristin questioned as she walked over with a limping Ali
Nia bit her lip, trying not lose her dinner "Remember last night with dinner?"
"Gross" Kristin recoiled at the mention. Bonnie had pretended that her Spaghetti was a hot potato and thrown it at the wall whilst dancing on the table and singing a silly song she had made up seriously you'd think she'd had been hallucinating, my guess is that she did something to the dragon's heart stone. Or electrified it's brain or something. Ali rolled her eyes and leaned on Fiyero for support. They walked on for about an hour and came across Derek, Elphaba, flying Monkey and a blonde on a white horse in a blue dress chattering away. "Oh Hi guys!" Derek greeted as they stopped their horses. "Hey guys? Hey Guys? HEY GUYS?!" Cecelia pressed her friend's boyfriend
"Oh boy here we go" Elphaba muttered as the blonde next her on the white horse got off her horse and stomped right up to the girl in protest about manners but was interrupted by the still ticked off Cecelia in front of her "YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOR FREAKING HOURS AND ALL WE GET IS A 'HEY GUYS'?!"
"Cecelia! lower your voice-" Glinda dictated in her most firm voice
"Or what?!" Cecelia challenged
"Shhhh!" Glinda snapped at the other blonde "Elphie's got something!" she squeals. Elphaba, who had gotten off during the shout out, had wandered over to a space in the woods. The clever witch picked up a rock and threw it at mid air. A strange shift of light waved over the space and disappeared again "Aha, it's invisible!" she cries turning around
"What's invisible?" Glinda and Cecelia say in union before they cocked their heads and the same look formed on their faces. Elphaba rolled her eyes "Morrible's tower, keep up you two"
