Bonnie, Nia, Peach, Bunii, Cecelia and Raé all played with Chistery while Fiyero, Derek, Ali and Lindsay formed a plan of what to do when they get into the tower. Elphaba and Glinda were have a frustrating time as they tried to get the barrier down. Elphaba paced around the marked space for a minute then muttered a spell under her breath and shot a beam of neon green light at the space, approaching it slowly until her hand was pressed up against the shimmering illusion. She smiled when it appeared to be working, only to be knocked back on her butt again. Glinda tried another shattering spell but the wall was more resistant than last time, resulting in turning the dome pink and shooting the glowing white acid part of the spell back at Glinda. She squealed and ducked as the laser like light flew past her head, barely catching the top of her frizzed out hair. "Well now what?" Glinda whined hopelessly

"I don't know-" Elphaba's grumble was interrupted by Glinda's gasp as she came up with a hyphothapink. Yes I said hypothapink. Glinda was jumping up and down on her spot in the dirt not minding the least "We could try to counter spell it-"

Elphaba snorts "Bet that'll work" Her blonde friend puffed her pink lips in a pout and glared a dirty glare "Everyone stop! Elphie the great and powerful doesn't know what's going on! Just because I have an Idea and you don't doesn't mean that it won't work!" Glinda snapped waving her arms around in anger, standing up shouting it right in her friend's face

The green witch got up from the ground and got in her friend's face "I never said that!" Elphaba shot back, throwing her hands up by her side and letting them go limp at her sides again causing a magickal burst to shift the ground to match her anger for several seconds. Fiyero, noticing the ground's sudden jerking force, glances at his wife and blue eyed friend then back at the plan drawn in the dirt. It took a second to register that they were fighting before he rushed over there and separated the two witches before they started throwing magick at them, which was a very close call since they already had glowing hands ready to summon their powers a deadly spell. "Fae, Linny. Stop. Go help the others while me and Peach try to break-" Peach was already on it

"Hey Bonnie! hand me your bracelet-staff thing!" Bonnie rolled her eyes, took her bracelet off and stretched it into a the pointed staff she had recently discovered while fending off the Gale Force a couple weeks ago when they stumbled upon her as she was sleeping under a tree to have some 'Bonnie time'. Peach caught it, stabbed it into the space where the Invisi-field, as Cecelia and Ali call it, was meant to be. Ripples waved across the surface at the the staff sent off an electrical current, making a spectacular display of light and darkness fighting a turf war. After a sudden struggle, a flicker and a moan the field gave out, raining like snow during a blizzard. Peach twirled the spear in her hand and simply bragged "Like a boss"

"Why didn't you use your own spear?" Glinda asked as Bonnie turned the spear back into the bracelet and putting it back on "Never mind that!" Glinda turns to the still very enraged Elphaba and can't help pressing "Why didn't you think of that?" Elphaba gives a low growl as if to say back off. Derek whimpers when he sees the desolate place that his fiancé is in, an empty area except for a blackened tower. The tower looked elegant enough, besides the charred completion that suggested a fire a century ago, it looked more like a gothic vampire's house than a torture zone. The field which it lay on, cloaked in ash all around them. Even the illusion of them being surrounded by a pleasant Vinkun forest has seemed to fade into a place that defines death itself. A heart and hope shattering scream confirms their suspicions. Ali grinds her teeth "Great. Shield down. What-" She doesn't even finish her sentence when Jack comes out with an unconscious Maria tied in lengths of rope, that's the only time anybody sees the swirling pool of water licking the bottom of the tower. The entire group bursts into shouts, screaming horrible words that I shouldn't mention. Jack sneered "HEY! YOU GUYS COME HERE TO SAVE HER? JUST WATCH A DEMONSTRATION ON HOW WE TORTURE HER!"

"JACK! WHY?" Glinda shouted back, confusion spreads in the group to how Glinda had identified the young man after all Elphaba had said she hadn't described him in any other phrase than: "He's more blonde than Lurline herself for working with Morrible" they ignore the questions bubbling up inside them and glare at Jack as he starts to lower Maria. Elphaba moves forward a step "I'm offering you a deal!" she informs him in a raised voice randomly, out of the blue. "I'm listening" Jack tells her, leaning back on the edge of the narrow door way on the stone balcony he's perched safely upon.

The raven haired witch bites her cheek for a moment in thought "Don't have it" Elphaba sighs regretfully when she can't come up with an answer. Jack pushes his hand into his pocket, throws something that appears to be fall at first but then after a couple of minutes starts to soar until it lands into Glinda's hands "She who holds it, owns it" he told her simply

"YOU CRAZY PSYCHOPATH OF A OZIAN!" Glinda protested over what the others could make out as anger mixed with both grief and excitement, her high pitched rage fueled scream carrying into the deep dungeons of the fortress resting in the center of the grey meadow. Morrible sneered when she heard the shriek, hobbling up all the moulding, stone circling stairs and out on the balcony, she yelled out to the ruler of Oz: "Are you talking to me, dearest Glinda?" she asked innocently

"NO DUDE! I'M TALKING TO YOU!" Glinda replied pointing to Jack

"Glinda, your hair is looking very interesting today!" Jack teased both his victims, Elphaba and Glinda, by pretending to drop the rope and then catching it just in the nick of time.

Glinda was practically being half carried half dragged back kicking and screaming "I'M COMING FOR YOU DUDE! YOU'LL REGET IT DOIN THIS TO ME! I'LL BE BACK YOU LITTLE-"

"That's enough" Elphaba warned sternly, putting a hand on her shoulder. Glinda frowned in utter loathing, her face turning beet red when Jack stuck his tongue out immaturely, waved Maria by the rope over the pit of water and then jerked her back up, disappearing in the shadows beyond their reach in the doorway.

Maria looked around the deserted Gillkin rainforest, gasping and panting. 'No escape' she thought 'No. Must escape' . The bridge creaked as the bubbling stream rushed and cawed at the wood, She didn't even hear him sneak up on her. One minute she staring at the dense greenery and flowing river, the way the light hits certain points making the river look like water of many colors. The next she on the ground, thrusting and flailing in attempt to get him off of her, screaming she twisted and coiled managing to escape his grasp before jumping on her feet and bolting back into the trees hoping that the green will conceal her. But unfortunately the green leaves on the grass and plants was too dark compared to her mint green skin, mixed with red and brown spots from gashes and bruises, and the pursuer quickly found her again, knocking her over in a death grip over her stomach. She managed to elbow him in the chest and stopped struggling when a loud "Hey!" followed by laughter erupted behind her

She turned around with wild eyes "Avaric?!"

"That's me!" the masked figure laughed, letting go of Maria and helping her up. He threw off his mask to reveal that it indeed was Avaric. "Oh my god! Avaric!" Maria cried in exasperation, throwing her arms around him "I thought you were dead!" she smiled releasing him.

"I did too. But Boq steeped in and smashed 'em around a bit. Lad didn't have a chance to get back though, Ozma bless the guy"

"I'm so sorry, I didn't know" Maria whispered with sadness as her mood darkened again

"It's alright. Just come with me, a girl like you ain't safe in here" Avaric informed, holding out his hand for the girl, Maria accepted it gracefully as she perked up again and they headed back through the forest towards a camp. A bunch of tent and wooden or stone cabins, big and small, surrounding a camp fire with a firing range, lake and a running track. Avaric directed Maria into one of the big stone cabins explaining that they needed to inform the captain of the base that she was here and alive. Maria didn't mind… that is until she found out who she was. Avaric pushed her into the cabin, not mindingMaria gawking at the table as a hologram flickered from faulting power as a brunette shouted at some Animals and Soldiers sitting around the low stone table, the light filtering in from the small windows just barely making the fear on their faces just in sight. The brunette stopped shouting and turned a little bit, revealing her blue eyes and unmistakeable features."Dorothy?" Maria asked in confusion as the girl now twenty-three year old Dorothy turned around in rage "Yeah?" Dorothy growled, still in a bad mood.

"Okay one, why are you upset by me being here? In this room. With you. Safe. Two, when did you come back?" Maria questioned, secretly resenting the blue eyed brunette for 'melting' her supposed grandmother all those year ago.

Dorothy mumbled something to the guys at the table behind her "I'm not upset about you being here, I was upset about the status report on locating Morrible's tower. I never actually went home you know, I stayed here in Oz until I found out about that and then I came out here. To try to prove something to Elphaba-"

"How do you know my grandma's name?" Maria prodded ignoring the staring and whispering inhabitants on the table

"Story. Wizard of Oz. I supposedly killed her. After I started living in the emerald city palace I did some research and found out she was alive " Dorothy replied dryly "Now, Avaric take you to the bunker and train her up. We moving in at six hundred hours on Saturday morning" Dorothy ordered firmly before getting back to yelling at the guys and Animals at the table behind her.

"Maria's going pretty well with the presider" Morrible observed as she watched Maria sleep in morrible's fur covered double bed ,occasionally tossing and turning as well as murmuring as if she was talking to some one. Jack smirked when he heard Glinda screaming at Elphaba about something again "Looks like they're having fun- Oh look, so is Maria" he commented referring to the floating orb in the center of the room. The spell was used to find their strengths and weaknesses, it also showed what the victim of the spell was going through, in Maria's case her little adventure in the made up base the spell would traumatize it's victims, in times like that there is a fifty percent chance that the victim will slip into a coma, by using a worst fear or a massive disaster in the made up world.

"I'm perfectly capable of puttin' one foot in front of the other!" Maria yelled at Avaric when he pushed her across the course. "Move! here comes the alpha squad!" Avaric warned, pushing the annoyed Maria further off the dirt track as a big team of male twenty four year old troops lead by a ginger haired woman sprinted by. "Who's that?" Maria questioned as the ginger haired woman, who up close looked more like a seventeen year old girl, stopped the troop a few meters away and called a water break saying that they'd head over to the shooting range afterwards "Can I meet her?" Maria left just as Avaric began to protest "No she's Dorothy's sister, Leah". Leah seemed glad to finally meet Maria, they were laughing and talking all the way through the water break until Leah and her troop had to head to the firing range "Sorry, have to go. Unless you want to come?" Leah offered cocking her head she paused her packing for a moment, letting the wind blow a few strands from her long tied back hair. "Sure" Maria shrugged as Avaric rushed over "We… we were going over there anyway" he gasped. Leah yelled her team awake from their reflection period and lead them over to the firing range. All the most brutal weapons were grabbed off the racks first, leaving a couple of knifes and a wooden bow and a sheath of arrows. "A bow!" Maria breathed with giddiness and excitement, grabbing the wooden weapon

"Yeah, you know how to use it? " One of the soldiers with a grenade launcher smirked

"Lame, dude get the knives" Another one, a blonde, suggested

"Um… No, the knives have been taken…" A twelve year old took the knives and ran back over to the combat zone to prove her point "And yes I do. Me and my mom used to go out and practice on the beach… until she died then I did it alone" Maria explained, that was the first time she remembered her family; Tom always seemed like a frozen image since she came to Oz but when her mom died it seemed worse than a frozen image. Maria walked past the scoffing soldiers and took her place at a distance of five hundred feet away from a target, pulling back the bowstring and hit the gold center.

Glinda groaned "There's no way in there! I don't even think Elphie or any of you guys can break in!" she yelled irritated, throwing a stone at the tower.

Bunnii's mouth dropped open "Wow! Offensive!"

"Sorry" Glinda muttered, upset about insulting such amazing girls

Ali sighed and threw some sand at Peach "Would you please STOP THAT!" Kristin demanded, throwing up her hands and huffing. The two immediately started bickering

"YOU TWO ARE JUST AS BAD AS ELPHABA AND GLINDA!" Raé screamed at them

"YOU ARE JUST AS BAD AS NESSA!" Bonnie retorted, unheard by Elphaba and Glinda over Kristin and Ali fighting, they too started fighting blowing everyone but Elphaba and Fiyero onto sides and into their own arguments. Elphaba watched a iridescent emerald bird fly around a nest before softly landing with another yellow and blue bird into the nest and feeding three identical green-blue birds, an idea struck her; it reminded her of her family exactly, they were missing two people though "EVERYBODY SHUT UP!" she suddenly ordered, silencing the entire group "I know two people even more powerful than me… but they don't live here… and they might not help us… not even morrible knows about them"

"Fae, No" Fiyero warned her "Don't be reckless, you've been reckless ever since we found Flori"

Elphaba bit her lip, tears in her eyes thinking of the consequences of bringing them in, she put her hand on his shoulder "We have to Yero, it's our only choice"

"No" The teenager answered simply, both foster and real parents gave her expecting looks "No!" The group had traveled back to earth and gone to Gold Coast in Australia, a Big House in the city by the canal to be exact

"Fleur-" Elphaba started

"My name is Melina and no. You are not going to drag me into danger. Again" Melina stated firmly

Lindsay frowned and turned to Elphaba "Again?" Elphaba waved the broadway star off. Lindsay looked at Melina's foster mother who nodded sadly, pointing to a huge scar across her adopted daughter's stomach which reach from just under where her ribs stopped to her hip, just under her bikini top and above her water proof shorts

"Not even to save your little sister, your real sister?" Derek asked the young adult angrily, furrowing his brow

Melina glanced down at the ring on his finger "Your engaged to her" Melina murmured to herself, clutching her foster father's hand harder

Elphaba grabbed the twenty two year old by the shoulders "Please Fleur, we need to tell your youngest sister as well"

"Why did you trust me with the secret then?" Melina snapped, narrowing her aquamarine eyes at her mother

"You are the oldest" Elphaba reasoned

"By a minute!" Melina protested. Elphaba sighed and pulled Melina into the other room in Melina's foster parents' mansion, murmurs of arguments are all the group heard from the other side of the door. Then shouts. Fifteen minutes finally pasted and Melina stormed out of the closed door, pushing past the group of concerned companions "Melina" Elphaba pleaded, only to have her daughter slam the back door of the house in her face, Fiyero smirked at his wife's annoyance "She has your stubbornness"

"She's your daughter" Elphaba mumbled angrily, before bolting out of the door and running after Melina

"How come whenever she doesn't do what you want she's my daughter?" FIyero called, chasing after his wife. Causing both questioning and laughs burst in the group.

AN: Sooooo yeah... we have a little bit of a problem... Lol
