AN: Hey guys, sorry about not updating for awhile. Revision, assessments are a pain in the butt. ANYWA! update and then next update, I'm going to decide whether or not it's the last chapter 'cause I got a VERY cool sequel on the way and can't wait to share it with you guys! so here it is! one of the last chaps! "YOU ONLY ABANDONED ME AND MARIA BECAUSE WE WHERE A DIFFERENT COLOR! YOU ABANDONED ME WHEN I WAS THREE!" Melina Yelled at Elphaba "It was for your own good!" Elphaba explained calmly, it the fifth time Melina has tried to get out of this and was really starting to tire the raven haired witch "Let me…" Zac suggested, pushing Melina into a very small closet room, shelves on every side were filled to the ceiling with cleaning supplies and brooms "What was that?" Melina raised her eyebrows, folded her arms and shifted her weight to her left, glaring up at her friend "I'm a little tikked… if you have noticed" "And…" Zac grabbed Melina by the shoulders "you need to help her!" Melina turned in the small closet, shuffling to face the shelf cluttered wall "Your sister, Marcy, might be in danger" Melina spun around, knocking the cleaning supplies off the shelves and nearly falling over her self, Melina hissed at him "Fine! I'll do it!" "Good!" He retorted, dragging her back into the living room "Melina said she'll help" Elphaba smiled and held her arms out in a hug. Melina scrunched up her face in disgust "Just because I'm going to do it, doesn't mean that I love you" She warned coldly before getting a jacket on and stomping out of the house "Well are you coming?" the angry girl called from outside of the house Elphaba looked at Zac for support "It's alright, she'll warm up to you… if anything she's the exact image of you" "I don't remember being as stubborn" Elphaba mumbled, sulking after her daughter. Lindsay tapped her foot expectantly, Elphaba smiled and nodded; confirming Melina was going to help. "Sooooo… where's my other sister?" Melina questioned, hoping she could get this over with as soon as possible "… she lives on an island… in the Caribbean…" Fiyero explained, prepared for another round of squeals and whoops, which did happen at a very high frequency. Elphaba opened a portal, more simpler then the one Morrible used due to less need of power, and stepped into the glowing emerald shard stuck in the ground "Well hurry up, we haven't got all year" Elphaba ordered, getting herself back together. The others followed, tripping over themselves, into the gleaming portal. Next thing they know, they are standing, or in some of their cases lying or swimming, on a white sanded beach with cool crystal clear waters in front of a dense familiar type of rainforest. "GUYS! I LANDED IN THE WATER!" Cecelia shouted from the water, struggling to haul herself out. Melina swam up beside her, simply pushed herself out of the water and watched her sapphire tail flap about for a moment before shrinking back into her legs. Cecelia just stared at the other mermaid in shock "Hey, I'm a different type of mermaid then you. Your cloths go away because of your tail and my tail just goes under them." Melina explained "And my tail is shaped more like my legs if you haven't noticed. Yours is shaped more like a gold fish. your magical, I'm natural" She continued, grabbing onto Cecelia's arms and pulling her out. The two ran to catch up to the others, bolting down the beach and nearly crashing into Derek and Peach. "What's up?" Cecelia asked Peach leaned over to Cecelia, her brunette hair falling over her shoulder "Fiyero is talking to some guy… I don't know who he is yet" Fiyero shook his head "No, can I see Marcy?" Using his daughter's human name "Yes, but are you a date for her mother or a friend of the family?" "A friend of the family" Elphaba answered as she pushed forward, choosing to trust the greenery to make the man think her skin was a trick of the light. They followed some directions off a guy in the river fishing: left, right, left, left again then go straight till they'd find a house on the river. When they did find the house, the greenery spread out and border lined a wooden cabin on stilts, the light that managed to filter through tinted a blue-green or a white-green. Fiyero knocked on the door "Hey, Clave? Clave open up. I know your in there" Fiyero turned to the rest of the people behind him "Stay out here… Farina's mom can be a little… um… well… she's kind of going through a hard time" Fiyero finished just as the door opened. A pale, and I mean pale, woman stood there glaring down at the sandy blonde prince with her red-brown eyes. Her chestnut hair loose and falling around her shoulders, she looked like she could barely open the door; nearly skin and bone. You could literally see her ribs. "What are you doing here?" The doe-eyed woman asked "Are you here for Marciline? She's down at the beach, keep going right. And be careful. There's a storm coming" The woman informed, looking more tired than ever before. "thanks" Fiyero said as the door closed again, turning he noticed the scared looks on the teenagers faces "What?" "Scared. For. Life" Bonnie stuttered, still staring wide eyes at the door "She creeped me out" is all Raé managed to say, still shaking like a leaf "I'm going to have nightmares for years…" Bunnii admitted Nia stared at the door for a minute like it was a boring TV show "Meh… didn't scare me at all!" She sang, skipping off towards the right. Ali shrugged and joined the Glinda-like teenager. There was indeed a storm rolling in, grey and black clouds clustered together like the team we know so well. The wind had already started to pick up, blowing every branch and leaf in sight, making a long howling noise. Sounding almost like a lonely wolf, separated from it's pack. "Is that really Farina?" Glinda gawked, staring at the bronze skinned girl jumping in the water with her friend "Course! You should recognise her! You were there for her birth!" Elphaba chided, walking down the white sanded beach with her voice being whipped away by the wind Nia frowned "ooookay…How old were you when they were born? Nevermind that! how does Glinda know?" "uhhhh…" Is all they could manage "Tell. Us." Nia ordered angrily, perking up creepily afterwards "Please?" she asked, giving them her best puppy dog eyes. "No. It's personal" Fiyero muttered quietly, rapping his arms around Elphaba "Ni, stop it!" Peach scolded "It's obviously very personal" "… tell?" Nia pleaded, giving one last award winning puppy dog eyes "Fine" Elphaba murmured reluctantly "I was sixteen… we where still at Shiz, me and Fiyero had been dating for two or three years" she explained "Sixteen… pretty young" Peach says under her breath as she fumbled with her hair Lindsay looked around frantically "Wait. Where's- Oh well that's just great, why did I even bother asking?" The broadway star sighed when she found her charge Derek, usually quiet since they found Morrible's tower, frowned "What?" Lindsay didn't even have to say anything, she just pointed at the two teenagers and everyone was on their toes in anxiety. Lindsay then grabbed Raé who had wandered off and some how got everyone ice-cream. "BONNIE! BUNNI!" Everyone yelled, bolting over and snatching the two off the tree. Bonnie ad Bunnii had to answer many questions thrown at them. Apparently, the two girls had got bored and decided to use their powers to create a little mischief. The two received a lot of warnings and babying before the adults stop when a shout was heard from the water "MARCY!" A lifeguard yells as he jumped off the lifeguard stand, diving in the water "NO! QUENTIN!" The girl Marcy was splashing with shouted as she saw him disappear in the water. They all waited in silence. Not a creature stirred but the wind, howling long and ominously. Lightening crashed, tearing through the sky and stitching it back together in mere seconds. "One, one thousand. Two, two thousand. Three, three thousand. Four. Five, five thousand…" AN: So sorry to leave you with a cliffy! believe me! I just need to leave you on your toes again... Lol see ya!
