Things kept happening in the house. We discovered a well in the living room, under the floor boards. We burned the doll once, but it didn't work. I was beginning to think that things in the house wouldn't stop. This case just kept getting weirder and weirder. I was woken up early in the morning by a figure in the doorway of the room I was staying in. It was my brother, Nagi. But it couldn't have been, he was in Korea. Wasn't he? He gave me the evil look. The look that said 'get up or else'. And with my brother, you really don't want to find out what 'or else meant' because it usually wasn't good.

But that was more than enough to make me get up, or fall on the floor, which is what I did. I took a shower, got dressed and went downstairs to where our base was set up. John and Masako were supposed to be coming today. Ugh. Masako. She acts like a witch. So stuck up. Everybody can see that she has a strange… um… I don't think you can call it a crush. But whenever she's with Kazuma, she acts kind of obsessive… not to be mean, of course. But it's like every time she touches him and 'flirts' with him, she's threatening him silently. It could just be my imagination though.

"Hey. You're awake early," a voice said from behind me. I turned around. It was Takigawa, or monk, as I've taken to calling him.

"Yeah, I guess. Hey, have you seen a man around here? With long black hair and piercings?" I asked him.

"No, was somebody like that supposed to be here?" he looked at me. I thought about it for a second. What are the chances of my brother knowing where I am? I haven't written him in a while. He doesn't even know I have a job.

"No, I guess not," I sighed. We began walking to base together, only to be stopped outside. This time it was Ayako. She grabbed my wrist.

You're coming with me," she said as we began walking. We approached the living room. I feel a heavy darkness emanating from inside.

A few minutes later, we were all situated in the living room. There were cameras set up. But it was just me and Ayako in the room. I sat behind her as she began chanting. I felt a chill. We heard the wood creak. Ayako stopped chanting and turned to look at me.

"Did you hear that," she asked me. I could see that her body was visibly shaking. She looked terrified. I told her not to listen and finish so we could leave. She turned back around and began chanting again. The chill came back. Except stronger this time.

Sorry! This is all I can update for today. I have testing. I'm going to update more because I'll be done with school after today. I'm brainstorming how to make the next chapter. I'm really sorry for not updating sooner, but there will definitely be more chapters this month!
