As they got off of the ride, Brittany happily skipped to Alvin.

"Hey, Alvin," She said, looking at him with glee. "We just got off the ride. Did you see us?" She asked, pointing at the ride. Alvin slowly nodded. "Yeah, I saw." He slowly got off the bench and walked off with his cap in his face and his hands in his pockets.

Brittany watched him walk, and tilted her head, with a confused look, yet again. She skipped over to Alvin again, his eyes looking at her, and quickly darting back towards the ground.

"Hey," She shouted, towards him. "I wasn't done talking to you," She said, sitting beside him.

She smiled before she began talking. "We went high up, and when we reached the top-"

"I know, I know, I know. You went to the top, and it went down." Alvin said, turning away from her.

Brittany frowned. "I wasn't done," She said, shaking his shoulder. But she looked up at the log ride, and quickly stopped herself from talking. "Alvin, let's go ride that!" She said, pointing at the wet ride.

Alvin looked over to where her fingers pointed, and thought for a moment. He thought he could last on that. A log ride.

He was excited to ride it, but as he answered her, he showed no enthusiasm. "Fine." He said, hopping off the fountain, and walking towards the ride.

Brittany signaled at Dave. "Dave! We're going to ride that one!" She told him where they would be.

Dave nodded, and looked back at Ellie and Theo.

They reached the top of the hill, which the ride was located, and stood in line.

The line wasn't that long, thank goodness. It was actually pretty short.

Alvin secretly smiled, ready to ride. Brittany smiled as well. She began to talk again. "So, middle seat, front seat, or back?" She asked. Alvin looked up at the ride again. "Middle." He said, thinking the middle was the safest.

Brittany nodded. "I was thinking the same thing."

Suddenly, the little girl in front of them turned around. "Hey look, it's Alvin! And some girl Alvin!" She exclaimed. Brittany wrinkled up her nose. Alvin proudly smiled, and snickered at what the little girl had called Brittany.

"I am not a, "Girl Alvin," I am Brittany. Brittany the Chipette," She told the little girl.

The little girl didn't answer. She smiled at Alvin, then turned back around.

Brittany turned towards Alvin. "Oh, for Pete's Sake, you'd think people knew who the heck I was!" She pouted, feeling jealous.

Alvin rolled his eyes. He sat down, and looked around in his backpack. He took out some apple juice. "What's up with you and food and drinks today?" Brittany asked.

"I didn't eat breakfast." Alvin answered, sucking on the straw of the juice box.

"Why?" Brittany said. Alvin shrugged.

It wasn't long for them to reach the front of the line.

"So, are you bailing again?" Brittany smirked at Alvin.

Alvin frowned. "N-no!" He answered, pushing her aside, and hopping into the log first.

Brittany hopped in as well, and pushed him back.

A few more people got in, and the woman started the ride. "Alright, people. Keep your hands in the damn ride at all times, got it?" She said, smacking on her gum.

Alvin and Brittany exchanged looks. They didn't think about it until now, but they just noticed she allowed them to get on without an adult.

They both shrugged, and were excited for the ride. It began, just a smooth ride. Then it turned, and went through a tunnel. There was water splashing everywhere, of course.

Alvin and Brittany began to laugh. That's when the felt a hard, and fast stop.

"Look! Look! Look, it's going to go down!" Brittany said, looking at the bottom of the ride.

Then the log titled, and they were sent straight down, like Brittany said.

"Whoa!" They both shouted, holding onto the log, and each other. The drop made their spines tingle, and made their hair fly like crazy. Alvin thought he was going to lose his hat. Brittany held onto her sunglasses. They screamed for dear life, as they were brought to the bottom.

The end was a huge splash.

They were soaked. They couldn't see. They rubbed the water out of their eyes, and took a look at the sight. Water. It seemed as if they were in a pool. Except, Disney Land didn't allow anyone to swim in it. Brittany turned to Alvin, taking her bangs out of her face. "Wasn't that fun?" She asked, laughing. Alvin stuck his tongue out, and gagged. Brittany took cover. "Are you okay?" She asked, putting her hands back down. Alvin quickly nodded.

"Oh, for a second I thought you were going to throw up all over me," Brittany chuckled.

They both stepped out of the ride, Alvin glad he didn't vomit. He took in a sigh of relief as they walked back down the hill. Alvin gripped his clothes in his hands, and tried to squeeze the water out. Brittany did the same.

"Ugh. I think I'd like that ride better if it didn't get me so wet." She told him.

"That's the purpose of the ride," Alvin said, squeezing the water out of his cap.

"Eh, I guess." Brittany said.

They finally arrived back where Dave and the others were. "Hey Dave, " Alvin called out.

Dave turned around. "Oh, wow. You guys are wet." He said.

"Yeah, log ride;" Alvin told him. "Anyway, I was asking if I could go to the bathroom."

Dave looked over at the restroom sign. It was close enough for Dave to see him from here.

"Yeah, go ahead." Dave answered. Alvin quickly turned around and ran to the restroom, while Brittany told Dave about the ride.

"And then, there was this HUGE amount of water thrown over our heads!" Brittany exclaimed, talking for at least 5 minutes. Dave nodded. "Wow, sounds like you had a blast." He told her. "Get it? Blast?" He laughed.

Brittany didn't laugh.

"Yeaaah-No." Dave said.

He looked around. "Hey-did Alvin come out yet?" Dave asked.

Brittany looked around, and shook her head. "No, I don't think so." She answered.
